My experience with Mediclinic is always great irrespective of the branch I visit. They have a wonderful set of Doctors and staff. You feel well informed and respected . I visited Dr Israa (Internal Medicine) a week ago for myself and my daughter. She was very polite and provided me a personal touch in her treatment. My sister had a major op on Monday and the care and love shown to her was exemplary, from everyone from her surgeon Mr Nakade and his team, to the nurses, receptionists, catering staff and domestics. They were amazing with her and with our family. Can not thank them enough. The room was clean and comfortable and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you everyone ❤️

Katie and Sam were fantastic with our 3 year old. So friendly, calm and chatty. Kept our boy occupied and feeling comfortable the whole time. They even had a little Xmas tree full of treats, ready for him to pick one at the end of the appointment. He was also very pleased with his bravery certificate! Thanks!

Very nice, small hospital with very friendly staff. The equipment is nice, a large bathroom and toilet. I was here for surgery for almost a week and it's a shame that they don't behave like this in all hospitals. There are very nice doctors here. Nurses and paramedics are human, helpful, willing, kind and full of humor. Thank you so much, you all made it much more bearable.

I am a regular patient of Dr. Jim Mathew of Al ghusais Mediclinic He is an an amazing Dr. People once visited him, always meet him. I do remember my child hood days, wherein Dr. used to touch and understand your disease without any support of devices. Dr. Jim is such kind of person, will direct and diagnose correctly. I am a vegetarian but because I came as a NHS patient I did not know if I could have different food but the chef came in and said she could do whatever I liked .She was lovely and so was her staff always making sure I had enough to drink and eat.They treated me the same as their private patients. I had to stay a extra day as I was having problems with my blood pressure which they did not mind after my hip operation which was under the NHS. They were kind, caring, polite and nothing was to much trouble it was the best hospital I have ever stayed in .All the staff from every department are a credit to circle health group.

I am being treated by Dr G Perera and nurse Paulina at Syon Clinic. Dr Perera is really thorough in explaining procedures and treatments necessary for my ailment. I had minor surgery and the nurse who accompanied Dr Perera was Paulina. She was really pleasant and so very helpful. Also very thorough, double-checking my bp which was quite high when she first took a reading. She also explained all that i was having done in full detail so that myself and my husband fully understood. Im very happy to recommend both Dr and nurse at Syon Clinic. 5 stars ain’t enough for this place. Had surgery here years ago and a recent one 2 months ago for my mum. Their staff is what makes this place different from others plus their facilities and cleanliness are top notch. Staff always attentive, accommodating, and takes care of you the moment you walk in that door until the day you’re released. Amazing!

A great choice out in East Auckland. The staff provided all the required information prior to the day, so we had the required information. Plenty of free parking outside, with a 5 min drop off/pick-up area too.
