Rude staff and uncommentable reception.... I had to do rehabilitation but then I was in a small room with two other people, one of whom was very ill and should have been sheltered elsewhere, but instead it was always a huge mess, when I called the nurses at least half an hour passed. now and no worries about turning off the TV at a certain point. I ran away after one day, a nightmare!!! Terrible food and rehabilitation done in the room together with two older people but I didn't see the shadow of a cardiologist, where there was always the person who was very ill..... It goes on only due to conventions... Put the rehabilitation in Papardo!

The outdoor COVID 19 testing facility is fantastic. Pre-register and pay in advance, and you can walk up, check-in and proceed directly to testing with a QR code. The testing is super fast with efficient, merciless nasal swabbers. The easy to access results/reports are generated within a few hours and retrievable via the hospital's app. There is usually at least one staff member outside ensuring everyone in line is (i) observing social distancing, and (ii) properly scheduled and checked in with a QR code ready before getting to the testing window.

People, don’t go to this center. A year ago, my husband had an operation there. They said it was successful, but in fact they just “killed” him. On my way home from Taekwondo when I was 8, I was crossing the crosswalk when a person riding a bicycle next to me hit me at a very high speed and I haven't remembered anything since. When I opened my eyes, I was in a hospital bed. The right side of my head was injured to the point where it was pressed with my hand. I was hospitalized for about 6 months. While I was hospitalized, I also went to the neurosurgery and psychiatry departments within the hospital. Every morning, lunch and dinner, a nurse came into the room and told me to clench my fists, and then pricked the back of my hand with a needle. It was very painful because it had no flesh on it. But why was this happening? The nurse sister was very pretty. She told me to close my eyes because I was scared. And since I was crying in pain, she brought me a candy and told me to eat it. Maybe it's because I was young, but I still remember the big hit. Even after that, I go there very occasionally, and when I go to this hospital, they ask me if I was hospitalized here. It's the best hospital.

This is the worst emergency room response in the country. I sat on a chair instead of a bed for 11 hours and waited without doing anything before being discharged. The hospital offers good services but the nursing staff is callous and their treatment towards their patients is outrageous. If you find yourself at the chemotherapy ward, avoid nurse 서해원 at all costs as she will take multiple attempts to draw blood only to fail and get upset at the patient for her failures. Ultimately she leaves you punctured and the head nurse steps in. Heart breaking to see the experience for these sickly patients made even worse by incapable nursing staff.

We went to Teknon for the birth of my son. I can't say good enough things. The reception was friendly and helpful, the doctors, midwives, and nurses were all so nice and helping. All the doctors and midwives and some of the nurses spoke very good English with us. Even the ones who couldn't, tried their best to communicate effectively. The hospitality was very good, we received nice accommodation and great food. After birth, our son needed to be admitted to the ICU, and they took very good care of him there. When being discharged, they helped us by providing all kinds of useful information and even offered us their phone number to ask our questions later. They also gave us gift boxes and many extra diapers, baby milk, etc.

Terrible experience! I have been waiting with my friend, who we suspect had a stroke, for more than 3 and a half hours and all the doctors and nurses have been rude and useless. They have done the same test 3 times, and still not come back with the results from the blood test or urine test they did 3 hours ago. I am not a doctors but I am pretty sure she should have had a scan by now, and if this was a pre stroke we are essentially just waiting for the real one. Doctors are meant to help people not stress them out and watch Netflix while someone thinks they might be dying. PS. We only got a bottle of water after 2 hours even though we already asked in the ambulance.
