The girl at the Cup center gave me some WRONG information yesterday in a rather annoyed manner, as it is no longer possible to book visits and tests at the counter. So I queued for check-in, only to be told by a more knowledgeable colleague of his that for a week it has been necessary to book visits and tests by connecting to the Lombardy region's booking site or calling the toll-free number... terrible service! The lack of communication on the part of some hospital employees, nurses and doctors led to a deep mistrust of the medical act. The lack of empathy and the lack of understanding of the emotions that patients go through make me believe that the hospital employees are not properly trained to care for patients who are between life and death. For some hospital employees this job is like repairing a car or a broken fence, no difference.

Unfortunately, I'm not Italian. To be able to fly to Spain it is mandatory to present a certificate of a negative qPCR test that includes your name, your ID number and the date, in English. Apparently 92€ don't include printing the ID number, and they didn't print it even I insisted. Thank you so much.

Had our first baby here last week, what an amazing hospital. The maternity ward was out standing, fantastic nurses and midwives who go above and beyond despite their patient load (special shout out to Maree, Anne Marie and Yvette!) For a hospital, the food was quite good - you order on demand and meals are made fresh. Overall, I had a great experience especially as a first time mother. Thank you again.

I was admitted for an elective surgery and could not recommend my stay at the Mater enough! What really shines at Mater is the thoughtfulness and care that the nurses and staff provided to me throughout my stay. I would like to thank Tomika, Heather, Kenny and Alyssia for their incredible assistance and the care that they provided to me. The nurses really take the time to explain what they are doing and are attentive and helpful during their shifts (even during late nights or early mornings). The little gestures that they do just to get you to be a little more comfortable really leave a mark on you. Additionally the room service offered at the Mater provides a wider selection of meal options to choose from compared to other hospitals and the ability to order a variety of meals or snacks during the day when needed. The kitchen staff are accommodating and can assist in scheduling your meals as well. Highly recommend the Mater!

I had an absolutely incredible experience that I will be forever grateful for. The staff members were not only extremely kind, but also incredibly knowledgeable in their field. I want to give a special thanks to the midwives Michelle and Hayley, who were not only amazing people, but also true professionals in every sense of the word. On a side note, the food provided throughout our stay was exceptional, making every day a delightful culinary experience, so thank so much for the people that we couldn’t see cooking for us, but we could definitely taste their care.

I arrived on time for my MRI appointment. Staff very friendly and competent. After that I had to reschedule an operation date in the gynecology department. The ward sister personally took me to the outpatient clinic, where the head of the department immediately addressed my concerns and kindly and even arranged the anesthesia appointment for me. Very modern, clean and friendly. The staff were all just great! My daughter, 11 years old, has an injury to her foot and was thoroughly examined, including an x-ray - all in about 45 minutes! A huge thank you from all of us!

A big thank you to the entire staff of the Rohrbach Hospital, especially to the surgical team. As soon as I was accepted, I felt understood and I was told that I would be treated with warmth. The inpatient admission was overwhelming. Everyone was friendly, in a good mood, always concerned about their patients. In my opinion, our Austrian health system is currently sliding into the abyss, but the KH Rohrbach has proven to be well organized and stable. Thanks again for the great care.

Nobody likes to be sick, but when they are, they wish they had a hospital like this. Top staff, fully motivated and friendly. It's the same with doctors. These people more than deserve my rare five stars. Only the food could be better. Otherwise, hats off and respect.

Hello, I got a new hip. Been to several hospitals but this one was great. The sisters are always ready, very friendly and helpful. You never heard an unfriendly word, no matter how many times you rang the bell. The doctors calmly answered all of your questions. Terrible service, absurd delay at reception of more than 40 minutes. Unprepared employees with no information on service protocols. Both for scheduling by phone and in person. I scheduled an MRI and confirmed the information before making the call and when I arrived to be seen on the second attempt (as the first time I was unable to be seen because the exam was 2 hours late) the attendant gave me completely different information, stating that I would need to change the order on behalf of the council, and I confirmed it with the telephone attendant twice regarding the council. Anyway, on top of that, I agreed to take the exam because I was urgently required, but it was 1h30 late, which ended up being a little longer. The hospital used to be excellent, but it has lost its quality, I don't recommend it.

Terrible in terms of hospitalization... I arrived at the hospital with my daughter with blood in her stool... I was well looked after in the ER and, after carrying out the tests, the doctor informed me that hospitalization would be necessary. We were directed to the infirmary and here I have been ever since. I was admitted to the hospital on 11/27/23 at 7:58 pm. I signed the authorization for hospitalization on 11/28/23 at 01:48 and now it is 15:50 on 11/28/23 and we are still here in the infirmary... They should warn you before admitting you about all this! A lack of respect. My daughter has been on a stretcher for 14 hours and I was sitting in a chair for hours and after a lot of complaining, they put an armchair...

DON’T HAVE CHILDREN IN THIS PLACE😡😡 Worst experience possible, we signed a maternity plan at this unit, everything was wonderful when presented, I thought it would be a good place for my wife and daughter. My wife went into labor so we went to the hospital. Arriving at the location, my wife went to the service. There was no room available, so we did the whole process by pushing our bags around the hospital. I asked the receptionist who informed me that this is quite common at the place, as it happens every day and so I asked someone from management (both rude) and said that I would only have a room around 9 am and at that time it was around midnight. night and a half. Of course it didn't happen, he only got to the room around 2:30 pm. In short, my wife had our daughter, I continued through the hospital pushing suitcases, all of this was nothing close to what my wife went through. THEY SIMPLY LEFT MY WIFE FOR 5 HOURS IN THE RECOVERY ROOM ALONE WITH THE BABY AFTER A RACHI BECAUSE THERE WAS NO ROOM I CAN'T GET OUT OF MY HEAD HER CRYING TELLING ME Several women passed through the recovery room and went to their rooms, and they remained there with no one to help. We arrived at our room after much insistence and were poorly attended to by the staff while my wife went through what she went through. We came with an urgent emergency during the night. They rejected us and told us we should go to the doctor the next day. Extremely unfriendly and the „doctor“ was completely overslept. We didn’t receive any medical assistance

The best ER experience I have had in my entire life. I saw the doctors about 5 times for different tests, each time it took maximum 2 minutes to be called in. I was constantly being taken care of, had things explained to me, always asked if my problem was getting any better. All of the doctors and nurses I saw spoke perfect English. Huge props to MUDr. Marek Žižka and MUDr. Klara Brezovska, they both did an incredible job. As for the prices; I have VZP and the only thing I had to pay for was 90 kč for the ER entry, other than that, everything was free. Stellar experience, extremely satisfied, truly recommend this place.

When I first came to the hospital, the reception was empty so after waiting 10 minutes a security guard had to direct me to a emergency room where I gave the staff my papers, after I was called inside the staff was extremely rude, asking me why am I going so late for a emergency and why I couldn't go yesterday. So after the doctor took some samples of my blood I had to go for a rentgen, where the staff was nice. After that I went back to a emergency room where I had to wait for 2 hrs (I was the only patient in the room for the 2 hrs). After the 2 hrs and 20 mins passed I politely asked the staff if I had to wait much longer. The rude sister told me it's going to be when it's going be now take a seat and wait.... I wouldn't recommend this hospital to anyone. Especially the emergency section. Truly the worst experience.

A great hospital made so by its staff. The nurses make this a five star place to be (even for those of us who loathe hospitals). The compassion, attention to detail, and FOLLOW THROUGH on things which are promised to take place. Meet anyone in the mingling area outside and there isn’t a bad word to be said for all it’s arenas of practice from mental health, alcohol counselling, pain control and so forth. Management must be doing something right because staff are actually happy doing what they’re doing, which has the obvious follow on effect of stellar patient treatment. Where other places are found wanting, your loved ones will be well taken care of here.

From my wife Christine McKinsley. Had a knee replacement done on 17 aug by Dr Weber. The first few days i wasn't sure how I felt but they discovered my blood was low so after transfusion I got along in leaps and bounds. My heartfelt thanks to the doctor and nursing staff in medical ward and also to the physio staff. You all do a wonderful job. The catering and cleaning staff nursing staff etc were all so friendly and professional. I was in Portsea Ward Thank for taking care of me whilst I was there and I won't hesitate to recommend Beleura hospital to one and all. I recently had a total Hip Replacement at Beleura Private Hospital and also did inpatient Rehabilitation on Mc Crae ward. I cannot thank every single person enough. From the moment I walked in the doors the professionalism and care I received was second to none. I would highly recommend Orthopaedic Surgeon Brad Crick he has done an excellent job for me personally ( thankyou so much ) All the Drs, Nurses, OTs, Physiotherapist, Porters were absolutely amazing they all worked so well as a team and made me feel welcomed and safe ( Thankyou ) Thanks also goes to the catering team the food was excellent ( my trays always went back empty 🙂 ) and the staff were lovely and friendly. All the cleaners were friendly and easy to talk to everyone and did a wonderful job. I'm currently doing outpatient Rehabilitation there and still finding everyone so nice friendly and helpful. There are more mosquitoes than patients in this hospital 😂, Even after 4 years of hospital construction, there is no solution to this problem.There are many types of hidden charges in this hospital which I personally faced. Lastly I want to mention that, their staff are so polite and they also have such a wonderfully decorated building.

This hospital only care about money. The hospital and Dr. Saifur Rahman Sohel upsaled that my mother had 3 heart blocks, created a situation that only his surgery can cure and immediately put 4 rings. My mother left unattended for long time and she died on the same day. These people have license to kill.

As the year is long, I don't go to the doctors. Therefore, I do not know what the procedures and approach of doctors are today. Anyway. Today's experience with the "willingness" to give advice over the phone really shocked me. "Thank you" goes to the nurse and the doctor on accident. Incredible arrogance. 4 months ago surgery in this hospital for surgery, nightmare and trauma you don't want to experience. Nurses behaving arrogantly, reluctantly, unempathetic, the very bottom of humanity. After months of suffering, I went to a clinic in the Czech Republic, where they immediately gave me an accurate diagnosis and did not claim that my pain was in my head. Rather, they thought that I came from some developing country. Our healthcare system is a complete mess both professionally and humanly. Honor to the huge exceptions that sooner or later get trampled out of sk and thanks to which I didn't give up and kept looking for my dg. If you have a problem, go to Šaca and the emergency room.

This review is about the surgical department. I want to thank the surgical department for the human approach to patients. It helps a lot when they see how they treat people well. They give answers to all questions, calmly, without any aggression. I was there at the end of April, for a pilonidal cyst operation. MUDr operated on me. Peter Varga. I am satisfied with that doctor. As well as the overall department is good. As for patient rooms, it's fine. Other times, it may be that many of you will already have an occupied drawer, but that's not such a big deal. Today's experience On September 10, 2023, we brought my uncle to the Department of Vascular Surgery. 11.9. they are going to operate on him in the morning. The experience happened when the nurses were admitting him to the room, one of them said come, you can go, because it was visiting hours and there were two of us with him, we wanted to unpack him in the room, but when I was walking through the corridor, there was a shout, where are we supposed to go? That we are supposed to go to Kaufland..., I don't understand, one says she can and the other is a rude, disgusting woman, I can't call her a nurse. How to treat relatives of patients? How serious? I'm a psychologist and I can't afford to treat people like this, to anyone. This has nothing to look for in a hospital, you need to communicate tactfully and work with humility in hospitals. It's sad, you want to help your relatives, right? I just wanted to carry my bag and you are blamed for it in the hospital, where that understanding should not be missing.

No one expects to get injured and have surgery however this happens to a lot of us. I'm very grateful for the fantastic treatment, care and attentive guidance from pre to post opp over a span of 12 months. The staff are excellent and took extra care of me, special thanks to Mr Mellor, Omyini and all their teams for turning what has been a physical trauma into a strength. Highly recommended.

I had my surgery at this hospital a week ago, and I had a great experience; from the pre-op assessment, the nurse was fantastic and kind. On the day of the surgery, everything started on time; the room was impeccable, and the staff was kind and attentive. They made me feel safe at every minute, and after my dressings changed, I also received the best care possible from the nurses. I felt so good overall; I got the best surgeon, Mr. Floyd, and this hospital experience at every stage was excellent! Thank you!

Total disgrace of a health clinic!!! I was refused treatment from this clinic. Extremely extremely rude patient service from the doctor. Dr. Molnar Adam is a disgrace of a doctor and he needs to be terminated. I am extremely extremely angry and upset about my experience. This clinic is a disgrace.

If it’s possible to give minus I would do that. I have the most horrible experience in my live. I have an issue with my foot for 4 months. During this period of time I visited THREE(!) different doctors here. The first one gave me incorrect diagnosis, didn’t pay attention to my words and refused to assign me to XRay or Ultrasound or something because (and I quote) ‘Among us only I have medical education’, so I should take her words and leave. Rude and absolutely disrespectful. I booked another appointment and it was pretty nice experience, the doctor assigned me XRay and Ultrasound examinations, proved incorrect diagnosis of the first doctor. I followed the treatment and did physio, but nothing has significantly changed. She said we were not leave it like this and assigned me to MRI examination and advised to see orthopaedic surgeon (huge thanks to her for that). I did an MRI examination which showed a lot of interesting things which I had to google myself as the third doctor didn’t check the scans! He pointed all my issues were because of my weight and I should loose it and it would be fine, but he couldn’t do anything and didn’t have any other plan for me apart from exercise to loose weight and use specific soles. He also made some assumptions about my health and was a bit surprised I didn’t have other issues. Again, he didn’t check scans, just read a brief summary, said I didn’t have any tears in my ligaments (ultrasound and MRI both said different) and actually it’s chronic (how come as I never have any issues before. Never) When I asked why it happened on a first place as nothing changed (no injuries no weight gain no anything I could notice) and why after almost four months of a treatment I had even worse symptoms now there were no reply apart from a lecture about different types of inflammation and that I used my leg every day. No treatment plan, just wait at least three months as other patients dealt with it for a year or two, it won’t be healed in a week (yeah, but it 4 months, sure). He also made a steroid injection and didn’t inform that I have to pay for it separately. When I was practically at home I got a call asking how come I didn’t pay and go away? Well, to pay for something you actually need to be informed about it, no? (The reception girl was nice, no complaints). Overall THE WORST experience ever. Waste of time money and nerves.

No complaints!! The staff were great, the clinic itself had a welcoming atmosphere. Mr Rajpal was our consultant - incredibly polite and straight to the point. I really didn’t feel like leaving!

I've arrived way too early for my physio appointment and have been sat for nearly half an hour. I can honestly say that the lady on the MRI/CT & Radiology reception is the most lovely lady. She's greeted everyone, including myself, with the warmest smile and has been really helpful to other patients. When she realised I'd been waiting a long time, she checked that I was ok and offered refreshments. Deserves a raise!

The whole experience from beginning to end has made this procedure bearable, excellent facilities, excellent surgeon, anaesthetist, aftercare staff and not forgetting the whole team of physiotherapists. The physio team had compassion and understanding and were extremely supportive throughout, as especially without them I would have taken much longer to recover. A big thank you to one and all.

My partner has been waiting nearly two months for a specialist recommendation letter from Anup George. We have called around 5 times, emailed 3 times and have received nothing. Not good service for someone with a life expectancy of 10 years at 27 years old.

Don't ever come here if you have emergency even if it's near , especially if you use bpjs. Not only they lack equipment for emergency, they also treat bpjs patients badly. An acquaintance died due to them leaving her to the side and she died from her coma , just because they need to "process" her bpjs. The service is also notoriously bad.

I was in the LK monastery castle for the first time after almost endless attempts in Vienna to get an operation appointment for my significantly impaired shoulders. Everything was just right here, hardly a waiting time, the staff very friendly and courteous, Mr. Oa. Harm is a very nice doctor and really took time to discuss everything in detail with me and I got my really required appointment in 4 weeks. Absolutely recommended and a big thank you.
