The international clients WhatsApp line is the worst I have experienced within the business in Medellin. I was trying to get an appointment for an MRI and responses were just like automatic system that left you for hours with no responses. If you call nobody answers. When finally someone responds your multiple messages, leaves again with no answers. I never expected such a poor service from such a reputable institution. I started around 10:00 AM and at 2:48 PM still wasn't able to get any availability for the appointment. I told them never mind and they respond to that message at 5:35 PM! I understand if the people is to busy, but so that means they need to hire more people for the job.

I paid for an Antigen COVID test and haven't received the results from the examination even as they promised to send them within 3 hours to my email address and provide access on there website! On requests I couldn't reach anyone. Thats fraud and should be a 0 Star Rating!

I had to take my 3 year old daughter to the pediatric emergency room and unfortunately I experienced racism from the first contact with the doctor asking me if I was the mother, because my daughter was white. I was with my child in the hospital due to a procedure under general anesthesia. Starting with the receptionists: nice, helpful and professional. Admission to the ward went smoothly, nurses provided exemplary care. The ladies had a great approach to the child and their behavior significantly reduced the stress of the child and the parent before the procedure. The preparation for anesthesia itself was well organized - the parent could be with the child until the last possible moment before entering the operating room and immediately after the patient woke up. The food is very good - a variety of breakfasts and dinners (vegetables, cold meats, cheese, yogurt, etc.) and enough for both children and parents. Doctors are patient, helpful and cordial. I give it a well-deserved 5 - the child only shed tears before leaving - that it's over and it's time to part with the new friend from the room :)

The worst hospital that anyone can go to. I have no idea why the emergency reception is like this. I went there with a bad situation and I had to wait a couple of hours to be visited by a doctor. It's really funny how the situation is like there. Unfortunately, there are not many options in the city when you get sick during the weekend ie Saturday. At first, I went to the med campus and they said the only option is this hospital. After a couple of hours of waiting my condition got worse and I decided to come back home. Just go there if you are about to die otherwise staying at home is much better.

Hospitals should hire more suitable doctors. In my opinion, clinics that deal with sensitive things, where patient has take off their clothes when required, there should be male and female doctors. 5 stars ain’t enough for this place. Had surgery here years ago and a recent one 2 months ago for my mum. Their staff is what makes this place different from others plus their facilities and cleanliness are top notch. Staff always attentive, accommodating, and takes care of you the moment you walk in that door until the day you’re released. Amazing!

A great choice out in East Auckland. The staff provided all the required information prior to the day, so we had the required information. Plenty of free parking outside, with a 5 min drop off/pick-up area too. Very disappointing experience, tried to make an appointment for health checks as part of a visa application for working abroad. I was told that I had to email them, after trying to email six times with no success, I rang the clinic. Spoke to a very rude receptionist (Debra) who accused me of making spelling mistakes and there was nothing wrong with their email address. I explained that I had checked the spelling over and over again. She still wasn’t interested in helping me solve the issue and my spelling was the problem. She had no understanding or compassion whatsoever. I was made me feel like a complete foul. Has completely put me off dealing with Edinburgh Clinic ever again.

This place has a lot to be desired especially in their patient consideration. After 20minutes over our time we asked what was the delay no one seemed to know or even care. A very junior Nurse informed us that they were informed us that they were waiting on a chair Whatever that meant?? After nearly 50 minutes we asked again, the reason was they were waiting for a consultant to show up! Wonder what would have been said if I had been 50 minutes late. Not good enough Nuffield time to consider your patient.

I had minimally invasive surgery and stayed 4 days. The nurses and doctors were all very friendly and helpful, the hospital and patient rooms were quiet, clean, and smelled fresh. I usually have a hard time sleeping in an unfamiliar place, but the hospital bed was surprisingly soft and comfortable and the nurses gave me something at night so I actually ended up getting the best sleep in years. Evening rounds came in at 10:30 PM and morning was 7:50 AM so my roommate and I got our 8-9 hours sleep and went home rested. Big thank you to all doctors and nurses at Albertinen Krankenhaus.

Came to Notaufnahme with racing heart, palpitations and chest pains with breathing issues. I wasnt sure whether it was serious enough considering how full the hospital was and i felt embarrassed to go. Nevertheless, i was treated warmly and respectfully during my long and expected wait (its an emergency room people, chances are someone is going to be sicker and more needing of help than you!) . The staff were under pressure with so many sick people and i was happy to wait. They found me room to stay overnight as the Cardiac Unit was full, and still i was treated respectfully and with dignity. I too am a foreigner, with questionable German skills but i try and found no racism as other have said. Im now in the cardiac ward and grateful that im being cared for. Still! Thankyou to lovely Notaufnahme Doctor, the Cardiac team, the nurses at 2A and also now up in 6B. Everyone has a sense of humour and are so friendly! I recommend this hospital 100% you are in good hands! Chill!

It would be nice to start doing something with the parking spaces, there are few of them, drivers stand where they shouldn't and block the passage of ambulances. The institution itself is great, but due to the ill-conceived parking for so many people, I give it 3*.
