Absolute embarrassment for a medicinal center. My sister spent 7 hours in the ER with chest pain, provided doctor with all her records from other physicians. After 1 x-ray they disregarded everything, told her it's "probably" stress and sent her home. Thank you for reconfirming the public opinion in this countries medical standards. You are the heroes this country deserves.

I receivedan excellent care from very friendly and warm staffs from cardiology department.all doctors nurses and hospital staffs are so supportive. From start to end I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of care, warmth and kindness of every person I met. I highly recommend this hospital.

Worst emergency experience ever. Come here with my friend with breath problem. Waited 5 hours until he almost fainted, then they gave him ibuprofen and didn’t try to find real problem. When he decided to leave so unprofessional SOR, the nurse was rude and severely pulled out a dropper with useless saline. Works for parking counter, not people.

First something positive: the doctors, especially the anaesthetist, were good. However, during my time on the station following ankle surgery, I was shocked. 1. When i woke up after the surgery I hadn't eaten since the day before (it was around 7pm), I asked a nurse if i could have something to eat and she shouted at me, made me feel like it was a totally unreasonable request - the other patients in the room were shocked and defended me. Finally she brought me some food but was clearly annoyed that i had asked for something so basic. 2. When I realised my period had started during the surgery, I was once again shouted at for asking for help to get a pad (I wasn't allowed to leave my bed to go to the toilet so soon after surgery.) It was humiliating. I was left in those bloody sheets for 4 days 3. I had a very big ankle surgery and was in pain I had never experienced before (including childbirth), the nurse during the night shift straight after the surgery refused to give me anything stronger than Novalgin and then left me for 6 hours with nothing else. She told me to stop ringing the bell because she couldn't help me. I was sweating and shaking with the pain. Pain management continued to be an issue throughout my stay depending on whether the nurse on shift 'believed' my pain or not, I raised this with the doctors several times. 4. I told the staff that my bandages felt too tight and no one listened to me, now 6 weeks later, i still have nerve pain, which needs pain medication and skin necrosis from having extreme pressure on my foot for 2 days. 5. One evening a nurse filled every patients' thrombosis syringe half with air, thank goodness the other nurse on shift realised before she injected 16 patients with air, she was in disbelief. This added to the general feeling of not being safe on the ward of this hospital. 6. Nurses were exhausted and burned out, 2 nurses for 16 patients is clearly not enough. 7. When i wanted to come back after 6 weeks to discuss the surgery and recovery with the surgeon I had to beg for an appointment on the phone to a very rude receptionist (the same receptionist who a few weeks before told me there is no plaster cast in the hospital, can this be the case in a hospital with an orthopedic department and an emergency room?!). After care is a simple responsibility after major surgery, especially when there are complications such as crippling nerve pain that my general orthopedic doctor couldn't seem to explain. To say I was shocked is an understatement, I feel traumatised by this experience. Sometimes I have nightmares about being back on that ward crying in pain with no one helping me. The experience was inhumane and I deeply regret choosing this hospital. I have never written a review like this but i feel a responsibility to warn people. Once again I will say the doctors were good, but you rarely see them. I particularly appreciated the anaesthetist who showed compassion and diligence but that level of care should be the rule, not the exception.

I was at the clinic with my wife and every single nurse, doctor, security and receptionist that talked to me were patient, kind and nice. Although I don't speak German, everyone was willing to explain things in English. Special thanks to a nurse and a doctor both called Julius who were extremely kind to us and treated us like real human beings. I'm full of gratitude to everyone in this hospital. Thank you 🙏🏻

This is the best hospital, with the best MS Ambulanz! The team was very professional, reliable and communicated fluent English with me! The MS-Nurse, Frau Christine Timm, is very caring, she talks to me in a calm and grounded manner, this made my anxiethy less present during my stays in the hospital! This is the fourth time in this institution, two hip replacements, two repeat hip joints, each time it gets worse and worse, initially cups of the wrong size were placed, when asked why they were asked, there was no other answer at that time, the result dislocations of the left joint began, they underwent re-endoprosthetics in 2019, the right leg turned out to be 2 cm shorter, which caused the ankle to fly, in 2022 dislocations of the right joint began, I was admitted to the clinic on August 30, I just lay in bed for four days, they took a blood test, did an x-ray, That’s it. The attending physician came once and asked what and where it hurt, where the dislocations were going, that’s all. No one really reads the stories, right before the operation they asked which joint should be operated on, right or left, if he hadn’t said that it was right, they would have operated on the left one, since the dislocation of the left joint is indicated everywhere, even in the discharge the left joint appears everywhere, in the department no one bothers to read the medical history, the prescription list contains contraindications for injecting NSAIDs, which I cannot take until the allergy begins and I asked the question what they are pricking, the lack of professionalism of the treatment nurses is off the charts, they punctured all the veins and were unable to place a catheter; a nurse from the intensive care unit placed a subclavian catheter without anesthesia, because... I’m allergic to lidocaine, the second nurse on duty didn’t come on time to the call, the IV ran out, the result was that the catheter was clogged, they couldn’t flush it out, they removed it, they tried to put the catheter in the arm, they punctured all the veins again, they couldn’t put it in, the nurse from the intensive care unit put it in again, for that I thanked her very much, I told her to warn the nurse on duty when she was administering the medicine so that she would press on the vein because the whole boat didn’t go in because of adhesions in the vein, when I tried to show what needed to be done, she threw my hand away and started yelling that she knew better what to do, she started tugging at the catheter, naturally she pulled it out of the vein, and refused to put another one in for me, she screamed rudely that she knew better what to do, he sent her away and told her not to come close to me anymore, my brother came, tried to put an intravenous drip, again nothing worked, the nurse from the intensive care unit did it again, my hands were punctured into rubbish, blue, more than 30 punctures, they react disgustingly to calls, as if you can’t go out into the corridor, the sisters and nannies sit in their little room, either drinking tea or gossiping in the corridor, in general, I was left with a disgusting impression of the work of the LLP2 staff, management conduct a staff certification, many of the staff do not correspond to the position, what they do. We been in hospital for over 4 years and we are verry happy and satisfied with everything the doctors the nurses the ladys who are cleanining we are like a family but ,is a big But ,in San ildelfonso the chair for familly to sleep over the night need urgent change.is impossible to sleep.we have back pain, legs pain, over so many days in hospital is hard for us to rest .please help us ,on behave of familys

Before the reform this hospital was so unnerving that it looked like it came out of a horror film. After the reform it is much more colourful and has much more life. From what I have seen kids are way less scared of going to the hospital thanks to the reform. My only complaint is that with all the paintings navigating it has gotten a bit annoying. Overall if I had to take any children to do anything at a hospital near me this would be my first pick.

Immigrant visa medical check- I had a very good experience. It was quick and efficient. I made an advance appointment, which I recommend as there were many walk ins turned away as they were fully booked.

Pharmacy staffs are not friendly. Just simply make you to run here and there. They have good business so they don't listen you.

For the Immigration medical the lab withdrew blood 2 different times not giving a clear reason why a second sample was needed but was using the word positive in their sentence when asking why do you need a second sample. They were talking fast to the point you can’t understand what they are saying, purposely done in my opinion, but you can make out the word positive in the conversations. Very nerve racking. End results were non reactive for the labs. But the torture of waiting for the results was horrendous. Exactly what they were wanting. Sad.

I received a back pain relief massage from physiotherapist Petri Salose. He also promised to ask the house doctor for a painkiller prescription. The care is really commendable, because the next morning Petri called and asked how I was doing. He also arranged a new time, so that I can get in shape before leaving for the fall trip. Husband on last day in China had a seziure he was taken by ambulance 3 ks away to Puhua hospital. Only waited 15 min as roads were quiet at 6am . The treatment was first class from room staff.. office staff to tests . MRI CT EEG from talking to 2 doctors given medication we were able to get flight home that night . Saying to hotel receptionist ... travel insurance... tourist hospital... English speaking are the main words to relay in any country.

This is one of best hospitals in Beijing. Many doctors and facilities. Always available however one would need to pay a hefty sum. I lived next door in Chateau Regency so it was very convenient and go to place.

My husband has been twice to the internal medicine clinic at Oasis with a hernia. Both times they gave him an antibiotic and told him to rest. They are completely unhelpful and won't try and fix the problem. They even said the antibiotic was for the pain. We will never go back here.

Got excellent health care at Beijing United Family Hospital when a blister on my left foot got severely infected (cellulitis) during a three week trip to Beijing. I went to the emergency room and was helped immediately, didn't have to wait a single minute (which made me impressed since I am used to hours of waiting when seeking care at home; politicans and other responsible people in my home country Sweden should watch and learn!). They provided me with antibiotics and tools to disinfect the sore, and it was healed within just a small couple of days. English speaking nurses, physicians, and other staff makes the hospital very accessible to foreigners, which made me very pleased as my mandarin is very limited. Would recommend to everyone with medical problems in the city.

Good local hospital. Great selection of medical facilities with great doctors. The customer service has improved over the years as has the insurance approval process. Nothing is perfect though, so sometimes there may be issues. Overall a great place when you need medical assistance.

Good day, on 11/14/2023, I underwent a prostate biopsy at department 8/3 in Martin. I can't help but write this review for such a super professional approach of all involved. It started already at the reception, the nurse was incredibly empathetic. It's a shame that I don't know her name, she would definitely be named. Also, big thanks to all the nurses, especially one, I think they called her Deniska. Doctor Kliment topka, golden person. Oh and I can't forget the anesthesia ladies, I wanted to thank them right away but I couldn't speak....thank you in addition, you were great! And what to write at the end? Mr. Director, you have such a great staff.

Hello, my son was operated on 3 years ago at the Martin University Hospital, Department of Surgery. We had a personal interview with Mudr. Adamik - surgeon. A doctor with a high level of professional education. Just a top. Now 3.11.2023 again after 3 years we contacted him again. He was extremely willing and accessible. He planned an operation that is difficult and is only performed in Martin and Prešov. The disease is called Hydradentis suppurativa. Since Martin is closer to us, i.e. 300 km from our place of residence, we chose this hospital again. If you suffer from such a disease, I highly recommend it.

Waited about 30 mins for a kids X-ray. Overall very satisfied with the service. Staff was all very nice and helpful. Some spoke limited English but we were able to navigate it without major issue.

We waited way too long on Kid’s emergency department. We used to live in Bulgaria for a few years and even there is service better and faster. Disappointed

I would like to thank the doctors and nurses who took care of me for the last 4 days at the ENT department at the Antol Hospital. They sent me here and there from the reluctant hospital in Ružinov, until I finally got to the Antol hospital through 3 emergency rooms. At the internal reception, they took me within 15 minutes and immediately sent me upstairs to the ENT. the young lady doctor examined me within the next 30 minutes and immediately recommended an operation to remove the abscess, within 3 hours I was on the operating table, very pleasant staff and Mr. The doctor who operated on me, and in the evening everything was selected and the treatment started. All the nurses and the other workers were great, attentive, they came to ask how the person was doing, if I had enough of everything and even gave me an extra blanket for the night because they had not yet heated the room and it was cold. If it weren't for them, I still wouldn't be able to swallow. But I give 4 stars to the management of the hospital and the cooks - it really can't be cooked better? 4 days the same for lunch and breakfast, if only it looked/tastes like it was served to pigs (to put it politely). Sometimes you can make a good meal with little and cheap, you don't have to serve a 5-star course. I've already eaten everything and I won't indulge in specials, but maybe it would be enough to change those foods as well. What is sad, and this applies to all hospitals, is that they don't even have toilet paper anymore? It's about time the Ministry of Health wakes up, because it's a shame that people who spend so much money on health insurance have to wear toilet paper and soap. Everyone from politicians, through state secretaries and companies knows how to pour money into the bag, after agreements behind closed doors, but to provide people with at least basic equipment in hospitals, there is no money for that, tell your high politicians salaries for NOTHING and will be found immediately.

In 2 days, they managed to turn a normal person into a wreck ... 1st class hyenism towards old people ... ICU department - doctor and staff serving on the night of 14.9. on 15.9 in cooperation with the internal department.

Disaster, they put me in a non-smoking room with pneumonia, someone stole my expensive medicine and they dragged me around the hospital even though everything hurts and I can't even walk, I had to walk over 700m and no one helped me even to wrap my arms around me. And I'm not talking about the fact that the maintenance man gaped at me, allegedly that I turned off my oxygen... I would be very interested in how I turned off my oxygen when I can't even lift my arm. Well, just completely wrong, never again.

Reluctant staff doctors even worse. They talk her out of Covid, which has been gone for a long time... They deny the parents information about the child. Only one parent is allowed in the clinic. I have never experienced this anywhere and I go all over Europe.

Efficient and functional as mid-city hospitals go. Service was efficient and professional. English spoken and the radiology department on top of their game with me in and out in under a half-an-hour. The hospital has a long history and several additions as time passed and progress was made... Expect a bit of a maze and hustle and bustle as staff and patients make their way through. Thumbs up!

I just had a baby girl and I am very satisfied with the services at this hospital. Gynecologist Doctor Khun Sunantha and team have taken good care of our baby😍. Special thanks to the nursery department for such a good service. They are really polite and kid friendly. Highly recommend this hospital for child birth. 👍😊

My blood test for a visa application went quite fast and easy. For results at 8 a.m. the next morning, arrive before 2 p.m. The nurses were kind and attentive. The doctor who treated me was also nice. Nevertheless, the walkway appears to be a maze.

People, don’t go to this center. A year ago, my husband had an operation there. They said it was successful, but in fact they just “killed” him. So as not to tarnish the honor of the clinic, they discharged him half-dead. A day later he died. At the autopsy they said that he was not even operated on. And they assured me that the operation was successful. Within a week he had bedsores. They didn’t let me see him. They said that he was getting up, and when he was discharged, he couldn’t even sit in a wheelchair. Neither his arms nor his legs were working. God bless them and so that these “doctors” and their relatives meet the same doctors.
