Unfortunately, I have to state that the approach at the aftercare center is absolutely disastrous. Obnoxious nurses, leaving patients in their own feces for many hours (really many hours), arrogance, blaming patients for their own condition (diarrhea, inflammation), huge stench throughout the ward. Patients are afraid of nurses, my grandmother developed a stress condition from defecation and was afraid to eat. If you love your loved ones, don't put them there - the elderly, sick and immobile people are at serious risk of death there. A large part of this state is borne by the extreme level of employees (the existing ones are exhausted, demotivated, overworked and without empathy). My opinion: send a consistent, random check(s) there and, based on the results, possibly close the entire department and remove the title from Mr. Mayor

I was on the 4th floor in acute neurology with pain with a herniated disc. I understand that they can't keep me there for more than 10 days, but instead of helping me with that, they gave me medicines like aulin and zaldiar, which I could easily take at home. They didn't do a CT scan or an X-ray, they just didn't do anything.. And they let me go home, even though my back hurt like hell and they didn't care at all, they just wrote me to take zaldiar at home.. And they said that it hurts only because the cold front (weather) is coming. OK thanks to this I know that next time I won't Privamed.

I have to write here the experience with one-day surgery in private medicine. Thanks to the entire staff, including the doctor, the primary care manager, and the nurses for everything. Today we were at the children's ENT emergency, all the staff we met were very nice. From the receptionist, through the nurse to the doctor. We didn't meet the cleaning lady, because we hardly waited and immediately took our turn, but I believe she would be smiling too :-) I was surprised by the modern environment - we are not local. I recently had the opportunity to spend a few days at the hospital, and I would like to share my experience and write a review of this hospital. Here is my opinion: Regarding my stay at the hospital, I would like to highlight the excellent care I received here. The staff was friendly, professional and willing to help. The doctors and nurses showed interest in my health and did their best to make me feel as good as possible. I appreciate their expertise and ability to explain my diagnoses and treatments. Regarding the facilities of the hospital, I was pleasantly surprised by the modern and clean environment. The hospital has advanced technologies and equipment that contribute to the high quality of care provided. I was informed about all media and tools that were used during my stay, which gave me confidence and a sense of security. The menu was varied and healthy. The staff was interested in my dietary preferences and the diet was adapted to my needs. All the food was fresh and tasty. In terms of communication, the staff tried to maintain open and clear communication with me and my loved ones. They explained all aspects of my treatment and gave me detailed information about my condition and possible treatments. I always had the opportunity to ask questions and get the necessary explanations. Access to visits was well organized. The hospital had rules and restrictions related to visits, which was understandable for patient protection. Despite these measures, I was able to see my loved ones and get the support I needed. All in all, the hospital provides excellent care and I'm glad I had the opportunity to be their patient. Their professional and friendly staff, modern equipment and careful communication create an environment in which the patient feels safe and well cared for. I would recommend the hospital to anyone looking for quality healthcare.

Cheb never again! We came to surgery with heel pain. At first the doctor said that we should wait and after 4 hours he sent us to the emergency room for adults, saying that we had to go there. So we waited for 4 hours completely unnecessarily and the doctor was even more arrogant. He acted like we weren't even there. So here I am already in life.

I went there twice to get some treatment. Both of my problems were solved as quickly as possible and never bothered me again. Very professional staff. Not sure if they all speak good English, since I spoke Czech but they were trying hard to understand me, a foreigner.

Can't say was impressed by attitude of Kondratishko service. We not living in Latvia any more and have adopted to western culture and would like to have better service and customer skill service from person who charges such a big money for 5 min consultation. Very dissatisfied. Would not let my other half to have operation done by person like that. Hope clinic's bosses are reading this and some measures will be taken to put her on the right way how to provide her service.

The clinic offers excellent service, but they lack flexibility when it comes to rescheduling appointments. I understand the importance of their regulations, yet there should be exceptions for situations like the passing of a friend or other emergencies.

They have a designated client parking yet no instructions, I got a parking fine because of it. When I contacted them about it, i didn't even receive a response. Disappointing!

Additionally, if their staff cannot contact you by phone after booking a service that never materializes, they refuse to reimburse the amount paid by you. When a healthcare professional utters the words, "I've spotted something strange on your x-ray," it shouldn't be taken lightly. This statement carries immense significance for patients, necessitating immediate attention and action by a person in a position of indisputable authority. Instead, you will likely be kept in the dark regarding a possible diagnosis. Rather than providing you with crucial information about your health status, they waste their time taking snapshots as evidence of attempting to contact you. Furthermore, do not be deceived by their advertised prices, as there are numerous extra charges, such as follow-ups or additional tests recommended during the consultation, which ultimately increase your bill significantly. As someone with a medical background who has visited public and private healthcare facilities across the globe, I can confidently say that I have never witnessed such peculiar and potentially unlawful procedures. Unfortunately, some medical professionals there prioritize their financial gain over providing quality care. These doctors may pressure patients into unnecessary follow-up appointments, causing stress, anxiety and potentially wasting valuable time and resources. In conclusion, I strongly advise against utilizing this facility, especially if one happens to be an expatriate seeking medical services abroad.

Payed online for antigen test. Came for the scheduled time. They wouldn’t able to did it in time, so I had to wait. After this they did NOT ANTIGEN, but PCR test. As a result they told that I should wait even more, to do the Antigen, which I’ve paid in advance, they had to know about this. At least it was cheap

At the Šumperk hospital, we have been dealing with abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea, fevers and vomiting for two months. During the sono examination in the emergency room, the attending physician repeatedly said that there was no problem, despite the visible hernia. We will know the results of the colonoscopy 6 weeks after the examination, while the problems are still ongoing. Lax approach, lack of interest in patient comfort.

My reality is that 2 maximum satisfaction and now the third time never again at the orthopedics nurses disaster, not all of them, but after that they have children from Zdravka, so they give them a really nice example of total lack of interest in patients, they won't explain anything to you, they won't tell you. Both the nurses and the doctors of the house are acting like total idiots. Who invented something and is annoying there. Again, not all the doctors. And the food was a disaster, it was impossible to be sure. And again, only now, years ago, the orthopedics was great. And the food was great, so where is the fault. Well Asia in the lead. The staff is very cooperative. I visited the hospital two times with my different friends. One of my visit is in an emergency case, and they treat very well.

Yesterday's emergency reception at the ophthalmology department was quite nourishing... At the reception, the lady told us on the "spokesman" that the doctor was operating and we would have to wait at least an hour. they left it outside where 2 more patients arrived, so we wouldn't all be able to fit in if the weather was bad. The treatment itself then proceeded quickly, the doctor was pleasant, professional and everything went perfectly well.

I have only positiv experiences here, the doctors are very friendly and have a lot of knowledge. The same for the nurses. Indeed if you have to go to the emergency you have to wait, like every where in the world. This is depending on the screening, some cases are more urgent, just accept that. Would be nice to have something to read due the waiting time, but that is the only thing. I was several times here, also for a longer time, and the care is just very good, that is the most important thing.

One of best places in Budapest to get the Covid vaccination. Very efficient and attentive service in a clean and tidy place. All doctors, nurses, IT specialists and soldiers work the help incoming people. No preliminary registration required. Large parking lot located in front of Uzsoki hospital free on weekends only.

Always busy but always proper treatment.

Most of the nurses working in the infectious disease department on the first floor are disrespectful and impatient with vulnerable patients. No empathy or helpfulness whatsoever. Expertise is also questionable in many cases. It is very difficult to get information about the patient's condition from doctors. It's sad that people like this work in healthcare.

They are mean nurses and I saw my grandmother...people who don't want to work...who don't care about patients.

Bit of slow process, but overall it was good. The military folks were extremely polite and helpful. Salut to them!
