Very rude behavior from receptionist. Two times i face like these.. That is the only reason iam sending now.Atleast keep some peoples they are talking politely. On 23/10/23 Mrng 8.30 am one lady call back for appmt booking that time.i ask just token number.. She is shouting wait... Wait.. Wait... Atleast she can tell i wl tell u sir.. Like that.. Is there any option for 0 rating i wll give that.. For the receptionist not for the hospital..

No enough parking space, bad reception experience, waiting 40 minutes while having a scheduled appointment, not clean, nurse interrupting the patient while talking to the doctor without knocking the door or asking and no stock of medication.

Horrible experience. They have advertised for early breast cancer detection offer,really nice promotion but when you get to the hospital nobody seems to be aware. The reception team at the emergency is friendly and professional. The reception at the radiology department is extremely un professional,completely clueless about the offer, I suppose simple phone call amongst the hospital team could have resolved the issue. Eventually they sent me to gynaecology department, here the nurses though seemed not to be aware of the promotion handled the issue professionally, but were not able to assist. Decided to visit a different hospital which was very professional and had screening comfortably without hassle. department Te

The service was ok. Doctors were friendly. But for a private hospital they should be ashamed of the facilities they have. The toilets are absolutely disgusting. Very old furniture. Not well maintained at all. There is a smell of mold. The rooms look like the 60s rooms. Everything was old and in very bad shape.

ATTENTION! With that such leader of the hospital definitely the customers can’t get good service. Very rude only thinks about how to get benefit from others even from the workers. Very disappointed of their service only working for money !

Very POOR quality of service for the price, lack of communication between doctors and nurses, wastes the customer's time, repeat visits to the doctor and paid tests. It's very difficult for the child, they have to cry for the blood test, the nurse can't even find the vein, and they have to do the test again and again because of their own fault.

Full service private hospital in Ulaanbaatar. My son was delivered here and we use it for most doctors visits. They don’t do most trauma but they do most everything else. When I had appendicitis they took care of me quickly and safely. Good experience all around.

Like most of the reviews say, it's true they are all about making money. As for quality of care, I can't say. They scared me away with the price. Much higher prices than American hospitals. When they quote you a price, they say it's not much and it's unbelievably high priced. The positive is they are very organized and most of the staff is quite friendly and helpful.

I don't know what other people complain about. The service was good and the price was somewhat reasonable. The only issue I had was that the doctor was sick (coughing and sneezing), and my fiance caught it from him and then gave it to me. Now, she is in the hospital with a high fever. I am not sure why that guy was allowed to work in that condition and without a mask. But hey...🤔🤔

This review is due to a lack of knowledge that simple. As a foreigner I recommend that all other foreigners and locals stay far away from this hospital. That goes for anybody who may be sick, unless it's an emergency I would avoid this hosptial like the plague. I had a PET scan done at a different hospital that only has Vietnamese speaking doctors who cannot read me my results in English. My wife did research prior to the scan and she was told by FV Hospital staff that I could bring my PET scan to this hospital to have it read and relayed to me in English. I was warned that sometimes the CD Rom the other Hospital provides with the images works and sometimes it doesn't. I felt they've done several of these and were knowledgeable. That was until I tried to call today to make the appointment. I now have my PET Scan in hand and I called this Hospital back to set an appointment to have my results read to me. This morning my first point of contact was the operator who answered the phone. While I was delighted that a human answers, not a computer phone system, my call was answered by an unknowledgeable team member that has no idea the Hospital offers the above PET Scan reading service. When I explained the above, she asked me what area was scanned my hip, my neck, my back? I said, you are obviously unaware of what a PET SCAN is, it scans the entire body head to toe. Please get me someone who knows what a PET scan is, she instead asked me to go on your website and fill out a form. I declined and asked for her boss, she instead took my phone number and saying she will call me back. She did not call back, she had a Hospital interpreter call me back who said "I'm sorry we do not have a PET Scan here". I said I know that and I told the other lady that I do not need the skin I already have the scan from another hospital and all I want is your doctor to read it to me". She asked for another call back, I agreed and waited. While waiting for her second call, I went to their website and completed the appointment form which let's you book IMAGING Department no sooner than two days out. I completed the online appointment form. The interpreter called me back saying they can read my PET Scan from the other hospital but the doctor is abroad for the next 3 weeks and asked me to contact them again at that time. I said, Thank you and hung up. About 5 minutes later I got a phone call from my web submission which had a text box I could enter text " I would like a doctor to read my pet scan from another hospital" this was the last individual that called me back today saying "I'm sorry we do not offer a service that reads your PET SCAN service". I told her this unbelievable, so many unknowledgeable team members so this 1-Star review was coming and would remain here until Hospital management trains their employees properly on what services are and aren't offered. When management contacts me and informs me that training has been completed, I'll adjust this review. Otherwise it's well deserved and will remain here.

My brother and his wife, my sister were in HCMC last month, they all came here to see the doctors by that time. We must admit that the medical service at Vinmec Central Park deserves a solid 5 stars. The staff , especially all nurses were so empathy and helpful. The doctors spent time to explain everything so clearly, addressing our concerns with patience. When we come to collect medication at the pharmacy, we were impressed by the organized and tidy of this place. The hospital facilities are so clean. Overall, the level of care and attention to patients' needs truly set this hospital apart, making it deserving of a top-notch rating.

Everyone spoke English, I felt very safe in their hands. Doctor Nguyen Vinh Toan explained everything and answered all my questions , super nice and also the pharmacy . The cost for consolidation is 1300k and after 5pm it's 1800k.

Big and beautiful clinic, but the tests are too expensive (compared to Russia or even South Korea). The doctor I visited seemed professional. She sent me my test results the email along with drug prescription. For the price of services, I don’t know why they are so expensive. Teeth cleaning is more expensive than in Spain. Why do they think it’s OK to rip off foreigners? Not every tourists comes from US, and not everybody is rich.

It’s horrible experience when my friend examined in Department of traumatic and orthopaedics surgery. This comes from the attitude of the main doctor who was responsible for examining my friend, just a cursory diagnose without any appointment for in-depth examination. Terribly, he not only did not find the result but also OUTRAGED my friend because she uses insurance. More detail about this case, my friend has had a backache for a week so she decided to examine in Vinmec Time City with an advance appointment. When she came, a doctor named Hùng treat my friend uúnatisfactorily. He just touched her back and gave a conclusion with a doubt. And then, he told my friend should move on another medical department for examining. She did followed by the guide. But, no result was found in this department, doctor in here brought my friend back to the first department. In the second meeting, Dr. Hùng still stated that my friend was fine, just need doing more exercises, and he gave my friend an impolite attitude with a blame on using insurance in examining. Thus, the result my friend gave through the examine was AN OUTRAGE instead of a medical conclusion.

Today was my first time at a Danish dentist and I was positively surprised! Due to an accident I brok 4 teeth, I got an appointment already on the next day and Rasmus took good care of me. It was no problem to get my treatment in English. I was informed about every step they are planning to do, and I got an additional x-ray from my jaw because it was hurting after my fall. I am very happy with the quick but precise and perfect solution. When a tooth was polished Rasmus did it carefully step by step, until I was satisfied with the smoothness. I would recommend this dentist to my friends and will come back in the future.

The best dentist in Copenhagen! I was surfing the internet, trying to find a dentist in Copenhagen, where the staff speak english, and I found this dentist and I am so glad thad I did

I went to this clinic for x-rays as I had a lot of pain in my tooth. I had to wait for 20 days for the appointment that I booked. After that, they told me that I need a root canal treatment which in their website they mention for a front tooth it costs 5100DKK. However the dentist that saw the x-rays has told me that it will cost from 5000-6000 DKK, and then it has increased even more when I finally decided to book the appointment for the root canal (they told me around 7000 DKK). Of course the appointment would be after 15 more days waiting. Moreover, they decided that I also need a cleaning treatment that would cost extra money. After the first appointment I was feeling a lot of pain and thus I called them and they booked an extra meeting with me just to prescribe some antibiotics, something that they could do from the first appointment. Of course I had to pay again for this consultation. Thus, I decided to find another clinic that would take more seriously my situation and an offer for the root canal treatment with almost half of the price. However the new clinic asked for the x-ray and contacted the secretary of Tandlæge ved Søerne in order to send the x-ray with an email. Of course the secretary has never sent the x-ray even when I personally called her and asked her to do so. Overall, apart from the dentists who were looking professional, this clinic looks more like a scam that offers overpriced treatments. It seems that they just want to earn as much money as possible and of course they can find the way to do it. However someone should tell them that dentistry is not a luxurious comfort but a necessity for a healthy life.

Got a root canal from Omid and I would rate the experience a million out of ten if I could. Omid kept telling me what to expect, when to expect it, etc. Superb communication and just overall a pleasure, all things considered.

What a great experience ! I came to this dentist with a painful wisdom tooth. I started the consultation with Nadia and she was really amazing and understand my pain ! I had another dentist called Ula after who came to remove the tooth. She was also really nice, professional and smiling. They both make me at ease. I had top notch care with Dr. Alonso. He listened to my concerns and included me in the treatment plan. I found him to be not only expertly gifted, but genuinely a nice guy. I would without a doubt recommend him to any one needing dental care. Simply an awesome experience.

Top Dentist anywhere. It's hard to praise Dr. Alonso enough. Im positive there is nothing he can't do. Here is the straight scoop for Americans. Speaks amazing English so communication is simple. His website is set up so that if you follow and do what it says then you will be surprised at how easy everything is. The quoted cost was actually higher than the actual cost of my treatment. My cost in the U.S. and at a quality dental office would have been in the range of 25-30k. Yes.. no joke!! My cost was around 9k. In the U.S. the dental procedures, and they were NUMEROUS would have taken literally a year and im being conservative here. My time spent was 5 days in the office with a return visit in the future for the finished implants. Virtually painless....and the assistant was actually a Dentist as well and she was Fantastic. State of the art equipment....seriously my Dentist in Miami does not have this. I could go on and on and would be glad to assist anyone with their decision. I dont want to post my telephone info but Dr. Alonso is free to give it out at his discretion. Or email address. If you have never traveled to the Dominican Republic and are apprehensive...well don't be. I was picked up at the airport by a transportion gentleman that works for the office. Spoke English which was great because my Espanol is horrible. He drove me to an imaging center a few blocks away and back and to my hotel that was convenient to the office. Of course back to the airport when I left. The dental office will assist you with pretty much everything so no worries there. Santo Domingo is safe. Just use your head and stay in good areas like the dental office. Very nice area with a great place across the street to eat (or soup and a latte)..In my case. I can't wait to go back and finalize everything then do some hiking up north in the Jungle!!! Dr. Alonso is first-class, a dental artist and is doing a lot of people a whole lot of good. I work in the medical field and was hesitant to travel outside of the US for this treatment. I did my research and would see Dr. Alonso again tomorrow if I could. My experience was nothing short of spectacular and the results- WOW- I am complimented on my smile every single day, which means the world to me….a girl who never smiled because I was insecure that my teeth did not show. Dr Jonathan Collado is the best and most recommended dentist in Santo Domingo. His high level of professionalism and experience makes him a top dentist . His staff is amazing and welcoming. Dr.Florentino is marvelous from the beginning of reviewing the reviews he had on Google I automatically knew he was the dentist I had to see, from the first visit I advised him of why I came to him I came for RESULTS , I told him how much of my confidence I lost in my life of constant bad breath from poor dental work done before he found the root cause of the problem and gave me different options to choose from with affordable prices, this Dr knew his stuff and he meant business very friendly and well spoken. We finished my job in a short and convenient timing and all I can say is I have my smile my confidence back and I’m just pleased with the results. i had one of the worst experiences of my life at this clinic. i went in for chin and neck lipo and left after three hours of scraping inside of my face with no fat having been sucked out. their syringes all malfunctioned so they could not remove any of the fat. the doctor who performed it apologized and said "you wont see a difference because we cant get the tools to work" and suggested i find another surgeon that day who could fix what they did. the assistant apologized to me and said it shouldnt be like this. i was crying and terrified on the table as syringe after syringe broke while the canula was still inside of my skin and several doctors struggled and tugged at the long needle. i was humilated and terrified and just wanted to run away. the owner, alfred, refuses to take any responsibility for what happened - even though the doctor who performed it said i should seek another doctor to fix what they could not do, and apologized to me many times. Alfred made zero effort to make the situation right. i understand things happen, but his cold indifference and unwilingness to admit any wrongdoing was the final slap in the face after having to actually pay for this horrible experience. i would strongly suggest you run far away from this clinic.

I got my front teeth masked here. Asked for the color I was comfortable with but when the dentist was finished the masked teeth looked yellow in comparison to the surrounding. Considering it was a cosmetic procedure I expected the dentist to give me what I requested. Anyway before they continue with any procedure make sure to confirm after every step or expect disappointment

I was searching for the best dental Clinic in Nairobi and that's how I came across this great clinic.i called them and I managed to get same day appointment.my problem was,anytime I eat anything sweet,salty or hard I was having too much pain..Thanks to Dr mugo and her team for a great job, at least now I can eat anything after only 2 times visit.first day they cleaned my low teeth and second day they were to clean upper ones and that's when she noticed my upper one had an issue.they did an X-ray and they were able to identify my problem.one tooth was extracted and 2 tooth I had a root canal.the procedure was painless.i didn't experience any pain..many thanks to Dr mugo and your team..I can't thank u enough..I'm so glad I made the best choice...

Had a cracked tooth on the side of my cavity filling and they were able to fix it the same day! Obviously, it was bothersome day one because of the drilling and fill, but the next day I felt nothing and it's great to have a tooth I can use again! Highly recommend!!

I can not stress how bad this clinic is. I did 3 years of braces when I was young, 0 to little communication, vocalization & care about the patients wants and needs from the dentist. My teeth got ruined: got a gap between my teeth, the dentist pinched them back to place the 3 times it happened, and insisted I couldn’t get an internal retainer, this caused surrounding teeth to move; result is I have bunny teeth that are not aligned. My teeth are also slightly swayed to the left, they don’t go down straight from my gums. The dentist doesn’t care about the aesthetic. Cold responses to inquiries, concerns, and emails. And I payed 4.500$. I still struggle with my teeth to this day. And I have to undergo another round of treatments to fix my teeth. I probably will never be able to get nice teeth and fix everything, only what’s possible. Forget about this clinic and go to AUBMC.

This is by war the worst clinic I’ve ever been to. After being a loyal customer of Dr. basho back when I was 10, I expected a better treatment and a unique experience. Since Dr. Bacho doesn’t treat adults, I was told that Dr. Bassel doughan is the one who’s responsible for all adults. So, I took an appointment with him and I wish i never did. After arriving to my appointment on time, I had to wait for 35 mins and then I was surprised to see another doctor who did my checkup. She was his assistant. Im sorry, but I signed up for Dr bassel, not his assistant. He only showed up at the very end of the checkup for about 5 mins and introduced himself. What a showoff!! He didn’t even bother asking me about my problem! Even his assistant did an x-ray to see if I have any dental cavities, and then she told me that I had 5 dental cavities on my left side, I was devastated! Only when I thought that things that cant get any worse, on my way to the gate, they followed me to the door and charged me 50 dollars for the x-ray images. What the hell? I mean, the doctor didn’t even bother looking at these x-ray images to tell me what my problem is, he blindly relied on his so-called “assistant” who i believe misdiagnosed me. A few days after that, I visited another dental clinic, they did panoramic x-ray images and it turns out that I had only one dental cavity on the left side!!! Wow, Dr. bassel doughan and his assistant and this whole stupid clinic should be shut down!! All they aim for is stealing people’s money and misdiagnosing them!

I have known Dr. Riad Basho from more than 20 years when he had a private clinic in Bristol and I can sincerely vow that he is the best dentist for kids and this is not coming only from my feedback but also from the feedback of every mum I recommended Dr. Basho to her. Besides being professional he is also a friendly and courteous doctor who cares about his patients.
