God forbid you get here! No one cares at all about your condition and illness. I came for a planned hospitalization on 04/20/23 and was told to come at 7:30, but as a result, no one was there until 8:00. Then they started driving from building to building, but I didn’t come for a walk - to remove 2 tumors in my chest! I don’t think it’s worth talking about how difficult it was for me to run here and there. The doctor said that the operation would be at 11 and finally I was escorted to the department, by that time it was already 10.00 in an hour the operation. I already thought that it was all over, but no, it turns out they were not satisfied with the ECG and the doctor’s report from another hospital, and an HOUR before the operation they took me to building 3 to the general clinic, supposedly they would admit me without a queue. Naturally, I didn’t fall for anyone there. After sitting for 45 minutes in a senseless wait, I decided that under no circumstances would I return here and it would be better to take out a loan for a paid operation in a normal place! How can you be so indifferent?!! People come for last minute help, but all the staff don’t care, even if you die right there in the corridor! If possible, I advise you to go to paid clinics, because here it becomes even more scary for your life!

Of all the buildings, the RKOD Medical Diagnostic Center, building 2, has the most “mean people”, arrogant nurses, security guards, and at the reception. Be kind, people don’t come here for entertainment, a circus or to sing songs. People are scared, after operations, in a depressed state. It is this building that stands out for its staff.

Many thanks to Georgiy Tarielovich Basiashvili and the entire urology department for their professionalism, kindness, and sensitive attitude. We were simply amazed by the warm atmosphere that reigned around. These people are butchers..They just want your money...The first thing they wanna do is surgery....They left my thyroid worse ... should have never touched it ... should have given me thyroid hormone I needed...I am so sick I can't hardly work...Stay far away from this place.

I'm writing this review after 5 hour's of waiting. This is not acceptable. To establish a simple electronic waiting room system is not a big deal for a small ambulance, for the institution as this one, it has to be mandatory.

Just a gray place, inside and out. I have to come every three months for micro catheterezation treatments for my heart and lungs. Tip: Please do stay healthy so you can avoid this place.. .

My dad was admitted to this hospital for a heart problem. He was treated as professionally and quickly as possible to resolve his situation. Just thank the medical staff, all very kind.

Would like to say huge thank you to all the personal. This week my 7 years old daughter had a surgery (pacemaker) and all went well, despite we are not Hungarians but from Ukraine, we had the best treatment here. Every hospital should work like this, with staff like this. They are helpful, understanding, supportive and professionals in their profession. You can easily trust them. And yes, sometimes you really have to wait for hours, but you have to prepare for it this way. We can be sure that they will do everything for us

It may sound strange, but it was a positive experience to have a short treatment and then to experience the professional operation of one of Hungary's leading hospitals, the true professional teamwork of dedicated young doctors, nurses and administrators. It was an uplifting feeling to feel this positive, serious, focused, tense atmosphere, as they work tirelessly for the benefit of the patients 12 hours a day. Always treated well and have had multiple surgeries with the highest level of compassion and care. Couldn't recommend any higher. World class facilities, Doctors and med students/residents, nurses are extremely respectful of patient wishes and exceed professional standards. All support staff I've encountered were extremely helpful and welcoming and would ask you in the hall if there was anywhere specific you were trying to find and if they can help in any way. The Doctors and nurses were extremely accommodating of my specific (non cardiac) issues and needs at the time and worked with me on them for a comfortable experience. The surgeon it's named after actually operated on my Opa (grandfather in Dutch) and the surgeon who did my open heart surgery was studying under the Facility's namesake and remembered assisting on Opa's surgery because it was one of their first surgeries he assisted on. So he opened up and operated on my Opa and myself. Working on 2 generations of 1 family decades and half a Province apart is quite the interesting thing in my opinion. If you or your loved ones are required to be here you're in very good care under MANY VERY SKILLED hands.

Experienced two months with the institute. The Doctors and Nursing staff were awesome. The panel of doctors managing my case were very knowledgeable and up to date with the latest advances in cardiac treatment and rehabilitation technologies.

On the door to Yershova Olena Borisivna's office (if she has not yet been released) there should be an inscription: Do not enter! Evil creature! People are treated terribly. He hates children! Judging by the comments, the doctors are good, the support staff is bad. I am interested in the financial component: we were told the price of the transaction was UAH 145,000 (three stands). Two years ago, judging by the comments, two stands cost 15,000 UAH. Who in general calculates the cost of services in the clinic? I want everything to be transparent and honest and we receive checks, statements for the procedures provided, which I have to officially pay, and not "put in the doctor's bedside table". Where can I find out the prices for the services of the Heart Institute?

Dear people…..this is a death factory. They just buried my father. Half a million was left for treatment. 200 thousand valve replacement and 40 days of intensive care. The man came for the examination himself, but as they say, no one wants to lose their money. But that's not even the point. The fact that no one returned the money is understandable. But on the 7th floor there is an intra-hospital infection that kills all patients. People undergo complex operations, and then everyone develops sepsis, all organs become infected, and the patients die. They were burying my father, the wife of my roommate called and he had also died. Therefore, look for another place for treatment, but not on the 7th floor. But since the intensive care unit is on another floor, the entire hospital needs to be closed and treated for infection, but who wants to lose their money.....

The worst place for heart . They just rip off money from people with heart problem . They did open heart surgery for my mom and her heart was not Qualify for and open heart surgery . They just wanted the 60 thousands euro 💶 and my mom passed away after the surgery . Guys be careful with them . The level of nurses is high compared to other hospitals! I think this is a trustworthy hospital because the doctors explain everything in an easy-to-understand manner. After paying the bill, I realized that my change was a pin note every time! I don't want to have to take care of you again, but if I do, I think this hospital is the best!

My elderly mother, who is 86 years old, underwent surgery to replace an artificial valve. The reason why I went to a different hospital than the first time was because I judged her to be at high risk due to her age. I was looking for a heart specialty hospital that performs many surgeries and ended up here. It was a little far away, but people came from Shimane and Tottori prefectures, so it was still close. The surgery was a great success. However, there were some difficult times due to complications, but now, almost half a year later, I am doing very well. The reception desk is efficient, and although the doctor's office is quite busy, the examination and payment process are smooth. Everyone is relatively kind, and I feel that the hospital is well-trained to handle the situation properly. The surgeon was also wonderful.

I would like to thank the receptionist and many staff members for their courteous service. I am very grateful that not only the medical care provided, but also the highest standard hospital is nearby, and I truly rely on it. I look forward to working with you.

2 months ago was my aunt's valve change operation and it was a complete success. I am very grateful for everything they did before, during and after the operation. The months before the operation, each of the specialists showed a very humane treatment, an adjective that paradoxically is seen less and less in doctors. After the operation, they kept her hospitalized for more than 3 weeks and did not discharge her until the tests they performed daily gave good results, that is, without showing any rush to free up a bed, prioritizing the patient's safety. I had an appointment for an MRI today. It was still closed when I arrived. However, the lady at the reception, who was already here, kindly explained everything to me. The MR went perfectly, stress free and under the excellent guidance of the operator.

Really odd billing experience.... Started getting weird texts saying that I owe Cabrini $12.00 with no invoice or explanation. I hadn't been to Cabrini in over a year and I thought it was a scam. After a few more texts i call them and they say they did an internal audit from my procedure from the year before and that they under quoted me and under billed me then and expected me to pay now. I know it is only $12. But I found this really odd... isn't it their responsibility to make sure they are quoting the right price before the procedure and when payment is made? Anyway... just be careful because who knows who else this has happened too and for how much!? Just felt very unprofessional to chase up $12.00 without explaining a year later!

Went for a gastroscope and most of the nurses were amazing, doctors were too! Went there in the morning and unfortunately my partner couldn’t pick me up before 3.30 pm. One of the nurses (don’t remember her name) a bit older, was absolutely rude to me and over the phone with my partner and to me again when I told her that I was happy to wait in the waiting room in front of the desk after the procedure, and let someone else come in. She was very pushy in a bad way and need me gone before 3pm. Also, when I got notified for the procedure, few weeks prior the procedure, I completely forgot to reply back to a very stressful weeks of work and family situation.. got a phone call from the same rude lady and she pretended to know “why I didn’t reply to the message” .. Not sure why she had to act like that.. but I’m sure wasn’t the first time.

I am writing about my experience at ENT. The waiting room is always full and the waiting time is excruciating. But I don't think it's a personnel problem. He is very pleasant and accommodating. I am in awe of Dr. Anna Rumanová. Pleasant and very nice.

We visited the hospital with our son (3 years old) on October 28, 2023, he had an acute ear infection. At the ENT, a full bakery, or not a bakery, but a chair right by the elevator, my son cried there for an hour, but no one even noticed us, and the staff was constantly barking around (obviously with a snack or wallet in hand). Total disinterest. Waste of time for me, we went to Prague and I will never visit this hospital again.

I have two experiences, one when I collapsed from overwork (exhaustion) and I spent one night directly in the Interna. Amazing staff, hats off. The second experience is when the grandmother's rectal tumor was cut out and she was sent home without a stoma, after many emergency calls (from the general practitioner and from us) and threats (that we will not take grandmother back into care), the doctor apologized that it was a "communication problem" "The noise and the stoma were performed after a few days. Thanks to this, Grandma became so weak that further follow-up cancer treatment was not possible, and she died after 2 months of being bedridden at home. Despite my good experience with this hospital, I give only 1 star for obvious reasons.

Unfortunately I've had to visit this hospital 5 times in the last few years for different type of emergencies for my self of for my loved ones. In every single one of them my experience was terrible: the doctors and staff seem annoyed that you go to them asking for help on an emergency. They are rude, angry, slow, and in many cases clueless on how to help and definitelly indifferent to your pain and need of urgent assistance. No human touch at all. That is, when there were doctors available, some times there were not even there when they were supposed to be. Additionally, if you are a foreigner and don't speak the language they'll definitelly won't make an effort to understand you.

I visited the hospital twice! Dr. Aikaterini Sikoudi treated me very well! She is always very professional and she understands every customer’s needs.

I came here after my GP sent me here with a very nasty swelling of the ear, I was admitted urgently and was provided with excellent care. I thank Dr. Aikaterina Sykoudi for her very professional and above all human approach, which showed that even such an unpleasant situation can be handled very sensitively.

I have to agree with most of what has been said here about the OdCH ward primary, as we have been to this ward far too many times over the past three years, we have had the opportunity to experience her condescending behavior first hand. This person really does not belong in healthcare.

Allow me to draw your attention to the experiences that we, as a family, experienced in the Department of Adult Diseases (ODCH) in Rožnav, under the leadership of Dr. Dovalova. I am writing to you with a sense of sadness and deep concern because we have lost two beloved members of our family in this institution in the last year. In the first case, it was about our grandmother, who was already in advanced age and her state of health was unstable. This fact is understandable in our perception, but the second case hurts us immensely. Recently, here in this department, a young patient from our family died suddenly, without warning and without a clear explanation. We leave these experiences with a lot of unanswered questions. Despite our repeated attempts to get answers and clarity from the hospital management and Dr. Dovalova, we were ignored. At a time when we would have expected empathy and transparency, we were met with reluctance and silence. I would therefore like to express my concern and warn other families. Trust in medical professionals is key, but it is important to remember that we have a right to be informed and to demand answers. Do not ignore any doubts or ambiguities that may arise about the health status of your loved ones. Please, if you find yourself in a similar situation, don't play with fire. If you have suspicions or misunderstandings, do not hesitate to contact the relevant authorities. In moments of unexpected loss of a beloved family member, we must not be silenced. Please keep us in your prayers and thank you in advance for your support and understanding during this difficult time.

Well, I was lying in the surgical ward after a rather demanding operation, but I have never experienced such an approach, the doctors were willing, kind, they constantly checked us 3 times a day, and the primary doctor Kyslan one topka, thank you very much, nurses? nurses like there should be helpful everywhere , nice, willing to help if you just close the window, friendly, communicative, but the bomb and the nurses were your top... sensitively treat wounds, help, joke... the cleanliness of the ward, the food is a bit worse, but that's in every hospital. I hope that I will never have to undergo any surgery, but if by any chance I would go there again, and I am from KE, where I do not have good experience, and basically, the rests that were done to me at the KE hospital were put together with willingness and high expertise. To begin with, I want to give credit to the doctors and other staff who want to help and care in this hospital, but I want to point out the other side of people who just go to work a shift. Access to patients is at freezing point. Getting information about the patient (family), what kind of health problem he has, how to proceed with the treatment, how to help him is difficult, you'll rather win at sports. Calling competent people is an art, with the result that you have to come in person, and it is still doubtful whether you will find someone who is in charge of the patient in question. The family is forced to visit the patient daily and help him if they want him back healthy. It is not for nothing that people go to this hospital to die. The hospital is in urgent need of reconstruction, so that the staff can work better, but the patients can rest. If I can advise, immediately take the patient somewhere else, even though it would cost money, which is not equal to the health of the loved one (patient).
