I was expected to have injections in my back in a messy room with a patient eating and the smell was making me sick. They told me to take my money back. And leave

They will not accept you if you don't have private insurance. They only accept payment from the insurance company, no credit or cash. If you are traveling here, go to a public hospital. The lady working there was extremely rude to me and was not willing to help me at all when I asked her where I can go to get medical help. I asked her for a hospital name and she essentially told me to F off. Luckily, I contacted a Spanish school for Spanish lessons and asked them where I can go. They gave me the name of a public hospital, and I was able to get my wound treated.

I found them exceedingly reassuring and reliable, efficient and engaged. It was a bit of a wait going through A&E, but they really sorted things out in a very professional way and it turned out it was only a head cold. So no blood clots or any of that sort of thing. Which I found a bit humbling for wasting their time. Still, no hard feelings which raises my esteem for the place.

It was founded by Cleto Aguirre from Salta. The origins of the current Hospital de Clínicas date back to 1877, when its construction began. A year later -and still unfinished- it was the scene of the conflict over the federalization of the city of Buenos Aires by functioning as a rifle barracks and a hospital for the concentration of wounded. Attention to the community began shortly after the conflict of 1880, at which time Buenos Aires ceased to be a large village and developed to become the capital city of Argentina, which was experiencing the first waves of immigration and urbanization. A significant number of patients came from the interior, referred by doctors graduated from the Faculty of Medicine who kept a special memory of the aptitudes of their teachers in medicine. The tenured professor was the cone of attraction of the chairs and of the activity of the Hospital rooms. He was an ethical example to be emulated by his students, who supported him, shared his studies, sometimes his table, and even established kinship through marriages based on that relationship of admiration. Important feats of medicine took place in the pavilions of the Hospital de Clínicas: the first application of insulin, the description of Ayerza's Disease, Tobías syndrome, Castex syndromes, the first cardiac catheterization, the first medical residencies, the first Ethics Committee, experimental surgery, the first kidney punctures and the first thoracotomies, among others. The first filmed operation in the history of medicine occurred in this hospital. It was in 1899 and was in charge of the Argentine doctor Alejandro Posadas. The film is seven minutes long and was found in 1971, when the old building was preparing for demolition. It was exhibited on December 14, 2001 to celebrate the 120th anniversary of the hospital. [1] Built according to the models of its time, the design was inspired by the Friedrichshain Hospital in Berlin and the lazaretto in Karlsruhe. Since 1927, due to the deterioration of the old hospital and according to the emerging needs in previous years, several projects were planned to build a new hospital, a fact that would not materialize until 1949, the year in which the construction of the Hospital de Clínicas began " José de San Martín ”, in the block limited by Uriburu, Paraguay, Azcuénaga and Córdoba Avenue. Construction suffered numerous delays and only in 1962 offered the first services, radiology and otolaryngology. The rest of the services were gradually transferred in the following years. In the first years of the 1970s the new building became fully functional and in 1975 the demolition of the old headquarters began.In 2014 the executive power invested heavily with money from the National State to re-functionalize the Hospital de Clínicas and create a pharmaceutical plant to supply the network of university hospitals and also offer a space for practical training for students and teachers. Terrible attention from the guard secretaries. From the beginning they were very rude. After having a tomography I was waiting 3 hours for the result (from images they told me that the result was already there and they had sent it to the guard) from the guard the secretaries told me that the result was not there, when in reality it was. Some RUDE. I made the claim and they laughed in my face, a real shame. I hope they review their behavior.

The on-call care is deplorable, especially from the doctors who treat you, and in imagines mdq it is not good either, at least in terms of customer service. If you feel bad, do not come urgently to this clinic. Others are convenient.

I am very grateful to all the clinic staff for their loving and willing attention. I was hospitalized and had emergency surgery for appendicitis and everything was excellent, but above all the quality of human care. The counter staff, the nurses, the maids, security and not to mention the entire surgery and operating room team, very professional, warm and humane. It is the second time we have had it, two years ago our 1-year-old son had surgery and everything was also impeccable. Thank you so much

In the offices of Patio Olmos, they scheduled me to be attended to by the guard and they NEVER called, at reception they informed me that the doctor who was going to attend to me LEFT!!! HE NEVER CALLED ME!!! A TOTAL LACK OF RESPECT. They take care of me at the guard and they don't have items to clean a wound!!!! Terrible attention!!! Physiological solution and gauze...they have nothing.

I would strongly advice foreign tourists against this hospital. I made an appointment with a gastroenterologist and was immediately contacted by the International Patient Service. They're supposed to make your life easier but are actually an excuse to overcharge you without ever helping when needed. I've ended up paying over 500 USD to see a doctor and get some exams done, probably double of what I'd pay in Germany. They're very blunt about it and wrote to me they apply different tarifs to foreigners. We've all got a travel insurance, and I'm totally ok with a bit of a mark-up, but here I feel like a cow that's being milked to the very last drop.

Yesterday, I had to have an operation at RPA. It was amazing service, and the staff were wonderful. All the nurses and doctors were fantastic, and I would like to commend them on their work and thank them again very much. Great job. Thank you 😊

The hospital is hit miss like all of NSW Health. The nurses have mental health issues so depending on which nurse you get, either you will receive good care or be subjected to abuse like having your meds not given, information not provided, details not passed to your doctors (who often review remotely so you don’t see them every day). The outsourced food is not relevant to your needs and not replaced with adequate nutrition if you have allergies etc. I saw one new father deliberately kept outside because the nurses didn’t like him then watched them laugh at the struggling new mum who was doing things without support and the nurses just watched, didn’t help her. Same with trying to get information from Doctors, they simply don’t talk to you. The information provided by the nurses is often half-truths designed to placate people not be honest with them.

I don’t know if they will see it but thank you so much to Maddie, Lisa, Eva, Greg, Todd and all of the other overworked nurses and drs who looked after me whose names I didn’t catch or couldn’t remember. I just had my appendix out and it was my first ever hospital visit and everyone was so kind and attentive. I really appreciate how hard you all work. Thank you so much ♥️

This was my fourth time at this hospital for post-surgery exercise, today I had two other people's records on my file. The staff member that was assigned to me, was confused because of this. I was there for my back exercise, not my hip or knee. You can only blame the Qld health office staff for this. THANK GOD I WAS NOT HAVING A OPERATION. ANOTHER MISTAKE FROM QLD HEALTH

I had a hemorrhage type stroke in the ER room after being denied the usage of Ryan's Rule, staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Since the stroke I have been refused triage and denied medical treatment every time I attempt to present to emergency with the Doctor's very rudely telling me they aren't going to treat me and to go home during my acute medical episode which included my brain actively hemorrhaging. Have only ever received treatment when the Police have done an EEA which involved the staff drugging with me high amounts of Morphine the first time and Fentanyl the second time making me unconscious for the EEA before releasing me outside which resulted in me getting hit by a car. Incredibly disgusting behavior by an abhorrent group of staff and pathetic excuses for Nurses and Doctors.

Saved my life (twice). Had I been anywhere else I would be 6 foot under. Thank you so much to all the staff who helped me and medical records in particular Ms Gee who was highly competent. The follow-up care from Nurse '' ROSE'' was exceptional—her kindness, care, and sweet demeanor made a significant difference in my overall experience. Very professional staff working efficiently and compassionately under enormous pressure due to a chronically underfunded hospital system. Many of the negative reviews reveal narrow minded attitudes and highly unrealistic expectations of a stressed public health system. We are lucky to have such a hospital in Canberra, which last I was aware is actually the second busiest trauma hospital in the nation- accepting patients not only from Canberra but transfers from regional areas and Sydney.

I can't thank the staff enough. Our time at RPH was outstanding care. The nurses do amazing job. These people who work in our hospitals are angels. I understand our health care system has its hiccups. But with put there care my son would not be in the great care he us today

I want to thank the Emergency Department Dr Poppy when my Dad was brought in after collapsing at home on the 10th of November. He was then transferred to ICU and looked after by Dr Peter. We can’t thank all the nurses and doctors enough! Your kindness and care were outstanding. You always kept us up to date and had time to explain Dad’s situation.

I was hit by a car on Wednesday whilst riding my scooter home from TAFE and was taken to Royal Perth Hospital for emergency by ambulance. I want to thank all the paramedics, nurses and doctors who looked after me and did every possible test to make sure my bones and internal organs were not affected by the collision. I stayed there from 5 p.m. until 2 a.m. the next day and was discharged after confirmation. I only had muscle injuries and was able to return home safely. Thank you so much for all the support and kidness ❤️

Gross negligence in patient care- avoid this hospital like the plague.. it’s an absolute joke. if I could give no stars I would. If you value your life and want a good chance of recovery and not to die due to poor nursing and “specialist care” - DO NOT GO TO GREENSLOPES… you have been warned.

Had private health cover for most of my adult life and one time I needed to use it, the experience was so horrible. I’ve triggered Ramsay rule 3 times without success, was told medical director was going to see me, but that did not ever happen. I was eventually transferred to a public hospital, and experience was so much better.

A great hospital made so by its staff. The nurses make this a five star place to be (even for those of us who loathe hospitals). The compassion, attention to detail, and FOLLOW THROUGH on things which are promised to take place. Meet anyone in the mingling area outside and there isn’t a bad word to be said for all it’s arenas of practice from mental health, alcohol counselling, pain control and so forth. Management must be doing something right because staff are actually happy doing what they’re doing, which has the obvious follow on effect of stellar patient treatment. Where other places are found wanting, your loved ones will be well taken care of here.

From my wife Christine McKinsley. Had a knee replacement done on 17 aug by Dr Weber. The first few days i wasn't sure how I felt but they discovered my blood was low so after transfusion I got along in leaps and bounds. My heartfelt thanks to the doctor and nursing staff in medical ward and also to the physio staff. You all do a wonderful job. The catering and cleaning staff nursing staff etc were all so friendly and professional. I was in Portsea Ward Thank for taking care of me whilst I was there and I won't hesitate to recommend Beleura hospital to one and all. I recently had a total Hip Replacement at Beleura Private Hospital and also did inpatient Rehabilitation on Mc Crae ward. I cannot thank every single person enough. From the moment I walked in the doors the professionalism and care I received was second to none. I would highly recommend Orthopaedic Surgeon Brad Crick he has done an excellent job for me personally ( thankyou so much ) All the Drs, Nurses, OTs, Physiotherapist, Porters were absolutely amazing they all worked so well as a team and made me feel welcomed and safe ( Thankyou ) Thanks also goes to the catering team the food was excellent ( my trays always went back empty 🙂 ) and the staff were lovely and friendly. All the cleaners were friendly and easy to talk to everyone and did a wonderful job. I'm currently doing outpatient Rehabilitation there and still finding everyone so nice friendly and helpful. This is one of the best hospital in Bangladesh, but the price is too much high or expensive. So if you want to come to this hospital you have calculate extra money the as usual. Very disappointing experience. My mom fell very sick while on a bus traveling from Austria to Poland through Czech Republic. She fainted, vomited, had seizures and was unconscious for 40 minutes while waiting for the ambulance. Ambulance took her to this hospital, wasted time on checking her insurance instead of helping first and foremost, and made her wait for a check up for an hour in an emergency department. Later, after receiving medical help my mom felt very thirsty and asked for a glass of water. She had to ask several times different staff, and all of them didn’t bother to help and just said there is no drinking water available (however, my mom could see two bottles of water on a table and an electric kettle, probably the staff’s, but obviously they didn’t want to share). My mom felt dizzy and weak, and yet had to get up and go to toilet to drink tap water. Just after 2 hours of staying in the hospital the staff asked my mom to vacate the bed even though she still felt very dizzy and nauseous. Just a reminder: she was in a unknown city in a foreign country took off the bus because of an emergency medical accident. The hospital staff couldn’t care less, they just asked her to leave because according to them she already “got all needed medical assistance” and “ready to leave”. She had to quickly book a hotel room and leave. When she asked to help at least with getting a taxi, the staff again acted reluctantly and didn’t help in the end. Unempathetic, unhospitable and unprofessional. Me and my family members have experienced medical assistance a few times in several countries but never had such a bad treatment.

We came with an urgent emergency during the night. They rejected us and told us we should go to the doctor the next day. Extremely unfriendly and the „doctor“ was completely overslept. We didn’t receive any medical assistance

The best ER experience I have had in my entire life. I saw the doctors about 5 times for different tests, each time it took maximum 2 minutes to be called in. I was constantly being taken care of, had things explained to me, always asked if my problem was getting any better. All of the doctors and nurses I saw spoke perfect English. Huge props to MUDr. Marek Žižka and MUDr. Klara Brezovska, they both did an incredible job. As for the prices; I have VZP and the only thing I had to pay for was 90 kč for the ER entry, other than that, everything was free. Stellar experience, extremely satisfied, truly recommend this place.

When I first came to the hospital, the reception was empty so after waiting 10 minutes a security guard had to direct me to a emergency room where I gave the staff my papers, after I was called inside the staff was extremely rude, asking me why am I going so late for a emergency and why I couldn't go yesterday. So after the doctor took some samples of my blood I had to go for a rentgen, where the staff was nice. After that I went back to a emergency room where I had to wait for 2 hrs (I was the only patient in the room for the 2 hrs). After the 2 hrs and 20 mins passed I politely asked the staff if I had to wait much longer. The rude sister told me it's going to be when it's going be now take a seat and wait.... I wouldn't recommend this hospital to anyone. Especially the emergency section. Truly the worst experience.

On November 21, 2023, I underwent knee arthroscopy. Heartfelt thanks for any help, care, advice and, above all, the professionalism of the doctors, nurses and staff on duty.

On November 24, I was at the emergency clinic. The approach of the nurses and doctors was very professional and humane. Thank you for everything and I wish them good health and patience in their demanding work.

I was there in the emergency room with my 1 and a half year old son when he cut off his belly on his finger. We didn't wait, they took us right away, there were wonderful nurses who calmed me down too. They played songs and sang to their son while they sewed up his finger, and there were also students trying to cheer him up. Before I left, they also packed bandages, gauze, etc. if I needed it at home. I was very surprised by the approach and I'm glad that I came across a great shift.

Today I went to ORL department at ST Michaels because of the pain in my left ear. While sailing on Danube we were just passing by and I had to run and jump in without appointment. Not only did the MUDr. Matúš Čentéš find the time for me, help me with spot on diagnose and best treatment, but he also went his way to show me where the pharmacy is, he took a few minutes out of his busy schedule to explain prescribed medicine. Hospitality perfect, the servis too. In different hospital they wanted to operate my hernia discs, i relocated here and in 3 days they fixed me up prkperly wothout operation. Thumbs up! Also food is much better then other hospitals and doctors are very friendly and will always properly explain whats going on and discuss various options for you. I will reccomend this hospital anytime!

Unfortunately I've had to visit this hospital 5 times in the last few years for different type of emergencies for my self of for my loved ones. In every single one of them my experience was terrible: the doctors and staff seem annoyed that you go to them asking for help on an emergency. They are rude, angry, slow, and in many cases clueless on how to help and definitelly indifferent to your pain and need of urgent assistance. No human touch at all. That is, when there were doctors available, some times there were not even there when they were supposed to be. Additionally, if you are a foreigner and don't speak the language they'll definitelly won't make an effort to understand you.

I visited the hospital twice! Dr. Aikaterini Sikoudi treated me very well! She is always very professional and she understands every customer’s needs.

I came here after my GP sent me here with a very nasty swelling of the ear, I was admitted urgently and was provided with excellent care. I thank Dr. Aikaterina Sykoudi for her very professional and above all human approach, which showed that even such an unpleasant situation can be handled very sensitively.
