Recently I had to admit my mother here in an emergency. The staff is very rude and they didn’t allow me to be with mom as a primary caregiver. In fact they didn’t inform me anything about my mom’s health condition what treatment was going on etc. they treated us all as if my mom was put in a jail. There was no emergency help staff who could guide and explain us through all the protocols. We were restlessly waiting in panic until the morning to wait until doctors consult. The staff didn’t even give the basic information like her BP stats and what food she had eaten. I believe we have the right to information and doctors are supposed to give us the periodic updates on the medical conditions. They kept everything under the wraps in the name of hospital protocol which we were never informed before admission. We had to forcefully take discharge and move her to another hospital where her health improved significantly

Doctors of course were good, nurses n ward boys r also nice. Main is d rooms n hospital maintenence as compared to what they are charging per patient is in absolutely pathetic condition. I wonder in our country we never get quality as compared to what one is paying for.

My mom was admitted to this hospital on 16th May for AVR & Ascending Aorta surgery. Surgery was successfully done by Dr. Ramakanta Panda. Best part of the hospital is Dr. Panda and the nursing staffs. The nurses took care of my mother like their own family member. Sister Sape, Pranita & Pallavi are few names that I remember. All others were equally good. Sape is missing from the photos but I will always remember her. Hoping for the best.

I have a great doctor there, and I'm well taken care of. I can call the department, leave a message for my doctor, and I'll get a response within 24 hours, from her personally if necessary. Parking can be a problem, so arrive early, have someone drop you off, or take public transportation.

The Doctor was right to send me To my Doctor and ask for the problem because he did not know the problem . The level of nurses is high compared to other hospitals! I think this is a trustworthy hospital because the doctors explain everything in an easy-to-understand manner. After paying the bill, I realized that my change was a pin note every time! I don't want to have to take care of you again, but if I do, I think this hospital is the best!

My elderly mother, who is 86 years old, underwent surgery to replace an artificial valve. The reason why I went to a different hospital than the first time was because I judged her to be at high risk due to her age. I was looking for a heart specialty hospital that performs many surgeries and ended up here. It was a little far away, but people came from Shimane and Tottori prefectures, so it was still close. The surgery was a great success. However, there were some difficult times due to complications, but now, almost half a year later, I am doing very well. The reception desk is efficient, and although the doctor's office is quite busy, the examination and payment process are smooth. Everyone is relatively kind, and I feel that the hospital is well-trained to handle the situation properly. The surgeon was also wonderful.

I would like to thank the receptionist and many staff members for their courteous service. I am very grateful that not only the medical care provided, but also the highest standard hospital is nearby, and I truly rely on it. I look forward to working with you.

We tried to get a consultation with an arrhythmologist, but the organization of registration in the clinic is worse than probably in a separate village. We made an appointment at 1:30 p.m., paid for the service, the doctor arrived at 2:00 p.m., and a line formed out of nowhere. Why then set an appointment time? It is necessary to write - on a first-come, first-served basis and not to mislead people

Had to go for a drip late night at emergency KPJ damansara. Had a very pleasant time with all of the professional nurses and doctor. Kudos to nurse imran, usually i had a problem to find my vain. But nurse imran got it within seconds. Great consultation from doctor anis and nurse khairi. It was late around 3am in the morning. But all the nurses came and check on my drip done or not. Kudos to all the night nurses and doctors. You all are the best..

Absolutely abysmal organisation and zero respect for patients time. Book an appointment for 830, summoned at 830, I arrive at 815 to be a bit early. They tell me to come back at 1030 because you only get to pick your position in queue for 1030. Special mention to the lady that arrived after me and tried to be put first in line. You read that right. They summon you at 830 knowing full well that doctor will be here at 1030 so "that way there isn't a lot of people arriving together at 1030". Are you kidding me? Can't you just book 15 or 20 minute slots instead of making your patients waste AT LEAST two hours of their time? Doctor arrived at 1100, not a word of apology or anything. Overall, I arrived at 815 and saw the doctor at 1115. Just go somewher else, they don't deserve to have patients.

Done some renovation works. The front desk and more welcoming. Hospital is a place I get lost all the time: in terms of where to go and what to do (the paper works). The admin staff are very helpful as I am a noob in hospital paperwork. Would like to request KPJ to improve it is the waiting time to see specialist. The average waiting time is always >2 hours even with appointments. Please relook into this. We understand doctors are busy, but there should be a system to improve this as well.

About a year ago, I underwent heart valve replacement surgery.The doctor gave thorough explanations and the nurses, even though they were all young, treated me with great care. Even patients who complained due to stress were treated with sincerity. When I was in the ICU, the assistant doctor had to take me to the bathroom every hour in the middle of the night because of the diuretics I was in. When I apologized, she said with a smile, "Don't worry about it, it's fine!" I was able to spend my time with peace of mind. I am very glad that I had the surgery at this hospital. Even though the food is low in salt, there are about 3 side dishes, so I think it's satisfying.

Three years ago, I had a blood vessel transplant and catheter surgery for coronary artery stenosis and angina pectoris here, and since then I've been going to the hospital regularly.It's a clean hospital, I feel comfortable, and it's conveniently located near JR Kishibe Station, which is helpful.

It supposed to be the best Hospital in the Sultanate. Despite all the expertise and the best facilities as well as state of the art equipments. Still the outcome is not as good as it supposed to be. In order to ensure that the best services are provided the management should spend more time in the field rather than sitting in the offices.

We booked a private room for 20 rial a day and 100 rial deposit. The room is around 18m2 (6*3). Contains a bathroom a fridge and a small extra bed. Its located just beside the normal admission beds. The price is a bit high for the room but there was no other options.

I went to the emergency to remove stitches , the assigned person to do this left two stitches in side my finger and now I have an infection. Very simple thing was not done properly, imagin what they will do with more complex medical operations!

I have delivered my baby last week, c section, generally, the service was really good, nurses and doctors were helpful and kind. The only thing I did not like was the nursery section, they were trying to push for formula feeding although we told them we wanted to breast feed the baby. They should help mothers with the breast feeding instead of just choosing the easy way for them.

Regardless of the prices I left the hospital in pain because the doctor didn’t show up (the resident doctor) public relations called I asked for the doctor then the nurse as well promised to call a doctor so I waited for more than an hour and no one showed up… also the insurance office are not professional at all they sent the request to the wrong address so I had to call the insurance my self internationally and follow up with them asking for approvals. Advice: 1- make sure to verify with the insurance while at the admin & insurance and make sure they send the paperwork to the correct address. 2- ask the administrator and the doctor before you get in the room and make sure they promise to provide you with the decent service and won’t let you alone in pain for a long time. 3- If you find a better option better hospital then just go for it. I visited Wooridul Spine Hospital in January 2017 and treated for Posterior Foraminotomy C6/7 and also PELAN at L4/5. Prior to coming in to Wooridul, I had been suffering terrible neck pain for 5-6 months prior to visiting Wooridul and have visited 3-4 Doctors in Singapore and Indonesia, went to 2 Chiropractors, etc with no result. I was lucky, I was referred to Dr. Sang-ho LEE and decided to go to Wooridul Hospital. I am very impressed with the whole procedures from the time I entered the hospital until I was discharged 4 days later. The surgery, done by Dr. Sang-ho LEE and Dr. Keum, went very well and I was out of the hospital like a new person. The equipment is first class, all nurses are very nice and professional, and while I was there, Ms. Sujung Lee was always ready to help. She is a very nice person. Very good hospital. I had a triple ankle fracture in September. Everybody is speaking English. Surgery was done perfect! Medication was very good, i felt nearly no pain! Recovery is really good, i can go cycling again.

Staff is super slow. You may book an appointment and then wait for hours. And every time they Will day that you is a next one. For payment l, minum half an hour waiting for then to make up an invoice. Very dissapointing service, but specialist doctors are generally good

Waiting time for the insurance is very long, response from doctor to insurance is too slow, very poor management, you have to wait very long time to get response from the team, I experienced this at Diabetic centre. Similarly experience I faced in the past while my daughter was admitted in August as she is type 1 diabetic, hospital Insurance team is not responsive, they need to update their system fast, as I my insurance send me screen shot on approvals time, still nurses make us wait as they are waiting for response from in-house insurance team. I would like to address CEO of the Hospital, please do something to bring the same quality as it was before as this was one of the best hospital & now in my eyes it is worst with poor service, poor management

The first patient contact at reception, Jasmin - amazingly welcoming & courteous…the sweet smile says it all. Regina, the nurse on duty - very supportive and helpful. I recently delivered my baby boy at Kings College Dubai Hills. I had a memorable and an amazing experience and felt so at home. My husband and I were so humbled and couldn’t have asked for more private care. All the staff and nurses were excellent and I was in good hands. However, Leanne my midwife was exceptionally helpful and was like a second Mum to me. She went above and beyond all the time to make sure I was ok. She assisted me with everything I had to learn and know as a new Mum and always made me feel at ease. She is always so hardworking, professional and passionate about what she does. I’ve never met someone who loves what they do so much! Leanne has provided so much care post my delivery as well and she has become a very close friend of mine. I can confidently recommend Leanne as she deserves it. I am convinced that having her as a member of staff will be a valuable asset.

I delivered my baby with King's in July 2022. I highly recommend the hospital and stuff working there, everyone was very supportive and kind. I am sincerely grateful to Dr. Esra for my delivery. On a separate note, I sincerely want to thank Mary Grace for her kind support. As a first time mother, even whilst I was attending Antenatal classes, I lacked practical experience of how to take care of baby. Mary Grace was very attentive and showed us how to bath and change the baby, explaining many interesting life hacks. Her support and explanation how to breastfeed the baby was indispensable, without her I would not be that lucky to establish breastfeeding which I continue to date.

Dr. May Ali has been an incredible support throughout my twin pregnancy journey. Her professionalism and unwavering support guided me every step of the way. Her expertise and care during the C-section brought my beautiful baby girls into the world safely. I'm immensely grateful for her dedication and expertise. Additionally, her assistant Princy was always attentive and supportive, making the entire experience even more reassuring. I'm definitely continuing as Dr. May's patient for any future needs🙂

TERRIBLY SLOW!! 1 hour in a queue for payment and medicine collection. I’ve been using this hospital for several years and the service is significantly getting worse. There’s no SMS or any notifications to let you know when your queue is coming up, so you have no choice but to wait patiently in the waiting area. Staffs were nice and friendly but there must be something totally wrong with the system or process. Please take this as a feedback to improve your service.

I prebooked my consultation and surgey from New Zealand at Sikarin Hospital, Their International team made everything so easy for me, beautiful hospital, very clean and all the staff i encounted were fantastic, My Doctor in urology dept was excellent as was his team. The service usual great but now just dropped below acceptable. Loud construction noise in waiting area, long wait time. Very disappointed

AVOID THEIR ER. They will give you test and procedures that has nothing to do with what you came for. Pregnancy Test and CT Scan for cough and sore throat?! Come on! Stop scamming people! If you really must visit them, always ask and check first what they want to do. If it's irrelevant, just SAY NO! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

My relative was confined in this hospital for four days. In those four days, her doctor only visited her twice but charged us P8,000 as PF. Nurses only came in when called--via phone because the nurse call button was cut. We were monitoring our patient's fever ourselves. I've reviewed the bill and there were questionable charges as well like gloves, tape etc. It's not as if the nurses finished all of those supplies but we were charged for the whole amount nonetheless. This would have been okay if the excess supplies were given to the patient upon discharge. ER charges were unreasonable as well. There were only three patients when we came in yet the whole process of admitting the patient took 2 hours, meanwhile incurring more and more charges in the ER. But the worst part of the experience was requiring the patient to have a companion for the purpose of having someone actually take care of the patient. Doesn't that negate the purpose of going to the hospital? You go to a hospital to get medical treatment and care. But it seemed like we were only there for the convenience of having labs done and having IV fluids--which to be honest can be done at home--because the actual care of the patient came from the companion. In effect, companions need to miss work to take care of the patient. For as long as the patient is confined, they miss the opportunity to earn money--which they need in the first place to be able to pay for the high hospital bill. It's an oppressive system. This set-up would have been forgivable if companions had a comfortable bed if they are required to be with the patient 24/7. But no, they are only given a plastic chair. And even if we get the private room, a companion is still required. People go to private hospitals for better service, but it seems like the only difference between DLSMC and a public hospital is that this hospital has aircon. What a waste of hard-earned money.

The worst hospital ever. Staff is great but the organization is all about profit. We could’ve been discharged by 11AM. We followed up multiple times. We had to wait til 5PM for someone to show up and check on the patient. Billing said we had to wait til 7PM to pay so they can account for the “necessary” charges. They want to keep you here, I’m telling you. Obviously, the longer you stay, the more you need to pay.

Very good experience with AHMC. Doctors were great and knowledgeable. Nurses are approachable and patient. Their room rates are also worth it.

I had a positive experience at this hospital. The guards, nurses, and staff were all very accommodating, and I felt well taken care of. The ER Doctor was particularly impressive, as they took the time to explain everything in detail. However, there were some drawbacks. The ER bed areas were a bit small, with only one chair, no table, and limited space to walk around. This made the waiting area less comfortable than I would have liked. Nevertheless, it was still a good experience.

Today, I went to visit this hospital because I had - bad sore throat. I went to another hospital first, but the wait is too long. Nurses: Here some nurses are nice, but some nurses have bad attitude, especially the way they talk at Eye/eye/nose/throat station. I told them that I checked covid earlier, and they tried to scared me away with 200 baht extra cost for covid test first. I was so sick that I would not want to deal with them. Doctor: The doctor I met today doesn’t seem to be well-educated or not attention to detail. Normally, I would get tested to find my symptoms is from virus or bacteria before prescribing antibiotics. I don’t want to take too many antibiotics because it is bad for my health in the long run. Also, my body has some red dots on my skin. I told the doctor that. I thought I would get skin medicine, but he seems to forget it or just prescribes me an allergy medicine to take which I’m not sure it is for my running nose or skin allergy. Price: The bill is not clear of how much each medicine costs. There are only 3 medicines. The cost was over 3,000 baht. 2,000 baht for the medicine which seems to be over-priced. I would not recommend this hospital if you are coming here.

2 day stay for cancer surgery. After being assisted to my room prior to surgery their procedures just don't make since. When they tried to insert the IV before a shower and before changing into hospital clothes I directed the nurse to come back just prior to me going to the OR. 5 hours before surgery take a shower and change. 1 hour before surgery nurse shaves and directs another shower. Put on a different set of clothes. Ask for IV Team to come back. IV inserted the told to change clothes again. Poor planning and communication. New staff comes on shift and everything went smoothly and logically. OR Staff were Excellent. Sr Anesthesia was Extremely Professional really like him. Recovery Room Staff Excellent. Back in the room and the again were Super. The 1 draw back was initially they couldn't understand that a Farang's pain wasn't alleviated by a single Tylenol. I did get the pain meds I needed though. Concerning the food, it is actually very good. All in All I'm happy I came here.
