Great experience and hospitality. Great food too. Updated: Patient should've been told for the service not compulsory and not even covered by the insurance. I've been charged for hemoglobin blood test which I thought covered by the insurance and necessary. So please ask first for every service given.

Sent my daughter to see Dr Yap for her prolong cough. Very good diagnosis given and with treatment, she is now recovering well. Several follow up gives safe feeling to ensure her condition improves. Overall recommended to go to this hospital. For improvement maybe the billing part can make it faster…

Our third admission here at Aurelius. Every time was great and pleasant. All the nurses and staff were friendly and very helpful.My daughter love to interact with them.My daughter and i feel safe here. The room was clean and comfortable while the food is great with big portion. We were assisted by Dr Fadzlina but this time with Dr Yap. A memorable experience for me, my wife and our lovely baby. Nature of medical concern: Baby Delivery, pre and post experience. For context, my wife delivered our baby here but we came endorsed by other clinic once my wife was nearing her due date since her insurance converage is limited only. Having stated this, once we started coming to aster after being endorsed by our previous clinic, I could say it was a pleasant experience. The checkups were hassle free as you can make appointment through their well established system and the receptionist will guide you through. Doctor Jisha Pradeep was our assigned gynecologist who helped us throughout the process. She was well known and always recommended and I can attest as to why. However, I would like to mention also Doctor Sabitha, she was the first doctor before Doc. Jisha who also attended to my and honestly she was very nice and sincere to us. Both Doctor Jisha and Doctor Sabitha answered all our questions with sincerity and care. Additionally, our gratitude also to Doctor Thanuja who was the doctor in the ER/maternal delivery section (i hope i am right) - she was the one who attended my wife during the actual delivery. She speaks calmly, assuring and with sincerity which helps both me and my wife be at ease during a very unerving situation. Special thanks also to all the attending nurses who assisted us all the way, I made sure to get all their names to express my gratitude: Nurse Deepa, Tijii, Rincy, Anjaly, Sonia, Ajini and Tina. I would like to mention also the janitorial staff that night, Ms. Prema, she always assisted me whenever I need help opening the access doors - with a smile. Post delivery, all the staff from the Baby Unit was very courteous and caring. They will check up on my wife every now and then and give us a lot of valuable points/tips for the baby. Our thanks to Nurse Anabelle and Veena. Additionally, the birth certificate section for our baby was very helpful and concise. It was a hassle free process thanks to the assistance of Ms. Shahla. Lastly our overall gratitude to Aster Hospital Mankhool, I would like to point out the cleanliness of every corner of the hospital which is very essential. Also their overall process was seemless especially considering a lot of document works, they will help and assist you all throughout the process. Worth the mention also was the presence of water station and coffee vending machines to every areas which helped me survive throughout the night :) Did I mention that Aster Nurture department through Ms. Shiela gave us a gift package in celebration for our baby. It was an unexpected warm gesture which we really appreciate, our baby says thank you :) Overall, me and my wife recommends Aster Mankhool Hospital.

Tried a lot to give a serial for Dr. Panchayat(pshyciatric) but not found any serial.On the other hand at parkview hospital ,it's easy to give serial for any doctor.

Efficient and functional as mid-city hospitals go. Service was efficient and professional. English spoken and the radiology department on top of their game with me in and out in under a half-an-hour. The hospital has a long history and several additions as time passed and progress was made... Expect a bit of a maze and hustle and bustle as staff and patients make their way through. Thumbs up!

I just had a baby girl and I am very satisfied with the services at this hospital. Gynecologist Doctor Khun Sunantha and team have taken good care of our baby😍. Special thanks to the nursery department for such a good service. They are really polite and kid friendly. Highly recommend this hospital for child birth. 👍😊

My blood test for a visa application went quite fast and easy. For results at 8 a.m. the next morning, arrive before 2 p.m. The nurses were kind and attentive. The doctor who treated me was also nice. Nevertheless, the walkway appears to be a maze.

I’m an American, living in San Francisco and accustomed to high level of medical care. My father developed an infection and the hotel recommended this hospital. Great experience. Very clean, modern and professional. Similar to an urgent care in the US. You pay out of pocket but prices are relatively reasonable. Everyone speaks English. I wasn’t sure what to expect so hope this review is comforting if you need to see a doctor while traveling.

While on a dive trip to Cozumel, my husband became seriously ill and was hospitalized at Costamed. He received excellent treatment. This review is about the patient services people, particularly Jesus Pineda and Israel Cuerca, who were so helpful. My phone would not work and Jesus let me use his phone to contact my bank. He was a very calming influence at a trying time. All the staff was kind and helpful but these two stand out, especially Jesus.

Completely rude and incompetent stuff , I went once to emergency , as I am first time pregnant and I had huge bleeding in the start of my pregnancy , the women on the desk she saw how terrified I am but kept saying me it’s better to wait and go to see your doctor (my doctor was closed that day ) then with really rude attitude she finally accept as . PS: the emergency was totally empty only one women was there waiting Today I called again to take appointment for giving birth (they remind me that I should not give birth here ) the first guy who picked my call he just transferred the call without saying any word , no hallo even , the second women since the start of my call she kept saying in German I cannot understand I cannot understand! And I just said hello , my name is hana nothing else ( in German ) I said sorry my German is not so good and I repeated my sentence and she said again I cannot understand call again and just cut my call !! The staff at the primary care clinic was so friendly and professional, but once I got to the oncology department the staff were bigoted unprofessional and abusive.

My wife had a very strong headache. With "very strong headache" I mean - she couldn't talk, walk normaly. At the reception she answered a lot of questions. We were by family doctor. She had already the referral slip for MRI. They took blood and gave her something that had a little helped. They denied to make the MRI because of missing plausible Reason. They didn't check even the blood pressure. All my wife saw in this Emergency was only indifference and loss of care. How we must be sure that we will live a long healthy life, when the persons who are paid for that don't take reasonable steps to prevent a Death? Shame on german Health System. I recommend to search for another Emergency Point in the City. At Uniklinikum you have a very big chance to die. And they will say - "we didn't know" or another stupid argument. This happened on 28.10.2022. We came at 17:00 and left at 22:00. Besides - they found nothing.

My cousin has been sitting in a chair with gallstones for three days waiting for an evaluation from the surgeon. They don't even put her on a stretcher because they simply don't have one or they don't feel like it. How sad this poor service is!

The worst care, I went to the emergency room and the care was terrible, an all-day wait for a bleeding problem, an eternal wait for results all for them to only tell me - "come tomorrow and they can treat you during the day" . How sad it is for someone to seek help and be treated that way. Doctors with little empathy, they don't care about the patient's conditions, they barely pay attention to you. Many thanks to the doc. They do not have qualified emergency personnel, only a general practitioner. The Rx service does not work on weekends. If you ask for an X-ray on Friday night, they tell you that you have to wait until Monday when they give you the results.

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible service at each station they asked me for the same information that I had already given, it took four hours and I couldn't breathe, terrible service, terrible attention I don't recommend at all, the worst hospital I have ever visited

My particular experience was with the staff of ward 21. They were like a family. Treated me the best possible way. I have been receiving medical treatment ever since 2010 and this is by far the ɓest hospital experience I had. Awesome. The staff was exceptional. They went far and beyond their duties.

I am completely outraged and frustrated with the service provided by Hospital São Camilo at the Ipiranga Unit in recent months. I had the misfortune of needing to go to the hospital a few times in a short period of time, and every time I went I had a terrible experience. But I'm going to focus on the day before yesterday, which was the last straw, and my cup of patience overflowed. The day before yesterday (11/21) I went to the hospital at 11:05 pm, with a severe migraine, nausea and weakness. When I went through the triage, they didn't even check my temperature, my blood pressure was high (14/9) and as the nurse said “it must be nothing, it could be because of your pain”. So far I agree, it could be because of the pain or my pain could be because of the pressure. I received a GREEN bracelet! Taking into account that the hospital follows the Manchester protocol, because of my absurd pain (those who have migraines know what I'm talking about) and because of my high blood pressure, I shouldn't have to wait for care for 2 hours (which is what says the Manchester protocol for the color GREEN). But they gave me this bracelet, and several people passed in front of me, it took more than 2 hours to wait to speak to the doctor, that's why I showed my indignation at the delay, because if I had remained quiet I would have waited another 2 hours. And the reception says that other people passed in front of me because they were other doctors, or it was orthopedics, or a general surgeon or Covid. And they also reiterated “you already and next time, the doctor was collecting the returns” IN other words, more people passed in front of me who were being discharged from the hospital, and yet were already medicated. Therefore, I was forgotten at reception with the pain they call N°10! And everyone knows that the more irritated a person gets, the worse the pain and the worse the pressure. So seeing my despair, where I was almost fainting from the pain, the receptionist asked me to go to the triage to re-evaluate my condition. Arriving at the screening, the blessed one looks at my face and says “Well?” I explain that the reception asked to reevaluate me and he responds “How? The reception?" I said “yes, the reception, the girl who is there at the tables”, and he replied “Really the reception?” I said yes!" and I pointed to the person, then he looked like he wasn't happy and checked my blood pressure again, it was still 14/9! After that I had to wait another 30 minutes until I was called, the receptionist was already desperate too, calling the hospital and informing them that I was feeling ill. Everyone passed by me, and did NOTHING! I was called to the doctor's room at 1:11 am, they made me wait more than 2 hours for an appointment, which according to the Manchester protocol should have been attended to with an ORANGE bracelet, and within 10 minutes. I can and I feel entitled to say that it was a failure to provide help, as my clinical condition was delicate, and the screening data and my face did not deny this, quite the contrary, they affirmed it. In a hospital like São Camilo, where I have been treated since I was 7 years old, when it still had the pediatrics area, you have left a LOT to be desired. You are a PRIVATE hospital, in case you forgot, if you are “short of professionals” hire more professionals. FOLLOW the protocol that YOU yourselves say you follow. Why a person almost fainting from pain, WITH ALL SURE IN THE WORLD, is not a green bracelet. And if it's too much to follow a WORLDWIDE protocol, STOP using and deceiving the people who will be served. Don't give me speeches about “we were without doctors”, “the four doctors who were attending were from other areas”, “your high blood pressure must be nothing”, “can I give you medicine X?”, “they are taking care of cases more serious than yours”, “the doctors were just going through the returns” because I'm TIRED of your lame excuses. I prefer you to take the time you would spend responding to me and review your services and professionals, why I felt neglected and in a hospital that for me was an example.

Really good service for a tourist in need of a quick prescription. I was seen within 15 mins and got the medication I needed. Doctor spoke English which was helpful

They will not accept you if you don't have private insurance. They only accept payment from the insurance company, no credit or cash. If you are traveling here, go to a public hospital. The lady working there was extremely rude to me and was not willing to help me at all when I asked her where I can go to get medical help. I asked her for a hospital name and she essentially told me to F off. Luckily, I contacted a Spanish school for Spanish lessons and asked them where I can go. They gave me the name of a public hospital, and I was able to get my wound treated.

The only good thing about this hospital is the view because the truth is that customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I went to this hospital because it is the one that referred me to my social work. I traveled from the interior (1500kms) and arrived for my shift ON TIME to see the doctor. They attended to me 3 HOURS later. Then the doctor asked me to get an MRI done at the same hospital. Those who assisted me told me that I had to send a WhatsApp (since I was in person to request an appointment). I arrived at the place where I was staying and requested an appointment. They wanted to give me a shift almost a month later. I told them my situation and the urgency (since I had traveled many kilometers and couldn't stay that long). They cared little or nothing. They didn't give overtime shifts. After an odyssey to get the MRI, I was able to do it but in another place in the capital a day later. I already had to go back so the doctor asked me to continue the treatment by teleconsultation. I left Buenos Aires the first days of September. WE ARE ALMOST REACHING DECEMBER and it is the 5th time that I cannot have the teleconsultation with the doctor. It is a disaster!. They make excuses that my social insurance doesn't cover it when I had already told them that I had no problem paying it privately but they continue to tease me. I hope my social work changes the hospital where it refers its members because it is truly regrettable. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL AND MUCH LESS IF YOU ARE FROM THE INTERIOR OF THE COUNTRY BECAUSE YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY.

Maybe they have some other problem in the administrative and customer service part. It can always be improved!! The one that has the most weaknesses is the administrative part of neurology. But like I said they can improve. But as for the professionals, they are very attentive and excellent, I can confirm that 🐘😁❤️☮️ I've been going for years! I found them exceedingly reassuring and reliable, efficient and engaged. It was a bit of a wait going through A&E, but they really sorted things out in a very professional way and it turned out it was only a head cold. So no blood clots or any of that sort of thing. Which I found a bit humbling for wasting their time. Still, no hard feelings which raises my esteem for the place.

It was founded by Cleto Aguirre from Salta. The origins of the current Hospital de Clínicas date back to 1877, when its construction began. A year later -and still unfinished- it was the scene of the conflict over the federalization of the city of Buenos Aires by functioning as a rifle barracks and a hospital for the concentration of wounded. Attention to the community began shortly after the conflict of 1880, at which time Buenos Aires ceased to be a large village and developed to become the capital city of Argentina, which was experiencing the first waves of immigration and urbanization. A significant number of patients came from the interior, referred by doctors graduated from the Faculty of Medicine who kept a special memory of the aptitudes of their teachers in medicine. The tenured professor was the cone of attraction of the chairs and of the activity of the Hospital rooms. He was an ethical example to be emulated by his students, who supported him, shared his studies, sometimes his table, and even established kinship through marriages based on that relationship of admiration. Important feats of medicine took place in the pavilions of the Hospital de Clínicas: the first application of insulin, the description of Ayerza's Disease, Tobías syndrome, Castex syndromes, the first cardiac catheterization, the first medical residencies, the first Ethics Committee, experimental surgery, the first kidney punctures and the first thoracotomies, among others. The first filmed operation in the history of medicine occurred in this hospital. It was in 1899 and was in charge of the Argentine doctor Alejandro Posadas. The film is seven minutes long and was found in 1971, when the old building was preparing for demolition. It was exhibited on December 14, 2001 to celebrate the 120th anniversary of the hospital. [1] Built according to the models of its time, the design was inspired by the Friedrichshain Hospital in Berlin and the lazaretto in Karlsruhe. Since 1927, due to the deterioration of the old hospital and according to the emerging needs in previous years, several projects were planned to build a new hospital, a fact that would not materialize until 1949, the year in which the construction of the Hospital de Clínicas began " José de San Martín ”, in the block limited by Uriburu, Paraguay, Azcuénaga and Córdoba Avenue. Construction suffered numerous delays and only in 1962 offered the first services, radiology and otolaryngology. The rest of the services were gradually transferred in the following years. In the first years of the 1970s the new building became fully functional and in 1975 the demolition of the old headquarters began.In 2014 the executive power invested heavily with money from the National State to re-functionalize the Hospital de Clínicas and create a pharmaceutical plant to supply the network of university hospitals and also offer a space for practical training for students and teachers. Thursday 8th December 9.30pm to 2.30 Janice the nurse in emergency was amazing. She was kind and caring and looked after my son who was having heart problems. Thank you so much Janice! The doctor was also lovely A kind Irish man Very helpful, answering all of our questions.

my partner was taken into the ER on tuesday afternoon and spend all night and all morning wednesday there, the nurses were amazingly dutiful and took great care of both him and me. our nurse sarah went above and beyond for us and did her best to make us comfortable and keep him in the best condition possible at the time. i'm super thankful for all the nurses.

Long waits for surgeries and wait times can take over an hour for a booked appointment. A Dr or two aren’t helpful but staff do their best with the pressure and demand they are under. I have been going to this hospital since birth. They are doing more renovations so it should more upgraded within the next few years. Apart from that staff and nurses are great. Cafes and plenty of food and coffee to grab whilst you wait.
