It was a great experience! From the gate to medical care, I was treated very well. Initially, I received information that the expected wait would be two hours and I decided to stay calm, settle in and wait. The important thing was to have already gotten there. After all, everything that seems bad can certainly get worse! So, everything worked out! The doctor on duty is super TOP, attentive, very assertive for her young age. The nursing technician Arnaldo with the hand of an angel that I didn't even feel the discomfort of access. For the laboratory exam I was seen by Jefferson and when I thought it was going to be horrible, he was already done!🫠 The doctor who took the shift and discharged me was also great!!! I went to the hospital a few times, both for consultation and emergency. What I can say is that the Hospital is very organized, has very well trained staff, I have always received very good service on the phone. I saw a lot of people criticizing here and I decided to tell my positive experience, it doesn't mean that I didn't encounter problems, such as a consultation that took 2 hours to wait, but in this case it was an isolated professional, I don't believe that the hospital itself is bad, but Like everywhere, there are good people and others not. The rating I give is 5 stars, as most of the staff are attentive, careful and the structure is excellent! In short, Hospital Santa Joana is of excellent quality, has very well-trained staff, they answer the phone and answer your questions very carefully. I attributed my bad waiting experience to a specific doctor, the others were excellent, so a very good hospital, congratulations!

I had to take my 3 year old daughter to the pediatric emergency room and unfortunately I experienced racism from the first contact with the doctor asking me if I was the mother, because my daughter was white. I've never seen a children's professional not interacting with the child, not conditioning, nothing... Super rude, cold, indifferent. I observed her serving a white family and it was totally different. I felt violated. I don't recommend Santa Joana!

I would like to express my gratitude to the entire ophthalmology department of the State Institution RCMC. Namely, doctor Irina Arkadyevna Puchkova, Lyudmila Leontyevna Kaplich and all the medical staff. Ya, Gorbachevskaya M.E. 06/27/2023 I had surgery to replace my lens. All the medical staff are handpicked. Friendly and polite people. Lyudmila Leontyevna is a doctor from God. I was so excited! But thanks to the attention of the girls nurses, thanks to the confidence and calmness of the anesthesiologist and microsurgeon (Kaplich L.L.), my excitement simply dissolved. The operation went smoothly, clearly, in a word, professionally! The whole team is top notch. Fantastic job!

Very nice modern building. On the ground floor there is a reception desk, paid services, a cloakroom, a cash desk, toilets, a pharmacy, a cafe, information kiosks from Belorusbank, Belpochta. Electronic queue. Comfortable corners for waiting and relaxing. Information stands with indication of specializations and layout of offices. There were no queues during the daytime. I was satisfied with the visit. Called according to appointment time. Gave professional advice and treatment. Received competent answers to all my questions. As for the prices for paid services - average.

Modern Medical Center in Belarus, Minsk

I had minimally invasive surgery and stayed 4 days. The nurses and doctors were all very friendly and helpful, the hospital and patient rooms were quiet, clean, and smelled fresh. I usually have a hard time sleeping in an unfamiliar place, but the hospital bed was surprisingly soft and comfortable and the nurses gave me something at night so I actually ended up getting the best sleep in years. Evening rounds came in at 10:30 PM and morning was 7:50 AM so my roommate and I got our 8-9 hours sleep and went home rested. Big thank you to all doctors and nurses at Albertinen Krankenhaus.

I was treated with high professionalism, and empathy @ the gynaecology department under the responsibility of Doctor Renana Schinker! I am happy to suggest her with confidence! As an expat living in Hamburg I felt @ this hospital less away from family and home! Thank you!

Came to Notaufnahme with racing heart, palpitations and chest pains with breathing issues. I wasnt sure whether it was serious enough considering how full the hospital was and i felt embarrassed to go. Nevertheless, i was treated warmly and respectfully during my long and expected wait (its an emergency room people, chances are someone is going to be sicker and more needing of help than you!) . The staff were under pressure with so many sick people and i was happy to wait. They found me room to stay overnight as the Cardiac Unit was full, and still i was treated respectfully and with dignity. I too am a foreigner, with questionable German skills but i try and found no racism as other have said. Im now in the cardiac ward and grateful that im being cared for. Still! Thankyou to lovely Notaufnahme Doctor, the Cardiac team, the nurses at 2A and also now up in 6B. Everyone has a sense of humour and are so friendly! I recommend this hospital 100% you are in good hands! Chill!

I went to the emergency to remove stitches , the assigned person to do this left two stitches in side my finger and now I have an infection. Very simple thing was not done properly, imagin what they will do with more complex medical operations!

I have delivered my baby last week, c section, generally, the service was really good, nurses and doctors were helpful and kind. The only thing I did not like was the nursery section, they were trying to push for formula feeding although we told them we wanted to breast feed the baby. They should help mothers with the breast feeding instead of just choosing the easy way for them.

Regardless of the prices I left the hospital in pain because the doctor didn’t show up (the resident doctor) public relations called I asked for the doctor then the nurse as well promised to call a doctor so I waited for more than an hour and no one showed up… also the insurance office are not professional at all they sent the request to the wrong address so I had to call the insurance my self internationally and follow up with them asking for approvals. Advice: 1- make sure to verify with the insurance while at the admin & insurance and make sure they send the paperwork to the correct address. 2- ask the administrator and the doctor before you get in the room and make sure they promise to provide you with the decent service and won’t let you alone in pain for a long time. 3- If you find a better option better hospital then just go for it. And Dr. Rodriguez, head of the technical area. The nurses and surveillance staff... all a good team of human beings. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you and also let the appropriate person know that they take care of the fact that the tomograph and the resonator have been broken for quite some time... and that the doctors are no longer current.

My mother was treated there 1716 years ago for her mother's cancer and thank God she was saved. They are all very professional. Today he has cancer again and thank God the treatment is giving results and the doctors are loving and excellent professionals.

I can't thank all the staff at The Christie enough. I had a minor procedure with them and during my time there felt truly cared for and supported. I was kept up to date every step of the way, my doctor and the nurses all listened to me, answered questions and I'll be forever grateful for their help!

I cannot praise The Christie too much. Although I'd rather not have to visit there, the amazing team make it so much easier and I actually look forward to seeing them. They are efficient, caring, compassionate, honest and help me so much. If I want to talk, someone is always available, my specialist nurse always gets back to me if I have an issue or need results. Thank you all, you are wonderful, genuine people.

Very good hospital. I had a triple ankle fracture in September. Everybody is speaking English. Surgery was done perfect! Medication was very good, i felt nearly no pain! Recovery is really good, i can go cycling again.

Staff is super slow. You may book an appointment and then wait for hours. And every time they Will day that you is a next one. For payment l, minum half an hour waiting for then to make up an invoice. Very dissapointing service, but specialist doctors are generally good

Yesterday, I had to have an operation at RPA. It was amazing service, and the staff were wonderful. All the nurses and doctors were fantastic, and I would like to commend them on their work and thank them again very much. Great job. Thank you 😊

The hospital is hit miss like all of NSW Health. The nurses have mental health issues so depending on which nurse you get, either you will receive good care or be subjected to abuse like having your meds not given, information not provided, details not passed to your doctors (who often review remotely so you don’t see them every day). The outsourced food is not relevant to your needs and not replaced with adequate nutrition if you have allergies etc. I saw one new father deliberately kept outside because the nurses didn’t like him then watched them laugh at the struggling new mum who was doing things without support and the nurses just watched, didn’t help her. Same with trying to get information from Doctors, they simply don’t talk to you. The information provided by the nurses is often half-truths designed to placate people not be honest with them.

I don’t know if they will see it but thank you so much to Maddie, Lisa, Eva, Greg, Todd and all of the other overworked nurses and drs who looked after me whose names I didn’t catch or couldn’t remember. I just had my appendix out and it was my first ever hospital visit and everyone was so kind and attentive. I really appreciate how hard you all work. Thank you so much ♥️

I can't thank the staff enough. Our time at RPH was outstanding care. The nurses do amazing job. These people who work in our hospitals are angels. I understand our health care system has its hiccups. But with put there care my son would not be in the great care he us today

I want to thank the Emergency Department Dr Poppy when my Dad was brought in after collapsing at home on the 10th of November. He was then transferred to ICU and looked after by Dr Peter. We can’t thank all the nurses and doctors enough! Your kindness and care were outstanding. You always kept us up to date and had time to explain Dad’s situation.

I was hit by a car on Wednesday whilst riding my scooter home from TAFE and was taken to Royal Perth Hospital for emergency by ambulance. I want to thank all the paramedics, nurses and doctors who looked after me and did every possible test to make sure my bones and internal organs were not affected by the collision. I stayed there from 5 p.m. until 2 a.m. the next day and was discharged after confirmation. I only had muscle injuries and was able to return home safely. Thank you so much for all the support and kidness ❤️

I’ve been in the Emergency Department of Prince of Wales, a number of times in my life. I waited a very long time only once. I had only 1 bad experience where I was in observation in bed and I could not get a peaceful sleep as the doctors kept checking on me every hour and kept my light on the whole time. The next day, they forgot to remove the IV from my arm and sent me home. Overall, not too bad experience.

Tammy was an excellent night nurse who woke me up very gentle and made sure i was ok. She distracted me from my injury and made my stay very calm and comfortable. I am very thankful to of had her as my nurse :)

We came for an endoscopy test scheduled at 11:30 am but had to wait for over 50 minutes. The delayed doctor appointment was a frustrating experience for us and other patients

A decent medical facility is taken into account a basic would like for all. there's AN imperative would like for moderate to glorious health care facilities within the town of Chattogram. In Chattogram, there are not any well-equipped hospital compared to the hospital in Dhaka. They wanted to modify these health care facilities and revolution to established a well-facilitated and fashionable hospital within the town of port.

Emergency on sunday morning, professional servis, all in one place, x-rays, ultrasonic, labs, all pretty fast, nice nurses. Do not use nearest first toilet at ground floor, use the other one, check out the paper, otherwise... In general, best solution, if you need a help urgently.

The worst hospital I have ever visited, the staff is thinking that they can figure what problems are important and which are not. They just thought I have nothing important to work with, so just said to visit another doctor. The next day morning another doctor said that I should have come earlier 🫠 I hope they will be treated like they treat other people!

No complaint about medical stuff. They are kind and very professional as always, however woman at reception with red hair at that info point kiosk at entrance is very arrogant and rude not only to us but while i was waiting there same behavior with all other patients.

The worst hospitalization I've ever had. Mean nurses, no one wants to help, one time I was yelling for help from 16:00 to 20:30 to only be said to shut up. BIG THUMBS DOWN

The clinic was recommended to me in Israel. My mother has non-Hodgin lymphoma, non-GDC. We went to the clinic, already having the Israeli protocol in hand. I would like to note every assistance from the staff of this clinic, namely: Dr. Aronov in professional assistance on technical issues in the treatment of such a complex disease, dispatcher Anastasia for constant contact and sincere assistance on all issues, Vyacheslav for the timely delivery of medicines from Israel. It’s cheaper to order some types of medicines this way than in our pharmacies, I’ve tested it myself. Prices for treatment are really not low, but by regional standards, we are from Krasnodar. In Moscow, believe me, these are standard prices, there is something to compare with. The main thing is that they don’t impose anything unnecessary here, but even suggest what you can do yourself and what you can’t. At least in our case, this was exactly the case.

Shame and shame on this place, where you are greeted by disgruntled receptionists who probably didn't understand what it means to be helpful and nice when you greet patients and their attendants who come to undergo one or another medical procedure, simple or complex, it doesn't matter - you can't contact or talk to them, make eye contact , and even when you turn and ask, God forbid, more than one question, you are met with disdain, lack of interest, eye rolls, and today, from my experience, it came to her raising her voice, of course. Those who can avoid or ask for another private hospital are welcome. Not getting there, a terrible experience that left me traumatized. It will not pass in silence or on the agenda, I will reach those who need to reach.

Amazing medical center! I had an operation there and was hospitalized for 24 hours after the operation. During my hospitalization I received treatment, information, personal treatment at the highest level! Good food, television, toilets and super comfortable beds in every room! The lobby is designed and pleasant to be there, art depends on the editor of all the rooms and the common area. There is a cafe at the entrance. What's more, they don't have parking. With me I will definitely come back here!

As a foreigner travelling to Prague, this hospital was very helpful. When I got there, the foreign reception was closed and it was hard to communicate with the late at the emergency. Once I was admitted, the doctors and nurses were very competent professionals during my 3 days stay there.

SKIP THIS PLACE! Hospital with old school doctors who see the need to question you inappropriately and then chastise you for coming in after hours with “nothing major.” The attitude in this hospital reflects a pre 1989 mentality when staff were unaware that ever patient is PRIMARILY a client! Go somewhere else; anywhere!!!

Omg! After living in CZ as English speaker for almost 3 years, I finally found the best hospital here. I was here mostly at the cardiology department. Most of the nurses can speak English. Even if they are not, they still try to communicate with you. And ofc, all doctor can speak English. All of them are so patient, nice, and friendly. I was super surprise that I had some chitchat with some nurses during the waiting times. The waiting time is logically make sense. I can simply say, they love their jobs. I can’t recommend anywhere else rather than here :) Best one 😊

Waiting time for the insurance is very long, response from doctor to insurance is too slow, very poor management, you have to wait very long time to get response from the team, I experienced this at Diabetic centre. Similarly experience I faced in the past while my daughter was admitted in August as she is type 1 diabetic, hospital Insurance team is not responsive, they need to update their system fast, as I my insurance send me screen shot on approvals time, still nurses make us wait as they are waiting for response from in-house insurance team. I would like to address CEO of the Hospital, please do something to bring the same quality as it was before as this was one of the best hospital & now in my eyes it is worst with poor service, poor management

I recently delivered my baby boy at Kings College Dubai Hills. I had a memorable and an amazing experience and felt so at home. My husband and I were so humbled and couldn’t have asked for more private care. All the staff and nurses were excellent and I was in good hands. However, Leanne my midwife was exceptionally helpful and was like a second Mum to me. She went above and beyond all the time to make sure I was ok. She assisted me with everything I had to learn and know as a new Mum and always made me feel at ease. She is always so hardworking, professional and passionate about what she does. I’ve never met someone who loves what they do so much! Leanne has provided so much care post my delivery as well and she has become a very close friend of mine. I can confidently recommend Leanne as she deserves it. I am convinced that having her as a member of staff will be a valuable asset.

I delivered my baby with King's in July 2022. I highly recommend the hospital and stuff working there, everyone was very supportive and kind. I am sincerely grateful to Dr. Esra for my delivery. On a separate note, I sincerely want to thank Mary Grace for her kind support. As a first time mother, even whilst I was attending Antenatal classes, I lacked practical experience of how to take care of baby. Mary Grace was very attentive and showed us how to bath and change the baby, explaining many interesting life hacks. Her support and explanation how to breastfeed the baby was indispensable, without her I would not be that lucky to establish breastfeeding which I continue to date.

Dr. May Ali has been an incredible support throughout my twin pregnancy journey. Her professionalism and unwavering support guided me every step of the way. Her expertise and care during the C-section brought my beautiful baby girls into the world safely. I'm immensely grateful for her dedication and expertise. Additionally, her assistant Princy was always attentive and supportive, making the entire experience even more reassuring. I'm definitely continuing as Dr. May's patient for any future needs🙂
