Bad place to go to an emergency... They pick you up whenever they want and they don't attend to you... I arrived at 10 pm... I was left waiting for 2 hours on the stretcher with the curtain closed so that in the end no doctor would arrive. check me... They only told me that they would come and check me out but that wasn't the case... I had to leave...

On Friday, October 27 at approximately 8:00 pm, we came to the emergency room to check my daughter who had a throat infection and urinary tract infection. Dr. Jesús María Hernández Reyna did not test her with the reagent strip and so I He prescribed an antibiotic, and I asked him if he was not going to take a test, and very bleeding and sharp, he answered that there was the medicine for both infections. I was very upset and dissatisfied, we had to return again today because my daughter still has the discomfort of the urinary infection 😡 Seriously, I don't know why they study medicine if they aren't going to treat their patients well, it's too bad that some of them take it all because it's not the first time we've come and other times they've treated us well.

Reception staff, terrible service, thanks to the fact that you go to that hospital, they have work, they should improve, no, it's up to anyone to put things in order, not because they pay, they treat you well, nothing to do with it. My best opinion is that they better use social security. I think they give better service. that you are clinical.

My sister was treated for kidney stones in August and we signed a document agreeing to pay $13,800. When we got home, our credit card was charged $38,000. We have made numerous attempts to speak to the hospital, no one has responded. They sent a credit card receipt that clearly shows that they forged our signature and are still demanding payment. Stay away from this hospital, they will scam you out of lots of money.

Terrible money scam. People were nice, but not professional. My mom had a heart issue and was sent here by Xcaret Hotel Mexico (this is a partner hospital with the hotel, says something about the hotel too). She was given EKG and blood test, which was charged 1300USD. The emergency doctor couldn't give any diagnosis with these results and wanted to refer an internal medicine doctor to continue with more procedures (for more charges). The whole time we were there there was no monitor of vital signs, the IV stopped working. We ran away without continuing with any procedure. Stay away from this hospital if you can!

My son hurt his knee pretty bad after landing awkwardly trampolining at our resort. He couldn’t bare weight on it and had a lot of pain so we researched a few local hospitals and decided on Amerimed based on some of the Google reviews. We were not disappointed and so glad we picked this one. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and got us in, x-rayed, meds and a knee brace for 6,500 pesos/ $400usd. We were out within 90 minutes. This hospital was a huge letdown. My aunty had a major brain surgery here on September 13th, but things went downhill from there. She was moved to a normal ward after 24hrs. They completely failed on monitoring her reoccurring symptoms like vomiting and headache on September 16th. Sadly, my aunty passed away due to their poor care. The doctors and nurses were absolutely useless and couldn't even figure out what went wrong. Plus, the staff wasn't polite at all. It's just really disappointing!

A wonderful hospital and a wonderful medical staff, nice and smiling, and they have the best doctors. Their services are great and I felt like I was in a hotel.

Highly skilled and professional doctors and staff . They are very approachable. Hospital premises are well maintained. Seamless internal procedures help to avoid delays. The insurance department and billing section is very helpful in expediting the process . Would like to make a special mention of Samad Shaikh from insurance department for excellent service making the billing process hassle free for us.

The experience was truly excellent. The doctors and nurses were incredibly supportive, and the facilities were top-notch. I must give special recognition to Samad and insurance team, who made the claim process and document submission incredibly smooth for me.

We had heard mixed reviews about this hospital before we went there but we have only had positive experience every time we have visited the hospital. Manipal hospital is the best place for treating cancer in Goa. We have received excellent treatment right from the surgery to the chemotherapy. The doctors, nurses, the support staff- all of them are polite, helpful, courteous and very professional. The hospital premises are so clean and maintained well.

Terrible experience at HerzKlinik Hirslanden Zurich with Dr. Georg Noll.Any questions that my partner asked him were arrogantly dismissed. Rude doctor with bad communication, clueless on what was happening with test results and was very confused about the results and did not know what was happening.Whole experience really poor!We are not sure if we will ever get over this disastrous experience.We would not even give a single star to this doctor.

The Sports clinic in Hirslanden is absolutely great! Great staff and great doctors, special thanks to Dr Inauen for his expertise and reassurance. However, the emergency department is really horrible and should be avoided. Although the nurses are very nice and helpful, the neurologist who came to see me was very aggressive and rude and told me that the tinnitus I have is psycho somatic, which turns out is completely false!

As a person with general insurance, I was in the clinic for a catheter ablation. Was treated very friendly and competently from the moment I was received until I was discharged yesterday. All the employees were always very friendly and well-positioned. Many thanks to everyone. And if I don't like to say it, I really liked it, but hopefully it was the first and last time :) But if it is necessary, this is the clinic where I would like to be treated.

The emergency center at the Hirslanden Clinic Aarau impressed us. When we arrived at 5am we were immediately taken to a room and the emergency team was extremely friendly and accommodating. Compared to the KSA Aarau emergency, there was a world of difference. We were very satisfied with the immediate help and targeted treatment. Amazing hospital - had my first big operation and prolonged hospital stay there and every single member of the staff was wonderful, especially the nurses. I very much appreciate their kindness and care during this stressful time! From the ER, to the MRI and orthopedic team to the operating table - every single person involved was highly competent, professional and empathetic. A big thank-you to all. I have to complain about the food, which was truly awful. Everything tasted of salt and wasn’t good at all. The kitchen was not flexible and I could not order from the menu unless I did so the day or many hours before. Good and healthy food is an important part of recovery and for a private Swiss hospital, what I was served was unacceptable. I am still giving the hospital 5 stars, because the medical care is exceptional and that is the most important thing when facing a health obstacle.

I write this review in order to soften someone's experience of giving birth. Try to avoid Delphine as an assisting nurse while the birth. I understand the whole physical process itself is far from pleasant. There are manipulations which should be done by the nurse regardless the pain I get all that. But she was very brutal, unpolite communication wise as well. She also tried to laugh at me while I had to push. Happily my doctor cut her on it. Delphine, remember the name and try to avoid.

In 2021 I have give birth in this hospital. I had a horrible and traumatic experience, the staff member were not professional at all, lack of communication, 0 empathy, after 2 years I am still recovering because the experience was so traumatic. I ended with emergency C-section and total anestesy, the midwife was not comunicating with me, telling me what she is doing, nurses were always having bad attitude when I was saying I am in pain, they were like: other patients are also in pain! Also no lactation consultat was available, even though when we discussed on the phone they lied that the consultant was there. No help with lactation, because of them my baby starved for 2 day, I didn't knew how to latch and received 0 help. Basic help was not provided, my husband was helping me changing the sheets when it was too much blood, also my husband was changind the baby and everything else. When the nurse was coming they were bothered that we are disturbing them. If you have another option for giving birth, please Don,t choose this hospital. Not sure if I had this experience because I am an expat and I don't speak English, but anyhow I still have nightmares and treating the ptsd, not that they even cared to check-up on me or provide any help postpartum, so I was on my own.

Make an appointment, it's simple... the specialist never arrived, they send you a message to ensure punctuality out of respect for the doctor's time but they do not respect yours, they left me waiting for about 30 minutes, they charge the consultation at $1500, not cheap for the service. a private clinic, anyway, thank you!

I am an American on an extended vacation here in Mexico City and I saw Dr Luis Villalobos Perez. Hands down he was the best doctor I have ever seen in my fifty years of life. He truly took time to discuss my health problem and my history and he gave me a thorough physical exam, I feel like I have not had an actual physical exam since I was in high school. It is such a blessing to have found Mediland! Great staff, clean and modern facility in a beautiful neighborhood Don’t hesitate to go here if you are sick!

Absolutely horrible service. My father broke his arm and we had to wait like 10-15 minutes just checking in. And then they gave him a terrible cast and diagnosis. We had to come back to the US and go to our local Kaiser Permanente to get actual care for my dad. Please avoid this place, especially if you are visiting from the US. Horrible service. Showed up here with a case of Food Poisoning and was turned away because my symptoms were "similar" to Covid-19. The front desk person told me to wait outside, didn't even ask me simple questions such as if I had a cough or shortness of breath and after "speaking with her supervisor" told me I had to go to the General Hospital because Velmar was "full". Such a lie! If it was full, why wasn't I turned away when I first showed up? I went to Clinica San Fernando after and was seen by a great doctor there. My cardiologist and urologist have their offices at Velmar and I will let them know I won't be able to attend our appointments anymore at this hospital, because they deny service to people in need.

Dr Khaled Al Aal Vascular surgeon @ Medi Clinic Town Centre. One of the nicest, most humble and thoughtful surgeons I’ve encountered. He is definitely worth the visit by anyone who has been suffering with their varicose or spider veins.

It was an amazing experienced! When I go for check up for severe cough flu, due to the weather change. When I reach to Mediclinic Al ain, I was entertain directly by the reception guy who's named Javudullah Balkiaz Khan this guy promote the quality and equality of the hospital. And to mention the nurses that checking my vitals, they are very attentive to the patient, and mostly the doctor, she come several times into my room to check and explained about my status of what I fell. I went to this clinic for an emergency case and an ent (ear, nose and throat) doctor saw my ear and gave me an ear drop with a nose one. The staff was very friendly and helped me with English speaking. They even have the registration form in different languages. Great.

1. Nobody speaks English in the Information 2. They send me to have a corona rapid test to a apotheke/pharmacy a few meters away, while I was hurting 3. The doctor didn’t check my breathing, my heart pulses, my blood and yet he diagnosed me and gave me pills Well guess what happened after 3! I had to go again to another hospital because I was not able to breathe properly! The hospital must be shut down and this doctor needs to get fired! Thank you for your non-existence services!

I had an ACL reconstruction surgery with Dr Gardon and my experience was great, even though it is rough to have this kind of procedure. All the nurses were absolutely wonderful with me; I could not have asked for a better experience.

Absolute embarrassment for a medicinal center. My sister spent 7 hours in the ER with chest pain, provided doctor with all her records from other physicians. After 1 x-ray they disregarded everything, told her it's "probably" stress and sent her home. Thank you for reconfirming the public opinion in this countries medical standards. Worst emergency experience ever. Come here with my friend with breath problem. Waited 5 hours until he almost fainted, then they gave him ibuprofen and didn’t try to find real problem. When he decided to leave so unprofessional SOR, the nurse was rude and severely pulled out a dropper with useless saline. Works for parking counter, not people.

First something positive: the doctors, especially the anaesthetist, were good. However, during my time on the station following ankle surgery, I was shocked. 1. When i woke up after the surgery I hadn't eaten since the day before (it was around 7pm), I asked a nurse if i could have something to eat and she shouted at me, made me feel like it was a totally unreasonable request - the other patients in the room were shocked and defended me. Finally she brought me some food but was clearly annoyed that i had asked for something so basic. 2. When I realised my period had started during the surgery, I was once again shouted at for asking for help to get a pad (I wasn't allowed to leave my bed to go to the toilet so soon after surgery.) It was humiliating. I was left in those bloody sheets for 4 days 3. I had a very big ankle surgery and was in pain I had never experienced before (including childbirth), the nurse during the night shift straight after the surgery refused to give me anything stronger than Novalgin and then left me for 6 hours with nothing else. She told me to stop ringing the bell because she couldn't help me. I was sweating and shaking with the pain. Pain management continued to be an issue throughout my stay depending on whether the nurse on shift 'believed' my pain or not, I raised this with the doctors several times. 4. I told the staff that my bandages felt too tight and no one listened to me, now 6 weeks later, i still have nerve pain, which needs pain medication and skin necrosis from having extreme pressure on my foot for 2 days. 5. One evening a nurse filled every patients' thrombosis syringe half with air, thank goodness the other nurse on shift realised before she injected 16 patients with air, she was in disbelief. This added to the general feeling of not being safe on the ward of this hospital. 6. Nurses were exhausted and burned out, 2 nurses for 16 patients is clearly not enough. 7. When i wanted to come back after 6 weeks to discuss the surgery and recovery with the surgeon I had to beg for an appointment on the phone to a very rude receptionist (the same receptionist who a few weeks before told me there is no plaster cast in the hospital, can this be the case in a hospital with an orthopedic department and an emergency room?!). After care is a simple responsibility after major surgery, especially when there are complications such as crippling nerve pain that my general orthopedic doctor couldn't seem to explain. To say I was shocked is an understatement, I feel traumatised by this experience. Sometimes I have nightmares about being back on that ward crying in pain with no one helping me. The experience was inhumane and I deeply regret choosing this hospital. I have never written a review like this but i feel a responsibility to warn people. Once again I will say the doctors were good, but you rarely see them. I particularly appreciated the anaesthetist who showed compassion and diligence but that level of care should be the rule, not the exception.

I was at the clinic with my wife and every single nurse, doctor, security and receptionist that talked to me were patient, kind and nice. Although I don't speak German, everyone was willing to explain things in English. There are people everywhere who like bullying and harassment. Ruthless bullying and harassment of elderly people, patients, and their families Bullying and harassment from people wearing white coats is especially sad. Even though I only have 10 minutes to enter, I feel like I want to get out of the center as soon as possible despite being bullied. I don't want to stay here and have my soul hurt. Due to lung cancer, he was abandoned by other hospitals and went to a cancer center. The survival rate has reached 10%, but thanks to the care of my doctors, I will soon be in remission. Our treatment with Alvorada was good up to a certain point, Doctors were cordial and treatment was decent. Our problem starts with some of the Administration staff that failed to inform us of the costs, and a Week after my partners X-ray exams the hospital decides to charge us extra, failing to properly explain the reason for the extra charges. It was also disappointing the lack of instruction from the admnistrative team, I felt like all it was needed from them was collecting the "payment". I understand hospital is a Business, but I still feel disappointed that my Mother was charged extra instead of my Partner and I - Let alone the charge came a week late with little explanation. We felt scammed

I have been hospitalized for five days and I wanted to thank the good treatment received from all the health personnel. Both the surgeons and nurses, etc... I especially want to name the first person who treated me when I entered the room where they prepare you for surgery. Miss Margarita is as professional as a pine tree.
