I have had dialysis here on 3 occasions and must say I wasn’t happy with the service here,my appointments always over an hour late and when I got back to the hotel the restaurant was closed thanks to the hospital.I’ve had two mishaps here with the staff when I come off the machine I bled really bad and no one rushed to help me.they do things in there own time and they never made me feel welcome and also a languages barrier here. I would never go to this unit again they do half of job.our nhs do a far better job than hcb Benidorm.

I came (with no appointment) for a dental X ray. The wait was only 25 minutes. The staff were very helpful. The hospital was busy but very clean.

I was admitted to HCB on Weds 6th September, for hip replacement on Thurs 7th Sept to be carried out by Dr. Barcelo. Unfortunately my procedure had unforseen complications which resulted in a predicted 4day stay extend to 9days. Apart from the anonymous blood donors without whom I would not have survived my operation, I owe a debt of deep gratitude to Dr. Barcelo and all the nursing staff on floor 2. The care I received was amazing, 24hrs a day. Once again ,thanks and gratitude from the bottom of my heart.

Very expensive and very unresponsive... the only hospital in Greece that doesn't send you the results of the tests if you don't ask for them or you don't go to get them yourself..! worst customer service ever

I had a constant pain in my intestine, went there and did all examinations, they told I had nothing, and I should seek psychological help. I went to another hospital and they found I had a big polypus inside my intestine and they removed it surgically. Finally I feel releaf after 1 year of constant pain.

A big scam, my girlfriend stood for just 4 hours they charged me 700€ , they said will check with my assurance and call me back , but never show up, they took more than 290€ for simple check up, while i have coverage from assurance 200€, the staffing is rude and they don t explain anything. Advice go to public hospital there they will take care of you and never ask for money. Such a shame , they use people health to get rich

Once again in this awful building. 2 people almost dead, and the 3 of us are waiting for 3+ hours. You should be ashamed of yourselves honestly. How dare you calling yourselves emergency???

This place is a nightmare. I always come here complaining because you always stay here at least 4 ou 5 hours to get a simple antibiotic for flu. It's ridiculous the disorganization. It's not clear where the waiting room is, not clear what is the next step, you see a lot of people passing by and not doing anything. It's a disaster. Only come here in case of serious problem. It's very bad here.

Best people, very professional, best healthcare, very good food catering.

Nurses were really nice when I had the medical examination (invasive). I was nervous and bit scared but they put me at ease. Doctor also gave me all the answers even when I was half way pass out.

Good hospital and skilled Staff. The only downside is waiting time.

Saturday 11 of November 2023 , I had severe pain in my legs and repeated chest pain plus confusion as result of 4 days non sleep ! After 16 hours in the Ambulance the doctor she sent me to psychology KH nord ! She said all OK just !!! W+÷×+=% ,Big Thanks to KH Nord they discovered thrombosis in my lower body and i am still under treatment as result of wrong and late diagnosis . Guys I just got confused again what to say to this Dr ? Any one please feel free to recommend what to say and what to do ? I just got shocked.

I had a emergency where I had to get surgery straight away to repair my broken jaw,Unfortunately my insurance didn't go through so i dont know who I'm angry with. I was waiting two days in one of the bedrooms until some bald guy in a white coat entered my room asking me for €3400 in card or cash, I thought it was a nightmare but I didn't wake up. He explained to me that I was not covered by insurance and that I should start making payments, I went down to the office and they confirmed he was in my room asking for money, The result was me getting up in the worst state to go sort out my insurance so that I could get my emergency operation done a little later and be covered by my insurance so that Inkasso won't chase me for like €30.000 Note that nobody at this point told me to stay in hospital get your jaw fixed first and sort your insurance out later because they can back track everything, instead I was set into confusion when they asked that I pay them cash or card. I was there for two days in the worst pain and didn't receive surgery but a bill for £3400 which was not covered by my insurance I left the hospital and sent all the rest of my documents to AMS and OGK and sorted my insurance. Later I arrived at hospital to find out that they checked me out automatically and wouldn't treat me straight away. I was sent home and a swelling started to occur on my face where I realised that I was sent home with a medical emergency so I went back to the hospital as soon as I could and eventually they accepted me back. I spent from 29.10.2023 to 15.11.2023 waiting for my jaw treatment, after the swelling went away they decided to give me the operation and they told me the waiting time is because there where other patients in need more then me and I had a swelling. Now I'm recovering from my surgery but I'm not sure if my surgery went one hundred percent correctly, the results are yet to come. The point is if your not Covered by insurance stay in hospital regardless if they start asking for cash or card and sort your insurance out later because if you leave the hospital you might not get the treatment you really require being a Austrian citizen won't help you get the free medical treatment you really need if you don't have insurance. However they must treat you if you have a medical emergency and you can get it sorted out later. Also Google maps didn't let me post this information so I wrote it in English let's if they block this info this time it's not right people shouldn't of gone through what I went through at the beginning when I had a medical emergency. My wobbly jaw was waiting to get repaired but I was plagued by the though of no insurance and having a struggle of my lifetime as a result. I was promised an operation from day 1 but ended up having it on like day 16 Long waiting times for operations beware make use you have insurance but if not stay in hospital and get your insurance sorted out later if I'm wrong let me know Anyway it's like day 20 after my injury and spent like 18 days in hospital, regardless of how my hospital stay started I come to a realization that I was treated very well at this hospital and I'm thankful for my surgery and all the hospital stuff for taking care of my issues I had a bad start because my insurance was not going through but however the operation did go well, after my wound heels I'll have to go to a specialist to see if they can straighten out my jaw so that I can have a better smile.

Open letter to Profesor Zielinski I wanted to tell you that I’m very disappointed with you and your clinic. Now, after my father’s death and Mr. Suta’s (the patient from Targu Mureș) also I’m convinced that you are guided only by profits and you are not concerned about the wellbeing of patients. We have sent you translated medical reports, pet CT’s and other imagistic investigations, blood tests and you didn’t even have the decency to look over them and tell us it’s not worth making the trip giving how advanced was their condition. You could have done what the doctors from Szeged hospital did for me and say that there is nothing you could do for my father and with regrets I cannot take your money and leave our country with a negative perception about our medical services. They said that because they looked over the investigations I sent them. But no sir you were too blinded by money and we were so desperate to save our fathers that we believed you. Shame on you. I guarantee these are words well thought and not said in anger.

All the people super friendly. If something took longer, it was only because there were patients who needed to be treated more urgently. Some people probably forget that here in the evaluation. As far as you can say about a hospital stay, I had a good time there.The staff is international and with many languages. I was diagnosed with serous ovarian carcinoma and after resection of the carcinoma by a Romanian doctor, director of a private hospital in Bucharest, in a boundless desperation I contacted the best clinics in the world, specialized in oncology. The commercial representative of the WPK hospital, Mr. Alexandru Pop, was the first to contact us and was the only one who convinced us to buy tickets to Vienna. We had all the appointments made by the minute, he walked with us and empathized every moment. Thanks to him, I got to the best specialist in gynecological surgery, the most wonderful woman who rushed all my procedures in order to be able to proceed with the surgery. In the worst moment of my life, when I read despair on the children's faces and I felt helplessness and frustrated, this wonderful woman, , Prof. Dr. B. Schurz, gave us a chance. The hospitalization period was 8 days and I received the best care possible. The staff was by far very professional and very empathetic, as well as the nurses. I felt treated like a family member. The sales representative came to me twice a day, called me and asked me all the time what else I needed or if I was satisfied. Because of my diagnosis, even if I came at the very early stages, I will still have to proceed with 6 chemotherapy sessions with one of the best oncologists in the world, Prof. Dr. Zielinski. I recommend the clinic with great confidence.

I went to emergency at 9 pm. I got bleeding from my uterus and very painful Stomachache, I am bleeding non-stop like 3 days continuing and the doctor asked me "Why are you here?" Asked me two times and I explained my symptoms and she told me to take pain killers without checking my bleeding things. PS. I am not on My period right now and I am still bleeding until now! What a Unprofessional Doctor! No any patients would like to go to Emergency if they really do not need help!

We were in an emergency situation where we were informed to reach the BDU department. Unfortunately it was the wrong department for the treatment which was needed but the BDU department saw to it that they won't even touch the patient who is in excruciating pain. They didn't even try to give the patient some kind of pain medication. After an hour we reached the right department and they were in horror to see the patient and surprised why the BDU department didn't do anything. Thanks to the urology department, we got the right treatment on time but the negligence of the BDU department and how they shrug their shoulders off is something I had to write here. I hope no one else goes through this..

Our two children were born in this hospital in 2019 and 2023. We can only report positive things about our time here. You felt very cared for and the entire team is extremely competent, motivated, courteous and friendly. It is important to me to mention this and thank you for all your efforts. I had the most horrible experience in the gynecology department here, my house doctor told me to go to the emergency room and when I got in for my consultation the doctor told me my problem is not an emergency and that there are people who actually need help. It was my first time seeing a gynecologist and she asked me if I have been before and I said no because I was not financially able to ever before and she almost laughed at me and said „no doctors in your country?“ she was clearly bothered by the fact that I asked her if we can speak in English. After she consulted me she said she can’t give me a diagnostic and than gave me a prescription without a diagnostic. She made me feel very uncomfortable, she made fun of me and where I come from, made me feel like I am not worth helping even tho my house doctor did. That woman should not be a doctor of any kind she was horrible!

We were in the children's hospital last night with our 10-week-old daughter and were really excited. Of course it was to wait but that's the way it is now. The doctors and the nurse were super nice and took really good care of our mouse. Our mouse obviously felt good, despite being in a really bad mood. During the examination she made the whole team and us smile and laugh. We felt very well cared for. Thanks!

I just want to say that Dr. Parkes is extremely attentive and professional. He knows English is not my native language, so he made a conscious effort to slow down his speech to ensure I understood what he was saying. Throughout the process, all the nurses and staff at the front desk were also very attentive and friendly. This has been an amazing experience for me, probably the best I've ever had in a hospital.

Awful service, took over 45 mins for a blood test as the staff were just chatting behind the counter. The place wasn't even busy. Staff were incredibly rude too. Better off using the NHS. Avoid at all costs.

I would like to thank all the staff at The London Independent Hospital who were involved in my treatment. I was informed regularly of any updates to my surgery. Dr Jones was amazing and I am so great full to have finally been listened to after years and years of pain. Dr Jones understood this was not normal investigated and treated me. Thank you all for making me feel welcome, at ease and felt like i was in the best care.

The attention I received from reception to the consultant was first class. Timing was excellent and the whole experience was efficient and comfortable. This was reassuring as I was a little concerned about my investigations. I cannot praise the hospital highly enough on this occasion.

A big thank you to everyone involved in my care at the London Bridge Hospital. Cannot recommend the hospital enough! Mr. Ember and Tessa are always easy to talk to. Despite his busy schedule, I never felt that Mr. Ember was rushing in our appointments. So very patient in explaining every thing which made me feel 100% confident in him. The nurses were brilliant! RGN Bambhi (Abhi) Q. went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my admission. She has already finished her night shift when I arrived but she still went to my room, answered all my questions and made feel comfortable. She also made sure to check on me after discharge. RGN CJ looked after me, her bright personality is truly refreshing but stayed professional the whole time. She made sure I was well looked after before during and after my procedure. Additionally, RGNs Dana and Gladys, were also exceptionally kind and knowledgeable. The food was impressive! Catering staff were always so polite. Was kinda bummed that coffee was instant coffee(not a big deal tho). Overall, I am extremely grateful to the whole London Bridge team!

I was a day patient for a knee surgery. The hospital staff is absolutely fantastic and friendly, they are always there to help you and to answer questions. The food was good beside I was not able to eat it all (i had anesthetic side effects) and the facilities were immaculate! Thanks for making it such as smooth process.

I would like to record all my gratitude to the pediatric team at Portland Hospital. My daughter underwent surgery and we were well taken care of. I attended the Urgent Care Clinic at The Princess Grave hospital and I was blown away at the level of service offered. All the team, medical and support staff were outstanding. I was seen very quickly, issue addressed and I was discharged in less than an hour. It was excellent value for money for the service offered! Thank you.

I recently underwent a robotic prostatectomy at Princess Grace Hospital. From start to finish I had an excellent experience. The facilities, staff and expertise were of the highest competence and quality. All services were delivered with great empathy and care.

Fantastic hospital with exceptional staff throughout. Was nervous for my first surgery experience and I couldn't have been in a better place. The private room and provisions were comfortable. The food was of a very good standard. Staff were very attentive and strive to provide the highest level of service.

I had a SPECT/CT scan and it was (virtually) painless and I was looked after briliantly. my only negative comment would bethat as there is a 3hour wait between the prep and the scan and the waiting room was not super comfortable for such a long wait,

Could not be in better hands. Had surgery under professor Andi Kavin and it could not go any better. Legend, absolutely professional and full of knowledge. The hospital team were exceptional. Margaret from the theatre (ICU) was exceptional too, her confidence and professionalism was second to none. Aldrin Reyes from the ward was also a true example of a real medical professional. I mentioned all these by names because sometimes it is easy to take for granted the little things that make a difference. A huge thanks guys.

Mr Petrou and the whole staff at the HSC were exceptional. The communication was awesome, the procedure faultless and the post-op care in the ICU and Cardiac ward were second to none. I felt my life was very safe in their professional and compassionate hands.

My Mom has just spent the last week at Parkside Hospital and I have nothing but praise for the hospital and staff. Special mention must be made of Sylvia and Eric, they are amazing. I found all the Staff very friendly and the hospital was lovely and clean, the food was great too. Thank you for making this week so pleasant for all of us.

I am feeling sorry that I am writing this review, but that's exactly how my care experience at Parkside suite was (September 2022). I must say that the single night I had to stay there after my surgery was the poorest care experience I ever had in my life, due to extremely rude nursing staff at the night. As I was shifted at Parkside, the nurse very rudely refused for my family to see me at all since the meeting time was just over. I understood the meeting time thing but shared with her that my husband had brought my three very worried, young kids to see me for 2 min, only because the Post Op nurse herself said they would be allowed to see me after I was shifted at Parkside 'as an exception' (reason because I was expected to go home after my day surgery but was admitted due to pain issue, so Post Op nurse said that this very short meeting would be allowed as an exception), however, the meeting never happened and my kids went back after waiting in the car parking for more than 1.5 hours. Well, at least I saw my husband who reassured the kids that I was fine. After my husband left, I asked the nurse how I could call someone if I needed anything, and she literally threw the bell on my bed. I was shocked!! and worried about spending remaining part of the night while facing such rude behaviour. Later on, when I requested the nurse if she could hold my hand for going to the toilet, she reluctantly did but asked me to hold the IV stand by myself with my other hand. I can't blv how being in the care profession a nurse couldn't understand how much pain a patient possibly can be in, literally within few hours after a surgery and still asking the patient to hold & drag the stand by themselves. All the night the two nurses kept making loud noise in the ward walkway, to the extent that it was hard to sleep at all. Every time, the nurse would come in my room and would take my BP and temp, waking me up but without speaking to me. None of the two nurses who I saw introduced themselves, I myself checked their names. None of the time, anyone asked me if I was in pain or if I needed any pain killer until I myself asked for a pain relief in the morning. The way I was treated made me feel that it was my fault that I was in pain and needed to stay there, so I had to tolerate the attitude. Never expected such an experience straight after a major surgery and while going through extreme pain. The next day staff were nice as well as caring, I got discharged in the evening next day and was so grateful that I didn't need to bear the same attitude again. Please improve the facility. A patient is already in so much pain and expects sympathy and care, not stares and rude attitude. Kind regards

I was an outpatient yesterday at parkside wexham. I just wanted to say how friendly I found everyone and the food was fantastic. The lasagne was the best I have ever tasted anywhere! My only minor complaint would be that I could hear another patient’s TV the whole time, but that would not stop me from highly recommending parkside.

It's early morning, 3.50 AM I lost my baby here .My bay was in 6 months, and everything was normal. It's only a lower belly pain and gas issue . Pain was completely gone after 24 hours. After 24 hours, my wife called me and told me I am feeling pain again and again with a 5-minute delay. And at 3.50 AM I listened we lost our baby 😢 Even the doctors don't inform me. I am the father of the baby , and I have the right to know each and every thing. Doctors took the 13 ultrasound in 2 days, and they are not able to access the main issue of this pain . All doctors were done ultrasound,blood, and urine tests separately. But they are not able to know what we should do for treatment. At night, there is no way to enter the hospital . Today, I am very helpless. Even I can't meet my wife. I can't see her condition. I can't go to her 😢....... When I enter in Gynecologist ward at 8 floor There was not any doctor near my wife. She left her alone and went somewhere else. My wife is crying 😢 for help. 3 old ladies in uniform seated near the door but don't call the doctor. When I ask about the doctor ,then after 20 minutes, she comes and starts arguing with me . Even there is no one in the main reception in the gynecologist section . What is this ........ I never ever heard or seen this neglegency. I am also a medical technologist. I never ever saw this condition in any hospital. This is not a hospital. It's a death cell. Not professional doctors and other staff ,they are killer . Even they don't give us our documents or medical history. How can they take our medical treatment history ?

Amazingly forthcoming and caring service every single time. All the staff is friendly and eager to help. I truly believe that any negative feedback partially has to do with who's leaving it.

My father in law is still here in intensive care. I have nothing but good things to say about the nurses and doctors working here. He's been here for two weeks now, so it's not a rash judgment. Update: after three months of intense fight for his life, my father in law lost the battle. I still stand by what I said, these people did everything humanly possible to cure him and ease his pain. I wish they worked in my city and that my family and I have people like these in our time of need.

Went in after falling, told nose was broken after MRI and sent out again without treatment. Few days later started falling again and couldn't walk. Called ambulance, 3 IV's at once. Bruises, infections, what I can only categorise as abuse as let's just say I have ties to hospital. Ended up needing private nurse when out to treat infections and damage they had done. These people should not be allowed treat tree's wouldn't insult animals.

From where the bolt driver dropped me off it looked like an old haunted building. When i entered, it looked like an abandoned mental hospital only missing a dead guy and a crazy dude in the corner. Asked two doctors walking around for help from which i got the answers "I don't speak english" in a perfect english accent and "No". Finally found a person that speaks english. After a minute or so she said that i have to go to a hospital 10 MIN AWAY WITH A CAR because this is not a childrens hospital. If you go here, do your research about where exactly you need to enter to get help and if you are younger than 18 years old do not go even near this hospital.

Came in for an emergency on a national holdiday at 6am, was greeted by very nice staff. Plus the overall experince was very professional. And despite the fact that I am deathly affraid of doctors and hospitals the staff did their best to make this experience more than bareable. Did not like the food but what do you expect from hospital.
