Our two children were born in this hospital in 2019 and 2023. We can only report positive things about our time here. You felt very cared for and the entire team is extremely competent, motivated, courteous and friendly. It is important to me to mention this and thank you for all your efforts. I had the most horrible experience in the gynecology department here, my house doctor told me to go to the emergency room and when I got in for my consultation the doctor told me my problem is not an emergency and that there are people who actually need help. It was my first time seeing a gynecologist and she asked me if I have been before and I said no because I was not financially able to ever before and she almost laughed at me and said „no doctors in your country?“ she was clearly bothered by the fact that I asked her if we can speak in English. After she consulted me she said she can’t give me a diagnostic and than gave me a prescription without a diagnostic. She made me feel very uncomfortable, she made fun of me and where I come from, made me feel like I am not worth helping even tho my house doctor did. That woman should not be a doctor of any kind she was horrible!

We were in the children's hospital last night with our 10-week-old daughter and were really excited. Of course it was to wait but that's the way it is now. The doctors and the nurse were super nice and took really good care of our mouse. Our mouse obviously felt good, despite being in a really bad mood. During the examination she made the whole team and us smile and laugh. We felt very well cared for. Thanks!

I just want to say that Dr. Parkes is extremely attentive and professional. He knows English is not my native language, so he made a conscious effort to slow down his speech to ensure I understood what he was saying. Throughout the process, all the nurses and staff at the front desk were also very attentive and friendly. This has been an amazing experience for me, probably the best I've ever had in a hospital.

Awful service, took over 45 mins for a blood test as the staff were just chatting behind the counter. The place wasn't even busy. Staff were incredibly rude too. Better off using the NHS. Avoid at all costs.

I would like to thank all the staff at The London Independent Hospital who were involved in my treatment. I was informed regularly of any updates to my surgery. Dr Jones was amazing and I am so great full to have finally been listened to after years and years of pain. Dr Jones understood this was not normal investigated and treated me. Thank you all for making me feel welcome, at ease and felt like i was in the best care.

The attention I received from reception to the consultant was first class. Timing was excellent and the whole experience was efficient and comfortable. This was reassuring as I was a little concerned about my investigations. I cannot praise the hospital highly enough on this occasion.

A big thank you to everyone involved in my care at the London Bridge Hospital. Cannot recommend the hospital enough! Mr. Ember and Tessa are always easy to talk to. Despite his busy schedule, I never felt that Mr. Ember was rushing in our appointments. So very patient in explaining every thing which made me feel 100% confident in him. The nurses were brilliant! RGN Bambhi (Abhi) Q. went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my admission. She has already finished her night shift when I arrived but she still went to my room, answered all my questions and made feel comfortable. She also made sure to check on me after discharge. RGN CJ looked after me, her bright personality is truly refreshing but stayed professional the whole time. She made sure I was well looked after before during and after my procedure. Additionally, RGNs Dana and Gladys, were also exceptionally kind and knowledgeable. The food was impressive! Catering staff were always so polite. Was kinda bummed that coffee was instant coffee(not a big deal tho). Overall, I am extremely grateful to the whole London Bridge team!

I was a day patient for a knee surgery. The hospital staff is absolutely fantastic and friendly, they are always there to help you and to answer questions. The food was good beside I was not able to eat it all (i had anesthetic side effects) and the facilities were immaculate! Thanks for making it such as smooth process.

I attended the Urgent Care Clinic at The Princess Grave hospital and I was blown away at the level of service offered. All the team, medical and support staff were outstanding. I was seen very quickly, issue addressed and I was discharged in less than an hour. It was excellent value for money for the service offered! Thank you.

I recently underwent a robotic prostatectomy at Princess Grace Hospital. From start to finish I had an excellent experience. The facilities, staff and expertise were of the highest competence and quality. All services were delivered with great empathy and care.

Fantastic hospital with exceptional staff throughout. Was nervous for my first surgery experience and I couldn't have been in a better place. The private room and provisions were comfortable. The food was of a very good standard. Staff were very attentive and strive to provide the highest level of service.

I had a SPECT/CT scan and it was (virtually) painless and I was looked after briliantly. my only negative comment would bethat as there is a 3hour wait between the prep and the scan and the waiting room was not super comfortable for such a long wait,

Could not be in better hands. Had surgery under professor Andi Kavin and it could not go any better. Legend, absolutely professional and full of knowledge. The hospital team were exceptional. Margaret from the theatre (ICU) was exceptional too, her confidence and professionalism was second to none. Aldrin Reyes from the ward was also a true example of a real medical professional. I mentioned all these by names because sometimes it is easy to take for granted the little things that make a difference. A huge thanks guys.

Mr Petrou and the whole staff at the HSC were exceptional. The communication was awesome, the procedure faultless and the post-op care in the ICU and Cardiac ward were second to none. I felt my life was very safe in their professional and compassionate hands.

My Mom has just spent the last week at Parkside Hospital and I have nothing but praise for the hospital and staff. Special mention must be made of Sylvia and Eric, they are amazing. I found all the Staff very friendly and the hospital was lovely and clean, the food was great too. Thank you for making this week so pleasant for all of us.

I am feeling sorry that I am writing this review, but that's exactly how my care experience at Parkside suite was (September 2022). I must say that the single night I had to stay there after my surgery was the poorest care experience I ever had in my life, due to extremely rude nursing staff at the night. As I was shifted at Parkside, the nurse very rudely refused for my family to see me at all since the meeting time was just over. I understood the meeting time thing but shared with her that my husband had brought my three very worried, young kids to see me for 2 min, only because the Post Op nurse herself said they would be allowed to see me after I was shifted at Parkside 'as an exception' (reason because I was expected to go home after my day surgery but was admitted due to pain issue, so Post Op nurse said that this very short meeting would be allowed as an exception), however, the meeting never happened and my kids went back after waiting in the car parking for more than 1.5 hours. Well, at least I saw my husband who reassured the kids that I was fine. After my husband left, I asked the nurse how I could call someone if I needed anything, and she literally threw the bell on my bed. I was shocked!! and worried about spending remaining part of the night while facing such rude behaviour. Later on, when I requested the nurse if she could hold my hand for going to the toilet, she reluctantly did but asked me to hold the IV stand by myself with my other hand. I can't blv how being in the care profession a nurse couldn't understand how much pain a patient possibly can be in, literally within few hours after a surgery and still asking the patient to hold & drag the stand by themselves. All the night the two nurses kept making loud noise in the ward walkway, to the extent that it was hard to sleep at all. Every time, the nurse would come in my room and would take my BP and temp, waking me up but without speaking to me. None of the two nurses who I saw introduced themselves, I myself checked their names. None of the time, anyone asked me if I was in pain or if I needed any pain killer until I myself asked for a pain relief in the morning. The way I was treated made me feel that it was my fault that I was in pain and needed to stay there, so I had to tolerate the attitude. Never expected such an experience straight after a major surgery and while going through extreme pain. The next day staff were nice as well as caring, I got discharged in the evening next day and was so grateful that I didn't need to bear the same attitude again. Please improve the facility. A patient is already in so much pain and expects sympathy and care, not stares and rude attitude. Kind regards

I was an outpatient yesterday at parkside wexham. I just wanted to say how friendly I found everyone and the food was fantastic. The lasagne was the best I have ever tasted anywhere! My only minor complaint would be that I could hear another patient’s TV the whole time, but that would not stop me from highly recommending parkside.

I would like to note the high professionalism of the highest category cardiologist Evgenia Nikolaevna Preis and the medical staff represented by Valeria Valerievna. At the doctor’s appointment, I received qualified answers and recommendations for further treatment. 09/12/23 I came to pick up the child’s certificate for the pool. The result: it is impossible to get to the doctors. There are two pediatricians working for the entire clinic (one for newborns, the second in the office for a one-step certificate). At the nurses' station they send you without an appointment "on a first-come, first-served basis" - naturally, this leads to swearing in the queues. I waited for two hours, left with nothing, because people came in a stream by appointment. ))) very competent system, I'm delighted)

Many thanks to the therapist, cardiologist Dmitry Yuryevich Shchekochikhin. Doctor with a capital letter, a true professional. When other doctors shrugged and did not know what to do, thanks to the doctor, he was able to carefully analyze the medical history and build a successful course of treatment.

An "American" hospital where they cannot even speak two words of English. I thought I had a chest infection and wanted to consult with a professional to hear his or her opinion. The staff was unfortunately not able to help because of the language barrier.

We went to Teknon for the birth of my son. I can't say good enough things. The reception was friendly and helpful, the doctors, midwives, and nurses were all so nice and helping. All the doctors and midwives and some of the nurses spoke very good English with us. Even the ones who couldn't, tried their best to communicate effectively. The hospitality was very good, we received nice accommodation and great food. After birth, our son needed to be admitted to the ICU, and they took very good care of him there. When being discharged, they helped us by providing all kinds of useful information and even offered us their phone number to ask our questions later. They also gave us gift boxes and many extra diapers, baby milk, etc.

Performance, quality, professional care and human treatment. In Dep. 121-122 Traumatologia there are the best Doctors you can imagine. Behalf myself I have the best!! expirience with Dr. Casañas and Dr. Pedrero who did a real, real great job giving me a new artificial knee a few dayus ago. I've tried to book an appointment for a general medical check-up, in multiple occasions, both using the form on the website and calling to the phone on the website. On the phone, I provided all my contact information again, and the company told me that they were an intermediary and that the Teknon Medical Center will call me back. They never called me back nor sent me an email. What do you do with the information that you collect if you don't contact the people, at least to tell them that you can't offer them an appointment?

Covid PCR test for 98€. Booked the appointment online. However, my foreign credit cards didn't work (had to ask a Spanish friend). Furthermore, I had to set the browser language to Spanish, as else the date picker didn't work. I suggest you just go to the clinic directly and make the appointment there. Getting the test was super easy, fast and punctual. Just sit in the lobby until your name gets called at your scheduled time.

I would recommend to avoid this hospital by any chance. I had very unpleasant experience when I booked my PCR test and then tried to cancel it within 24 hours. The receptionist said that it is possible to cancel, but the Finance department refused to reimburse my EUR 98 despite I was cancelling within 24 hours. As a customer I have a right to change my mind within 24 hours and to be reimbursed. However the Finance Department has ignored this and do not reply on my emails where I ask contacts of the Manager to discuss this issue. This is very unprofessional attitude and I'm very dissapointed. Hospital Quironsalud, I'm still waiting for the compensation - EUR 98. Regards,

Personnel unhelpful, rude and specially not patient with kids (in the pediatrician area). I asked questions as a worried mum, and they gave me rude answers, they treated my 2 yo son with zero patience whilst he was having 3 tests done. They didn't explain anything, and did things in a rush and completely uninterested. - will not recommend this place

Very good hospital with excellent services

Everything takes a lot of time. But overall this hospital is amazing. 1 kidney stone takes 4 months to remove. The employees, cleanliness, equipments are really good.

Terrible experience! I have been waiting with my friend, who we suspect had a stroke, for more than 3 and a half hours and all the doctors and nurses have been rude and useless. They have done the same test 3 times, and still not come back with the results from the blood test or urine test they did 3 hours ago. I am not a doctors but I am pretty sure she should have had a scan by now, and if this was a pre stroke we are essentially just waiting for the real one. Doctors are meant to help people not stress them out and watch Netflix while someone thinks they might be dying. PS. We only got a bottle of water after 2 hours even though we already asked in the ambulance.

Every time we went there, it was fantastic. The only problem is that no one can speak English there. Especially in the reception section. I think for a hospital with a lot of international patients, it's necessary to have at least one person in each reception who knows English

Dr Victor Villalobos (Obstetricia y Ginecologia) has been wonderful at our first meeting. He has been kind and patient in answering our questions and we felt very relieved to know that he would be looking after the delivery of my baby. We look forward to seeing him again in my next appointment and we are thankful to have such a professional care provider!

My husband underwent surgery at this hospital. Superb vascular surgeon of world renown, hence going to Spain. Excellent surgery/surgical results and immediate post op care (first few hours) but thereafter care was appalling, too few nurses, alarm calls very slow to answer, food absolutely disgusting (almost inedible), private room not cleaned daily, towels/sheets not changed. Had to beg for sheets to be changed due to blood leakage from a drain and then had to wait and wait. Wanted more soap for the bathroom and was told the hospital had no soap! Administration is very sloppy and disorganised and manager ineffective despite complaining about the poor service. Only interested in taking the money asap. For self funding private patients I would never recommend this hospital (not even worthy of the one star I had to give). Bar the successful surgery and a very fine surgeon, it was dreadful and I would not want any patient to be treated as my husband (who is a retired UK consultant surgeon) was; it was a disgrace and way below the standard of UK private hospitals.

If I could give it a zero star I would. The client service is beyond bad, there is horrible management and is incredibly disorganised. I spend 2 hours in the building being bounced from floor to floor, department to department. All this to no avail. Furthermore, they scheduled a vaccine appointment for me to the 8th of August. When I arrived, I spent yet another hour in the building being bounced from floor to floor. Only to the be told the department that does vaccines is closed today. SO THEN WHY DID YOU SCHEDULE ME AN APPOINTMENT FOR TODAY. No one takes accountability, everyone shifts blame and no one ever has answers.

As someone who's Spanish is a bit limited, huge thanks to the two lovely receptionist's. They were able to give invaluable help, especially sorting out issues I had with DKV.

Really really bad Experience with this hospital. I had a visit, I told that I have card EKUZ ask also if I should give it them this later. They say no no i don't need pay anything no problem with anything. After TWO MONTHS they sended me a facture that I have to pay! Really dissapointed, never come here again. During visit with doctor they didn't check what is wrong only give me one pill that's all. Nobody answers the phone either.

I came here at 9 : 15 am . still waiting and now it's 12: 00 pm . I told them that it's urgent I can't wait . i have stomachache. Being a foreigner is not easy in Croatia 🙂 Please don't expect good reviews from foreigners 👎

Banana Republic of Croatia, nonfunctional, corrupt and messy. That is the summary of your wonderful hospitals.

They are the largest hospital center in Croatia and have the best equipment. That's the biggest plus. After that the personal is overworked and somewhat rude; and it gets worse and worse as they climb the hierarchy. Organisation overall is mediocre and dictated directly by politics, failures in organisation are then blamed on the people who work there.

A large hospital dating from the 70s, partly renovated, with many specialties and relatively correct care but very uncertain depending on the services as in many public assistance hospitals in general... We can therefore go there from heaven to hell, often with adorable and caring teams in intensive care or intensive care units and other totally overwhelmed teams with little regard for their patients because they are understaffed in many others services...

On the 3rd floor Orthopedic department: Caregivers, nurse, friendly staff overall 👍 Arthrodesis + laminectomy operation Dr Solène Prost service teacher Tropiano All the pain went well and was well treated. 5 days hospital Return home for 4 weeks to recover peacefully. Then start of physiotherapy rehabilitation.

I was taken to the Urgences here by ambulance and I have never had such an awful experience. The nurse who was looking after me was completely cold and uncaring despite the fact I has a blocked intestine and was not only I’m agony but kept blacking and vomiting. At one point when he saw me vomiting he said “don’t you think you are exaggerating a bit”! It took 6 hours before I had a scan and in that time I was left alone and given no blanket despite being soaked in sweat from the pain. When I finally went upstairs to the operating theatre, the experience was much better. I know this hospital has some great doctors and the surgeon who operated on me did an amazing job. My criticism is uniquely directed at the a&e “urgences” here which is just not good enough. All the staff were uncaring and cold and I felt scared and abandoned which is not what one should feel in hospital. Sorry, but a little more humanity would mean less stress to patients!
