I just want to say that Dr. Parkes is extremely attentive and professional. He knows English is not my native language, so he made a conscious effort to slow down his speech to ensure I understood what he was saying. Throughout the process, all the nurses and staff at the front desk were also very attentive and friendly. This has been an amazing experience for me, probably the best I've ever had in a hospital.

Awful service, took over 45 mins for a blood test as the staff were just chatting behind the counter. The place wasn't even busy. Staff were incredibly rude too. Better off using the NHS. Avoid at all costs.

I would like to thank all the staff at The London Independent Hospital who were involved in my treatment. I was informed regularly of any updates to my surgery. Dr Jones was amazing and I am so great full to have finally been listened to after years and years of pain. Dr Jones understood this was not normal investigated and treated me. Thank you all for making me feel welcome, at ease and felt like i was in the best care.

The attention I received from reception to the consultant was first class. Timing was excellent and the whole experience was efficient and comfortable. This was reassuring as I was a little concerned about my investigations. I cannot praise the hospital highly enough on this occasion.

Despite his busy schedule, I never felt that Mr. Ember was rushing in our appointments. So very patient in explaining every thing which made me feel 100% confident in him. The nurses were brilliant! RGN Bambhi (Abhi) Q. went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my admission. She has already finished her night shift when I arrived but she still went to my room, answered all my questions and made feel comfortable. She also made sure to check on me after discharge. RGN CJ looked after me, her bright personality is truly refreshing but stayed professional the whole time. She made sure I was well looked after before during and after my procedure. Additionally, RGNs Dana and Gladys, were also exceptionally kind and knowledgeable. The food was impressive! Catering staff were always so polite. Was kinda bummed that coffee was instant coffee(not a big deal tho). Overall, I am extremely grateful to the whole London Bridge team!

I was a day patient for a knee surgery. The hospital staff is absolutely fantastic and friendly, they are always there to help you and to answer questions. The food was good beside I was not able to eat it all (i had anesthetic side effects) and the facilities were immaculate! Thanks for making it such as smooth process.

I have recently had a total hip replacement, carried out at the Wellington Hospital. I found the standard of care excellent at each stage, from the scan, to the pre admission meeting to my inpatient stay. The nursing staff were kind, supportive and friendly. My room was comfortable and the food was amazing,. Before I went I read the reviews on here and was surprised by the range of comments. I think some people have very unrealistic expectations of a hospital stay. This place is great!!!

I visited the Wellington for a scan and consultation. From the first meeting with the reception staff, everyone was extremely welcoming and helpful. The staff answered all my questions clearly and in the right amount of depth. I felt able to trust them immediately and my confidence grew as the process moved forward. I had a SPECT/CT scan and it was (virtually) painless and I was looked after briliantly. my only negative comment would bethat as there is a 3hour wait between the prep and the scan and the waiting room was not super comfortable for such a long wait,

Could not be in better hands. Had surgery under professor Andi Kavin and it could not go any better. Legend, absolutely professional and full of knowledge. The hospital team were exceptional. Margaret from the theatre (ICU) was exceptional too, her confidence and professionalism was second to none. Aldrin Reyes from the ward was also a true example of a real medical professional. I mentioned all these by names because sometimes it is easy to take for granted the little things that make a difference. A huge thanks guys.

Mr Petrou and the whole staff at the HSC were exceptional. The communication was awesome, the procedure faultless and the post-op care in the ICU and Cardiac ward were second to none. I felt my life was very safe in their professional and compassionate hands.

Went in after falling, told nose was broken after MRI and sent out again without treatment. Few days later started falling again and couldn't walk. Called ambulance, 3 IV's at once. Bruises, infections, what I can only categorise as abuse as let's just say I have ties to hospital. Ended up needing private nurse when out to treat infections and damage they had done. These people should not be allowed treat tree's wouldn't insult animals.

From where the bolt driver dropped me off it looked like an old haunted building. When i entered, it looked like an abandoned mental hospital only missing a dead guy and a crazy dude in the corner. Asked two doctors walking around for help from which i got the answers "I don't speak english" in a perfect english accent and "No". Finally found a person that speaks english. After a minute or so she said that i have to go to a hospital 10 MIN AWAY WITH A CAR because this is not a childrens hospital. If you go here, do your research about where exactly you need to enter to get help and if you are younger than 18 years old do not go even near this hospital.

Came in for an emergency on a national holdiday at 6am, was greeted by very nice staff. Plus the overall experince was very professional. And despite the fact that I am deathly affraid of doctors and hospitals the staff did their best to make this experience more than bareable. Did not like the food but what do you expect from hospital.

My story is for expats and foreigners in Moscow. Yesterday night my wife had a feeling of intense burning in her chest. She just recovered from covid (having made negative test that day). So, I took her to EMC to be faster than a state ambulance. We were at their premises at ca. 22:15. The place was not busy at this late hour. We explained our situation that we fear of heart attack or stroke. A receptionist first invited us to take a sit and wait for in-house emergency doctor. But then he realised that less than 14 days gone since first positive test. He told us urgently to leave the premises, saying that they can not help us in any way. He did not bother even to offer calling state ambulance. So, EMC pushed its patient, who might have had a life threatening condition, onto a street at midnight without any help. Beware, you should always have a plan B (and C) who you call in Moscow in such situations since evidently EMC can fail big time. Luckily for us we had other options, an ambulance from a competing private clinic arrived within 30 minutes and they helped my wife, so her life is not in danger anymore.

NOT RECOMMENDED. Visited the clinic for an emergency situation treatment. At the entrance a lady stops me asking are you aware of the fees. Minimum would be 165 euro then she says even for emergency cases we have to first fill up all the forms and formats, scan passports, take all data then we will listen to your problems. Upset about the service level given the prices. Big turn down. Also to add. I had been there after not finding a traumatolog doctor in their Arlovskaya clinic where the receptionist did same price detailing, holding me in pain at the gate and then says doctor needs time to be called even if emergency. Finally after suffering in both the EMC outlets I had to go to another local clinic. On the way in pain right now.

At the doctor’s appointment, I received qualified answers and recommendations for further treatment. Paid children's department of the polyclinic (regular examination). Everything is as in the best traditions of the USSR. You must make an appointment no later than a month in advance. In this case, the queues are 3-4 hours long. Children are asked to eat and drink. Water can be found by going downstairs to the cooler. The dining room is only for patients and staff, in 20 minutes around the building there is no food at all (standing in the middle of the forest). And the specialists seem to be good, only new every year.!!

I am grateful to God for the existence of this hospital and the OLG department. Very talented doctors work here, doctors from God! Yes, it is not possible to do everything right the first time, it is difficult to collect all the documents, but it is worth it. There are certainly queues, but not huge ones. Here you can conduct various studies. It is possible for OMS, or for a fee. They are trying to help people here. Thanks for this!!!

An elderly man was admitted for examination. Attending physician - +74954146567 - Yulia Andreevna Prus. Refuses to talk to relatives. Doesn't fit the phone. The information from the patient is contradictory. We can't get any results.

The center is huge and looks big and modern. They do rare tests here, but they told me they only paid for a referral. There is a buffet. Toilets are few, uncomfortable and without paper. From the metro to the cardiocenter, bus 660 runs about 20 minutes in time.

A very big building with huge corridors. My myocardial scintigraphy was done at this centre. Great doctors and staff, very helpful and supportive people.

09/12/23 I came to pick up the child’s certificate for the pool. The result: it is impossible to get to the doctors. There are two pediatricians working for the entire clinic (one for newborns, the second in the office for a one-step certificate). At the nurses' station they send you without an appointment "on a first-come, first-served basis" - naturally, this leads to swearing in the queues. The girl at the Cup center gave me some WRONG information yesterday in a rather annoyed manner, as it is no longer possible to book visits and tests at the counter. So I queued for check-in, only to be told by a more knowledgeable colleague of his that for a week it has been necessary to book visits and tests by connecting to the Lombardy region's booking site or calling the toll-free number... terrible service! I wonder, but is the Cup now only used to collect the ticket at the time of the visit to be carried out? You are also NHS, you generally go to hospital when the citizen is not well, he is not there to go for a walk, give an empathetic communication course to the employees who are at the CUP, it will be useful for them and for the citizens who go there , 90 percent elderly people.

The lack of communication on the part of some hospital employees, nurses and doctors led to a deep mistrust of the medical act. At the same time, the existence of infections in the hospital and the lack of knowledge of the minimum procedures in patient care led to the granting of this negative rating. The lack of empathy and the lack of understanding of the emotions that patients go through make me believe that the hospital employees are not properly trained to care for patients who are between life and death. For some hospital employees this job is like repairing a car or a broken fence, no difference.

Unfortunately, I'm not Italian. To be able to fly to Spain it is mandatory to present a certificate of a negative qPCR test that includes your name, your ID number and the date, in English. Apparently 92€ don't include printing the ID number, and they didn't print it even I insisted. Thank you so much.

We went to Teknon for the birth of my son. I can't say good enough things. The reception was friendly and helpful, the doctors, midwives, and nurses were all so nice and helping. All the doctors and midwives and some of the nurses spoke very good English with us. Even the ones who couldn't, tried their best to communicate effectively. The hospitality was very good, we received nice accommodation and great food. After birth, our son needed to be admitted to the ICU, and they took very good care of him there. When being discharged, they helped us by providing all kinds of useful information and even offered us their phone number to ask our questions later. They also gave us gift boxes and many extra diapers, baby milk, etc.

I've tried to book an appointment for a general medical check-up, in multiple occasions, both using the form on the website and calling to the phone on the website. On the phone, I provided all my contact information again, and the company told me that they were an intermediary and that the Teknon Medical Center will call me back. They never called me back nor sent me an email. What do you do with the information that you collect if you don't contact the people, at least to tell them that you can't offer them an appointment?

The immunology team made up of Dr. Sánchez Ramon and Dr. Navarro is great. They took good care of me throughout my pregnancy and thanks to them I was able to have my baby a year ago. For foreigners, a real ripoff. I came in with a trivial problem, they did the trivial thing, and charged me 400 euros for something that is not even worth 150. I would have paid less than 150 in Switzerland, where I come from. They just took advantage of me being in pain during my holidays and coming to them with foreign insurance. A shameless ripoff.

Everything takes a lot of time. But overall this hospital is amazing. 1 kidney stone takes 4 months to remove. The employees, cleanliness, equipments are really good.

Terrible experience! I have been waiting with my friend, who we suspect had a stroke, for more than 3 and a half hours and all the doctors and nurses have been rude and useless. They have done the same test 3 times, and still not come back with the results from the blood test or urine test they did 3 hours ago. I am not a doctors but I am pretty sure she should have had a scan by now, and if this was a pre stroke we are essentially just waiting for the real one. Doctors are meant to help people not stress them out and watch Netflix while someone thinks they might be dying. PS. We only got a bottle of water after 2 hours even though we already asked in the ambulance.
