The girl at the Cup center gave me some WRONG information yesterday in a rather annoyed manner, as it is no longer possible to book visits and tests at the counter. So I queued for check-in, only to be told by a more knowledgeable colleague of his that for a week it has been necessary to book visits and tests by connecting to the Lombardy region's booking site or calling the toll-free number... terrible service! I wonder, but is the Cup now only used to collect the ticket at the time of the visit to be carried out? You are also NHS, you generally go to hospital when the citizen is not well, he is not there to go for a walk, give an empathetic communication course to the employees who are at the CUP, it will be useful for them and for the citizens who go there , 90 percent elderly people.

The lack of communication on the part of some hospital employees, nurses and doctors led to a deep mistrust of the medical act. At the same time, the existence of infections in the hospital and the lack of knowledge of the minimum procedures in patient care led to the granting of this negative rating. The lack of empathy and the lack of understanding of the emotions that patients go through make me believe that the hospital employees are not properly trained to care for patients who are between life and death. For some hospital employees this job is like repairing a car or a broken fence, no difference.

Unfortunately, I'm not Italian. To be able to fly to Spain it is mandatory to present a certificate of a negative qPCR test that includes your name, your ID number and the date, in English. Apparently 92€ don't include printing the ID number, and they didn't print it even I insisted. Thank you so much.

A shame from the moment you enter, I was splitting with pain, the woman who was at the reception had 0 empathy, like the nurse who treated me, I used to find more service vocation in a veterinarian. A question that came from the pain that I couldn't even stand on my feet, this woman at the reception doesn't even flinch but tells me THAT THE MASK IS MANDATORY (we're already off to a bad start) she had me for 10 minutes asking me questions, she gives me the ticket to wait for triage, The place already had 20 people waiting..... 10 minutes pass, my husband still comes to triage saying that I couldn't take any more of the pain, and to my surprise it wasn't even in the system. I wish to the nurse who treated me that I never have anyone in charge because with that empathy even a cactus dies.... a question that, thank God, I have mutually (and this should not be like this, because we all pay the price). public hospital so that it works well), I went to a clinic and they treated me in a matter of minutes. Yesterday I was with my daughter for an ultrasound in the mother's unit, room S-17. My appointment was at 11:48. I was treated by an excellent professional. I was greatly surprised by his professionalism, empathy, and gratitude for his treatment of my daughter. Same as nurses and other professionals. This is the real reason for being doctors to put themselves in the patient's shoes. I don't know what the doctor's name was, thank you for being such a great professional. !!!!Thank you so much!!!!.

Rude staff and uncommentable reception.... I had to do rehabilitation but then I was in a small room with two other people, one of whom was very ill and should have been sheltered elsewhere, but instead it was always a huge mess, when I called the nurses at least half an hour passed. now and no worries about turning off the TV at a certain point. I ran away after one day, a nightmare!!! Terrible food and rehabilitation done in the room together with two older people but I didn't see the shadow of a cardiologist, where there was always the person who was very ill..... It goes on only due to conventions... Put the rehabilitation in Papardo!

Visit carried out a year ago for an operation on the hand and still without an answer.. but 90 euros for the visit immediately taken.. very little professionalism from the nurses to the doctors not to mention the switchboard service.. poor!!!

I was admitted to the Rehabilitation Center followed competently by Doctor Ferlazzo. I thank the head nurse Mrs. Rita, all the nurses, physiotherapists and collaborators, for their continuous assistance and availability. The only flaw, contacting the COT is a challenge

I have contacted hospital via email on 03.10.2023, to specify the price of chemotherapy course for my father. Today is already 30.10.2023, and I still didnt get any response. I am not a doctor, but I am sure that response for a people who need a chemotherapy course couldn't be around one month. In case you value the lives of your loved ones, please do not contact this place.

Arriving for the second appointment and waiting for an hour, again. I would appreciate it if the managers could investigate why there is such a significant delay each time. Additionally, it's quite challenging to get through on the phone; yesterday, I waited for 25 minutes on hold. This is very inconvenient. Next time, I plan to visit Cuf instead, as it's definitely faster, and their call response time is less than a minute.

The doctor and nurse is very kind to you, but didn't change the fact-if you don't have insurance it will cost you 100€ only for a appointment :(

I was honestly concerned because of the overall evaluation and some unsatisfied customers. I visited this hospital recently, and I am satisfied with the services used. Everything was smooth. Everyone was nice and helpful, from the receptionist to the nurse and people passing by. I have nothing bad to say, but this hospital deserves a higher rate.

Here is an outrageous thing that happened to us at this hospital: My wife and I went to the hospital as she needed to be seen relatively quickly by a doctor. We asked how much it would cost and they gave us a price. We accepted, went to the waiting area, saw the doctor and went back to the counter to pay. At this point, they tell us a completely different amount (twice what they had previously quoted) and just say they made a mistake. We explained that we understood but that we wouldn't pay this new price as we based our decision on the previously quoted price... Especially since we waited 2 hours in the waiting room and they would have had the time to come and tell us it was a mistake at which point we could have decided to stay or leave. But they just did it after the fact and expected us to deal with it - I think that this is very very poor business manners. You can't quote somebody one price and then completely change after the fact and expect them to pay. Now we have just received a letter from the National Judicial system asking us for an outrageous amount of money because of this incident which was their fault in the first place. One of the worst example of how NOT to run a business.

To make appointment in this hospital is very hard. I was speaking with one person today, after 6 times calling and nobody responded!! Every time is like this. If you want to make appointment you should call in the beginning of the month, if you call after, they alreday made appointments. If you call first days in month the system is not working. The technician can't open the system?? Hey what is this?? If you can't make simple things, give the work to somebody else !!!! That's not normal.....What is working???? I need to make every month calls and calls. Worthless, they can't make for you even appointment.

I went there to give birth and it was a wonderful experience! From beginning to the end I felt heard, comfortable and taken care of by a very professional and kind staff. I have to mention specifically the nurse David de Sousa, who goes beyond his duties to make new parents feel secure. He is so helpful and always kind and highly professional. Also the nurse Angela Mendonca who is so passionate to help and make a great environment for the moms to be. Of course Dr. Paula Pinto, who was so professional but also kind and supporting during the whole process. Overall wonderful experience. Would highly recommend it.

Booked an appointment for 10:30am, by 11:45 I had still not been brought in to see the doctor. Since I took time from work for this appointment, I had to leave without seeing the doctor. There are much better private hospitals n Funchal that keep to their appointments. I recommend you go elsewhere. Da Luz is often a good option.

We were visiting Madeira when I got ear infection and had to visit emergency department. Service was really quick and effective. Everybody spoke english very well. Doctor knew what she was doing. If you are travelling and have travel insurance and need help, this is the place to go.

Awful hospital and ER! I came in at about 3 AM as a foreigner (EU citizen) in need of some antibiotics as I had forgotten to bring them with me on vacation in Madrid. Despite not even being close to being overfilled, the average wait time for this ER was about 4 hours, or even more. I sat there alongside a woman whimpering and crying out in pain, an old lady struggling to breathe, etc. - Sick people having to resort to sleep on uncomfortable old chairs and not in the slightest paid any attention to! Kind of dehumanizing, to be perfectly honest. Thank God I did not have something actually more serious. After about an hour, the nurse came to the waiting area to check on me. Two hours have gone by and I was getting impatient. Nurses told me they had alerted the doctor. Another hour goes by, still no doctor in sight. At that point, we were all sitting there waiting for the paint on the wall to dry. Finally, at about 6:30 AM (!!!) a doctor came to fill my prescription. Yet it was not until about 7 AM that I could finally go home. The others still had to wait… Never go to the ER of this hospital unless you like to be ignored. Or if you like to look at the sunrise even though you went to the hospital in the middle of the night for antibiotics. Such a shame…

Was passed around to 5 different nurses (only one of which seemed to care) over a 6 hour wait time, all to eventually be told that nothing was wrong with me despite having near-crippling abdomen pain and the only solution offered was more painkillers. Still trying to determine my ailment but I'm horrified at the "oh well good luck" attitude many of the staff have. If 0 stars were possible that's what I'd be giving here

EXCELLENT CARDIOLOGY CENTER DOCTOR. EFFICIENT BUT THE DEPARTMENT STAFF SERVANTS TO BE KICKED OUT X RUDE AND RUDE AN INDECENT THING THE ELDERLY ESPECIALLY TREATED BADLY. BUT NOBODY WHO CHECKS THE EQUALITY OF THE DISGUSTING SERVANTS. TAKE MEASURES FOR THOSE WHO CAN GO HOME UNWILLED.

They don't respect visiting hours. One piled on top of the other. First and last time I set foot in this kind of structure

Arrival at the emergency room with heart disease, pacemaker and thrombosis in progress, GREEN triage assignment and discharge (but return the following day for a vascular visit, the patient thrown here and there without hospitalization because "there are no beds"). The surgeon undertakes to anticipate access to the TAO, to date he has never responded (not even out of politeness). Hippocrates now seems like a distant memory of school studies......... It would be a pleasure to review this review in case something changes, but - given the trend - I doubt it.. Too bad!

My partner had surgery in December (mitral valve prolapse) the surgery was decisive and the recovery was very fast. Within a month he was back to his usual life as if nothing had happened. Very good experience giving birth at this hospital. Respectful and empathetic professionals and a comfortable room. Also had to go to the emergency room twice for events unrelated to the birth and both times I received very good care and they ran all the necessary tests. Good pediatric care as well. Everyone from administrative staff, to nurses to doctors are polite, nice and helpful which I really value. Makes all the difference.

Its a nice hospital with excellent emergency services.

The people in this hospital were extremely kind and helpful. The hospital is clean, nice and professional. They took good care of my daughter who was in a life threatening condition during our vacation.

Highly corrupted. A patient who can't be taken care at home, because of really bad conditions which needs healthcare specialists and a proper environment with all the tools available to keep them alive, was refused to be admitted here because he was sick with cancer and they said "we can't take care of him here, just a serum and he can get out". The patient of course needed to stay there until everything was resolved. It was weekend, and Oncology Emergency does not work on weekends so they told us to keep him alive at home. We are not professionals doctors/nurseries, we have no specialised environment in home to take care of a person in such conditions and of course the idea was absurd. After asking around, snitching in, they asked us to pay and corrupt some people so we can get him admitted in this Mother Teresa Hospital emergency. After few days our family member died, but the way we had to say goodbye to him was very degraded. We had to pay to keep the nurseries around for him, to keep the cleaners around, to enter and say something to him every now and then, to get the doctor to check him every now and then. And we slept few nights outside in the cold, in turns, because there is no normal way to support such patients in such a structure. Overall I thought to share our story, maybe I have made some mistakes in my writing due to emotions, but this is the reality in this place. And it has not changed! HIghly corrupted, no one cares unless you pay them and still you get worst quality treatments ever!

This place is corrupted, as most of the public health structures in Albania. The doctors refuse to see the patient unles you give them some pocket money. People need to go up and down for days to get a medics appointment and at the said day they ask you to go and run some tests at the private hospitals/clinics with which the doctors are connected to. (no prior indications on what tests the patient needs to present to the doctor). They even say it to your face, unles you run the tests where they say, they won't accept you as a patient. This country is going down and those who work in the medicine are becoming even more SHAMELESS! Looks like they took the HYPOCRITE oath instead of Hippocratic one.

The surgery area and staff were great, the room was clean, and the doctor and nurses were very efficient. The rest of the ground floor public area was dirty, especially the toilets, where there was no toilet paper and no hand drying facilities. There was no hand sanitiser throughout.

Went after a hart attack and needed a triple bypass. Everthing was no problem and staff very frendly three days of tests opration on the fourth taken home by amblance a few days later. Would highly recomend if your are having a hart attack.

Great experience with the oncology department at Hospital Del Vinalopo. I was diagnosed with a breast cancer by Dr Lucia Hernandez Sanchez who was sensitive and knowledgeable. The surgery went well and appears to have been successful. All the support staff was very helpful and professional. They ensured I had a smooth preparation for a surgery. I appreciate that my oncologist, Dr Pablo Salches Ortiz, not only speaks English language but also listens to my concerns, taking time to go over the diagnosis and treatment options clearly. I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout all my treatment. I would highly recommend this hospital.

The long wait before taking the exam was compensated by the joy of seeing the nurse again who, of all people, made my week after giving birth wonderful. Michael's sweetness, professionalism and proactivity in 2006 always made me feel safe and pampered. I then saw her again for another operation that my son did many years ago with you. Last week my heart opened when I saw her and wanted to hug her.

Guest on the 6th floor. Impeccable ! Professionalism, courtesy and cleanliness at the top. Staying in the clinic for health reasons can never be pleasant but if it is absolutely necessary I would say that there could not be a better choice. You feel at home and above all safe. Compliments.

I did operation today. Till morning it was great. They told us we can go home at 14:00.but seems like they forgot me still here in the room… now it’s 17:30 still waiting the doctor pass by…. Till when we have to wait…. And when I came here to check for operation the hospital gave me the lettere for the operation, written if we want to pay before operation should be 3 days before, but we asked how much will be for the operation nobody reply….. I feel as private hospital and the end we paid so much money and I have no word to say such a bad organization…….

They giving your personal data to Delta Generli bank, after that operators from bank call you every 3 weeks and trying to sell you insurance, avoid this clinik....

My dad had called the nurses on the buzzer 20 times they did not attend so he called me. I had to leave my apartment to come and see him so he could go to the toilet very unprofessional.

I made an appointment for surgery with general anesthesia in 16.30. I didn’t eat and drink for almost a day before the anesthesia. I called the clinic twice before the surgery to make sure everything was ok. When I arrived at the appointed time, my time had been moved to 11.30! Of course, the operation was canceled. Very unprofessional attitude towards patients.

I am shocked at how mediocre and overrated this nationally famous clinic is. Even as an international, self-paying client my appointments in late 2022 were continually mixed up and, worse still, the 3 weeks of extensive diagnoses were inconclusive and they recommended cortisone for the pains throughout my body, claiming there was no alternative to this treatment. My pains steadily increased and at one stage I could no longer get out of bed without help. I finally visited a microbiologist in Hamburg who correctly diagnosed the cause, and with a simple change of diet I was pain-free within a week!. I am now completely off cortisone.

The worst childbirth that you could imagine! Unfortunately, we chose this clinic for childbirth. At the 39th week Dra. Laura Muñoz Saá said me, that labor induction was needed. Although we did not agree with this, but we trusted her words that everything will be fine and that it is better for me and child. The doctor assured only about the advantages of induction of labor. However, there was not a word about complications and possible consequences. Although everything was written in the informed consent. After the start of induction, irregular labor began (opening from 2 cm to 10 cm per hour). I screamed from pain and begged for pain relief due to excruciating pain. Everyone just said that I should breathe, and I will never forget the words of the anesthesiologist who came to install epidural anesthesia. He said "all women give birth, what do you mean you can't sit down for 2 minutes?" In those moments, I prayed that it would end soon and barely sat through those 2 minutes of hellish pain. After the examination, the doctor on shift told that the cervix was already fully dilated and the child was in distress. I was told that a caesarean section should be performed immediately. To go through hellish pain so that it ends with an operation is not the worst. The worst thing is when they start making an incision, and you say that you feel pain, just pain, and not the feeling that something is being done. In response from the anesthesiologist, I heard "don't make it up, you can't feel pain." No one but me will understand the torments that I went through and that left a mark on my heart forever. The most beautiful day of my life became one of the worst for me due to excruciating pain and a feeling of helplessness. When you beg for pain relief, which they still think about giving you or not, because they don't believe that you can feel such unbearable pain. The only thing that was at the highest level was the help of the nurses and the matrons with the child. Thank you very much for your work and help!

My parents have been getting treatment at this place since 2018 and since it's doors first openend then, the customer service and quality has gone down by a lot. They are taking on too many people and they are loosing sight of what matters most: the patient and their family. I lost my father recently and I am sure that his doctors at the CUN could have looked after their patient more in detail rather than making us wait for hours sometimes and the most difficult part was for my dad or me to get a hold of his doctors. The ER room service is also basically non existent. I will never use that Clinic again. Great doctors, latest Tecno but not attention to detail and bad administration.

I was lucky enough to be hospitalised here (you know what I mean) : without exception the doctors, nurses and auxiliaries were nothing less than superb. I thank them all!

Private hospital based in Pamplona and Madrid. It is worth making the trip to attend any of its specialties, which are not few. In my case, they have given us endless possibilities. All staff are attentive, they explain each intervention/treatment in detail and work with insurance. Everything is organized and they have professionals for everything. Appointments are usually on time, the waiting time in the room is short. There is a parking lot right in front. We will repeat and I recommend this clinic.

Not possible to schedule appointment via phone, only email. Very long waiting time, appointments are always late for 30-60mins or longer, and management does not notify about delays, patients time is not respected at all.

**^Racism warning. I met with Dr Raquel Vieira to have my implant taken out as me and my husband wanted to start trying for children. Firstly she wouldn’t let him be in the room even after I insisted. Then during the procedure she proceeded to tell me “COLOURED men like to have many wives” and told me I needed to “really check” to see if he had other wives, and children I didn’t know about. This was extremely shocking to hear, coming from Sweden and the U.K. I felt very uncomfortable as she was stitching me up I was in shock and felt very unsafe around this doctor. I can only imagine how she would treat me if I was darker skinned or god forbid decided to make her my doctor for my pregnancy. Very unprofessional and unpleasant let alone racist and illegal.

Came here for an emergency with my travel insurance during my vacation on a Portuguese public holiday. We were received well and in timely manner.

My husband, Kevin, had spinal surgery on Friday 19th May. The care and skill of the surgeon, Dr. Ricardo Frada and of the team of nurses, auxiliaries and the physio on the ward- fantastic. The hospital is very clean and pleasant and the patients’ rooms have natural light and plenty of space. Even the food was high quality. We would both recommend this hospital very highly for spinal or orthopaedic surgery.

High quality hospital with quick response time and professional staffs

My wife and I have been going to this hospital for a couple of years. We have a family doctor (always late but doctors do have other patients with problems that need intervention, I like to think) speciality doctors for hematology, dermatology, gynecology and urology. They all have a specified amount of time to allot to each patient for consultations so sometimes it seems rushed but they have all been very professional and in almost all cases attentive and caring. The hospital is very busy and i think the receptionists do an excellent job of helping patients.

Mammogram and ultrasound checks everyone's helpful. Friendly and professional felt relaxed with all the helpful doctors .nurses and receptionistist would give them more stars 🌟 then five

Recepcionists who answer the phone are hysterical and rude. The worse!! The lady who answered to me and didn’t want to transfer to her boss or the person I called for, started yelling as crazy to me. Asking me personal information but she denied to give me even her name or transfer the call. I even advise her to take a valium and she hung up on me. Crazy lady

Excellent hospital, very well located and with great access. There is always parking. The level of care is excellent, both from the clinical staff and from the nursing staff and assistants. They usually keep to the schedules for both the exams and the appointments. Very clean and tidy. Very good facilities and with excellent means of diagnosis. My experience was excellent from booking to the end! The staff are super attentive, good professionals, the facilities and equipment are in very good condition. Fast, convenient, in the best way possible! The password machine was broken, but the technician resolved the problem within minutes! It is noted that the management of the unit is carried out by the team that knows what they are doing. Thank you for such a good service!

Long live the privatization (commodification) of health! I had the first-person experience yesterday that you can't be sick on the weekend, or at certain times, because it might not be as profitable for the company. I don't understand where such a large chunk of the state budget for health goes, when a person happens to need medical services at 4:15 on a Saturday afternoon and the hospital is unable, or unwilling, to respond. I had to go to S. João to be seen, because while these leeches absorb taxpayers' money, local public hospitals are left without the means to provide an efficient service for everyone, without exception.
