I was a foreigner exchange med student here in the surgery department, their staffs were all very friendly nice and willing to teach me profesionally. They always worked fast and did the best they could do for their patients. Their hygiene standard is also high. Very good services and facilities compared to the similar level of hospital in my country.

I felt really well looked after in the maternity ward, almost everyone was very friendly. The midwives and pediatricians were also very nice and competent. I had to have 2 children there with cesarean section, both were very well looked after, Dr. Höllmüller and the surgical team were great, unfortunately the only major drawback was that the anesthesia didn't work and I was in a lot of pain during the cesarean section. Omg I had to walk to the nurses station for everything from a blanket to medication. They have no tv in the rooms. They take for ever. You have to wait 6-8 hours to get something done. Just go to a regular clinic in Barranquilla they are not as nice but they get things done.

Bad services, appointments are always delayed, the billing area is very poor. I have an appointment that I have been waiting for for more than two months because there is no agenda, it is supposed to be at 9:20, it is 9:35 and I am in line to be able to check in from 8:40 and nothing is moving forward. The tedious thing about the place is always in the billing area. The appointment is practically lost.

In the emergency room the service is complicated, especially because of the nurses, but in hospitalization things change and it is very nice, the doctors are always kind and the little angels are sweet.

It is a place where I have had several experiences. More good than bad. It has good transportation, access roads. Good facilities with the different equipment and logistics that a medical center must have and qualified personnel to care for the different patients who are referred there. Terrible (i.e. no) pain management after severe accident. Got also pain chock due to rush in changing linnen. As I chose to be operated at my home hospital (one of the top three hospital in pelvis operations in the whole World) they got upset and delayed my ambulance flight with a day (by not filling in papers on time). You can imagine the cost of having an ambulance flight waiting for you one extra day..

Terrible service, the lady at the checkout and the guards are rude. I am calling the service number to send me my ultrasounds and exams and they leave me in the clouds without any response. I've been waiting for more than 30 minutes and before leaving I went to ask if everything arrived in the mail and they told me yes. I am from out of country and my son fell off a chair and had a huge incision on his head. as soon as we got there they brought him in and attended to him. We were there for 10 hours for observation and had given amazing attention and care to my boy
