Visited the Mediclinic Al Yahar on the 2. November 2021 with lower back pain problem - Very fast and friendly registration, helpful advice about the best timing to see the orthopaedic specialist. The orthopaedic Dr. Parag Agarwal pinpointed the problem in no time and the taken X-Ray confirmed the issue. The medication and the doctors advise was simple and easy to understand. Noticeable was that Dr. Parag Agarwal even made a call to follow up about the wellabout and the response to his advise!

The facade is modern, but the contents is like a village polyclinic somewhere in Siberia. The doctor does not bother to read the medical history and does not understand anything. Later, he forgets to prescribe the prescription that he had prescribed for the treatment. You can't get medical help from there. There you can get an overview of how life was in the Soviet Union.

My sister had a major op on Monday and the care and love shown to her was exemplary, from everyone from her surgeon Mr Nakade and his team, to the nurses, receptionists, catering staff and domestics. They were amazing with her and with our family. Can not thank them enough. The room was clean and comfortable and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you everyone ❤️

Katie and Sam were fantastic with our 3 year old. So friendly, calm and chatty. Kept our boy occupied and feeling comfortable the whole time. They even had a little Xmas tree full of treats, ready for him to pick one at the end of the appointment. He was also very pleased with his bravery certificate! Thanks!

Cat was extremely attentive & very friendly whilst maintaining a very high degree of professionalism through the night & then Kayleigh took over providing a similarly excellent level of care that morning. The clinic offers excellent service, but they lack flexibility when it comes to rescheduling appointments. I understand the importance of their regulations, yet there should be exceptions for situations like the passing of a friend or other emergencies.

They have a designated client parking yet no instructions, I got a parking fine because of it. When I contacted them about it, i didn't even receive a response. Disappointing!

Additionally, if their staff cannot contact you by phone after booking a service that never materializes, they refuse to reimburse the amount paid by you. When a healthcare professional utters the words, "I've spotted something strange on your x-ray," it shouldn't be taken lightly. This statement carries immense significance for patients, necessitating immediate attention and action by a person in a position of indisputable authority. Instead, you will likely be kept in the dark regarding a possible diagnosis. Rather than providing you with crucial information about your health status, they waste their time taking snapshots as evidence of attempting to contact you. Furthermore, do not be deceived by their advertised prices, as there are numerous extra charges, such as follow-ups or additional tests recommended during the consultation, which ultimately increase your bill significantly. As someone with a medical background who has visited public and private healthcare facilities across the globe, I can confidently say that I have never witnessed such peculiar and potentially unlawful procedures. Unfortunately, some medical professionals there prioritize their financial gain over providing quality care. These doctors may pressure patients into unnecessary follow-up appointments, causing stress, anxiety and potentially wasting valuable time and resources. In conclusion, I strongly advise against utilizing this facility, especially if one happens to be an expatriate seeking medical services abroad.

Very nice, small hospital with very friendly staff. The equipment is nice, a large bathroom and toilet. I was here for surgery for almost a week and it's a shame that they don't behave like this in all hospitals. There are very nice doctors here. Nurses and paramedics are human, helpful, willing, kind and full of humor. Thank you so much, you all made it much more bearable.

I am a regular patient of Dr. Jim Mathew of Al ghusais Mediclinic He is an an amazing Dr. People once visited him, always meet him. I do remember my child hood days, wherein Dr. used to touch and understand your disease without any support of devices. Dr. Jim is such kind of person, will direct and diagnose correctly. His nurses are also very good in caring patients.

I did my knee surgery there with Dr. Nadir Darwish, one of the best Knee Consultants in the region and Dr. Waleed along with their professional team including Mr. Nasser Jadallah who was very helpful. Ms. Tarteel the nurse on duty during my hospitalization was very friendly, polite, and helping.

I have just got home from a 3 night stay at Southern Cross Hospital in Wellington after a scheduled operation. 5 stars ain’t enough for this place. Had surgery here years ago and a recent one 2 months ago for my mum. Their staff is what makes this place different from others plus their facilities and cleanliness are top notch. Staff always attentive, accommodating, and takes care of you the moment you walk in that door until the day you’re released. Amazing!

A great choice out in East Auckland. The staff provided all the required information prior to the day, so we had the required information. Plenty of free parking outside, with a 5 min drop off/pick-up area too. Reception is on Level 3 via the elevator and they had a cafe and pharmacy on Level 1, which is handy, as you can pick up your medications also. Staff are really friendly and look after you

I had a minor procedure yesterday and was very pleased with the care I received. From the friendliness of the receptionist, to the person who escorted me to my room, the gentleman who served my food, and especially the nurses (particular thanks to my nurse for the day, she anticipated my needs beautifully, and provided accurate information when required). I attended a pre-assessment appointment. While finding somewhere to park was difficult (I should have left longer to find a spot), my appointment was administered by Crista in a professional way. Everything points to a well run service, and I’m confident I will be in safe hands.

I felt every member of staff that attended to me were so lovely, taking time and care to explain thinking without rushing. Sue who was one of the nursing team was exceptional, kind and caring and I enjoyed our chats. The young doctor I forget his name but he was from Romania was extremely nice and came across very caring.

I was very pleased with the whole experience and professionalism of all the staff. I was made to feel relaxed and this relieved any nervousness I had, very well done and thank you to all who dealt with my treatment.

I have nothing but praise for all the staff involved in my treatment and stay at the Winterborne. All staff were extremely nice and caring and I felt I was in good hands. I am a vegetarian but because I came as a NHS patient I did not know if I could have different food but the chef came in and said she could do whatever I liked .She was lovely and so was her staff always making sure I had enough to drink and eat.They treated me the same as their private patients. I had to stay a extra day as I was having problems with my blood pressure which they did not mind after my hip operation which was under the NHS. They were kind, caring, polite and nothing was to much trouble it was the best hospital I have ever stayed in .All the staff from every department are a credit to circle health group.

I am being treated by Dr G Perera and nurse Paulina at Syon Clinic. Dr Perera is really thorough in explaining procedures and treatments necessary for my ailment. I had minor surgery and the nurse who accompanied Dr Perera was Paulina. She was really pleasant and so very helpful. Also very thorough, double-checking my bp which was quite high when she first took a reading. She also explained all that i was having done in full detail so that myself and my husband fully understood. Im very happy to recommend both Dr and nurse at Syon Clinic. I would also like to say that Dr Perera's secretary Cherie is amazing. Thank you for all your help.

I had a health screening at Syon Clinic, the nurse and the doctor were very friendly and patient to my questions and concerns. Doctor Seng is professional and he provided a lot of advice to me regarding how to have a healthier life during the consultation session. I would recommend any other people who is looking for a place for health screening.

This is the worst service 😒 the don't care about their clients, I came all the way from Italy to lithuania only for them to abandon me at the airport, their service is terrible 😑 and I regret having anything to do with that clinic 😢

It was a quite unfortunate choice to do a hair transplantation at Kardiolita Klinikos. They ask for photos of the current hairline and draw where you like the hairline to go. Then they quote you for the transplant. Problem is that they underdelivered quite extremely (see photos), yet they insisted on the full payment. They ignored my complaints and sent the case straight to a debt-collector agency. The consultation seemed quite sketchy in hindsight. They recommended a PRP treatment immediately the procedure. Research showed that it's effective only about a week prior to the procedure. Seemed like they just tried to upsell with no benefit for the treatment. I'd recommend to be very careful with this clinic or better find a clinic recommended by the various forum users on the internet.

Very disappointing experience, tried to make an appointment for health checks as part of a visa application for working abroad. I was told that I had to email them, after trying to email six times with no success, I rang the clinic. Spoke to a very rude receptionist (Debra) who accused me of making spelling mistakes and there was nothing wrong with their email address. I explained that I had checked the spelling over and over again. She still wasn’t interested in helping me solve the issue and my spelling was the problem. She had no understanding or compassion whatsoever. I was made me feel like a complete foul. Has completely put me off dealing with Edinburgh Clinic ever again.

Dr Kirsty Munroe is a gem of a person. Her expertise, attentive care, and the welcoming clinic environment made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I highly recommend the Nuffield Health Hospital for any immediate appointments.

This place has a lot to be desired especially in their patient consideration. After 20minutes over our time we asked what was the delay no one seemed to know or even care. A very junior Nurse informed us that they were informed us that they were waiting on a chair Whatever that meant?? After nearly 50 minutes we asked again, the reason was they were waiting for a consultant to show up! Wonder what would have been said if I had been 50 minutes late. Not good enough Nuffield time to consider your patient.

A shame from the moment you enter, I was splitting with pain, the woman who was at the reception had 0 empathy, like the nurse who treated me, I used to find more service vocation in a veterinarian. A question that came from the pain that I couldn't even stand on my feet, this woman at the reception doesn't even flinch but tells me THAT THE MASK IS MANDATORY (we're already off to a bad start) she had me for 10 minutes asking me questions, she gives me the ticket to wait for triage, The place already had 20 people waiting..... 10 minutes pass, my husband still comes to triage saying that I couldn't take any more of the pain, and to my surprise it wasn't even in the system. I wish to the nurse who treated me that I never have anyone in charge because with that empathy even a cactus dies.... a question that, thank God, I have mutually (and this should not be like this, because we all pay the price). public hospital so that it works well), I went to a clinic and they treated me in a matter of minutes. Yesterday I was with my daughter for an ultrasound in the mother's unit, room S-17. My appointment was at 11:48. I was treated by an excellent professional. I was greatly surprised by his professionalism, empathy, and gratitude for his treatment of my daughter. Same as nurses and other professionals. This is the real reason for being doctors to put themselves in the patient's shoes. I don't know what the doctor's name was, thank you for being such a great professional. !!!!Thank you so much!!!!.

Was misdiagnosed, then I went there for a second time in the same week, waited 4 hours and didn’t get a solution. Very understaffed, only one dr on call and nurses seemed exhausted.

I was very disappointed with the doctor, instead of curing me and solving my problems, he only referred me to treatments that I didn’t need at all. Thanks to the wasted time, my illness worsened. I am very sorry that I did not turn to specialists. I was booked in for a remote consultation where a doctor with 21 years of experience made a diagnosis and told me about the limitations. When asked what limitations I have, she didn’t even answer, saying that the diagnosis was not made accurately. People should not go to this clinic under any circumstances; they will make you worse instead of curing you.

I accidentally pinched my ring finger in a door, resulting in a subungual hematoma. I contacted a surgeon at this clinic. They did not postpone the operation to remove the nail; everything was done immediately on the day of treatment. The impression of service is positive!
