I recently had a hair transplant for Lokman Hekim hospital. I travelled from Australia Melbourne. I had the help of Medeni Kaya who helps international clients. She helps with VIP transportation and 5 star accommodation. She greets with you with a warm welcoming smile the moment you walk in and is with you. She is with you for your consultation operation, follows up with everything you are untitle for. Lets not forget the doctors I’ve had many operations at different hospitals around the world but the team at Lokman Hekim Istanbul Hastanesi by far is the best i have worked with. as the translator Mona dialect was different (as arabic speaker), but her dealing with me was very good and so cooperative and helpful.. the doctors are good (yasemin kiraç/ahmet duran/aynur aliyeva)but the nurses are bad except the senior nurse on floor 0/ next to the kids room💐💐

I was very satisfied with the help that the translator Ms. Mahnaz gave me during the treatment process in this hospital. She was very polite and very responsible, even when the hospital system was having trouble giving receipts, she helped me to get the payment receipt, also for other information like insurance.

As a study abroad student, this hospital was great at providing me the medical assistance I needed. If you need to see a general practitioner, head to the ER and walk to the international desk. They’ll get you all the help you need. Come prepared with documentation and ID!

I highly recommend Dr Gabriel Cardenas Rivera for his exceptional surgical skills and compassionate care. My recent surgery was a success because of her expertise. My first negative review ever, but the situation calls for it. Please, be aware that the hospital charge EUR 450 for a visit - this is NOT something they will tell you in advance. They charge a deposit and when you ask them how much the visitation costs, they will not give you a straight answer. Naturally, as a private hospital the cost will be higher, however, with this one, there is 0 transparency. The doctor spent 1 minute looking at my symptoms with 0 examination (not even checking my temperature), and my case was re-directed to a public hospital, and then took EUR 450. I would be very careful before wasting time and money here.

Very dirty hospital I've been seen in Israel. I told to the nurse that one of the patient sat down on the chair and left it with human dirt. But nurses ignored me. One come but instead to clean they put a sheet to cover it. So i decided to clean it because it's hard for me to breathe. Telashomer and ichilov was more recommended.

On our to a much awaited holiday on the dead sea, my mum fell and broke her hip at arrivals in Tel Aviv. She required emergency surgery. The level of care at this hospital was superb. The staff were kind, attentive and empathetic and made our week stuck in a hospital room as pleasant as it could possibly be. We want to extend another warm and heartfelt thank you to all the surgeons, doctors and especially nursing staff that took care of us a few weeks ago. You are all amazing - thank you.

I ended up with an unnecessary c section because of negligent and uncaring staff. Bring a midwife or doula with you to advocate for you because the staff will do what's convenient for them not what's best for you.

Even when not busy, waiting 8+ hours, no one answers questions, absolutely terrible care and service! The vital signs monitors have leads that become disconnected and alarms go off for hours and yet no one checks the monitors. Disgrace! Each time we ask the staff for help they walk by and ignore us. The nurses literally sit around laughing and joking as patients call for help. At the check in desk employees can't be bothered to look way from their phones. No interest in helping people. I am literally horrified. As someone else said, better to stay home and die than come here.

Terrible place. In emergency we was more than 4 hours, and we was alone. My wife was in condition when she can be only in horizontal position. But personal says that we can't use bed. This clinic and clalit - never again!

Because the nurses were nice enough to let me * steal* milk from the orthopedic ward? Cauae after trauma n ..stuffstuff? They knew how to get me back home. So now i go as DNR.

Your average hospital. But worse!!! Sometimes, if u get extremely lucky u won't need to wait 4+ hours for your turn, the staff are not the friendliest, it's an extremely old beat up place, nothing like I've ever seen before. The place looks and feels like it has not been renovated in maybe 3 or 4 decades As u can see in the picture below Nasty, very dirty, and not clean at all. I don't know how they are legally open🤔 I guess it's the only place available in the area. There is a mini mall practically connected to the place, so its easy access for food and other stuff like clothing and other shopping needs

Amazing hospital and stuff! I’m very satisfied with my experience in Wolfson Medical Center. First of all I wanna say that Main nurse Boris from ICU, social workers Valery and Ola are extraordinary and outstanding professionals. They are truly angels who surrounded me and my family with so much support, kindness, patience, understanding and compassion. I never experienced something like this in my life. I live in USA and work in medical field and had different experiences too, so I can tell that looking from the inside point of view, I can definitely say that these people work really hard and go above and beyond their human powers to do everything to help patients and their family. I’m writing this because I wanna share my good experience and send kind message since I feel that, a lot of people who get good experience always forgot to share positive energy and reviews. My mom was in critical condition in Intensive Care Unit and I was coming from USA to see her to say my last goodbye and was pleasantly surprised how good she was taken care of! Medical stuff let me and my family stay inside with her as long as I needed, didn’t rush me at all, always patiently answered all my questions, supported me and always was there for me. With that being said I also wanna say that everyone there knows how to do their job, and I’ve seen so much kindness and compassion from total strangers there, and I can confidently say that Wolfson Medical Center did everything possible to save my mom. I truly appreciate their help! They threat patients and their family with a lot of respect and professionalism no matter how hard people from family can be, and they always do their best to help and save patient life.

Disgusting place. Five days at the maternity ward, room was not cleaned once. We cleaned the bed from blood and dirt. I'd call that a scandal!

I would not recommend to seek medical treatment at the Galilee Medical Centre in Nahariya. It is old, dirty and the Russian doctors & nurses are unkind & cruel. My daughter was in the covid unit so we could not visit with her, she was very poorly and was left in tears and begging for pain relief on many occasions. She was under the care of an ENT specialist who said she needed to stay in hospital until she could swallow food and drink but some of the doctors kept telling her that she shouldn’t be there and needed to go home. Thank God I could get through to the department by telephone and would be persistently calling for the staff to attend to my daughter. The area where my daughter was put only had 2 other patients, so it was not busy. The ENT specialist advised that she drink very cold water or suck ice and to eat very soft cold food like ice-cream or yogurt, she was not given anything. They took another covid test which came up positive but because it had been 5 days since her first test they discharged her from the covid unit and transferred her to the internal medicine ward for observation. The ward was very small with 4 old beds, broken equipment and the toilets were dirty with no toilet rolls, but the doctors were friendly and helpful, even though my daughter was never given the food that she asked for. The other patients in her ward had relatives staying all night so it was noisy and my daughter could get no rest with all the loud talking and videos being played out on their phones throughout the night. She had been on intravenous fluids and the doctors left the needle in her arm which caused severe bruising and was very painful. The release procedure was relatively short and we were thankful to get her home and never to return there again!

Family hospitalization: Guardian review^^ Transportation: Connected to Balsan Station subway. very convenient Procedure: As of 4 weekdays, there were not many people so there was no waiting time. Hospital: The new building is really nice. So pretty. Especially the 4th floor garden.... If you act like a guardian in a hospital room while feeling like you're in a gallery, you're bound to get depressed. I didn't feel depressed as I walked around the buildings with the patients, exercised, and looked at the pictures. Personally, it was better than when I stayed at a 5-star hotel in Seoul. ;; lol Especially at 5 o'clock? There are no people after 6 o'clock, so it's really quiet and nice. Hospital room: I've been to various hospitals and have been a guardian several times, and this is the cleanest. There isn't a single hair in the hallway!! The patient said the bed was very comfortable. Doctors, nurses, staff: in my case, they were all very kind. Convenience store: It is large and has a lot of variety, so it is very convenient. Restaurant/Cafe: Not bad. It's good because there aren't many people on the 4th weekdays. ☆☆☆Be sure to visit the 4th floor garden☆☆☆

Nurse Minci always ensures I am well attended and the process is smooth until I am completed, and Nurse Pinku Ann has a tender care hand when collecting blood samples especially in my case, she performs skillfully in a way I will always feel secured. Visit the hospital for a dermatologist that was recommended by a family member. Transaction was smooth, the doc gave all the information I need and explained what was going on. The hospital nice an clean and looks like a 5 star hotel more than a hospital. I paid $120 for the examination and they accept cc. You need to book an appointment ahead of time. Their mobil app is a hustle and has bugs. Book through website or call them for an appointment. This is why I give them 4 stars. After you book they call you for reminder and inform you the amount you will be paying. Arrive at least 15 minutes early as the building is big you need to walk and take elevator to get the section where you will have your examination. There will be paperwork before the doc examine you.

I have been to this hospital twice, and both times I got disappointed. First time I needed a paper from the doctor that I was sick. She wrote incorrect information on the paper, and I only noticed it when I was home. My documents were not accepted by my uni as a result. Then, today I went to the Blutbank to donate my blood. I have a rare blood type, and I already had experience donating. I am also completely healthy and have enough muscle mass to donate without any conscequences for my own health. First, when they took a small sample of my blood from the ear, they put a plaster straight onto my hair. It was very hard to get it out of my hair later, and, mind you, very hurtful. Then, I had a talk with a very incompetent doctor/nurse. I speak english better than german, and at one point I asked her if she spoke any english. By the way, I do speak german, I just understand english better. So, I was told: "We speak german here, if you cant speak our language then there will be no donation." Excuse me?? I didn't know that the people I wanted to donate to have such a LUXURY to only have blood from people speaking fluent german. You would refuse half a liter of healthy blood on such a basis? So, in the end I did not donate, I got told to "come tomorrow". Honestly I don't think I will come here ever again. In less than 30 minutes all my will to help people got destroyed. I will make sure to avoid this hospital at all costs, and you should too.

Very long waiting times and you get send from one place to another. Some of the places have no real waiting areas. Once I did get seen the nurse was very friendly and helpul though.

If I could give a no star I would. The worst experience me and my family had in this hospital. My dad was put into the ICU-intensive care unit. U would think each patient is in good hands Once handed over to any hospital but I wouldn’t say in this case. We waited for hours and hours until someone finally came back to tell us even what was going on..it was a mess and a poor communication even for a German citizenship like me. Unclear what he even had after so many hours waiting in the waiting area. Once my dad was “stabilized” we were able to enter. 2 nurses were attending him laughing and joking about some ridiculous joke they were talking to each other. (Keep in mind my dad was on the machine with pipes unconscious) and we as a family stood there in shock! A doctor in charge came along fiddling with the oxygen machine since it kept making noises. He just casually went oh get another cable from the Keller or any fake Chinese one will do. Well it hadn’t to do with any cables in the end. IT WAS BECAUSE IT WASN'T EVEN CONNECTED TO ANYTHING!! Starting with this and throughout the night readers can guess how it ended up with my dad! To the lady nurse who was a visitor that day from the neighboring hospital we thank you for giving us the time you gave us explaining us that dad had good chances of survival and giving us hope that our dad will come home again.

I give one star, because I recently had an extremely unpleasant collateral experience with this PRIVATE hospital, as the mother of a patient, operated by the team of Dr. Dejeu Viorel, whose team I would give 1000 * if I could. My great dissatisfaction and great indignation come from the fact that the nurses and nursing ladies from this hospital, with whom my child had to deal, had a disastrous behavior, both professionally and in terms of communication. These female nurses should, according to my experience as a laboratory nurse with over 30 years of experience, be trained and retrained on the collection and communication side, and the nurses should be reminded that they go to work to do their duty, on full. My child faced a gross lack of professionalism on the part of the nurses, being "punctured" by needles, to collect blood, both pre- and post-operatively, the same thing happened to him when a trivial branula was put on him . In the ward, when her bra was changed, blood was filled on the pajama, on the bedclothes and even the wall was splashed. Even worse, the bed was left like that, unchanged until the next day, because the nurses did not bother to change it. They probably also operated in some room (please forgive my irony), and they couldn't do the job for which they are paid. I work in a hospital in a small town, a state hospital, without the claims that the Humanitas hospital would have, but something like this would never happen in our hospital and it shouldn't happen anywhere. I am sorry for this experience, I am outraged by the fact that my child paid 22,000 lei to the hospital and received humane treatment of 2 lei from the nurses. And yet, I only have words of praise for the work that the doctor did together with the dance team, I thank them and respect their work! RESPECT doctor Dejeu, doctor anesthetist, doctor nutritionist, psychologist and nurse Babi!

I had thyroid surgery on 27.10.2023 by Dr. Răzvan Simescu, a doctor with excellent professional training, very humane and patient. From the very first appointment, it was explained to me in detail what the problem was, what the operation consisted of, what the costs and consequences were. I was hospitalized one night after the operation and everything went very well and easily; all the staff I interacted with were kind and willing to help. I had an appointment at 11 o'clock and more than an hour passed before the doctor Barbos(at least she was nice)received me.I don't think it's acceptable, they don't care about people's time at all. Waited three hours for them to do nothing, they prescribed me a medicine that is not suitable for my disease, with a large list of side effects, which must be taken with another medicine ( they didn’t tell me this). They did not cure me, but made me worse.

It’s not bad, but the service is also not something to write home back about. Paperwork took quite a while, but I have to note it was my first time there. Personnel was nice to me, even though I don’t speak a word French. Also notified me of an approximate bill for the all procedures. Maybe it depends on a type of your emergency, a doctor who’s treating you or they just improved, but for me it was not so bad at all!

My dad had died yesterday due to pure negligence. My dad was awake and alive but very exhausted. His blood was 6.5. What killed him was the 8 hours of waiting for the doctor to arrive and make a decision. When that happened, it was too late, and I lost my dad, for ever. I was told that the hospital is broke, and don’t pay salaries. I highly recommend everyone to NOT consider any hospital in Irbid.

There is more than one prayer room, but more attention is needed in the cleanliness inside the prayer room. The WC public health facilities are unfortunately not clean, and most of the reason is the misuse of patients and companions, and some of them smoke in them!! And the facilities do not have toilet paper! However, there must be a comprehensive program for the cleanliness of these facilities by the cleaning authority.

Had my appendix removed about two months ago only complains I have are in the emergency department I was told by one of the doctors I was getting surgery, he was then pulled out of the room by a nurse and never returned. When asked do I know what’s happening for my surgery later that night I hadn’t a clue cause the doctor never came back and told me what it was for or when. The nurses on the ward when I went up where amazing looked after me so well really reassured me not to worry. The nurse that took over their shift after was out of surgery was completely different I had gotten sick after coming out of surgery she left the sick bag on my table the entire night along with the blanket I had gotten sick on, I was too unwell to even realise I had been sleeping in my sick the whole night. The next nurse to take over her shift had not been too impressed with me for not throwing the sick bad out or the sheets even though my iv was attached to the bed so I couldn’t physically move from the bed to do anything. It was only these two nurses that made my experience bad at the beacon as I’ve been before for a separate issue and it was absolutely amazing. I would recommend their hospital and I wouldn’t let them two nurses stop me from going to them again, but I would say it really did make me feel worse especially spending so much money to stay and be in their care.

As an American who has always been treated at the top clinic of Mayo Clinic my entire life I was scared to death to experience healthcare anywhere else. After breaking my foot I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how great the staff is here. The nurses, registration, consultants..everyone. I feel a lot of comfort after being seen here now multiple times and having surgery. It’s a different process than I’m used to but that’s a learning curve on my part. Thank you to all the staff for putting my anxiety to the way side.

Just back from taking my elderly mum for a CT in the Beacon Hospital. Lauren in radiology reception was fantastic with her. She was clear, helpful, friendly and very patient with with mum. CT staff were fantastic and efficient, meaning we were in and out in no more than 30min.
