I used to get my appendix out here. They're not that good. In the operating room I woke up during the operation and no excuses but since then I have had nightmares for years afterwards and I still have documents from that time and will now check for damages. Back then I was 10-11 years old and today I'm 47 and was hunting for it Nightmares whoever it happened to. And do you also have documents with the name of the treating doctor? Don't go here. Even my grandma was in there because of her hip and after that it went downhill. I'll never go to German slaughterhouses again. If you come abroad or go to neighboring countries, the doctors are better, even when taking blood there are differences. Bad doctors, some people really express their displeasure and I think that the 4-5 stars were bought by the hospital. You have been silent for years. Nowadays you can also watch it on television. In Denmark you doctors have a bad reputation. If you ever want to emigrate if you are a doctor then why not go to Denmark because it is noticeable here how bad you are and some people behave like they deliver in the hospital, they would have been sorted out here long ago. Who else is laughed at in the op? Maybe there's more than the hospital can handle. You can always start a survey that can be done publicly and at the chamber. The more you report what happened to you, the sooner the bad doctors come out and who didn't treat you well. If they are immoral to you, report them to the chamber and you'll sort out the black sheep. They paid so many to get the stars. And so many people giving full points says it all. If you don't want any damage then it's better to go to another hospital. And that will be everywhere soon. Besides the exam. I also send it to the Medical Association. And continue so that the neighboring countries pay more attention to what they are like when they are looking for a new job. A German woman recently lost her job in a retirement home because she drank on duty. She goes back to Germany with greetings to a retirement home there. Very bad reputation when it comes to doctors.

This morning, November 15th, 2023, I had a colonoscopy. From the senior physician, Dr. Martin and the assistance of Mr. Kouridis. The result showed no findings. Both were very pleasant and very competent. I can only recommend the house and would like to expressly thank both of them.

My mother had her thyroidectomy surgery done here recently. She was hospitalised for a total of 5 days.
Her Thyroid gland was exceptionally huge, but Dr Marius Kivilis managed to remove the entire gland in one surgery. He has done a fantastic job and my mother's recovery has been very smooth. It was a very difficult surgery that we passed with ease.
The nursing team were exceptionally kind and attentive. They were going above and beyond their duty to ensure the patients and their families felt comfortable and cared for. You could see that they care for you as a person who is going through a hard time, as opposed to "another patient" who will be leaving the hospital soon.
The ward was clean and airy, with plenty of natural light.
overall, we were very satisfied with the procedure and the service, Thank you Augusta Krankenhaus! :)

Hospital Paulistano is excellent, incredible professionals from reception to departure, delicious food, I was very well assisted by neurosurgeon Dr Adil Bachir and Dr Rodrigo during my anterior and posterior lumbar arthrodesis surgery, on the L4, L5 and S1 vertebrae, almost 8 hours, doctors on duty, very human and attentive, wonderful nursing technicians, excellent nurses, excellent and committed physiotherapists, it was an immense joy 1 day after the surgery to get up from the bed and walk around, without any support. My mother waited for my surgery in a room, fully assisted by the staff and nurses, thank you in advance for so much effort and care. Congratulations to everyone involved. The only negative point is the shower, which doesn't heat up very much.

Today I had it at the oncology outpatient unit with an appointment more than 30 days ago. When I got there I found out that it was no longer scheduled. Because my plan, which was Amil, changed on 11/01/23 to Bradesco and they simply didn't send me a confirmation email. In other words, lack of respect and I missed two appointments, one with the oncologist and another with the general surgery team (which has already been rescheduled 4 times since September) Today I was rescheduled for 11/24 by the oncologist and the general surgery team oncology on 12/11. I complained to customer service. What I heard was . I'm sorry ma'am, let's find out what happened. Very inhumane towards cancer patients. And on June 14th of this year, during my first surgery, they lost all my exams from the surgical center back to the room. What I heard from the Surgical Center Manager... I trust my team... This has never happened... In other words, I'm the one who fights behind the exams to continue the treatment. I had to go to the Lavosier and Tecnolab laboratories to request a duplicate of the image exams.

If you want to feel safe, respected and that you will recieve decent care, then don't go to this Emergency Department. The street from the car park to the ED is dark and deserted, the triage nurse was condescending and kept trying to put words int my mouth about my own pain to minimise it. The admin person was deadpan and complained that my doctor was not on their records at the same address I had for her. She kept looking at me like it was my mistake.
The room seemed deliberately set up to get rid of people, the temperature was freezing cold, the television was so loud that people were having trouble hearing their name called. It also forced staff to yell names out, contributing to the excessive unreasonable amount of noise. Some poor baby was crying, clearly distressed, for half an hour (seemingly unattended) and three elderly people were left in cold uncomfortable seats that caused my body pain, so I hate to imagine their pain. And to top things off, the hand sanitiser was empty, so chances are if you touched anything, it would have germs on it. Just don't go there. Clearly they don't want you and you will be in more pain leaving than when you arrived.

The emergency staff and most of the nurses were fantastic. Once you reach the maximum subsidy they get from the commonwealth government regardless of how sick you are. You are moved to the ends of the hospital with no care or caring. I was told my private health insurance made no difference here and I should be in a private hospital. We wonder why our health system is so screwed up. This is a great indication why. I will be going private from now on. I know where my business is not wanted.

My friend was in hospital for 5 hours complaining she was unable to breathe due to a most likely respiratory infection. She got let into emergency pretty fast but then after getting a few blood tests and a cannula nothing else really happened. After the cannula, the doctor said she most likely had an infection, she asked them ‘what type of infection’ and he said ‘I don’t know, I’ve only known you for two minutes’. And then after waiting for a while, we asked another nurse if we could just get an update and she said ‘if we ask the doctors, that means they stop working’ and then opened our curtain and wouldn’t let us shut it because ‘she wouldn’t be able to see we were there’. Then after another hour we asked to leave and then the nice nurse that we liked said we could because they did all they could, when they could’ve told us that many hours ago. We still have no idea what is wrong with our friend #emo 😖

Majority of our experience here has been great, however since we spend most of our time in the Nicu with our baby boy, you would think that the nurses who are watching them follow some type of guide to respectfully work quietly so that the babies who needs rest can rest peacefully, but no! That’s not the case, they gossip out loud with one another, they slam drawers, trash lids, and more. Our kid has a heart condition so resting is the best thing for him to get him where he needs to be for his surgery. He is always startled or woken up by all of the noises going on. All I ask is that you guys respect the needs of the kids who needs to rest and try not to make so much noise or talk so loud, especially if is just about gossip. Thanks

UCLA should be ashamed to call itself a hospital . I placed a negative review of UCLA, Ronald Reagan Hospital A few days ago and I see it it has been removed.
First of all upon my arrival at the ER, after requesting That all of my doctors be within my network I was told by the person checking me in ( cold As a bottom of a rock ) it is against the law for him to tell me if the doctors are within network. Which I know is against the law in California.
This place is basically not any better, and has lower standards than any Third World country hospital. If I was able to give it a zero or even minus I would.
There was basically a dozen seats in the ER for waiting so as you are exposed to any illness.
I was seen after five hours for a heart problem
There is nowhere to charge your phone, so as to keep in touch with loved ones.
People are spread out and strewn throughout the hallways ( including tents, just outside the ER ) with no privacy and total humiliation.
The ER is full of homeless, looking for a place to sleep.
I will continue to post continuously, until my experience is not deleted.
If you have or care for your loved ones, do not bring them here like I said, this is below third world healthcare standards

I gave birth to my daughter here in early 2022 & will be giving birth here in early 2024. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else for OB care. I live in Tarzana so the drive while in labor was not fun & I could have gone to a much closer hospital but I trust UCLA Westwood more than any other ER/OB department & can’t imagine having gone elsewhere. The labor & delivery nurses are compassionate, informative & kind. My Dr. Is Dr. Zapata but she wasn’t on call when I gave birth so I saw another Dr, so sorry I don’t remember her name, but she was amazing and I felt in very capable & caring hands. I recommend this hospital for anyone I know who’s pregnancy for maternal & postpartum care. I’m very surprised the rating isn’t higher as overall the doctors are wonderful, up to date, the nurses are very capable & always warm in my experience. Also, it’s such a well maintained campus with updated equipment & very clean overall.

Terrible service, old rooms, they charge you ghost expenses. I believe that the morning nurses are not paid well, because they do things reluctantly, they make faces at you, they do not come soon, they are not organized in patient care, they do not disinfect the thermometers every time they come to take signs. .
Very expensive and they give you the cheapest paper on the market.
As a tip: it improves attention when you call public relations.
Better care and lower cost in smaller private hospitals.
Being here is similar to the IMSS, only here you go faster, but from then on it's terrible.
The Angeles Mocel Hospital branch is good, quality and the staff is extremely friendly.

I found myself sick in Mexico City and after some hesitation I took myself to Angeles. I am from the United States and my review will be from the perspective of someone who is used to USA healthcare. Angeles was amazing when it came to everything important. My intake was awkward but the woman who helped me did everything she could for me since I was incapable at that time. The doctors where amazing and everything to do with my diagnostic evaluation was efficient and professional. (however, unlike in the USA, the doctors took there time to perform a complete evaluation and were not rushed). The emergency room care was also excellent. When I left the emergency room and went to a normal room things were not as good, in fact I was pretty angry with my nurse there.
I was blessed to have a friend in Columbia to use for translation but everything to do with being in the regular room and paying my bill was extremely awkward. Hospital translation services were never made available to me.
Regardless, I feel like the healthcare I received was excellent and I would never hesitate to use Hospital Angeles. I found my care here to be at least equivalent if not superior to the care I'm used to in the USA

This is the worst hospital experience I've had in my life. I arrived to the emergency room at noon and left at 4 PM whit out being attended to. They charged me $290 USD upon arrival and then made me whit for 2 hours. When they finally call me in, the doctor looked at me 30 seconds and ordered an ultrasonic check that NEVER came. Finally I decided to leave as the lack of attention, the negligence, the lack of information, the complete disregard for my problem and obviously the time spent doing absolutely nothing and listening to the nurses laugh and joke around out side my cubicle, got the best of me. When I decided to leave they made me what another 45 minutes just to return my deposit and give me back my ID which was retained! (Yes the take your official ID and they DON'T give it back until they secure your payment. This is illegal by the way) by the receptionists.
By the way, I came to the ER with an internal bleeding due to a fall. The Traumatology "Dr. Jenny" gave me 30 seconds to look at the huge hematoma I had, and then one hour later another 30 seconds to give me the "self leave paper" to sign. NEVER She gave me any indication or had the intention to help me. In fact she said "there is nothing I can do".
AVOID THIS EMERGENCY ROOM AT ALL COSTS!

My health, weakened by oncology, brought me to the 2nd cardiology department. And right away I encountered amazing people. The attentive team that took me from Slabodskaya (thank you for your support), the doctor in the waiting room. I actually had to spend the night in the corridor, it was completely full. But in the morning all my worries and fears were compensated. My attending physician turned out to be Maria Igorevna Guseva. Laconic and calm, warm-hearted and attentive. A true professional and a person with a big and kind heart. At 7 she is already at work. He will find something to cheer you up and how to treat you. Do an examination and consider treatment that is not even your profile. At 19 she can still walk along the corridor and remind her that tomorrow.....
Truly a man in his place!
And the team is mostly wonderful.
Thank you very much for your treatment and attention....
And be healthy yourself.

Then, they also decided to check my feet as well just to make sure that everything was good. It wasn’t. I went without appointment and obviously I spent many hours there. They are busy working hard. After 2 hour wait after check in (no other patient in the er) we realized they had completely forgot about us. terrible intestinal pain, swelling, for days. My wife was seen by a med student, asked a few questions, came back and sent us home with exact same treatment she had been taking, telling us to come back after a few days if it didn't improve. Had a relatively minor surgery performed here recently, and can honestly say that my surgeon was a genius! In 24 hours I had more relief than in the last 3 years (and that’s still with swelling included). The nurses in the maxillofacial department were fantastic! So welcoming and comforting - I have an immense appreciation for the doctors and nurses in that department after my visit. Try not to hold it against the staff for long wait times, etc… they really are doing the best they can 🙂

Overall it was a good experience. Dr Dana and her team, emergency department staff and x-ray staff were very professional and helpful.

However, the amount to be paid was a bit confusing. Regardless of what the doctors did, the amount were the same for the first day and following day.

I have been taken care very well. This hospital has the best oncologist, dr. Abdul Rahman. The nurses are also very helpful. Thanks a lot Primaya, for providing the best healthcare.

I came at 2 30 pm and directly to resgister, then I have to wait an hour and half for pay my treatment (rontgen dental), after that I have to wait again another an hour and half in radiology (and its because I asked when my name will be called? Maybe if I am not ask I will wait another longer?) And the treatment is not by the doctor, is by the lady in front desk radiology, she hurt my mouth while doing this. But I am already mad enough and I just want to go home. Very bad because the result is not online and the prices is triple than the dental clinics. Overall, I liked the hospital look clean and there is kind of coffee shop inside.

We ended up staying in Primaya Tangerang hospital after an emergency medical situation while flying. The hospital staff looked after us very well. They have gone beyond what they could offer and cared for us. The staff from the Emerald ward was so accommodative and took care of my mum during the stay. Very good service and facility, there were constant check ups, good food and everything was really good.

During the vacation I had some complications with my pregnancy and I had to go to the hospital urgently.
The waiting time was less than 30 minutes. In Belgium, sometimes it can take 3 hours, it depends on the problem. I was hospitalized at the gynecology department.
The staff was very nice, very caring. The majority speak English very well. The conditions in the hospital are very good and the food was ok.
Thank you for your care!

I went to this hospital due to a condition which went away during my intake. Regardless of this they took the time to check out my vital signs thoroughly. I was helped quickly, professionally and the staff was friendly.

We had to drive to the 24/7 dental clinic because in the neighborhood was no other options. Surprised of how many people was in waiting line for emergency help. We didn’t he’d other chance just wait... cca 6 prs before us and we are after 2 hours not inn.
The building and whole complex is huge much bigger as we thought 💭. In a way modern, clean, compact, organized system ...

Very good experience giving birth at this hospital. Respectful and empathetic professionals and a comfortable room. Also had to go to the emergency room twice for events unrelated to the birth and both times I received very good care and they ran all the necessary tests. Good pediatric care as well. Everyone from administrative staff, to nurses to doctors are polite, nice and helpful which I really value. Makes all the difference.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this hospital while trying to donate blood. the staff at the blood donation department had a bad approach to donors, which made me unwelcome and uncomfortable. they seemed to lack basic communication skills in English.
They were dismissive of my concerns and did not seem to appreciate the fact that I was trying to do something good for others by donating blood.

Treatment from the nurses and doctors were great. Very attentive and helpful. But the dark long-haired woman in the reception for the pediatric section was very ignorant. We live in the US so the stuff she insisted from us Made no sense since we don't live there. We purchased insurance in the states before our travel and made it seems as if our services was not covered. Overall our insurance was great and took care of it all including the prescribed medicine. They sent the hospital a letter of guarantee of payment and we paid not one dime.

This review pertains to the hyperbaric chamber unit in this clinic. Ricardo Palma Clinic is deemed a high-end medical center; however, based on my experience, its hyperbaric clinic unit does NOT provide the basic elements needed from a top-notch medical center. I had to leave without getting the services. Mayor observations:. 1. Bad facility (no privacy - 3 chambers, 3 patients, the nurse and a doctor sharing a 6x4 meters room where the patients undress and dress, plus a smelly bathroom in the tiny waiting area - 2 chairs) 2. Bad patient care (no instructions on how to come prepared to the session - like...pls only wear 100%-cotton clothes), does not provide adequate clothes when the patient comes unprepared, and no privacy to undress and dress. 3. Uncleanliness - No time between one patient to the next to properly clean the chambers. They sprayed peroxide inside the chamber in the confines of that small room and without any waiting time to remove the odor of the peroxide and the sweat / odor of the previous patient, they pretended to insert me into the chamber that smelled like feet sweat. I could take being in that little chamber but I could NOT take being in the tiny space smelling that foul-odor... I left without getting the service. It was a extremely disappointing and disgusting experience for a medical facility that claims to be a top-clinic in Lima Peru. Certainly La Clinica Ricardo Palma is NOT a high-end clinic.
