I just needed a very simple medication before taking a flight back home - had to wait forever to talk to a doctor, who then proceeded to conduct various useless tests and in the end charged four times the European price for the medication. Avoid.

Horrible experience. I had an appointment with Dr. Cano (otorringologa) 7:45 pm. I even showed up early at 7:30 pm as instructed. Last appointment of the day. But surprise the doctor escapes out the back door and leaves me sitting there. A total lack of formality and lack of respect for their patients. What a joke!

The parking is FATAL (it is tiny, too narrow and almost scraping the car on every curve) in addition to being VERY EXPENSIVE (6.5 soles per hour/fraction when it should be free for all the time one is in and how much it costs to attend)

Yesterday I was in the pediatric emergency with my daughter, there were too many patients and only one doctor attending. My daughter had colic, vomited in the waiting room from 7:20 pm to 10:03 pm and they never treated her. I had to go in until the offices to assert my right as a patient and one of the very insolent nurses began to scold me that I couldn't record it and that I had to wait two more hours. My daughter never received care and I had to take her to another clinic. A terrible clinic, zero empathy with its clients.

The delay in care is terrible. They just give you an appointment. The worst designed parking lot. All the scratched walls of the poor cars and trucks that barely pass. Mine was no exception and now I have to get it fixed. It ends up being a terrible experience and a physical, mental and emotional drain on going to this clinic. On top of that, they charge a lot and that's the first thing that matters to them.

The surgery area and staff were great, the room was clean, and the doctor and nurses were very efficient. The rest of the ground floor public area was dirty, especially the toilets, where there was no toilet paper and no hand drying facilities. There was no hand sanitiser throughout.

Went after a hart attack and needed a triple bypass. Everthing was no problem and staff very frendly three days of tests opration on the fourth taken home by amblance a few days later. Would highly recomend if your are having a hart attack.

Great experience with the oncology department at Hospital Del Vinalopo. I was diagnosed with a breast cancer by Dr Lucia Hernandez Sanchez who was sensitive and knowledgeable. The surgery went well and appears to have been successful. All the support staff was very helpful and professional. They ensured I had a smooth preparation for a surgery. I appreciate that my oncologist, Dr Pablo Salches Ortiz, not only speaks English language but also listens to my concerns, taking time to go over the diagnosis and treatment options clearly. I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout all my treatment. I would highly recommend this hospital.

I am feeling sorry that I am writing this review, but that's exactly how my care experience at Parkside - Wexham Park hospital was (September 2022). I must say that the single night I had to stay there after my surgery was the poorest care experience I ever had in my life, due to extremely rude nursing staff at the night. As I was shifted at Parkside, the nurse very rudely refused for my family to see me at all since the meeting time was just over. I understood the meeting time thing but shared with her that my husband had brought my three very worried, young kids to see me for 2 min, only because the Post Op nurse herself said they would be allowed to see me after I was shifted at Parkside 'as an exception' (reason because I was expected to go home after my day surgery but was admitted due to pain issue, so Post Op nurse said that this very short meeting would be allowed as an exception), however, the meeting never happened and my kids went back after waiting in the car parking for more than 1.5 hours. Well, at least I saw my husband who reassured the kids that I was fine. After my husband left, I asked the nurse how I could call someone if I needed anything, and she literally threw the bell on my bed. I was shocked!! and worried about spending remaining part of the night while facing such rude behaviour. Later on, when I requested the nurse if she could hold my hand for going to the toilet, she reluctantly did but asked me to hold the IV stand by myself with my other hand. I can't blv how being in the care profession a nurse couldn't understand how much pain a patient possibly can be in, literally within few hours after a surgery and still asking the patient to hold & drag the stand by themselves. All the night the two nurses kept making loud noise in the ward walkway, to the extent that it was hard to sleep at all. Every time, the nurse would come in my room and would take my BP and temp, waking me up but without speaking to me. None of the two nurses who I saw introduced themselves, I myself checked their names. None of the time, anyone asked me if I was in pain or if I needed any pain killer until I myself asked for a pain relief in the morning. The way I was treated made me feel that it was my fault that I was in pain and needed to stay there, so I had to tolerate the attitude. Never expected such an experience straight after a major surgery and while going through extreme pain. The next day staff were nice as well as caring, I got discharged in the evening next day and was so grateful that I didn't need to bear the same attitude again. Please improve the facility. A patient is already in so much pain and expects sympathy and care, not stares and rude attitude. Kind regards

Sadly our experience with Parkside so far has not been a positive one. My son's day surgery was cancelled 3 days before he was due to be admitted, with different staff giving different reasons. Not only are we disappointed at this, but we're also out of pocket due to the cancellation. A new surgery date is yet to be confirmed - again different staff have stated different things. Hopefully, if/when his surgery takes place I'll be able to change this to a more positive review.

Thank you to all of the wonderful staff at Parkside from every department each staff member I came across was friendly, approachable and I was treated with 5* service. Miss Burton, Mr Elkington and my anaesthetist Dr Justin Woods were so very professional, approachable and all had fantastic bedside manner. I am so pleased with the outcome from my surgery and more so the care I received during my stay it was above and beyond what I could have expected and would highly recommend my consultants and Parkside to future patients considering surgery.

Zero Stars. This hospital should be shut down immediately. Came in via Ambulance who by the way, pulled over in the middle of the drive so tell me go to an ATM to get cash… Hello my fiancé is dying here… Get to the hospital and immediately get separated and told she can’t have her phone because she’s not in good enough condition… excuse me? Wanted to know when i could see her and translate because she’s japanese and knows very little english… Wasn’t allowed to do that. No status updates, and waited hours with drunk, sick, agitated homeless people for her to walk out feeling no better at all… Nothing positive at all

I have read the other negative reviews and they mirror my esperience. I too was a visitor to Paris from the U.S. I was transported to this hospital after tripping and falling on the sidewalk. I was subjected to blood tests , an ECG and a cranial x-rays and the staff never answered my questions about why the tests were necessary. Just like the others on this site they paid little or no attention to the contusions on my face or my clearly apparent swollen wrist- no ice packs or wraps. After waiting in the ER for approximately 6 hours after arriving I informed the doctor I was leaving. She became angry , said they were busy and she asked that I remain in the ER for another hour to await the test results. When I refused she told me to leave. When asked would someone assist me with finding a taxi to return to my hotel, she just walked away from me. I will have my doctor look at my wrist when I return to the U.S. If I could have given them a zero or no stars I would have done so.

A visitor to Paris, I had a fall and hit my head on some steps. I was taken by ambulance to this hospital. Ambulance I could fault, spoke English and was very caring. Different matter when they dropped me off at this disgusting hospital. I have spent time in a hospital in Ghana West Africa, third world, it was streets ahead of this filthy disgusting hospital. There were no redeeming features, staff awful and rude. They would not let my husband accompany me so I was on my own with people who spoke on English. Took blood without gloves or washing hands. No access to water and was told I was very dehydrated, hello where do I get a drink, when I asked for water was told this is not a hotel. Many X-rays,scans, reports ( 7 hours) I walked out. They initially would not let me out but I made such a fuss they let me go. I did not pay a cent. I have now arrived back home in Australia and I find a bill waiting for me. I m not going to pay it they should be paying me for the trauma I endured. I had a fracture in my hand and they totally ignored that, went to a pharmacy and they bandaged it up for me. I would be prosecuted if I took my dog there. Thankfully this did not spoil my visit to Paris.

I didn't imagine we would have such a positive experience, from reception to the surgical center staff, nursing staff, concierge. We were treated with incredible affection, the nurses took care of the patient and companion as if they were family. The kitchen maids, cleaners, what a team, there are no words to explain the amount of gratitude for all the care and affection we received.

I had orthognathic surgery last week, the entire team that attended to me during the 4 days were extremely dedicated. Mainly the nursing technicians: Juliana, Rebeca, Nice and Denise. When I was discharged I was afraid I wouldn't have the same care at home, but I needed to free up the room lol. I also thank the physiotherapist Karem (I don't know if it's K), for accompanying me during her shifts. I just have to thank you. 🙏🏻

I was very welcomed by the entire medical and nursing team. In the emergency, I particularly thank Dr. Elieber, his clinical evaluation led to a correct diagnosis even before the laboratory tests. A memorable experience for me, my wife and our lovely baby. Nature of medical concern: Baby Delivery, pre and post experience. For context, my wife delivered our baby here but we came endorsed by other clinic once my wife was nearing her due date since her insurance converage is limited only. Having stated this, once we started coming to aster after being endorsed by our previous clinic, I could say it was a pleasant experience. The checkups were hassle free as you can make appointment through their well established system and the receptionist will guide you through. Doctor Jisha Pradeep was our assigned gynecologist who helped us throughout the process. She was well known and always recommended and I can attest as to why. However, I would like to mention also Doctor Sabitha, she was the first doctor before Doc. Jisha who also attended to my and honestly she was very nice and sincere to us. Both Doctor Jisha and Doctor Sabitha answered all our questions with sincerity and care. Additionally, our gratitude also to Doctor Thanuja who was the doctor in the ER/maternal delivery section (i hope i am right) - she was the one who attended my wife during the actual delivery. She speaks calmly, assuring and with sincerity which helps both me and my wife be at ease during a very unerving situation. Special thanks also to all the attending nurses who assisted us all the way, I made sure to get all their names to express my gratitude: Nurse Deepa, Tijii, Rincy, Anjaly, Sonia, Ajini and Tina. I would like to mention also the janitorial staff that night, Ms. Prema, she always assisted me whenever I need help opening the access doors - with a smile. Post delivery, all the staff from the Baby Unit was very courteous and caring. They will check up on my wife every now and then and give us a lot of valuable points/tips for the baby. Our thanks to Nurse Anabelle and Veena. Additionally, the birth certificate section for our baby was very helpful and concise. It was a hassle free process thanks to the assistance of Ms. Shahla. Lastly our overall gratitude to Aster Hospital Mankhool, I would like to point out the cleanliness of every corner of the hospital which is very essential. Also their overall process was seemless especially considering a lot of document works, they will help and assist you all throughout the process. Worth the mention also was the presence of water station and coffee vending machines to every areas which helped me survive throughout the night :) Did I mention that Aster Nurture department through Ms. Shiela gave us a gift package in celebration for our baby. It was an unexpected warm gesture which we really appreciate, our baby says thank you :) Overall, me and my wife recommends Aster Mankhool Hospital.

Tried a lot to give a serial for Dr. Panchayat(pshyciatric) but not found any serial.On the other hand at parkview hospital ,it's easy to give serial for any doctor.

Bit too much. The lift as slow as ever. Cabins are especially prizey.

My cousin has been sitting in a chair with gallstones for three days waiting for an evaluation from the surgeon. They don't even put her on a stretcher because they simply don't have one or they don't feel like it. How sad this poor service is!

The worst care, I went to the emergency room and the care was terrible, an all-day wait for a bleeding problem, an eternal wait for results all for them to only tell me - "come tomorrow and they can treat you during the day" . How sad it is for someone to seek help and be treated that way. Doctors with little empathy, they don't care about the patient's conditions, they barely pay attention to you. Many thanks to the doc. Really good service for a tourist in need of a quick prescription. I was seen within 15 mins and got the medication I needed. Doctor spoke English which was helpful

They will not accept you if you don't have private insurance. They only accept payment from the insurance company, no credit or cash. If you are traveling here, go to a public hospital. The lady working there was extremely rude to me and was not willing to help me at all when I asked her where I can go to get medical help. I asked her for a hospital name and she essentially told me to F off. Luckily, I contacted a Spanish school for Spanish lessons and asked them where I can go. They gave me the name of a public hospital, and I was able to get my wound treated.

The only good thing about this hospital is the view because the truth is that customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I went to this hospital because it is the one that referred me to my social work. I traveled from the interior (1500kms) and arrived for my shift ON TIME to see the doctor. They attended to me 3 HOURS later. Then the doctor asked me to get an MRI done at the same hospital. Those who assisted me told me that I had to send a WhatsApp (since I was in person to request an appointment). I arrived at the place where I was staying and requested an appointment. They wanted to give me a shift almost a month later. I told them my situation and the urgency (since I had traveled many kilometers and couldn't stay that long). They cared little or nothing. They didn't give overtime shifts. After an odyssey to get the MRI, I was able to do it but in another place in the capital a day later. I already had to go back so the doctor asked me to continue the treatment by teleconsultation. I left Buenos Aires the first days of September. WE ARE ALMOST REACHING DECEMBER and it is the 5th time that I cannot have the teleconsultation with the doctor. It is a disaster!. They make excuses that my social insurance doesn't cover it when I had already told them that I had no problem paying it privately but they continue to tease me. I hope my social work changes the hospital where it refers its members because it is truly regrettable. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL AND MUCH LESS IF YOU ARE FROM THE INTERIOR OF THE COUNTRY BECAUSE YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY.

Maybe they have some other problem in the administrative and customer service part. It can always be improved!! The one that has the most weaknesses is the administrative part of neurology. But like I said they can improve. But as for the professionals, they are very attentive and excellent, I can confirm that 🐘😁❤️☮️ I've been going for years! I found them exceedingly reassuring and reliable, efficient and engaged. It was a bit of a wait going through A&E, but they really sorted things out in a very professional way and it turned out it was only a head cold. So no blood clots or any of that sort of thing. Which I found a bit humbling for wasting their time. Still, no hard feelings which raises my esteem for the place.

It was founded by Cleto Aguirre from Salta. The origins of the current Hospital de Clínicas date back to 1877, when its construction began. A year later -and still unfinished- it was the scene of the conflict over the federalization of the city of Buenos Aires by functioning as a rifle barracks and a hospital for the concentration of wounded. Attention to the community began shortly after the conflict of 1880, at which time Buenos Aires ceased to be a large village and developed to become the capital city of Argentina, which was experiencing the first waves of immigration and urbanization. A significant number of patients came from the interior, referred by doctors graduated from the Faculty of Medicine who kept a special memory of the aptitudes of their teachers in medicine. The tenured professor was the cone of attraction of the chairs and of the activity of the Hospital rooms. He was an ethical example to be emulated by his students, who supported him, shared his studies, sometimes his table, and even established kinship through marriages based on that relationship of admiration. Important feats of medicine took place in the pavilions of the Hospital de Clínicas: the first application of insulin, the description of Ayerza's Disease, Tobías syndrome, Castex syndromes, the first cardiac catheterization, the first medical residencies, the first Ethics Committee, experimental surgery, the first kidney punctures and the first thoracotomies, among others. The first filmed operation in the history of medicine occurred in this hospital. It was in 1899 and was in charge of the Argentine doctor Alejandro Posadas. The film is seven minutes long and was found in 1971, when the old building was preparing for demolition. It was exhibited on December 14, 2001 to celebrate the 120th anniversary of the hospital. [1] Built according to the models of its time, the design was inspired by the Friedrichshain Hospital in Berlin and the lazaretto in Karlsruhe. Since 1927, due to the deterioration of the old hospital and according to the emerging needs in previous years, several projects were planned to build a new hospital, a fact that would not materialize until 1949, the year in which the construction of the Hospital de Clínicas began " José de San Martín ”, in the block limited by Uriburu, Paraguay, Azcuénaga and Córdoba Avenue. Construction suffered numerous delays and only in 1962 offered the first services, radiology and otolaryngology. The rest of the services were gradually transferred in the following years. In the first years of the 1970s the new building became fully functional and in 1975 the demolition of the old headquarters began.In 2014 the executive power invested heavily with money from the National State to re-functionalize the Hospital de Clínicas and create a pharmaceutical plant to supply the network of university hospitals and also offer a space for practical training for students and teachers. I always go here and it works spectacularly. I never had any problems, the professionals and the treatment were fantastic, but please do something with the pathology reports because it closes at 6:00 p.m. and many of us never get to pick them up because we leave work or ask for appointments later than that time. Maybe send them by email or leave them with the secretary.

Disaster the attention on the guard by the pseudodoctor Luisina Ramacciotti Mat 27567 saying that I thought that was a Kiosk. The corresponding complaints will be made for lack of professional ethics. The claim is recorded in the complaints book dated today.

I had surgery in 2020, to date I am waiting for an invoice from the hospital, the doctor and the anesthetist. To make matters worse, the doctor Gustavo Delg... the urologist who operated on me did not solve my prostate problem, he did something crazy. All scoundrels. A piece of advice, the doctors in public hospitals are better professionals and honest. The urologist Gustavo Delg.., He was deleted from Doctoralia...why would it be? I will have to file a complaint with the AFIP.

Terrible attention from the guard secretaries. From the beginning they were very rude. After having a tomography I was waiting 3 hours for the result (from images they told me that the result was already there and they had sent it to the guard) from the guard the secretaries told me that the result was not there, when in reality it was. Some RUDE. I made the claim and they laughed in my face, a real shame. I hope they review their behavior.

The on-call care is deplorable, especially from the doctors who treat you, and in imagines mdq it is not good either, at least in terms of customer service. If you feel bad, do not come urgently to this clinic. Others are convenient.

I am very grateful to all the clinic staff for their loving and willing attention. I was hospitalized and had emergency surgery for appendicitis and everything was excellent, but above all the quality of human care. The counter staff, the nurses, the maids, security and not to mention the entire surgery and operating room team, very professional, warm and humane. It is the second time we have had it, two years ago our 1-year-old son had surgery and everything was also impeccable. Thank you so much

In the offices of Patio Olmos, they scheduled me to be attended to by the guard and they NEVER called, at reception they informed me that the doctor who was going to attend to me LEFT!!! HE NEVER CALLED ME!!! A TOTAL LACK OF RESPECT. They take care of me at the guard and they don't have items to clean a wound!!!! Terrible attention!!! Physiological solution and gauze...they have nothing.

Came here as an international student. Best and most thorough care I have ever received for an acute condition that I regularly get admitted for. Nurses are very friendly. Clean facility. If i get sick in Córdoba again I'll go here!

I would strongly advice foreign tourists against this hospital. I made an appointment with a gastroenterologist and was immediately contacted by the International Patient Service. They're supposed to make your life easier but are actually an excuse to overcharge you without ever helping when needed. I've ended up paying over 500 USD to see a doctor and get some exams done, probably double of what I'd pay in Germany. They're very blunt about it and wrote to me they apply different tarifs to foreigners. We've all got a travel insurance, and I'm totally ok with a bit of a mark-up, but here I feel like a cow that's being milked to the very last drop.

I had self funded surgery here 6 weeks ago. My surgeon and anaesthetist were amazing. 10/10. The nurses I had when I came out of recovery were great. Attention to detail, caring, wonderful. The nurses I had the following day were average. The surgery cost $11950, I was in hospital less than 18 hours. My admission was messed up, so after fasting from 9pm for an 8am surgery, I wasn’t admitted until after 4pm. Surgery went great and was out of recovery by 8pm. The next morning I wasn’t given any fluids or anything and was discharged not long after waking. I was given the wrong discharge papers and medication scripts too. Please do better in future. I would definitely think twice about having surgery here again.

All the staff at the Wesley are amazing. Even when staff are super busy, they are friendly, they make time for you and your every concern. The staff look happy and appear to work as a well oiled team. Comfortable rooms and great food choices (including Vegan options) and service. Remember, it is a Hospital not a restaurant. I recently had a positive experience at Canberra Hospital, and I'm eager to share my feedback. Dr. Phillip, the surgeon, delivered an outstanding level of care, demonstrating expertise and professionalism throughout. Nurse Manita was incredibly cooperative, ensuring I felt comfortable and well-informed during my stay. The follow-up care from Nurse '' ROSE'' was exceptional—her kindness, care, and sweet demeanor made a significant difference in my overall experience. I appreciate the dedication and compassion displayed by the medical team at Canberra Hospital.

Very professional staff working efficiently and compassionately under enormous pressure due to a chronically underfunded hospital system. Many of the negative reviews reveal narrow minded attitudes and highly unrealistic expectations of a stressed public health system. We are lucky to have such a hospital in Canberra, which last I was aware is actually the second busiest trauma hospital in the nation- accepting patients not only from Canberra but transfers from regional areas and Sydney.
