I live in the USA and was in Paris for vacation. I developed tachycardia on the flight to Paris, which was completely new for me. It lasted over 3 hours and the flight attendants summoned a medical doctor who told me to be checked in Paris. Necker urgent care was the closest facility to where we were staying. Upon walking into their urgent care area, I felt I was walking into a hospital from the 1940's. It was hot, dark and filthy. It looked like the old asbestos tile floors had not been swept or scrubbed in months (yes, I am assuming they were abestos tiles based on my experience with a similar floor in my home). The windows were filthy as well. Paint on the wood trim around the windows was chipping off. Just beyond the waiting area stood an old fashioned hospital screen on wheels. I had not seen one of those since the 1960's. After waiting for an hour, I lost confidence in what I would encounter with medical care and left. I hope this was a really bad example of a medical facility in Paris. I was told later I should have gone to the "American hospital" which no one had told me about beforehand. My taste of "free medical care" in France was not a good one. I hope my impression of their healthcare system was incorrect for the rest of the country. I do want to point out that I was able to enjoy my time in Paris and loved so many things about it. I am grateful for that experience. I am back home now and receiving good care for the condition I developed enroute to France.

I brought my daughter to this hospital early Sunday morning after she received food poisoning from a five star hotel. The staff was awful. They hire people who can barely speak French. Only the MDs were pros. After waiting for almost three hours I finally stopped a male MD and asked if he could see my daughter. Otherwise we would leave. He did and she was discharged shortly thereafter.

Worst hospital experience ever. Really increased the risk of delivering our son, unnecessarily. For weeks mid wives kept threatening there is a risk and we have to induce labor while all the data show that the infant and the mother are healthy. My wife was constantly stressed. When we ask what risk is there, mid wife just says “death of a baby”. Who uses this word in a hospital when there is no real risk? When my wife did start having a contraction, we went to the emergency service. They made us wait for 7 hours stating they are short staffed. There were actually quite a few staffs but they were checking their phones or chatting. We were disheartened but no one showed an interest, no one came and ask if we were doing ok. I repeat, it was an “emergency service”. After the seventh hour I asked when can we be taken care of. They said “we can’t, not enough bed, not enough staffs today. We will have to put you in another hospital”. Well what were they going to do if I hadn’t asked? Left us there unattended for another seven hours? They slowly started looking for other hospitals. Many were also full but finally there was a nice one available just outside Paris. Necker people said “ambulance will be here in 30 minutes”. Of course it took 90 minutes until we finally got to leave this horrible stupid hospital. Thanks to the nice second hospital, the baby was born in 12 hours after we had moved there, safe and sound. Maybe we just had a sequence of bad staffs at Necker. But for the entire time we commuted there and visited at the day of delivery, unfortunately we hardly met anyone there that cares or even shows a remote interest in patients. .

Terrible for getting a ticket, it's a two-hour line And after that two hours to do paperwork you have to wait for them to call you, you arrive at 5 in the morning and you leave at 3 in the afternoon, if that's all.

I was there in the emergency room with my 1 and a half year old son when he cut off his belly on his finger. We didn't wait, they took us right away, there were wonderful nurses who calmed me down too. They played songs and sang to their son while they sewed up his finger, and there were also students trying to cheer him up. Before I left, they also packed bandages, gauze, etc. if I needed it at home. I was very surprised by the approach and I'm glad that I came across a great shift.

I feel sorry for the old people. I brought my grandmother to the emergency department of this hospital on December 1, 2023. My grandmother was bitten by a street cat and needed to be vaccinated. We were told that she would be discharged tomorrow. 1. Left until Monday. 2. THEY HAVEN’T TREATED THE HAND ONE TIME IN 3 DAYS!!!!😡 Grandma asked to treat it, but no one moved. THE HAND HAS FALLED!! We sent the grandmother to the toilet to give urine, it didn’t close, the plastic jars for giving urine were not new. 4. Can't say was impressed by attitude of Kondratishko service. We not living in Latvia any more and have adopted to western culture and would like to have better service and customer skill service from person who charges such a big money for 5 min consultation. Very dissatisfied. Would not let my other half to have operation done by person like that. Hope clinic's bosses are reading this and some measures will be taken to put her on the right way how to provide her service.

After the operation, I did not receive any information about the course of the successful operation, its success, nothing that a patient could expect from his doctor. I recently had a consultation at Dr Rose. I was told several times before going in for the examination that the price is 210 EUR. I even confirmed at the reception again before going in. After the consultation I was told it is now 360 EUR as the doctor did an ultrasound. I did not ask for this extra test nor was I told during the consultation that this test will add an extra cost to the agreed 210 EUR. After querying this I was told that I should’ve asked what my consultation includes as it’s my first time at the hospital!! I find this very bizarre as I book for what I need and confirm the cost before and they just take it upon themselves to add extra tests without asking the patient first and then request payment as the test is done now.

The ENT missed everything possible to miss .. probably bc he barely looked into my nose and mouth due to being scared of covid which is utterly reliable but he accepted patients yet I had my covid test so I refused to pay a penny more than 210€ which I assumed will take longer than what I had... missed my sinusitis in 2022, constantly felt ill and since the ' prestigious dr rose said nothing is wrong with my nose or throat ' I went to everywhere else..ended up having GERD from post nasal drip for months ....literally the ghettoest place for hight price..the view is beautiful but that's it...

I had an eye issue (retina) and Rose was the only place in Bp. willing to give me an eye specialist appointment. Excellent eye exam, assured me that I can safely travel back to the US for further treatment..

It's been 2 weeks since my spine surgery at St. Hospital. Wojciech in Poznań. I was operated on by Dr. Piotr Winkler, neurosurgeon. It is really very good, the back pain is gone. I am very grateful to the doctor and the entire hospital staff for the excellent care. I recommend👍

The doctor did not listen to my wishes at all, so the procedure will not be done at their place. The doctor in question is certainly a good teacher, but meeting a client is so much more than "talking and loving your own voice". My problem has been going on for a few years now, and I still haven't found a person who isn't insecure and "afraid of complications during anesthesia".

I would not recommend Mediclinic Dubai Mall at all. Whilst it is very convenient to get to if you live in downtown, the service I have received has been extremely poor - for example doing a blood test and then being told two months later (despite chasing for progress updates) that they had followed the wrong procedure so have to repeat the test. The customer service is not good - it is difficult to get hold of their customer service team and often get passed between various different people and teams. I would recommend that you go elsewhere for treatment, the American Hospital in my experience is much better.

This one of those facilities that asks you how you're going to pay before they ask you what you need. As long as they are taking your money first their patient care, response and followup is absolute garbage. I have a thread of calls and emails that went to at least 5-6 people just to simply get them to respond to me after my consult on a matter they told me to email about. They gave me the wrong email address. They promised to call and never did. I followed up 5-6 times. They are incompetent, disorganized and simply don't care. Despite expressing my dissatisfaction nobody bothered to also follow up. Spend your money or insurance elsewhere.

Most caring nurse John and Dr Mona; took the time to explain and go through everything each step of the way. My son was looked after and felt at ease despite his fear of needles. He’s feeling much better. The whole ER experience was smooth and efficient.

I recently had a surgery there. The staff really made it as easy as possible. I had a delay with my insurance and the surgical coordinator Claire was incredibly compassionate and tried her best to sort it out so that I was able to have the operation as scheduled. The surgery went really smoothly, thanks to Dr. Zakir and the rest of the surgical team. The nurses (Rose, Reshma, April and many others!) who took care of me were really helpful and made my stay as comfortable as it possible can be. Overall it's been a highly positive experience. Good treatment center. The doctors and medical staff are wonderful. They performed an operation on my husband and gave him back the ability to walk. My great gratitude. There is a minus, but it relates to the city authorities; parking spaces have not been thought out. This is some kind of horror!!! Parking is impossible. A line of cars along the road from stop to stop and beyond. There are no places for disabled people at all.

The service staff is good. But neurosurgeon A.M. Kakaev and Stankevich S.K. butchers. All they have to do is cut up the wild boar and separate the fat from the meat. A neuroma formed at the suture of the ulnar nerve after neuroplasty, which caused pain in the fingers. At the consultation they said that it would not be a problem to remove the neuroma, it would not affect the motor skills of the hand, and the pain would disappear. As a result, the integrity of the nerve was compromised and the pain increased two to three times.

The worst hospital ever, if you’re planning on visiting them you will need to wait hours to see the doctor and while you’re waiting a lot of patients will just get in before you even when you came first! There’s no communication or coordination between the doctors and the nurses and the receptionists, if you’d like to spend all your day in here waiting to get it then it’s the right place for you, otherwise might as well go to another hospital
