Big buildings but nurses not experienced, did not use gloves for dressing, did not position me properly for the dressing and generally fumbled their way around a very simple wound dressing. Big No.

Hospital was clean and staff spoke English well, so it was easy for us to communicate. However, we went in for a simple wound dressing and they did not handle it well. One of the nurses handled my wife’s bandage with her bare hands. Also, they only had low quality gauze type bandages; we earlier got a higher quality elastic bandage, and composite wound dressing at another hospital.

Very high cost of blood tests. And there is only one reason - you are a foreigner. It is better to go to an appointment here and get tested elsewhere. But the welcome here is worth it, the staff speak English and are very polite. The hospital is beautiful and clean, nothing to complain about.

Had a worst experience yesterday morning with my eye appointment. Girl who was in the room 924 is so disrespectful. I was waiting for my appointment about 2.30 hours.This is called paying and waiting. Even government hospitals better than this. Worst experience ever. Never go there again. So disappointed. Can’t even give one star. Would not recommend to anyone.

I highly recommend Nawaloka Hospital based on our recent experience. The entire staff, from the nurses to the doctors, was exceptionally kind and caring. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and it provided a sense of comfort during our stay for surgery. The rooms were not only clean but also quite comfortable, which was crucial for a smooth recovery process.

I mostly visit this hospital, and I must say that it is generally clean, neat, and tidy. The staff members were friendly and supportive throughout my visit. I would recommend it for your medical needs. However, I was disappointed to find that the washrooms, while clean, had several amenities that were not working. Some of the toilets' flushing units were broken and out of order. Additionally, most of the bidet showers in the toilets were out of order, forcing us to use the main valve, which often resulted in a mess and wet clothes. This was a very unpleasant experience. I hope they address these maintenance issues soon.

Had a premature C-section at the centre and my baby was in the NICU for a month, the doctors and nurses were professional, attentive and caring. The private room was great too, spacious with a private toilet and bath, it's a bit pricey but definitely worth spending for a quiet and comfortable recovery after birth.

The facility is actually quite good and new. But the physicians are kinda mixed. Some people are responsible, hard working and still have a sense of humor, but some are really exhausting to talk to. If you've ever dealt with government officials you'd get what I mean, but they try their best to work as little as possible and avoid all responsibility so chances are you won't be able to get a straight answer from them.. Its location is also in the middle of residential area so if you're a traveler or are NOT affluent enough to afford an exorbitant house in this Setagaya neighborhood.. I guess you'll have no business here.

This is going to be a pretty negative review due to miserable administration and communication, but the staff's technical skills are beyond other hospitals. Thanks to them, they were able to deliver my two beautiful twin daughters in a situation that could have potentially had many complications. Now the negative. - The documentation about visitation is from pre-Covid, so despite signing documents allowing a single visitor, don't expect to see your newborns until they're released from the hospital a week after they're born. And don't expect to be informed about this until days before the birth. - Don't expect to be informed in a timely manner if your wife suddenly has to go into emergency surgery, after being told by the doctor that she should be contacting you in an hour. Plan for a very stressful 6 hours of no information if your wife and newborns are ok or not. - Don't expect the appropriate doctors to be available on the day the hospital planned to decide whether your new family can come home or not. Expect your doctors to be on holiday that day, pushing the decision of if and when you can finally meet your new family back by at least a day. - Don't expect the administration to answer your questions completely about payment and insurance. Despite being told that there is no payment needed once proof of insurance is revived, expect that not to include 50,000円 worth of food that you will have to pay on your visit. And don't expect to be able to handle any paperwork via mail; only in person. We didn't have a lot of options for hospitals in Tokyo that could give birth to identical twins. If you're in a similar situation, I can't say if choosing Keio would have been better. If you are not expecting a complicated birth, I would highly suggest you avoid this hospital.

Best hospital and doctors for kids however the reception is awful. If the doctor asks for a follow up within the same week they should not make you pay just to see if the patient is better. I've been to Dar al Shifa Hospital several times, and it's undoubtedly a large and modern facility. The staff, especially those at the information desks and security, were exceptionally helpful, making my visits more comfortable. I received excellent care from the skilled doctors and nurses when I sought support in the ENT and General Surgery departments. However, there are a few issues to note. The hospital's parking lot is consistently full, which can be frustrating. Fortunately, there's an option to park behind the building. One downside is the appointment system; it can be confusing and inconvenient to have to wait in line with people who don't have appointments, even after scheduling one. Additionally, the pharmacy on the ground floor is frequently busy, resulting in longer waiting times. Despite these downsides, the hospital's overall care and support are commendable, and I appreciate the dedicated staff.

I visited today for a bad flu i had which turned out to be bronchitis. I saw the ENT doctor because there were no female doctors in the emergency clinic/rooms at the front. The doctor and her staff were very kind and professional.

Hadi Clinic has a modern new facility and a wide range of specialist services ( i visited a therapist). The staff is incredibly helpful, which is great. However, the clinic is very busy, with a high number of patients daily. The downside is the long waiting time for insurance approval, which can be frustrating. Additionally, the parking situation is quite challenging due to tight and limited space. Despite these challenges, the Hadi Clinic provides good service and has a dedicated team.

My recent visit to hadi dental was deeply disappointing due to excessively long wait times. Despite arriving on time, I was left waiting far past my scheduled appointment. The lack of communication and consideration for my time was frustrating and unacceptable. This experience has left me hesitant to return in the future.

That was an awesome experience. I've arrived and within 10min I was already talking to a doctor and the team there solved my problem within another 5min and I could return back home. They've also been really nice and explained everything well that they did. Compared to any other hospital in Vienna this was truly a treat

Friendly and competent staff. I went here after I fractured my ankle and the weekly appointment after. The wait times were not too long and the staff were able to answer any questions I had. If you are in the area and have the option to choose which hospital to go to, I recommend this one.

During the restriction of COVID, I wasn’t able to say big thank you to everybody at the hospital. My mother had an operation in this hospital in August 2022. She has problem with her arteries of the legs. Everything was done at an excellent level before the operation during and after. My mother is shocked by such a caring service. Highest level and professionals. Once again many thanks to all your team who were involved in helping my mother.

Had a fetal organscreening here. The ultrasound specialist was very professional and spoke perfect English which I very much appreciated. He described what he was looking at all the time and it was very nice that there was a patient screen too facing the bed I laid on. Edit: My daughter was born here and the experience was great, I've been here many times and the whole personnel were very kind and emphatic which I greatly appreciate especially as I speak very little German. Many many thanks to gynecology, obstetrics, the maternity ward and anaesthetics personnel, I really appreciated being treated with dignity.

Bad bad. The treatment is derogatory towards low-income people. If you want to receive good treatment, dress well and show that you are of good economic standing. And if the patients are "eps" things get worse.

I had a bad experience. It was very difficult to find someone friendly on the administrative staff. The ladies who schedule the imaging area are rude and not at all empathetic with the patient. How sad that staff training for quality customer service is left to the end.

Appalling! They don't have an emergency laboratory! I went at 3 in the morning to perform some emergency tests and there was no one in the laboratory! They kept me waiting for about 15 minutes… I had to go to another hospital because of the situation I was in!

Hands down, one of the best hospitals I've ever been to. Within minutes of bringing my dad here, the entire team was assisting him with his high blood pressure and symptoms of a stroke. The staff is very friendly and attentive. It's important to keep in mind that this is a private hospital, so if you don't have insurance, they will ask you to deposit a certain amount of money into the account. Make sure to mention that you are self-pay. So they can bundle everything up into one packet. I was so impressed with the ability to be able to just walk down to the administrative office and ask what my balance was and get that information within seconds. It is worth every single penny they charge.

My sister was treated for kidney stones in August and we signed a document agreeing to pay $13,800. When we got home, our credit card was charged $38,000. We have made numerous attempts to speak to the hospital, no one has responded. They sent a credit card receipt that clearly shows that they forged our signature and are still demanding payment. Stay away from this hospital, they will scam you out of lots of money.

Terrible money scam. People were nice, but not professional. My mom had a heart issue and was sent here by Xcaret Hotel Mexico (this is a partner hospital with the hotel, says something about the hotel too). She was given EKG and blood test, which was charged 1300USD. The emergency doctor couldn't give any diagnosis with these results and wanted to refer an internal medicine doctor to continue with more procedures (for more charges). The whole time we were there there was no monitor of vital signs, the IV stopped working. We ran away without continuing with any procedure. Stay away from this hospital if you can!

My son hurt his knee pretty bad after landing awkwardly trampolining at our resort. He couldn’t bare weight on it and had a lot of pain so we researched a few local hospitals and decided on Amerimed based on some of the Google reviews. We were not disappointed and so glad we picked this one. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and got us in, x-rayed, meds and a knee brace for 6,500 pesos/ $400usd. We were out within 90 minutes. Good afternoon!! My name is Taynara, and I was admitted to the unit on 11/3/2023... with severe headaches and vomiting, and was soon sent for exams and measurements. I was immediately taken to the ICU, with full medical supervision from Dr Giuliano and his emergency team. On the 4th (Saturday), after more tests, a tumor was seen requiring surgery, which was carried out last Thursday, 11/24. The surgery was a success, the entire tumor was removed without any further complications. Today Monday, 11/27, I left the ICU and am recovering in the room. I would first like to thank God for the entire process, and for the Dona Helena team... from the nurses in the emergency, ICU and maternity ward. I've been with my grandmother at HDH twice in the last 30 days. The first time on October 21st in orthopedics, service provided by the doctor Barbara Miroski de Oliveira Pinto. The second appointment was today, a clinical appointment by doctor Murilo Melocra. In both appointments, the doctors were very clear, detailed and were excellent in their consultations. Even though consultations were carried out in the emergency room, the service was very complete and all possible information was provided. Service at reception and screening was also very good and courteous.

On Saturday, 02/08, my wife and I were admitted to the hospital through the emergency ward. We needed obstetric care. The reception was perfect. The nurses were amazing. The doctor who carried out the first assessment did well. But everything fell apart when they told us that there was NO doctor responsible for ultrasounds at the hospital, they were on alert. This specific doctor was supposed to be at the beach, as it took him over an hour to arrive. When he attended to my wife, he treated it as if it were nothing. A cretin. In a moment of total fragility. Irresponsibility on the part of the hospital for not having a team on duty (probably to save a few bucks) and the doctor is certainly from that new generation who only thinks about fundraising. Ultrasound care was vital for us, regardless of whether it changed the result or not. We just wanted an answer. The doctor (whose name I will refrain from mentioning here, but you will find out from the ombudsman) came in, gave the diagnosis and simply left. He left the rest to the other doctor who attended to us first (very well) and to the nurses. There's no point in having a hospital that prides itself on having whatever it is, with each professional identified by the color of their uniform and having emergency medical care that is rubbish. Ridiculous. Unfortunate for a hospital that was once a reference in the region. As for the doctor, I wish him no harm. I just want life to give him the same treatment he gives his patients. And I say this from the heart because there is time to change and be better.

This hospital is terrible!!!! I had an ear problem last month and I went to this hospital that charged me for a consultation without first telling me that they did NOT have an ENT doctor available who could help me (even after having gone through the screening), and now even having spoken to the ombudsman, they claim that I was notified, which is an absurd lie. What I take away from this is that in addition to having terrible service and incompetent nurses, they also lie. Good afternoon everybody. My 18 year old daughter was hospitalized on 10/06 with teratomas on her ovary. A huge scare, because we went to the emergency room with suspected kidney stones. We were very scared and very worried, but I would like to record here the excellent and extremely humanized care provided by everyone, without exception, at the hospital. My daughter had recently turned 18 and so I couldn't sleep with her in the hospital, imagine my despair and worry? So, in addition to never being hospitalized, she had to be alone. But, all (without exception) the nurses, receptionists, doctors, were very careful, loving, attentive and caring. I would really like to remember everyone's name (and I recommend that the hospital look at the days of this shift to really recognize these professionals from 10/05 to 11:20 pm to 10/08), but I was very nervous, but, I remember Carol, Kelly, Luana (in the emergency room), Dr Manoel and the team that successfully performed the surgery to remove the teratomas on my daughter. Those whose names I don't remember (especially a nurse who attended to us in the early hours of 10/06 who was so loving), please forgive me, they are no less important in my gratitude, as I said to some of you, for For me, it is not simply a profession but rather a gift of caring for others. I couldn't spend 24 hours with my daughter in the 3 days she was there, but I'm sure that God chose all the people who took care of her correctly. I am the companion responsible for my 5 month old baby, I also have the flu, I requested hot water to make tea at 10 pm and they told me that the kitchen in a HOSPITAL does not work at night, I have never seen this, an emergency room, a patient in hospitalization and not having hot water. They serve 3 meals a day, breakfast at 7:00 am, lunch at 1:00 pm and dinner at 7:00 pm, during these intervals if you want to order something via app, you cannot go down to reception to receive it, no one at reception can go up to bring your food and no staff can look at your child who is hospitalized for you to go down to reception for 3 minutes to receive the food, you are forced to go hungry or buy it at the hospital cafe. My rating for hospitalization is terrible, if I need it again I won't come back here, good accommodation but the system is terrible service, not even a public hospital is that bad.
