Something shocking, in the corridor in front of everyone they ask you the questions you filled in the questionnaire (!?) intimate, private and about your health... the examination is normal... and at the end the nurse in the corridor in a glass booth shouts your name and your results!!!!!shock

The center as such is excellently equipped, the premises are nice. Receptionist and nurses very nice. I was struck by the attitude of the primary lady, who was obviously in a bad mood. A person will come there with respect from the examination and there is no need to add his bad mood. Instructing me that why am I here when nothing is wrong with me is rather strange, as my gynecologist seems to know why she sent me there. On the one hand, we call women to prevention and when you get there, what are you here for.

Totally disappointed. They made an appointment for me to see a doctor on Saturday at 15.00, and when I arrived, the clinic was closed. Then they rescheduled me for Monday, and when I arrived, it turned out that the doctor was sick! They didn't even warn me about it! I came to the clinic TWICE for nothing. Also, one time the receptionist did not send me the MR results. Terrible disrespect for patients' time.

I don't have an unnecessary 1 hour to try to reach orthopedics without stopping. :) There is another doctor, another hospital where I get more in half the time than here. It's a bit pathetic that when you try to call them, it rings for a while, and after a few calls you can't even reach the number..😤 This is one of Budapest's "famous" garbage dumps. Rot where you are. :-*

I requested an appointment at the Small Pool Center for an 18,000 HUF examination, for a pelvic floor assessment. A few other things were thrown at me without asking (the manager didn't tell me that this would entail additional costs), which were not even useful things. When leaving, it turned out that the unwanted things cost extra money, so I paid HUF 28,000. Such an unsolicited extra was, for example, an online exercise book or something, which I have not received since (weeks have passed since my visit). Not that I should, because I go to the gym, which I said.

Dr. Bandić is a very pleasant man, a professional and experienced doctor, patient and calm, ready to listen carefully to the patient, to explain all ambiguities and clear up doubts. My sincere appreciation for the outstanding care I received at your dental unit. The level of cooperation, care, and professionalism demonstrated by the entire team was truly exceptional. I was greeted with warmth and kindness.
The staff at the dental unit consistently went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being throughout my visits. Their friendly and caring nature made a significant difference in alleviating any anxiety I had about dental procedures.
I was particularly impressed with the precision and timeliness of the procedures performed. The root canal treatment, in particular, was executed flawlessly. This level of skill and attention to detail truly set my experience apart.

But we said doctor you can tell anything to us but please don't tell infornt of my mother. But she hasn't hear anything, she told my mother that we are giving tablets to make you survive for next 2 or 3 months. Her confidence level is completely broken and my mom was shattered. On the other hand, the clinic has no difficulty in requesting immediate payment of fees upon your admission. Good to know!

I have been tryi by to call the clinic for the whole week.I have a problem with my registration and I wanted to clear that up. After one week somebody answered… my french is not perfect and the staff on the phone couldn’t wait until I noted the correct phone number. They just hanged up and I still don’t have a number. It would have been hilarious if it wasn’t like a serious medical place.

Husband went in for a minor procedure with an epidural. The admission forms were filled out accurately but once we were admitted the nursing staff did not understand what the term “ as required” meant when associated with a dosage regime even though we explained it twice politely. The senior nurse was aggressive and hostile tried to gaslight us, accused us of not knowing what we were talking about, effectively implying that we were stupid. So after the staff trying to insult, demean and belittle us, without success by the way, we foolishly assumed the matter as settled. Silly us! The next day, post surgery, a hostile nurse charged into my husband’s room and “told him off”. Unfortunately variations of the disrespectful behaviour continued. I arrived to find my husband upset, agitated and distressed. I came to the conclusion that it would be in his best interest to leave. It was a very unpleasant experience which we would not recommend to anyone. Needless to say we will never go to a St Vincent’s Hospital again! My husband felt disrespected, bullied and harassed. He was right. That is exactly what happened. Leaving resolved the problem with a minimum of fuss.

After staying overnight with my son for an Adenotonsillectomy surgery, I'm afraid to say that I was extremely disappointed with our overall experience.
Although St Vincent's was not our first choice, we did not have the option of going to our preferred hospital due to the surgeons availability and the urgent nature of our request. Needless to say, I was not all that fussed initially as I have been an inpatient at many private hospitals and have never had a bad experience. However, unfortunately, St Vincent's did not live up to it's expectations and I've received better care at public hospitals over the years.
For a start, the "room service" which requires the patient to phone the kitchen and place the order of their choice sounded like a fantastic idea to begin with however, they failed to advise that the kitchen won't always answer when you call and upon placing your order, there is up to a 45 minute wait to receive your meal. Too bad if your child is hungry or thirsty as we were trying to get through to them to order our breakfast for 1.5 hours with no success only to be told we could not go home until my son had something to eat - not sure how they expect that when there is no food for him to eat?! There's also no set meals so if you can't get through on the phone to place your order, you simply don't eat!
Also, the food in general was of poor quality. All the "hot" meals we ordered were served cold and utterly tasteless.
My son was in severe pain following the surgery and vomited during the middle of the night which warranted the call for a nurse as his bed sheets were all soiled. Whilst a nurse arrived promptly to our call for help, to clean up the mess, she simply pulled off the soiled sheets, threw a towel on the floor to cover the vomit which spilled off the bed and left the room, leaving my son to sleep in a half made bed with hardly any blankets.
The next morning on our discharge day, there was only one nurse rostered on for the entire paediatric unit and she advised that her shift finished at 11am and she has to close the ward down which means all patients had to be discharged by 11am. Too bad if there were complications and your kid was required to extend their stay!! I don't blame the nurses as it's not their fault they are the only ones rostered on and the one who was, was doing her best considering. However, I am incredibly disgusted with the deplorable service provided by the hospital in general, considering we pay an arm and a leg for the best possible health care - it's a disgrace.
I will never go back to that hospital and will stick to our preferred option in the future.

I had a 4 night stay after total knee replacement surgery in June 2023. It was the first time ever in hospital I did not mind being there. Meals are 'room service' on demand and were consistently very good. The nursing staff was lovely, attentive and communicative. Admin was atop everything. The facility was clean, tidy, and well maintained. Well done St Vincents Kew.

THREE AND A HALF HOURS OF WAITING Total inconsideration! We arrived at 7:40, 20 before the shift as indicated. One comes because one has cancer, not to eat Galician-style octopus, which is worth the wait. The waiting room was already packed at that time, which shows that they give many more shifts than they can physically do. I rate 3 for the studies carried out, good treatment, punctuality, etc. And the admission is organized. I should put an * for the surgery, where I thought I was in the worst public hospital. I walked to a tiny place to change, they didn't even make me bathe with disinfectant, just as I came. I spent an hour waiting with the surgical gown on, sitting in a common chair in an office, and from there to the "tiny operating room" and IT WAS NOT outpatient surgery, but rather several days of hospitalization. Appalling! Just as the surgeon who operated on me was terrible, and if certain suspicions are confirmed, I do not rule out legal action for malpractice. So far, good oncology care. Obviously, I wouldn't recommend him for surgery. As for the guard, it leaves a lot to be desired, poor organization and with two people waiting, I was there for almost an hour. The medical professional, correct.

Unfortunately, I have to state that the approach at the aftercare center is absolutely disastrous. Obnoxious nurses, leaving patients in their own feces for many hours (really many hours), arrogance, blaming patients for their own condition (diarrhea, inflammation), huge stench throughout the ward. Patients are afraid of nurses, my grandmother developed a stress condition from defecation and was afraid to eat. If you love your loved ones, don't put them there - the elderly, sick and immobile people are at serious risk of death there. A large part of this state is borne by the extreme level of employees (the existing ones are exhausted, demotivated, overworked and without empathy).
My opinion: send a consistent, random check(s) there and, based on the results, possibly close the entire department and remove the title from Mr. Mayor

I understand that they can't keep me there for more than 10 days, but instead of helping me with that, they gave me medicines like aulin and zaldiar, which I could easily take at home. They didn't do a CT scan or an X-ray, they just didn't do anything..
And they let me go home, even though my back hurt like hell and they didn't care at all, they just wrote me to take zaldiar at home.. And they said that it hurts only because the cold front (weather) is coming.
OK thanks to this I know that next time I won't Privamed.

After suffering a severe stroke leaving him paralyzed on one side PAM took him into their Ltac unit where with their professional, knowledgeable and caring team got him to the point that he was moved to the rehab unit. There the team worked daily to get him started back on the road to an independent life. All the team from the front desk, front office, maintenance personnel, especially the nurses, therapist, aides and PA Lisa made us feel like family. We are forever grateful for our time there.

I started there in February of 2023 with my first surgery and had a wound vac, I was so scared , but I met Ashley, Amber , Amanda, Natalie , Kim and Chris and I knew I was going to be well taken care of and all my fears went away. They are all amazing then and now I’m back with second surgery . I was asked if I wanted home health nurse and i said”NO”that I wanted to go back to wound care. They are amazing I would highly recommend to anyone to go there. From the receptionist, the staff and everyone there , all are friendly and professional.

BEWARE: Don’t send your family here and if Dr.Simon of Lakeview is the doctor get another doctor. Keep my brother on restraint and lots of medication and keep him in ICU
My brother was sent here without our consent on 10/16/2023, plus we had informed admissions there and Lakeview case manager that he was not to come there by any means necessary weeks before the 16th. My brother was sent Monday and family had no idea & died that Tuesday morning about 6am.No one has reached out to the family to explain what happened and why he was sent there. What Rea happened at Pam Rehab ? I have been calling Scott with Pam , want call back . Also been calling Gretchen with Lakeview No answer and will not return calls. We just want to know what happened. Answers , but look like a cover up is happening here.

I stayed here for 3 weeks and it was Amazing! Very clean and well kept facility, the Staff is warm and welcoming, You can tell that the Nurses really care and that it's more than just a job to them. The Aides are just as caring and dedicated. And P/T & O/T were very committed to my recovery! Love and going to miss them all!!

Post Acute Medical took excellent care of my mom. From the staff that greeted you, to the nurses, doctors, food service workers, nursing assistants and the front office staff, they were always willing to help and assist in any way. The facility is so clean. The case workers stayed in communication with me on a daily basis, and were so kind and patient with all the questions I had. Thank you all for taking care of my mom and helping her get the care she needed. It’s about the human connection and spirit that helps people heal. PAM’s staff had that plus more! Thanks again!

My husband was recently placed at PAM and released to North Oaks Rehab for further treatment. The outstanding treatment he received at PAM by all their staff was absolutely the best in health care. Due to his medical issues, he has unfortunately been a patient at many health care facilities. PAM offered and delivered the best care we have received in the region. The staff, from the nurses, nurse practitioners, CNAs, occupational therapists, physical therapists, housekeepers, our case manager, our patient advocate and the kitchen staff were all courteous, knowledgeable, and took care of my husband as though he was family! A great big thank you to the following: Brittany, Danny, Adam, Marissa, Leslie, Abby, Carly, Shelbie, Catherine, Paula, Paige, Lacey, Bonnie, Abby, Laurie, Angelica, Precious, and for all of you who treated my husband with such dignity and respect and for giving him the best care he has ever received while away from home.
