They have a terrible Surgeon, is name is José Antonio Soriano, he was my surgeon and the results of the operation were disastrous, he only cares about money , and not about his patients. I filed a complaint at the hospital and the didn’t do nothing

Terrible experience. I tested positive for COVID three days ago, and began Paxlovid and fever reducers immediately. After three days, I am still having symptoms and testing positive. I called the ambulance to bring me to the hospital. My oxygen was 81 (after a dexamethasone injection and tablet today). The paramedic gave me oxygen right away in the ambulance. The doctor was useless. He refused to prescribe remdesivir. In nonhospitalized patients with mild to moderate COVID-19 who are at high risk of progressing to severe disease, remdesivir should be started within 7 days of symptom onset and administered for 3 days. The doctors name was Dr. Diego Lecona. I showed proof of my asthma and low oxygen saturation from prior attacks. He did nothing to help me and didn’t give me the medicine. All he did was charge me over $300 for a useless consult. Never again

Unfortunately I became quite I’ll on a recent trip to Mexico City. The physician on call for the hotel direct me to this hospital. My care in ER was efficient, caring and appropriate. Lilliana and Mezil in Er were so caring and great communicators. I was admitted and again impressed with the care of the team. Very professional and respectful. When called received prompt response. My physician, Dr Jessica was knowledgeable, great personality and did follow thru with communication upon my return home. Highly recommend and hope in US we can rid our staff of the EMR demands that take them away from the bedside. Perhaps then we can be as attentive as the team in this hospital. Thank you to the nurses, housekeeping and residents as well!

Clean hospital. But extremely expensive. They didn't inform us of the costs and we had to pay 10 times of than other european countries.

Terrible service. Completely disorganized, does care at all about their patients. I was begging them for help in resolving a billing issue and every department just ignored me. Do not go to this hospital. I went to this hospital to get an outpatient procedure done which required that I have an attendant with me. The hospital organized for an attendant to be provided, at a fee, from an outside company. On the day of the procedure I was brought to the billing department by member of their "concierge" team, Fernanda. They have an international "concierge" service which basically provides translators so that you can navigate the hospital if your Portugues is not great. At the billing office I was presented with a bill for the cost of the procedure. I agreed to pay it and was then given a credit card machine to make the payment. When the machine arrived, the amount they were requesting was higher than the quoted amount. When I asked Fernanda, she explained that the additional amount was for the cost of the attendant. I paid the invoice and was only provided with a little slip of paper that showed the amount that I had paid. It didn't say what services I had paid for, just that I had paid a certain amount. I then went and got the procedure done. I was put-under, so I don't know how the actual medical procedure went, but from what I saw before I went under, the medical professionals seemed like they were doing a good job. After the procedure was finished, I was brought to the payment office and presented with a new bill. The bill included the additional cost of part of the procedure, the cost to have a biopsy analyzed and the cost of the attendant (which I already paid for). For the next 3 weeks I was going back and forth with the International department, the complaints department and the billing department, trying to get them to acknowledge the fact that I had already paid for the attendant. No one from any of those departments did a single thing to try to help me. Each department passed me off to another department. The complaints department didn't even reply to my complaint. I had to call them up weeks after I had filed a complaint and they were fully aware of the situation, but didn't have enough respect to let me know that they were working on my case or bother to email or call me to help get it resolved. Neither did the International department. When I asked them to help me resolve the issue they just said "this is not my department, I don't know anything about billing" even though FERNANDA was there and was the one that explained to me that I was paying for the the price of the attendant. The billing department just kept sending me the same invoice over and over again and never acknowledging that I had paid for the attendant. It was only when I finally decided to go to the hospital and pay the bill that anything got done. I had to physically go to the International department and demand that they resolve the issue that instant. I spent another 2 hours going to different departments with the "concierge" lady, getting into arguments and explaining over and over what had happened. It was only then, that they acknowledged that the woman who processed my payment allocated the entire amount to the cost of the procedure, which was why this bill for the attendant was still outstanding. At my insistence they finally removed the charge and I was able to pay the invoice. If you go to a Brazilain Hospital, make sure that you get an itemized invoice for every single payment that you make. A little slip of paper with the amount on it is not enough. They will change the amount that you owe them and you have no proof of what you have already paid for. At the end of the day, I probably wasted about 4-5 hours of my time writing emails, sending messages on Whatsapp and arguing with the staff at the hospital. Not to mention all of the frustration it caused. This could have been resolved after 1 email, had anyone at the hospital taken ownership of the problem and been accountable. DO NOT GO HERE - THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS

One of the best hospital in South America

High-end & premium hospital with very poor services. Everything is slow and unsystematic. Average waiting time is around 1hr ++ at each location (from at the clinic reception, meds collection at the pharmacy) The clinic receptionist were very unprofessional, loudly gossiping about their other colleague at the front desk area, I can clearly hear what they were talking while I was sitting at the other end of the room. There are more than 4 counters at the pharmacy but only 1 pharmacist was on duty at a time to hand over meds to the customers. I think the service at some gov hospitals are far way better than here.

Exellent service, all the staff, nurse and the doctor are amazing, you know that the are working wholeheartedly. The hospital is clean, treatment is done with procedure which make patient not waiting to long.

You can be in pain in comfort. The service is always efficient, with friendly and comforting nurses and doctors. There is a porter man that will accompany and bring you to xray places. The menu is always yummy and you can choose your food from the menu one day ahead. Everything is healthy but flavourful. The room is a single room with a sofa bed for someone to accompany you. Since I am covered by insurance, the cost is not under me, but I have to be referred with a referral letter and admitted. Otherwise, it would be quite costly to be treated here.

Great experience every time I do my routine follow-up with Dr. Taori and his team. My dad had died yesterday due to pure negligence. My dad was awake and alive but very exhausted. His blood was 6.5. What killed him was the 8 hours of waiting for the doctor to arrive and make a decision. When that happened, it was too late, and I lost my dad, for ever. I was told that the hospital is broke, and don’t pay salaries. I highly recommend everyone to NOT consider any hospital in Irbid.

The hospital is a large and major medical edifice in northern Jordan, serving a large segment of citizens, providing comprehensive medical services of high quality. There is no doubt that the large number of auditors affects the quality of service administratively. Large parking is available. There is more than one prayer room, but more attention is needed in the cleanliness inside the prayer room. The WC public health facilities are unfortunately not clean, and most of the reason is the misuse of patients and companions, and some of them smoke in them!! And the facilities do not have toilet paper! However, there must be a comprehensive program for the cleanliness of these facilities by the cleaning authority.

It is a expensive hospital, but it is worthy. My 1 year old baby was diagnosed with testiculo tumor, he needed to be operated ASAP. Now he is 100% out of danger. Thanks God and the doctors. Never felt more comfortable in a hospital.

I have been a patient at Vivian Pellas for over 9 years in that time I have had 4 surgeries and my wife had her hip replacement done there. My past experiences have been good up until a little over a year ago. Went in for what I thought was hemorrhoid surgery. According to all my papper work which I still have but instead I received a sphincterotomy and no hemorrhoid present at the time. Be carefull there! Still having ongoing problems as a result

Everyone spoke English, I felt very safe in their hands. Doctor Nguyen Vinh Toan explained everything and answered all my questions , super nice and also the pharmacy . The cost for consolidation is 1300k and after 5pm it's 1800k.

Big and beautiful clinic, but the tests are too expensive (compared to Russia or even South Korea). The doctor I visited seemed professional. She sent me my test results the email along with drug prescription. For the price of services, I don’t know why they are so expensive. Teeth cleaning is more expensive than in Spain. Why do they think it’s OK to rip off foreigners? Not every tourists comes from US, and not everybody is rich.

It’s horrible experience when my friend examined in Department of traumatic and orthopaedics surgery. This comes from the attitude of the main doctor who was responsible for examining my friend, just a cursory diagnose without any appointment for in-depth examination. Terribly, he not only did not find the result but also OUTRAGED my friend because she uses insurance. More detail about this case, my friend has had a backache for a week so she decided to examine in Vinmec Time City with an advance appointment. When she came, a doctor named Hùng treat my friend uúnatisfactorily. He just touched her back and gave a conclusion with a doubt. And then, he told my friend should move on another medical department for examining. She did followed by the guide. But, no result was found in this department, doctor in here brought my friend back to the first department. In the second meeting, Dr. Hùng still stated that my friend was fine, just need doing more exercises, and he gave my friend an impolite attitude with a blame on using insurance in examining. Thus, the result my friend gave through the examine was AN OUTRAGE instead of a medical conclusion.

Overall, it was a good experience. I am happy that my father had a good experience @ Max Saket. The Doctors, nurses, and the staff are very kind and cooperative. However, their billing team is very shrewd and insensitively money-minded. Cashless treatment here is NOT Cashless! Max Saket has a policy of requiring patients to pay the difference between the amount initially approved by the insurance company and the estimate provided by the hospital at the time of admission. While Max Saket did inform us of this policy upfront when we were taking the estimate, I am still concerned about the potential financial burden it may place on patients.

Have been there twice (once for my wife and once for my father ) Very fast response and helpful team of doctors. The emergency room was clean despite being almost full and the doctors were very fast in attending to our problems. The support staff was also very helpful in assisting for all the required tests and formalities.

I have got my father treated here a couple of times. The emergency here is very informative and helpful. The staff was responsive too. Except for some small instances. The emergency’s doctors are very trained and exceedingly empathetic. Cleanliness was well taken care of too. And in case of any complain there are contact details printed all around the hospital.

This is The Max Hospital Shalimar Bagh. The Hospital staff was good. The service was amazing. Today my mother's ultrasound was at 3:15pm but it happened at 4:30pm. So everyone has to understand that it takes time. And you have to be free from every work when you come here.

Poorest management. Hospital thinks that patients whole duty is to wait for the doctor. We took the online appointment for Dr. Anil Kumar Varshney, Urologist, but doctor was not available. I had to wait for more than 3 hrs and still there was no exact answer when the doctor will reach to attend. They charge fees before telling waiting time and then says there is no procedure to refund the amount so u are trapped with them with no other option left.

I had a very pleasant experience when I visited PHP lounge in the hospital. Mr. Jitender did a splendid job and he was very respectful and diligent.

From last 5 years I am coming here for PHP which is some time tough due to rush but PHP lounge is amazing where hospitality of Mr Jitendera is one of the reason I always comes here along with the brekfast quality is superb! This is all show no go hospital, they are there for milking the money, specially the doctors in OPD 9. The attitude doctors have is one of the worst. They will make you feel like you are nothing and they are the god. They will make you roam around doctor to doctor and cabins to cabins. Please don't go to this hospital if you wanna save you or your loved ones.

Great experience with Dr. Bhushan Nariani and his complete Ortho and physio team. My mother who had knee joint problem since 4 years is feeling really relaxed and happy after the knee replacement surgery. All love and blessings to you Dr. Bhushan sir.

Everything is too good like doctor, housekeeping and official service and treatment and all everything is too good. And also like people said it's too costly hospital but it's not costly the money they are taking in behalf of your treatment is absolutely correct amount if look on the treatment and there facilities. So I would recommend to visit over there for any treatment. And the staffs and all doctors to to polite and very much helpful.

My mom was admitted in Max Saket for a gastro issue. I am really satisfied with how swiftly the process works there. Specially the care and service provided in the ward post surgery was impressive. I have to thank floor manager Ashish Arya on how well he manages all the services on this floor. He was always looking for feedback and ensured all the patients are well taken care of. He made regular rounds of the wards and made sure that any patient needs are immediately taken care of. The billing process was also smooth. Nurse Aarif also needs a special mention for his sincerity and going above and beyond his duty. He did his best to take care of his patients.

They sound to have a good service but in reality they just tend to be friendly. They cancelled the appointment saying that the apparatus is defective. In the other Buildung Smart it may take up to 4 hours.

This care center is clean but aggressively expensive and they still don’t can’t promise if the surgery they performed on you will be successful or not. To much restrictions are there, you can’t even use the lift to meet your patient. Too many questions and formalities before they even let you go while discharging. They will create multiple files just for 5 to 10 days to show you that they did everything that they could but I don’t believe they are even that competent. When we got discharged the billing procedure was about 7 hours. You have to visit each and every section keeping that big file of bills in hand. If you are looking for an affordable care center and a place which at least tries there best to do the job then try some other places this is not the place for regular people’s healthcare. Choose wisely, spend wisely!

Max hospital is good with infrastructure but no great patient care is there. They focus only on cash patients and I hope they will enhance their patient beds as this current hospital doesnt have much beds. We even got stale smosas at the food canteen and I lower the rating due to it.

I must say Doctor is good , but very bad service by staff members with whom I am contacting since day one don't want to name the person but they have not given me my refund of Rs. 4,424.....I believe hospital have never listened about "Digital India". They are forcing me to visit the hospital where it is not possible because I live outside bhantida and it does not seem feasible to me to get my 4424 rs. by having cost of rs. 3000 through the visit . Let the money be with you if it gives you the satisfaction. Caution: visit at your own risk

I went there for my Immigration Medical Exam and I was amazed by the facilities and the way they work. Only thing I didn’t like was the Doctor who does the Vision Check. What a shameless harassment he is. He doesn’t have any sense of behaving with customers/patients, doesn’t have any respect for anyone. There were so many others complaining the same. This is the only reason I’m giving 4 star otherwise everything was top notch. Please do something about it and advise the doctor to have some sense while working.

Been here for a couple of cases. Good doctors all around. Have been here for neuro cases and a C-section delivery. Radiology department is horrible though. Hence only 4 stars. It just takes too long and the staff is quite nonchalant and unconcerned overall. Doctors are fine. If you need radiology get it done somewhere else if possible. For all other things it's not bad.

This place is a scam.The surgery department’s behaviour and inability to offer a resolution for our queries.The staff is playing with patient’s life by moving them on recliner sofa instead of patient’s bed. Look like these guys don’t have sufficient beds & they don’t know how to treat sick people😞😞🥵😰 Feedback box don’t have forms, pen etc During rain water on floor The day care room should have four beds but instead 8 recliner had been setup. The surgery Nurse staff(Priyanka) do t know how to treat OT patients. The doctors don’t take care of patients discharge and left shift without signing off. Had to wait 3 hours to get discharge & to get a sign The billing front desk was rude & talking nonsense & was-giving excuses with no artifacts. Adding some pictures as evidence.

Nice hospital with experienced Doctors.. Hygiene is well maintained here. My father's PTCA/Stenting was done from here. Very satisfied from the treatment.
