Can't say was impressed by attitude of Kondratishko service. We not living in Latvia any more and have adopted to western culture and would like to have better service and customer skill service from person who charges such a big money for 5 min consultation. Very dissatisfied. Would not let my other half to have operation done by person like that. Hope clinic's bosses are reading this and some measures will be taken to put her on the right way how to provide her service.

I was thoroughly impressed with their expertise and the way they explained my medical condition. However, I was disappointed with the experience at the cash and appointment counters. The staff there displayed a rude attitude, which left a negative impression. It's essential for a hospital to provide not only excellent medical care but also a welcoming and respectful environment for patients. The clinic offers excellent service, but they lack flexibility when it comes to rescheduling appointments. I understand the importance of their regulations, yet there should be exceptions for situations like the passing of a friend or other emergencies.

They have a designated client parking yet no instructions, I got a parking fine because of it. When I contacted them about it, i didn't even receive a response. Disappointing!

If you require a written statement of an x-ray for your personal physician, it is too much to request from them; please note that they will not fulfill the task. Additionally, if their staff cannot contact you by phone after booking a service that never materializes, they refuse to reimburse the amount paid by you. When a healthcare professional utters the words, "I've spotted something strange on your x-ray," it shouldn't be taken lightly. This statement carries immense significance for patients, necessitating immediate attention and action by a person in a position of indisputable authority. Instead, you will likely be kept in the dark regarding a possible diagnosis. Rather than providing you with crucial information about your health status, they waste their time taking snapshots as evidence of attempting to contact you. Furthermore, do not be deceived by their advertised prices, as there are numerous extra charges, such as follow-ups or additional tests recommended during the consultation, which ultimately increase your bill significantly. As someone with a medical background who has visited public and private healthcare facilities across the globe, I can confidently say that I have never witnessed such peculiar and potentially unlawful procedures. Unfortunately, some medical professionals there prioritize their financial gain over providing quality care. These doctors may pressure patients into unnecessary follow-up appointments, causing stress, anxiety and potentially wasting valuable time and resources. In conclusion, I strongly advise against utilizing this facility, especially if one happens to be an expatriate seeking medical services abroad.

Payed online for antigen test. Came for the scheduled time. They wouldn’t able to did it in time, so I had to wait. After this they did NOT ANTIGEN, but PCR test. As a result they told that I should wait even more, to do the Antigen, which I’ve paid in advance, they had to know about this. At least it was cheap

At the Šumperk hospital, we have been dealing with abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea, fevers and vomiting for two months. During the sono examination in the emergency room, the attending physician repeatedly said that there was no problem, despite the visible hernia. We will know the results of the colonoscopy 6 weeks after the examination, while the problems are still ongoing. Lax approach, lack of interest in patient comfort.

My reality is that 2 maximum satisfaction and now the third time never again at the orthopedics nurses disaster, not all of them, but after that they have children from Zdravka, so they give them a really nice example of total lack of interest in patients, they won't explain anything to you, they won't tell you. Both the nurses and the doctors of the house are acting like total idiots. Who invented something and is annoying there. Again, not all the doctors. And the food was a disaster, it was impossible to be sure. And again, only now, years ago, the orthopedics was great. And the food was great, so where is the fault. Well Asia in the lead. Hello, I would like to thank the cardiology clinic. On 20.11. I had an emergency EKG where I was diagnosed with a heart attack. Everyone, including the nurses and the doctor, were incredibly caring and kind. Thank you all very much and I hope you will always be such a great team ❤️

The staff is very cooperative. I visited the hospital two times with my different friends. One of my visit is in an emergency case, and they treat very well.

Yesterday's emergency reception at the ophthalmology department was quite nourishing... At the reception, the lady told us on the "spokesman" that the doctor was operating and we would have to wait at least an hour. they left it outside where 2 more patients arrived, so we wouldn't all be able to fit in if the weather was bad. The treatment itself then proceeded quickly, the doctor was pleasant, professional and everything went perfectly well.

Surgery, perfect care from doctors and nurses, all kind and helpful, highly professional. Standard rooms were clean, air-conditioned, with TV. The food was also quite good. A great team of skilled people. Thank you very much.

Didn’t have nice experience in this hospital at all! Although the doctors and nurses (some of them) were super nice we spent altogether 13 hours in the general surgery ward in the 5th floor and all they did in this time is took blood and urine analysis and did ultrasound diagnostic. It was 37 degrees outside and the person in pain did not drink or eat all this time!!! When I went arguing with them it turned out that the result was long time ready, they just didn’t feel like calling us, of course the reason of pain wasn’t found and we were sent home without any treatment or diagnosis. Not only they left the person in pain they MADE him wait the whole day after which he got worse.

I was referred by my family doctor with a problem related to water balance. I spent two days in the internal medicine department on the 4th floor of building B as an ambulatory patient. The four stars are because, despite the circumstances, the nurses and doctors stayed where they are and try to make the best of the situation, but it cannot be denied that the conditions are terrible. The department can only provide three meals a day, which is surprisingly good compared to the conditions, bedding, a bed, depending on the supply, infusion and adult diapers, medical examinations, water and electricity. Everything else must be brought, including toilet paper, bottled water, cutlery, hand soap, and towels. As an outpatient, for a short time, for a complete examination, it is worth it, but not for an incontinent patient, and I definitely do not recommend hospitalization for an incontinent AND problematic patient. Several people wrote that the nurses do not deal with the patients, are not helpful and treat the patients like prisoners. Yes, this is true in many cases, but personally, if I had to work in such conditions, for such wages, I would behave in the same way, if not worse.

So far, all the receptionists I've talked to on the phone have spoken to me in an amazing jerk/disgust style. It's a private hospital, but they treat you like a public hospital, maybe even worse. The doctors and assistants are all very nice and helpful.

I regularly visit you for blood tests. It feels good to enter the hospital, it is clean and calm. The appointment is always fine. Everyone is polite from the entrance to the examiner. The examination assistant is kind and patient. The Chief Medical Officer is happy to answer my questions, we always part with a smile. I will receive the findings by email the next day.

Just a gray place, inside and out. I have to come every three months for micro catheterezation treatments for my heart and lungs. Tip: Please do stay healthy so you can avoid this place.. .

My dad was admitted to this hospital for a heart problem. He was treated as professionally and quickly as possible to resolve his situation. Just thank the medical staff, all very kind.

This week my 7 years old daughter had a surgery (pacemaker) and all went well, despite we are not Hungarians but from Ukraine, we had the best treatment here. I spent four days at the institution due to a minor operation. The care, attention, empathy, and understanding provided by the doctors and nurses are indescribable. They treat me with patience and the utmost expertise. I owe nothing but gratitude! The cleanliness of the rooms is also first class. Thank you.

I was "lucky" to spend a few days in the Head and Neck Department due to a minor operation. It was like I was at the Black Forest Clinic. Unbelievable cleanliness, they walked around every day with almost white gloves to see if everything was in order even in the most hidden places (of course there was cleaning every day) bed linen was removed every 3 days. Everyone is very kind and helpful. As soon as they come into contact with a person, they immediately introduce themselves, pay attention to everything, do it gently, and help. Air conditioning in the room, I've never heard of that before. Delicious and plentiful food (Balaton slices or cookies for an after-lunch snack:) Hot sweet and bitter tea in the corridor 24 hours a day, microwave, book, so you can do it that way, please. I can only congratulate and thank you for everything.

Hats off to the institute workers (my colleagues), who work tirelessly every day for the patients and to improve their quality of life. I have been to a few state institutions as a worker and as a patient, and nowhere have I experienced such humanity from either side. Today, I would like to give special thanks to the Department of Head and Neck Surgery of the Institute, especially Dr. to Márta Szalai, dr. To Edit Szívós and Krisztina Kovács, who did everything to help me get back on my feet and professionally treated an infection that did not belong here, which unfortunately could not be treated professionally in the other institution designated for this purpose. I had very good experience. Nice hospital, nice rooms, nice food. Very polite staff and trying to help in any way. Was refreshing to find someone who spoke in English with me. All of the staff I came across was really caring.

Good staff but they don't speak English, it's difficult to communicate

From October 10-12, I was under medical treatment at the hospital's urology department. I only had to wait a little over a month for the operation under spinal anesthesia. I can only praise both the doctors and the nursing staff (there was one exception). Their professional preparation and human attitude made it much easier to get through the often vulnerable and humiliating situations. Since I am otherwise in good physical condition, I tried to be a "good patient" as well, but those who were more down than me were also treated fairly patiently. Could this be the "ruined" Hungarian healthcare system? Or was I the only one being given VIP treatment without my knowledge, as part of a secret conspiracy?

Tonight will be three weeks since my adopted baby literally tore my nose off, scarred my face 2mm from my eye. From the bottom of my heart, I would like to say a grateful THANK YOU to the doctor of the Emergency Department IV, Dr. Zsolt Hunor Sütő, for the quick reaction, intervention, work and help, as well as to Dr. Tamás Rácz Rácz, head of the Department of Ear, Nose and Throat, who was on duty that day, who sutured the "torn bitten" wounded nose, stitched up my wounded face. I had a lipoma on my shoulder, close to the size of a ping pong ball. Dr. Ember did the surgery.Him and his team were great! During the surgery he told me what he was going to do, so I was prepared . They were asking if I was okay the whole time , and the assistant held my hand through the surgery. I am very thankful to Dr. Ember and his Team for taking such a good care of me. I was super nervous and their caring kindness made me feel safe. The Clinic is very nice, it is in a beautiful environment on the Mecsek Hills. The receptionist ladies were super polite , professional and helpful. It is great to have a Clinic like this in my City.

COMPUTER SAYS NO. I have never met such indifference as in this clinic. My wife and I went to this clinic because my wife had palpitations (heart ritme failure) several times in the night and in the morning. She wanted to see a docter for a checkup. We went to the Davinci Clinic in Pecs. At the reception three women were talking. One of them sat behind a computerscreen. Although we said hello in Hungarian, they took no notice of us. After a few minutes the woman behind the screen turnen to us and asked what we wanted. I asked her if she understood English. Yes, she said. We told her the problem, but I had to translate the word "heart" in Hungarian (Szív) for her first. Then she looked at the screen for a while without saying anything or asking anything and said: "You can get an appointment next week". I was stunned and said: "My wife has a problem with her heart!" She didn't respond, looked back at her screen and said, "You can get an appointment next week." We went never to go back there again. Typical example of "Computer says NO"

A lot of assumptions without reading medical files. If they have no knowledge about a certain illness they call it 'non existing'. Not willing to help or advise. Not respectvol at all towards patients. Paying them for this garbage is just a waste of money.

1 star only because the examination took place. The appointment was scheduled for 3.50 p.m.... The lady told me to arrive at 3.30 p.m. and I went in for the examination at 4.20 p.m.... no information about the delay... no help and no information during registration and how to fill out the documents... .

I wholeheartedly advise against visiting Mrs. Zofia Jamrozik-Kruk. The doctor is so rude that it's not worth talking to. The whole visit had a very pretentious tone, and let's not forget that we come to the doctor for help, not as specialists who should know everything at the door. The irony with which the conversation was conducted and the final lack of diagnosis, and all this for PLN 200
