Because this is a bigger hospital, I had a endometrial polyp removal surgery here. The male doctor (Ji Byeong Cheol) however, botched up my surgery and I continued to be in pain and bleed for months. His attitude was extremely rude and vague when asked questions and claimed I was the only patient to have issues. He then suggested we arrange an endoscopy. I decided not to go with the endoscopy with him as I already had trust issues. In the end I had to get a second surgery from another hospital four months later. It turned out my polyps were not removed and bacteria had spread inside my womb causing an infection. Hence the pain and why I had to wait a longer time to recover before I could get the second surgery. I didn't even see Ji Byeong Cheol’s face before or after my surgery nor receive any explanation and was dismissed right away, so to be honest, I don't even know whether he performed it. The worst and most traumatic experience of my life.

Large hospital in excellent condition, it gets crazy busy during the day. They definitely need more parking, elevators and pretty much everything else.

Nurse station in the department of dermatologist they have no manners when u talk to them they just watching their phone no any reply and their behavior is so rude. i experienced on 20221219 around 12 noon. i will give 0 point. And also doctor's has no experience they just remember some medicines name and prescrib those everytime no matter what problems patient have everytime they are just sale their some cosmetic products. I recommend them to open cosmetics shop instead of treats patient.

I recently had a hair transplant for Lokman Hekim hospital. I travelled from Australia Melbourne. I had the help of Medeni Kaya who helps international clients. She helps with VIP transportation and 5 star accommodation. She greets with you with a warm welcoming smile the moment you walk in and is with you. She is with you for your consultation operation, follows up with everything you are untitle for. Lets not forget the doctors I’ve had many operations at different hospitals around the world but the team at Lokman Hekim Istanbul Hastanesi by far is the best i have worked with. as the translator Mona dialect was different (as arabic speaker), but her dealing with me was very good and so cooperative and helpful.. the doctors are good (yasemin kiraç/ahmet duran/aynur aliyeva)but the nurses are bad except the senior nurse on floor 0/ next to the kids room💐💐

I was coming to this hospital for a long time and Iam so happy to share my thoughts with the world. The service the doctors and also the international department team was always helpful and kind to me specially thanks to miss Sabah hassan for being such a hardworking and well spoken interpreter.

I was very satisfied with the help that the translator Ms. Mahnaz gave me during the treatment process in this hospital. She was very polite and very responsible, even when the hospital system was having trouble giving receipts, she helped me to get the payment receipt, also for other information like insurance.

As a study abroad student, this hospital was great at providing me the medical assistance I needed. If you need to see a general practitioner, head to the ER and walk to the international desk. They’ll get you all the help you need. Come prepared with documentation and ID!

I highly recommend Dr Gabriel Cardenas Rivera for his exceptional surgical skills and compassionate care. My recent surgery was a success because of her expertise. I had a great experience at HM Delfos. The staff were caring and the facility was clean and safe. I wholeheartedly recommend it for medical care.

My first negative review ever, but the situation calls for it. Please, be aware that the hospital charge EUR 450 for a visit - this is NOT something they will tell you in advance. They charge a deposit and when you ask them how much the visitation costs, they will not give you a straight answer. Naturally, as a private hospital the cost will be higher, however, with this one, there is 0 transparency. The doctor spent 1 minute looking at my symptoms with 0 examination (not even checking my temperature), and my case was re-directed to a public hospital, and then took EUR 450. I would be very careful before wasting time and money here.

Excellent care before, during and after surgery. Friendly and attentive nurses that are available 24/7 and arrive quickly at the call of a button. The private room is spacious, clean and equipped with anything you may need for your overnight stay. The room service team take into account your dietary requirements and offers options for all your meals.

I had an ACL reconstruction surgery with Dr Gardon and my experience was great, even though it is rough to have this kind of procedure. All the nurses were absolutely wonderful with me; I could not have asked for a better experience.

Very dirty hospital I've been seen in Israel. I told to the nurse that one of the patient sat down on the chair and left it with human dirt. But nurses ignored me. One come but instead to clean they put a sheet to cover it. So i decided to clean it because it's hard for me to breathe. Telashomer and ichilov was more recommended.

On our to a much awaited holiday on the dead sea, my mum fell and broke her hip at arrivals in Tel Aviv. She required emergency surgery. The level of care at this hospital was superb. The staff were kind, attentive and empathetic and made our week stuck in a hospital room as pleasant as it could possibly be. Family hospitalization: Guardian review^^ Transportation: Connected to Balsan Station subway. very convenient Procedure: As of 4 weekdays, there were not many people so there was no waiting time. Hospital: The new building is really nice. So pretty. Especially the 4th floor garden.... If you act like a guardian in a hospital room while feeling like you're in a gallery, you're bound to get depressed. I didn't feel depressed as I walked around the buildings with the patients, exercised, and looked at the pictures. Personally, it was better than when I stayed at a 5-star hotel in Seoul. ;; lol Especially at 5 o'clock? There are no people after 6 o'clock, so it's really quiet and nice. Hospital room: I've been to various hospitals and have been a guardian several times, and this is the cleanest. There isn't a single hair in the hallway!! The patient said the bed was very comfortable. Doctors, nurses, staff: in my case, they were all very kind. Convenience store: It is large and has a lot of variety, so it is very convenient. Restaurant/Cafe: Not bad. It's good because there aren't many people on the 4th weekdays. ☆☆☆Be sure to visit the 4th floor garden☆☆☆

A big fan of Hospital Playlist. This is the filming location. The escalator, cafe & walkways are the exact spots. The garden & emergency area are at other locations. So dont go for wild goose chase.

Internal medicine dept מחלקת פנימי Staff barely gave me and other patient in my room attention. Room was filthy !!!! I hope I never return to this department. And ! 0nly 2 out of 5 elevators in one section of the hospital building was working !

Absolutely disgusting, overall horendous people which gets worse the higher the rank of the staff. I come from a family with a background in medicine and am no stranger to hospitals and I already have a son in Holland so am familiar with the ins and outs of childbirth and a C-section. Now when my daughter was born my wife had her water break 38 weeks without going into labor. They kept trying to induce labor over and over and my wife ended up severely weakened and depressed. Only when I pointed them to their website that boasted their percentage of natural labour and put my foot down stating that my wife is not a statistic for the hospital they decided to proceed with a C-section. Now with my second son this only became a bigger joke. my wife have false labour for weeks on end she spent almost all her time going in and out of hospital because of that. through all that the decision to do a C-section at 38+5 was upheld. Also a lot of staff kept reminding her that natural birth was still a good option even though she mentioned roughly 20 times before that she was not interested. On top of that, by now Corona is a thing so children aren't allowed in the maternity ward. Well... That just depends who you really talk to because depending on who's working they really don't give a flying f#ck or start screaming at you. But meanwhile the room is covered in black mold which is apparently better than Corona and not an issue. Meanwhile they have no good solution for meeting the mother's kids except for 4 chairs outside the ward. Well I can't find any babysitter right now so we'll have to juggle who goes in and who watches my daughter. Get it together guys, your hospital and hospitality is horrendous.

Great experience every time I do my routine follow-up with Dr. Taori and his team. Nurse Minci always ensures I am well attended and the process is smooth until I am completed, and Nurse Pinku Ann has a tender care hand when collecting blood samples especially in my case, she performs skillfully in a way I will always feel secured. Dr. Taori has been my doctor for more than 5 years who not only has outstanding knowledge of my treatment options but also provides the quality of medical care I require. Visit the hospital for a dermatologist that was recommended by a family member. Transaction was smooth, the doc gave all the information I need and explained what was going on. The hospital nice an clean and looks like a 5 star hotel more than a hospital. I paid $120 for the examination and they accept cc. You need to book an appointment ahead of time. Their mobil app is a hustle and has bugs. Book through website or call them for an appointment. This is why I give them 4 stars. After you book they call you for reminder and inform you the amount you will be paying. Arrive at least 15 minutes early as the building is big you need to walk and take elevator to get the section where you will have your examination. There will be paperwork before the doc examine you.

I also received the Gardasil 9 vaccine and am happy to report that I experienced no side effects. We have been there for my sister’s problem . She was in great pain and she was struggling a lot for a long time . We have paid a great amount of money for the doctor and for the most basic blood tests. Doctor woman was so rude , she did not even look at our face and in the middle of the conversation when my sister was trying to explain the situation about her pain , the Doctor just stood up and left the room .She does not even want to listen to what the patient says. My sister was begging for painkiller medicine . A rude doctor said that she does not want to give painkillers today. Doctor name is Pınar. Treating her patients without respect. After they charged great amount of money , She does not even think about a solution to kill the patient’s pain she did not say anything just left the room and and just give the message to us that ‘if you paid us go to another hospital to find your cure because doctors in this hospital are incompetent and greedy They do not care about your health , they only want your money. Doctors and employees are rude , not knowledgeable and respectless . I do not recommend it at all. If you care about your health do not go there.

This is a sensitive topic but I feel a strong need to let everyone know that there are still good people out there. I want to thank dr tina, an anesthesiologist at the emek hospital. About a month ago I tried to end my life. It was late in the evening, she wasn't on duty and she saw that something was wrong with me. She approached me and asked if I needed help. For hours she listened to me, gave me advice on how to move on and how to see the future of my life in a different light. In today's reality it is difficult to find people who will give of their free time to help others in need without receiving anything in return. Dear dr tina, if you remember me, I thank you for the attention and time you gave me, for making me understand that there is a way to deal with problems without running away from them. You are an amazing person! She is definitely an excellent person and deserves the best the world has to offer. The emek hospital, you have won a doctor who is literally an asset. I would like to ask the relevant parties to thank her for her humanity and kindness.

Worst experience I ever had in a hospital in Germany. With an appointment I had to wait nearly 5h to be seen by the doctor. Never coming back here again!

This is the best hospital, with the best MS Ambulanz! The team was very professional, reliable and communicated fluent English with me! The MS-Nurse, Frau Christine Timm, is very caring, she talks to me in a calm and grounded manner, this made my anxiethy less present during my stays in the hospital! Came with toothpain on sunday,didnt wait too long cca 2 hours, doctor and nurse were very kind,spoke English,helped me with pain,so im happy i came there,just parking is pretty expensive.

The emergency department is just a disaster. Organisational chaos. As a result- hours in a waiting line.

I really hope Google will someday let me give negative score to this place. I had to wait 2 months for an appointment, only to come here and sit in the waiting room for 1.5 hours (and the appointment is for a 2 minute consultation). The level of inefficiency and incompetence is just astonishing

I was transferred back to the emergency department where I waited for hours in excruciating pain to be seen by J. Straub and Dr. med T. Mederer for less than 5 minutes each completely ignoring my recent scans and the notes from the referring hospital. One of these supposed medical professionals told me they have a program that could help me but that I couldn’t be treated any further because I only spoke English. They administered Iv pain medicine that made me feel worse and pushed me into the waiting area until my family could pick me up. I am requesting a formal response from the hospital administration and the head of Neurochirurgie Prof. Dr. N. O. Schmidt. I will also file a complaint against the hospital through Tricare.

US military here. I would definitely not recommend this hospital. Poor communication, rude staff (case management). Make sure they can 100% confirm your appointment on the first day of your visit (at least on your pre-op appointment)! Make sure your surgery is not "selective", otherwise they would schedule you and let you know 24 hours prior that your surgery was rescheduled for in another 6 weeks (almost like on aspace-available basis). This happened to me. If you are an active duty military member feel free to reach out to me. Unless you wanna be your commander's favorite and put in and cancel your convalescent leave as if you're a civilian... Also talk to your local Tricare office about this hospital.

I was extremely honoured to have been at Regensburg University Hospital. They outmost trained professional students and their highly educated doctors. Their program is unmatched and superb. Simply the best!
