Wouldn’t recommend as a private patient, during fasting the staff ate in front of you and it was loud and chaotic. It’s outdated and worn down. Worst experience of a hospital I have had. Was offered a sandwich at the end that had condensation on the plastic. Communication was terrible. Sat for 2.5 hours with no updates. The clothes given to wear for surgery was scratchy and uncomfortable. Bed sheets had stains. Understaffed and overbooked.

I stayed overnight in Ward 5D (Orthopedic ) in July 2023. The nurses and other staff were excellent. The only problem I had was the constant ringing of the bell. It was so loud . No one seem to be concerned about it . I did not get a minute of sleep even though the nurse gave me earplugs which didn’t block the noise at all. One staff told me the noise is always ongoing. Can they not turn the volume down a bit ? Unfortunately the specialist who treated me operated at this hospital. I have to change to another Dr and go to another private hospital if I need orthopedic treatment in future. I have mentioned this noise problem in the survey I completed post discharge. I have not received any explanation .

What can I say saved my life end of story great team of doctors, nurse's and support staff I'd love to come back but rather not haha great work keep saving lives your good at it

This is one of the best hospital in Bangladesh, but the price is too much high or expensive. So if you want to come to this hospital you have calculate extra money the as usual. Besides you have to wait in a long line before any desk. This was so disappointing. Overall it was a good experience for me there. 🥀

I'm writing this review after 5 hour's of waiting. This is not acceptable. To establish a simple electronic waiting room system is not a big deal for a small ambulance, for the institution as this one, it has to be mandatory.

I found a superior quality Int'l standard Hospital in Chittagong. There doctors nurses very cooperative and helpful. Laboratories are up todate and all equipment and machinenaries are good condition.

Most modern multifunctional hospital in chattogram city. Price is near about 50% higher than other. Service standard is very good.

My relative is dying of cancer without treatment. She is either admitted to the clinic or sent home without starting treatment due to bureaucratic delays. A person counts every day, but apparently this is not as important as a new piece of paper, right?

Above all praise, specialists of the highest class, service personnel deserve the highest marks. There is order and goodwill in everything.

Just a gray place, inside and out. I have to come every three months for micro catheterezation treatments for my heart and lungs. Tip: Please do stay healthy so you can avoid this place.. .

My dad was admitted to this hospital for a heart problem. He was treated as professionally and quickly as possible to resolve his situation. Just thank the medical staff, all very kind.

This week my 7 years old daughter had a surgery (pacemaker) and all went well, despite we are not Hungarians but from Ukraine, we had the best treatment here. My partner Derek Baum underwent a small injection procedure at the Ramat Hayal hospital. I have no words for the level of care from the delightfully kind receptionist to the amazing nurse (Shira) and of course the doctor. Supposed to be the best private hospital in Israel... I doubt it. My recommendation - even if the doctors are great, don't go there for Mei Shafir. You will get an awful treatment of your case. Let's start by the fact that they canceled the genetic consultant a week before the mei Shafir check.. and asked me to find a docteur (genetics specialist) that could see me in the next 3 days, so they could perform the check on time.. No help on their side to help me finding of course. So now imagine yourself calling every hospital of Israel asking for a place in the next 3 days to see a specialist... and how stressed you are. Found a place in Nahariya by chance. The specialist didn't even understand why I was being canceled from the beginning at asuta (what was found in my genetics tests was insignificant) . Even the mei Shafir doctor didn't understand why the genetics consultant of asuta was ever canceled to me!! Anyway check went well and today I am receiving the results... what a shame! 2 pages of results scanned, the second page cannot even be read. The first page is not clear. That's such a shame and so embarrassing. Anyway from my experience and people that went with asuta will confirm, your case with be handled by many people, no one has the same work process, no one will answer you clearly and on a same way. Choosing asuta is choosing to add more stress to your life.

Very fast CT checking wait for my doctor

A great place for patients surgery, treatment, medication and health. Staff's behave gently with all precautions and care. Patient will feel another home here in such critical cases. I am thankful to the Hospital and it's services.

One of the best hospital in town, with a wide array of speciality doctors and well equipped ICU. Rooms are clean n hygienic, nursing staff and security personnel are very courteous and helpful. Although its lacking few things in hospitality and facilities to attendants n visitors. Such as - 1. More sitting space in waiting/reception area is required. 2. Central AC or proper ventilation in lobby areas of all floors 3. ICU waiting area or lounge has just 12 beds for attendants of 40+ ICU patients, which is not at all sufficient. 4. Attendants have no place to sleep except floor area 5. 2 ACs and no ventilation in Super high ceiling of ICU lounge makes it suffocating with so many people. 6. House-keeping staff is not upto the mark. Rest all is fine. Ignoring these things, it’s one of the top medical facility provider of the town. N highly recommended.

Staff is good, but very expensive medicine prescribed by the doctor and medicine are unique and available only shop exist in hospital only & on print rate without any discount, after discharge every visit is chargable basis, they have looted. Mediclaim staff is worst and non supportable, they charged hudge amount if you have any mediclaim plan, rest all ok.

The best hospital in czech, Its kind of specific. I never heard about ikem before, but Its so cool. I love the islets projects, keep in mind to support it in the future.

Recently I had to admit my mother here in an emergency. The staff is very rude and they didn’t allow me to be with mom as a primary caregiver. In fact they didn’t inform me anything about my mom’s health condition what treatment was going on etc. they treated us all as if my mom was put in a jail. There was no emergency help staff who could guide and explain us through all the protocols. We were restlessly waiting in panic until the morning to wait until doctors consult. The staff didn’t even give the basic information like her BP stats and what food she had eaten. I believe we have the right to information and doctors are supposed to give us the periodic updates on the medical conditions. They kept everything under the wraps in the name of hospital protocol which we were never informed before admission. We had to forcefully take discharge and move her to another hospital where her health improved significantly

Doctors of course were good, nurses n ward boys r also nice. Main is d rooms n hospital maintenence as compared to what they are charging per patient is in absolutely pathetic condition. I wonder in our country we never get quality as compared to what one is paying for.

My mom was admitted to this hospital on 16th May for AVR & Ascending Aorta surgery. Surgery was successfully done by Dr. Ramakanta Panda. Best part of the hospital is Dr. Panda and the nursing staffs. The nurses took care of my mother like their own family member. Sister Sape, Pranita & Pallavi are few names that I remember. All others were equally good. Sape is missing from the photos but I will always remember her. Hoping for the best.

We visited this hospital for outpatient treatment. They have refurbished the interior and looks better than our last visit some years ago. Counter staff were courteous. Doctor was helpful in explanation of the condition and the MRI scan was done efficiently at comparatively reasonable cost.

The staff nurses here are very friendly and jovial, ever ready to help. Old building but well-refurbished. Services are excellent with affordable price. Nursery staff nurse came to ask for suggestions or feedback but can't think of anything that they should improve 🤣

A revisit to Dr Lam since year 2019. Arrived about 7:50am on Saturday and the registration counter alread full of people. Waited about 30 mins for my turn. Direct went into Cardiolgy Unit, reception was friendly. Dr Lam, as before very patience to explain in details for the things I need to know. Done my Stress Test (level 6 in 17 mins) and Echo. Report is very good, according to Dr Lam and need to go back only after 2 years :) . The chief nurse (I guess, based on the color of the uniform), did not ask for her name, is very efficient and friendly to handle the reception area. Thank you Dr Lam and the nurses.

Takes too much time for medicine. I have been noticing employees actions and body language are too slow. I had to wait for 20 plus mins to collect my medicines which is not the case in other hospitals. This is 2nd time I had faced this problem. I had used their ophthalmology department on 1st floor.

They lost their valuable client. I delivered my baby here and everything was great. But today it was really a terrible experience. We came for circumcission. All it took doctor 5 mins to tell us you have to come next week and they wanted to charge us for that. The funny thing is this is not the first time they tried to over charge. I really request the management that there should be transparency in your system. We have paid over 10k aed paying another 250 bucks is not a big deal, but it’s about being fair and putting the client at first place. Lastly every-time whenever we came with appointments even, management takes extra one hour at-least. This is another issue to be solved. As time is money and you may lose both. Rak hospital is very good overall but some things will really annoyed you and that is why this could be my last visit to this 🏥

My sister’s appointment is at 4.15 pm with the pediatric doctor and I reached the hospital and specifically the registration desk at about 3.45 pm. The area was crowded as there were 2 angry employees assigned to register patients from 5 different sections and the queue system was not working so just imagine that the same staff who are registering the patients are making manual tokens and giving them to the patients. However, I finished with the registration at 4.30 !! So I spent about 45 minutes only to register. I went to the pediatric section but the doctor was busy talking on the phone 😂 the situation is completely messy in this hospital. if you are a person who respects the time please don't come here. put honestly Dr. Ahmed Tawfiq is a very professional and respectful doctor. So two stars for the Dr only the hospital does not deserve stars

From our OB Dr Hend to all the doctors who help her, nurses, cleaners and security, all the staff i can say is they are friendly, simple words like CONGRATULATIONS AND DONT WORRY from the security and cleaning staff helps while i was waiting for my wife's delivery. This experience is even more disappointing than my previous encounters at government hospitals. I was admitted here through emergency last night, and after numerous tests, it was confirmed that I am positive for influenza B. I've been dealing with severe coughing and a sore throat, making it impossible to sleep. At 5 am, I urgently requested cough medicine and a spray for relief, but the nurses informed me that I had to wait for the doctor's morning check-up to prescribe the medication. Despite waiting until 12 pm for the doctor's arrival, the medicine still hasn't been provided, and it has been five hours. They explained that they are in the process of preparing the medicine. Honestly, considering the delay, I'm contemplating whether it would be quicker to go to an external clinic or pharmacy to purchase the medication. It's disheartening to face such delays in a hospital setting, and I wouldn't recommend this experience to anyone.

Clean and nice place. But they are too freaking slow. it took more than 1h 30mins from the moment they told us about the ward number until my wife got into her ward. Ridiculous.

The doctors and nurses here are very helpful， understand my special identity and give me enough private space during my admission. Their service is also very attentive, I won’t say I wish to come back again , but I would say that if anything on hospitalisation, you are still my first choice☺️ Thanks !

TERRIBLY SLOW!! 1 hour in a queue for payment and medicine collection. I’ve been using this hospital for several years and the service is significantly getting worse. There’s no SMS or any notifications to let you know when your queue is coming up, so you have no choice but to wait patiently in the waiting area. Staffs were nice and friendly but there must be something totally wrong with the system or process. Please take this as a feedback to improve your service.

I prebooked my consultation and surgey from New Zealand at Sikarin Hospital, Their International team made everything so easy for me, beautiful hospital, very clean and all the staff i encounted were fantastic, My Doctor in urology dept was excellent as was his team. We were privileged to attend an antenatal workshop arranged by the hospital for to be parents. It was a day long workshop and carefully addressed all the concerns and worries a new parent may have.
