I had to be in the hospital for knee surgery of my son. The experience of us surpassed all the expectations. The doctor, an ex army officer, Dr Bura Sindhupakorn, took care of my son as if the patient is his relative. His care, empathy, motivation and overall the positive thinking of the treatment plan was simply outstanding. His continuous monitoring after post operative was unexpectedly good. The international marketing manager, Ms Masha was too caring for my son. Looked after regularly about everything with a very positive attitude. With her, her staffs also were highly professional and caring. The nursing staffs were highly qualified and professional, who took care of my son always. The staffs of King of Bones were polite, dedicated, proactive in proving seevice and professional. The staffs of foreign cell, splecially Mr Nur Hossain and Ms Diya were very much helpful to us. The cleanliness, procedure, follow-up and the ambience of the hospital is really world-class and we were more than satisfied. Thanks to the hospital authority, Doctors, nurses and staffs for such good care of my son.

Takes too much time for medicine. I have been noticing employees actions and body language are too slow. I had to wait for 20 plus mins to collect my medicines which is not the case in other hospitals. This is 2nd time I had faced this problem. I had used their ophthalmology department on 1st floor.

They lost their valuable client. I delivered my baby here and everything was great. But today it was really a terrible experience. We came for circumcission. All it took doctor 5 mins to tell us you have to come next week and they wanted to charge us for that. The funny thing is this is not the first time they tried to over charge. I really request the management that there should be transparency in your system. We have paid over 10k aed paying another 250 bucks is not a big deal, but it’s about being fair and putting the client at first place. Lastly every-time whenever we came with appointments even, management takes extra one hour at-least. This is another issue to be solved. As time is money and you may lose both. Rak hospital is very good overall but some things will really annoyed you and that is why this could be my last visit to this 🏥

This hospital prefers earning money rather than customer service and support. The personel is not well educated for patience support. The staff didn't know their mr machine is out of service. After the complain about the hospital communication problem about the mr machine, the receptionist told us the doctor will give you some pain killer, then we went to dr office and get some pain killer prescription.If you are not a doctor dont suggest pain killer.That is unprofessional

If there is anything below 1 star I would give it to them. This is my second visit where I have to take my son to do some simple stiching due to injury in his forehead. Firsr I paid a high amount of money just to see doctor and instead of doing his job stiching the injury. He wanted me to do CT Scan and suggest to arrange an appointement with plastic sergeon and make the thing bigger than it supposed to be! And of course for the sake of making you paying extra amount of alot of money! Anyway left the hospital to went to another devlet hospital where I got all of that done within less than 20 minutes free of charge. Don't let yourself fooled with this hospital. They are only care of charging you alot of money on all levels hospital and even parking. Especially if you are foreigner.

Big and beautiful clinic, but the tests are too expensive (compared to Russia or even South Korea). The doctor I visited seemed professional. She sent me my test results the email along with drug prescription. For the price of services, I don’t know why they are so expensive. Teeth cleaning is more expensive than in Spain. Why do they think it’s OK to rip off foreigners? Not every tourists comes from US, and not everybody is rich.

It’s horrible experience when my friend examined in Department of traumatic and orthopaedics surgery. This comes from the attitude of the main doctor who was responsible for examining my friend, just a cursory diagnose without any appointment for in-depth examination. Terribly, he not only did not find the result but also OUTRAGED my friend because she uses insurance. More detail about this case, my friend has had a backache for a week so she decided to examine in Vinmec Time City with an advance appointment. When she came, a doctor named Hùng treat my friend uúnatisfactorily. He just touched her back and gave a conclusion with a doubt. And then, he told my friend should move on another medical department for examining. She did followed by the guide. But, no result was found in this department, doctor in here brought my friend back to the first department. In the second meeting, Dr. Hùng still stated that my friend was fine, just need doing more exercises, and he gave my friend an impolite attitude with a blame on using insurance in examining. Thus, the result my friend gave through the examine was AN OUTRAGE instead of a medical conclusion.

A few years ago, I went to the orthopedic department due to inflammation in my knee. The doctor there (dr Linh) looked at the MRI images and said that my cruciate ACL were torn and that I needed surgery immediately. He told me that he would give me a discount on the surgery fee and a certain amount. Anyway, later I went to different doctors and it turned out that my ACL were not broken and the inflammation in my knee was due to the tendon. I am very healthy now. If I had believed the doctor, I would have had the surgery for nothing and paid that much money. Think twice before going to this hospital.

About a year ago, I underwent heart valve replacement surgery.The doctor gave thorough explanations and the nurses, even though they were all young, treated me with great care. Even patients who complained due to stress were treated with sincerity. When I was in the ICU, the assistant doctor had to take me to the bathroom every hour in the middle of the night because of the diuretics I was in. When I apologized, she said with a smile, "Don't worry about it, it's fine!" I was able to spend my time with peace of mind. I am very glad that I had the surgery at this hospital. Even though the food is low in salt, there are about 3 side dishes, so I think it's satisfying.

Three years ago, I had a blood vessel transplant and catheter surgery for coronary artery stenosis and angina pectoris here, and since then I've been going to the hospital regularly.It's a clean hospital, I feel comfortable, and it's conveniently located near JR Kishibe Station, which is helpful.

My brother was in this hospital because he had appendicitis and had to get surgery and He said the nurse was nice! I think this place is really nice because it's clean and Its nice looking, I know that because I was there to visit him in the hospital. I also want to thank you for saving my Brother before more consequences happened to him and that he could've died.. but thank God this hospital was there! Once again, thank you for saving him🙏🤍 Also I definitely Recommend this place if you want nice doctors and want to feel less anxious and comfortable here.👍

I used to like this hospital, but every year it gets worse. The ambulance is very slow, you never know how long you will have to wait. Even when Covid was officially over, they still only allowed one parent into the waiting room, but two inside the room, what was the point. But this year they managed to upset me even more. I brought my son who had a leg injury, they did an x-ray and said that it was a severe bruise, despite the fact that the leg was blue and swollen. They gave him a hard boot and crutches (thank you for that). A week later, at a follow-up appointment with the therapist, a second x-ray showed that the leg was broken. Seriously? That is, they did not see the leg fracture in the first picture. How? How can you then trust them regarding other diagnoses? What if they missed something? But this is not the end of the story. The next step was to put a cast on my son’s leg. We were given a referral for an emergency visit to an orthopedist. I called to make an appointment and was told that they could see us in four weeks. To which I objected that after four weeks the leg cast is usually removed and that there was no point in this appointment. So think twice about whether you really want to go to this hospital.

This hospital isn't what it used to be! It seems to be loosing patient focus and fast. We've been a CHLA family for 11 years and I think it's time to switch. My autistic son was SCHEDULED for Dental Surgery. Originally it was supposed to be at 1pm and us be here at 11am. When we got the call from the nurse last night that we needed to be here at 530 AM we were like no one told us! But we got here right on time. We'll let me tell you that they took him upstairs to Surgery PreOp it took over 4 hours to get him into the the surgery room, because he needed to be admitted after surgery and no beds were available. This hospital needs to have better planning for these types of things OBVIOUSLY there will be emergencies that come in over night THAT SHOULD'VE ALREADY BEEN ACCOUNTED FOR!!! Maybe you need more staff and more beds!!! Because to have a child basically starving because you couldn't plan Accordingly is just plainly ridiculous! Then when I spoke to the Charge Nurse in the Surgery Dept she tells me that if my autistic son has an outburst that the anesthesiologist and nurse are there to help give him something to calm down. So basically if my son has an autistic outburst they will just drug him up. I'm like realistically drugging my son just to calm him down because your hospital didn't plan accordingly is uncalled for and unnecessary! Again I am seriously contemplating switching hospitals even though my son is on the Heart Transplant List!!! -A Frustrated Autistic Heart Mom

Tried a lot to give a serial for Dr. Panchayat(pshyciatric) but not found any serial.On the other hand at parkview hospital ,it's easy to give serial for any doctor.

We have been there for my sister’s problem . She was in great pain and she was struggling a lot for a long time . We have paid a great amount of money for the doctor and for the most basic blood tests. Doctor woman was so rude , she did not even look at our face and in the middle of the conversation when my sister was trying to explain the situation about her pain , the Doctor just stood up and left the room .She does not even want to listen to what the patient says. My sister was begging for painkiller medicine . A rude doctor said that she does not want to give painkillers today. Doctor name is Pınar. Treating her patients without respect. After they charged great amount of money , She does not even think about a solution to kill the patient’s pain she did not say anything just left the room and and just give the message to us that ‘if you paid us go to another hospital to find your cure because doctors in this hospital are incompetent and greedy They do not care about your health , they only want your money. Doctors and employees are rude , not knowledgeable and respectless . I do not recommend it at all. If you care about your health do not go there.

I’ve been in the Emergency Department of Prince of Wales, a number of times in my life. I waited a very long time only once. I had only 1 bad experience where I was in observation in bed and I could not get a peaceful sleep as the doctors kept checking on me every hour and kept my light on the whole time. The next day, they forgot to remove the IV from my arm and sent me home. Overall, not too bad experience.

Tammy was an excellent night nurse who woke me up very gentle and made sure i was ok. She distracted me from my injury and made my stay very calm and comfortable. I am very thankful to of had her as my nurse :)

I have never been let down by the amazing nurses and doctors with all of my ailments over the years. The staff treated my mother so well after major surgery last year. Blessed to be so close to such a well functioning hospital.

Very bad hospitality.

My girlfriend went to their E.R. It took them seven hours to accommodate us. A nurse misplaced her chart adding to the delay. I understand that there is a triage system that prioritizes severe or emergency cases but waiting for the whole day is absurd. It was especially hard for us, since we are foreigners and cannot speak fluent German. Honestly, it was a horrible experience.

A beautiful modern hospital with modern fixtures a mall-like atmosphere. The main thoroughfare is lovely but some waiting rooms are small and the multi-stage waiting room system often seems somewhat unnecessary as it is less efficient now that you are unable to check yourself in for an appointment. Instead, you still have to line up to speak with a receptionist - just like you did at the old hospital. The outdoor plaza and the garden areas are a nice touch; hosting community events and providing patients with some much needed respite, and fresh air.

On holiday from Victoria ended up in the RAM with broken bones in my ankle. Would like to thank all staff who looked after me. Ended up in a single room and was looked after well by all staff, Cleaners, food suppliers, nurses, doctors and theatre staff. Food was great with a wide variety. Thank you to the Hospital for organising transport to the airport. Also well done south Australia the taxi driver, staff at the airport and airline staff all fantastic and so friendly and helpful.

It's huge. You could get lost. Lots to choose from if you want to eat but it's very expensive. I had over an hour wait. But it's comfortable and very nice. The garden is lovely.

Im calling all day to cancel an appointment with traumatology, no answer all day, it's been always like that i have to keep calling for hours maybe they pick up the phone, but today no one pick up the phone.

Horrible! If you are pregnant, look for another place. My experience: 1. The doctor didn’t explain anything, only what I couldn’t eat. Didn’t ask anything about how I was feeling, if I had nausea, or anything. Didn’t ask if I was taking or had to take any medications due to other conditions. Didn’t say anything about exercising, she literally gives no recommendations on anything unless you ask, literally she didn’t even say anything about the supplements one is supposed to take, I had to ask! If this is like this on the first appointment I don’t want to imagine the rest. 2. You get an appointment at 10am and the day before you are given by an SMS 2 different a appointments, 1 at 10 and the other one at 11am without any previous notice and you are not even told the name of the doctor! 3. On the phone they said my insurance was accepted, when we got there it wasn’t because Dexeus Mujer is not the same as the hospital (they don’t tell you that on the phone) and we had to pay 225€!! 175€ of those for an eco which it’s not even printed !!!!! 4. Our 10am appointment started at 10:55am!! I can accept 20-30min of delay but not 1 hour for a really expensive service. 5. The nurse sees you with disdain if you talk to her in Spanish instead of Catalan! They praise themselves online of speaking so many languages that getting this kind of attitude for a really expensive service is unacceptable 6. You are not allowed to record on the eco because they do it for you in theory, but they didn’t because “it was too early” but they didn’t say that upfront, just after I asked and all the moment had finished Overall the experience was very poor and I am very disappointed of having had my first eco here, they made my experience quite sad. Won’t be coming back

I have delivered my baby last week, c section, generally, the service was really good, nurses and doctors were helpful and kind. The only thing I did not like was the nursery section, they were trying to push for formula feeding although we told them we wanted to breast feed the baby. They should help mothers with the breast feeding instead of just choosing the easy way for them.

Regardless of the prices I left the hospital in pain because the doctor didn’t show up (the resident doctor) public relations called I asked for the doctor then the nurse as well promised to call a doctor so I waited for more than an hour and no one showed up… also the insurance office are not professional at all they sent the request to the wrong address so I had to call the insurance my self internationally and follow up with them asking for approvals. Advice: 1- make sure to verify with the insurance while at the admin & insurance and make sure they send the paperwork to the correct address. 2- ask the administrator and the doctor before you get in the room and make sure they promise to provide you with the decent service and won’t let you alone in pain for a long time. 3- If you find a better option better hospital then just go for it. For the prices they charge, you should get better service and vary expensive for nothing. The staff at the front desk are unprofessional, and they make up prices. The worst hospital in Jordan. I definitely don't recommend this hospital.

We brought my mom to A&E and we waited for 6 long hours because the nurses kept telling us that she’d be warded and left us waiting at the waiting area for hours. We were only told that there was no bed available after we kept following up hour by hour. My mom was kept at ASC in the A&E department till the second night and no treatment/scans were done because there was no bed available. Nobody could provide us with any updates on her condition which was really ridiculous. When she finally got warded, we were informed that scans would be done the next day because there were too many patients. By now, she’s already running a fever and unable to walk but we still have no idea what exactly is wrong. What’s really appalling is that the nurses do not seem to show any empathy when we informed them of my mom’s condition. This is really disappointing for what we thought is the best hospital in Singapore.

I am posting this review due to the incompetency and lack of communication in Singapore General Hospital (SGH) feedback department with its staff, Andrea Chen and Serena Chua. I sent them numerous emails including follow-up and they haven't responded back yet. Never ever send feedback to SGH even though their automated message said they would respond back within 2 working days. Don't bother calling or emailing the general hotline or feedback department.They only receive feedback It's up to them when or whether they want to respond to you, You cannot complain against them if they are not doing their job responsibly. There's no higher authority to escalate the matter to, not even the Chief of the hospital .It seems they are not under the hospital's supervision. Ms Andrea's answers were incomplete, and mistakes made were not corrected. Showing impatience and arrogance by remarking that her email would be her final reply and acknowledgement. Ms Serena didn't bother to investigate nor address the specific issues appropriately. Her response was conditional. It was a half-hearted effort. As the Head of the department, certainly she can do better., It's a shame she couldn't do it with sincerity. Terrible long waiting time to get a reply. Requests were not taken seriously and responsibly. Not forthcoming in assisting or resolving issues and to clarify any misunderstandings. Very unprofessional and not responsible at all for a public hospital. The hospital has no intention to make improvement nor reform of it's feedback department. I don't understand how this hospital is so highly rank when they can't even respond to an email.

As a 21 years old patient, Doc WILL NOT take you seriously. My surgery was delayed for 2 years. not just that, after surgery i HAD Postoperative Urinary Retention but the nurse and doc don't believe me. they only believe when my belly is very extended which was caused because i cant urine for almost 24 hours which caused me a lot of pain. Which then they catheterize me. They drained about 2Ls of urine.

All the tests and results were ready very quickly, in 2 days already had a conclusive consultation with diagnosis established and the plan for the next steps. Interpreter was also really good helping to translate and navigate. As an international patient I am very satisfied.

We tried to get treatment for a twisted ankle. Diagnostics were very tiring, we went to hospital multiple times and chased for the results. In the end they decided to apply casting to my wife's foot. The operators were terrible, they didn't check and see the scar on the foot before doing casting. After a day, we took the initiative and informed them about the scar. Their reaction and the fix was also terrible. After one week, my wife's foot started to get numb, she was in pain. We went to the same hospital emergency. The emergency doctor didn't explain anything, he didn't answer any questions although we insisted on multiple times. The cast was removed that day. After months my wife's foot is still numb! I will never go to this hospital again and don't recommend it to anyone.

Received outstanding 5* service from Dr.Lotfolah Keivani (Neurosurgeon) and his patient assistant manager Mr. Munavar Fairooz in March & August 2023. I suffered a severe spinal disc prolapse whilst being on holiday in Oman in March and went for an MRI scan and consultation to have a microdisectomy done. My privately scheduled surgery in the U.K. was cancelled and I decided to go privately to this hospital and see this Neurosurgeon after having done extensive research also in the U.K. in August. Dr. Lotfolah Keivani and his team are very specialised in their field and on top caring individuals, kind human beings. I was taken care of from the first moment I arrived and left, after having had my successful surgery. I went in on a Saturday for my pre surgery check ups, Sunday admission am, operation pm, Monday hospital stay and Tuesday discharge. The speed and incredibly organised handling of this severe intervention was outstanding and so well executed. I can’t thank the full team including all nurses who looked after me enough for their support! They deserve a medal as they really care and do a wonderful job in reducing someone’s pain and saving lives. Nerve and back pain is one of the worst things you can suffer from but I got in depth advice, consultations and felt better taking care of than at home in the U.K.. If in doubt it is worth flying for a consultation to Oman and seeing this doctor and his team. Thank you all for the help I have received! Martin R.

This hospital is very bad. They don’t know what communication is. This is not Medicana (International) but MediKill Turkey. Stay away from Selin Merih Urlu and Ugur Sahin. these two are not doctors but butchers. They killed my best friend with cancer treatment. Gary from Holland.

The close attention of the medical staff (especially Ms. Ece, my nurse) and the competence level of my doctor, Prof Dr. Şadan Ay were amazing. I don't recommend anybody to get sick but if you are sick this hospital is the right chouce to receive the best treatment

I was really disappointed about the service,my wife had to wait for more than 30 minutes to perform a PCR test even we were the only ones looking for the PCR test. The day after I went to get the results they couldn't even have the results paper in an envelope. They just gave us the paper. I hope you will improve your services and pay attention on those observations.

I want to give Zero star. There is not a single thing good in this hospital. I broke my foot (multiple hairline fractures) on 17 July. I went to the emergency department (Notfall) and waited almost 6-7 hours (there were hardly 5-6 patients). The doctor did only the XRAY and said no bone is broken. Please take Ibuprofen and sent me back home with an appointment to see me again after 5 days. On Monday i went again, the pain was unbearable. I told the doctor and they did CT scan (waiting time was again 4-5 hours). She told me later that my bones are broken and they put Gips on my foot. After every two weeks, i came for a basic check-up with an appointment but still had to wait 4-6 hours. Today, 04 Sept, i had an appointment at 11:00. I came on-time and still waiting (it’s been more than 4Hrs+). Is this how a developed country’s hospital should be? Why they are unable to manage a small amount of patients? There are hardly 20 patients. I’m really irritated, disappointed and angry on the public health care system of Germany. Better to get treated from a developing nation, where doctors are more competent and you get better service and treatment.

The worker here are so lovely and caring…despite I don’t understand German but I was loved

I made an appointment on Friday at 11:15 . I come to the appointment and they say they don't have it. They send me to the emergency room instead, where i wait for 3 hours. You sit there, without any clarity, afraid to going to the toilet so not to miss your precious turn, getting hungry and anxious, watching all your day plans crashing apart. Story #2: I've made an appointment, at "Notaufnahme", the doc told me "make it early", so I scheduled for 8:30. I spend 130eur on taxi to reach the Klinik from Clausthal (the only way to reach at this time). They have a complete haos (bad weather, understandable). Aftet 6h of waiting, it turned out that THEY LOST MY FILE. (and I asked about my file at the 6h of waiting and received then a rude "you have to wait", instead of them checking if my file was present). In total, my waiting time: 8;30-20:30, that is 12 (TWELVE) hours. From the nurses/admin I received no apologies nor kind words nor anything of this kind. The doctor was the only person who got into situation, and applied good "comm skills", kudos to him. So it happened twice: first, they lost my appointment and told me they didn't have it. (story #1). Second, they lost my documents (story #2). Story#3: that is a normal interaction: had an apntmt at Notaufnahme at 8:45, waited 1h, got invited, then doc said "surgeon is busy wait for more 30min, go have a tee if you want", came back after 30min, got "serviced". Thanks to the doc for clarity ("go have tee for 30min"). That is a positive interaction: only 1h30min waiting in total, everything was clear. Added one ⭐ (now one, prev 0zero). On the negative side: turned out my Monday visit with 12h waiting was absolutely useless. Story#4: so they gave me a receipt for physiotherapy, but put the WRONG name on it. I ve an appointments with the physio, waited for three weeks, attended 3 sessions, and the physio now cancelled all the other appointments bcs of the wrong name on that receipt that they gave me. Now I need to get another physio prescription from UniKlinik, then wait another three weeks (?) for new appointments with physio. And all this while doctors are urging me "you really need therapy, or you have big troubles with your joint". Lesson: always check the documents they give you, they make mistakes.
