This is a research hospital that serves thousands of women every year. I have been seen by a doctor within two days from my mammography and with what seems to be a fixed delay of three weeks between cosnultation-operation-reconsultation I am now on my way for radiotherapy. It is unbelievable that you get this level of expertise for free, in the states you would have to pay a fortune. The doctors are understandably buzy and will not spend too much time with you, however, there is psycologists, nurses, sophrology classes and all sorts of stuff that you have access to. It is a world class centre and we are all very lucky to have access to it in times of need.

My partner is in the hospital, he is French. I have come from Scotland to be with him. Is there any reasonable priced accommodation near the hospital. Thank you

I am currently undergoing chemotherapy as an inpatient at this hospital in the Ellis ward. I can only speak from my experience and I would say I am extremely happy with the care I am receiving. All staff from the reception desk to the oncologists are friendly and attentive. I believe I am in very good hands and feel all of my needs and fears are cared for. The staff all love what they do and nothing ever seems to too much trouble for them. I would recommend this hospital highly to anyone who unfortunately gets struck by this ba%tard disease. Excellent theatre staff and informed follow up by doctors. Wilson Ward is however very noisy. Visitors are allowed to talk loudly and lights on until 11pm so difficult to sleep. Nursing staff (bar 1) is excellent. Food is good. Cleanliness is also very good. Well run. Helpful volunteers.

Having had very long and complex medical history I have come to thoroughly dislike doctors and hospitals, so it takes something quite extraordinary to garner 5* from me. The Marsden is definitely that extraordinary place with equally amazing care and fantastic team work throughout. For me care was co-ordinated and faultless. Also the food wasn't bad, which is a small miracle in itself!

My comment only concerns the space which serves as a cafeteria.... a long wait... in the cold!! Talk to you about it, we send you for a walk, I hear the security agent making fun of my request, and tells his colleague that he is under the air conditioning, ... in short, frozen radiator, when wait, and we eat in the cold, I can tell you that it is most unpleasant

SCANDALOUS!!! Where does our money go??? In an obscene parking rate, only one cash register at the end, puddles everywhere, a swimming pool (1 meter wide, 2 meters long and 10 centimeters deep) to get out and reach the ICL, and a Pyramid staircase Mayan slippery, because the totally necessary elevator for people with reduced mobility is BROKEN.

Operated by Dr. HEJL at the end of July, I have excellent memories of my brief visit to the 5th floor just after my operation. The nursing staff (and non-nursing staff) were adorable... I take my hat off to them for their work which is not easy every day. A little nod to this duo of caregivers with whom one morning we imitated the meows of the 😸 in front of the anesthetist! (I occupied room 502 until August 3) Really thank you for your good care! The meals were of high quality and appetizing (which is rather rare in hospitals). I can say that in my case the support was perfect.

Dr. Florescu Nicolae performed my mother's coronary angiography. The anesthesia was not done well, severe pain of course, he didn't even care that he almost killed his mother!! The tension had dropped to 6!! How is it possible that you don't care?? I do not recommend this clinic in any way! Shame on this individual! The world complains about this doctor because he is very bad! He should look for another job if he doesn't like this one and behaves badly with patients!!!

How did I end up paying 320 lei for 100 ml of ultrasound gel (which normally costs 1 lei) to Dr. Deutsch Laurentiu, a urologist. I came urgently because I was passing through Sibiu, to this polyclinic, to Mr. Dr. Urologist Deutsch because I had an infection/inflammation, according to some blood tests, and in the last set of tests, my PSA test had exploded, indicating a prostate infection. I had no other abnormalities (frequent, interrupted urination, etc., only infection, according to PSA). Mr. Doctor said that it is good to do an ultrasound, to see the situation of the urinary system (and the prostate was also needed, which is included). At the end, I was given a payment note, which I had to pay, and a prescription that included: - Pelvi Blue - a food supplement that has no value for an infection, you're basically throwing your money away if you take it - Omnic Tocas - an anti-blocker that is given when you have difficulty urinating (this was not my case). For infection, the prostate is measured (something the doctor did not do, although he did an ultrasound) and antibiotics are prescribed.

Feedback from Dr. Radu Adriana Carmen. I decided to be her patient after the positive reviews I read on google, but personally I don't have a pleasant experience. I called the doctor through the Medlife clinic, after the consultation she recommended a series of hormonal tests, which I had to do on certain days of CM. Since the day I was supposed to do the tests fell on the weekend, I contacted her through the clinic to ask her if it would be ok to do the tests on Friday/Monday or if I should wait another month. She spoke very badly on the phone, even yelled at me, reproaching me that she mentioned in the office how I should proceed, why I wasn't paying attention, and hung up on me. He showed a completely unprofessional and disrespectful attitude. She did not mention during the consultation how I should proceed if the respective days fall on the weekend and even if she had mentioned, the fact that I called her to ask is not something that deserves this behavior on her part. In the office, the consultation was superficial and there was zero empathy. I do not recommend this doctor and I will definitely go to another doctor after receiving the test results

About a year ago, I underwent heart valve replacement surgery.The doctor gave thorough explanations and the nurses, even though they were all young, treated me with great care. Even patients who complained due to stress were treated with sincerity. When I was in the ICU, the assistant doctor had to take me to the bathroom every hour in the middle of the night because of the diuretics I was in. When I apologized, she said with a smile, "Don't worry about it, it's fine!" I was able to spend my time with peace of mind. I am very glad that I had the surgery at this hospital. Even though the food is low in salt, there are about 3 side dishes, so I think it's satisfying.

Three years ago, I had a blood vessel transplant and catheter surgery for coronary artery stenosis and angina pectoris here, and since then I've been going to the hospital regularly.It's a clean hospital, I feel comfortable, and it's conveniently located near JR Kishibe Station, which is helpful.

Gross negligence. I brought my father here because he was having a hard time breathing. The "doctor" wouldn't even examine him, told him it sounded like Covid but said testing is a waste of time, and told us to "wait it out". How are you supposed to "wait out" not being able to breathe? What do people in Vienna do when they're experiencing a medical emergency? Simply drop dead? Embarrassing excuse for a doctor and hospital. Avoid at all costs.

I highly recommend this Hospital. I had an operation and needed to stay there for 2 nights. It was my first time in the hospital ever and I dont speak German so I was double worried. Turned out that all doctors, nurses and other staff are super nice and helpful. Almost all could speak English and even people who didnt still really try. I felt very comfortable during my whole stay and you prove the statement Gesundheit kommt von Herzen!

Mixed bag ... I was here 3 times, the first one for a consultation, the doctor was very nice and clearly explained everything and he said that I need to get a colonoscopy and an endoscopy to confirm my diagnostics and based on that I will get tailored medication. The two procedures were done without any problems (here I really recommend this hospital) by the same doctor. Again he did explained everything clearly. No for the bad part: Today after waiting 2 months to get another appointment to interpret my results and get the tailored treatment and diet suggestions and so on, I've got another doctor, which rushed everything, he did not give me any treatment or any diet suggestions as I expected... he was talking to the phone during the consultation, and he ASKED ME what medication do I take and how often and he quickly wrote me a recipe for that medication and that was it, 2 minutes and done ... no tailored treatment, no diet suggestions, no other explanations nothing! because of this the mixed bag... if you are lucky to get the good doctors, well your are lucky ... if not ... Anyway not recommended ...

Alhamdulillah, I am very grateful and delighted for the care, professionalism, and wonderful hospitality during my stay at KJMC from 27/9/23 to 28/9/23. First time in my 40+ years of life admitted to hospital and I was super scared and anxious. My experiences here aren't great at all. My partner had his appendix out here this year, kept cancelling his operation at 5pm then not giving him any dinner, this went on for 4 days. I was there for a scan for my pregnancy last week. Person doing it was male, and quite rude, ignored any questions I had. This morning we went again to find out our scheduled scan was already completed two weeks ago, that they had done two scans in one, so we went to have our bloods done. I'm not usually impatient ornride towards hospital staff at all, but the woman who pushed in front of us was seen first, and the phlebotomists, all 5 of them the. Left us sitting there and saw 9 other people ahead of us while we waited for over an hour, they just saw anyone else who walked in. It was so rude I eventually got up and walked out.

This is my second visit for surgery the first was a couple of years ago for a kidney stones I fasted for 3 days waiting each day for the non-existing surgery. Today I am in exactly the same position, day 2 of fasting. If you are needing emergency surgery, expect to wait, be frustrated and be hungry. PS they will give you a couple of sandwiches when the message finally comes in that the surgery will be tomorrow. Walk out get hit by a car and then you may get looked at

Alone mother with my child. We had the worse experience. Staff don't communicate, no catering for remote living transports. Indigenous just abuse the staff and ended up in our room also using their kid as a place to sleep the night. I hope to never be sent to this place again.

As the year is long, I don't go to the doctors. Therefore, I do not know what the procedures and approach of doctors are today. Anyway. Today's experience with the "willingness" to give advice over the phone really shocked me. "Thank you" goes to the nurse and the doctor on accident. Incredible arrogance. Raising your voice, And I was nice. According to them, the three-day head impact associated with headaches is probably not essential to solve, only 3 minutes. 4 months ago surgery in this hospital for surgery, nightmare and trauma you don't want to experience. Nurses behaving arrogantly, reluctantly, unempathetic, the very bottom of humanity. After months of suffering, I went to a clinic in the Czech Republic, where they immediately gave me an accurate diagnosis and did not claim that my pain was in my head. Rather, they thought that I came from some developing country. Our healthcare system is a complete mess both professionally and humanly. Honor to the huge exceptions that sooner or later get trampled out of sk and thanks to which I didn't give up and kept looking for my dg. If you have a problem, go to Šaca and the emergency room.

This review is about the surgical department. I want to thank the surgical department for the human approach to patients. It helps a lot when they see how they treat people well. They give answers to all questions, calmly, without any aggression. I was there at the end of April, for a pilonidal cyst operation. MUDr operated on me. Peter Varga. I am satisfied with that doctor. As well as the overall department is good. As for patient rooms, it's fine. Other times, it may be that many of you will already have an occupied drawer, but that's not such a big deal. Today's experience On September 10, 2023, we brought my uncle to the Department of Vascular Surgery. 11.9. they are going to operate on him in the morning. The experience happened when the nurses were admitting him to the room, one of them said come, you can go, because it was visiting hours and there were two of us with him, we wanted to unpack him in the room, but when I was walking through the corridor, there was a shout, where are we supposed to go? That we are supposed to go to Kaufland..., I don't understand, one says she can and the other is a rude, disgusting woman, I can't call her a nurse. How to treat relatives of patients? How serious? I'm a psychologist and I can't afford to treat people like this, to anyone. This has nothing to look for in a hospital, you need to communicate tactfully and work with humility in hospitals. It's sad, you want to help your relatives, right? I just wanted to carry my bag and you are blamed for it in the hospital, where that understanding should not be missing.

No one expects to get injured and have surgery however this happens to a lot of us. I'm very grateful for the fantastic treatment, care and attentive guidance from pre to post opp over a span of 12 months. The staff are excellent and took extra care of me, special thanks to Mr Mellor, Omyini and all their teams for turning what has been a physical trauma into a strength. Highly recommended.

I had my surgery at this hospital a week ago, and I had a great experience; from the pre-op assessment, the nurse was fantastic and kind. On the day of the surgery, everything started on time; the room was impeccable, and the staff was kind and attentive. They made me feel safe at every minute, and after my dressings changed, I also received the best care possible from the nurses. I felt so good overall; I got the best surgeon, Mr. Floyd, and this hospital experience at every stage was excellent! Thank you!

A fantastic hospital! I had ACL surgery -all my appointments were on time and all the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Post surgery I have done physio with Gladys Ojugo who has been exceptional. Gladys is always very thorough, and her physio plan for me has been absolutely excellent! Thank you

No complaints!! The staff were great, the clinic itself had a welcoming atmosphere. Mr Rajpal was our consultant - incredibly polite and straight to the point. I really didn’t feel like leaving!

I've arrived way too early for my physio appointment and have been sat for nearly half an hour. I can honestly say that the lady on the MRI/CT & Radiology reception is the most lovely lady. She's greeted everyone, including myself, with the warmest smile and has been really helpful to other patients. When she realised I'd been waiting a long time, she checked that I was ok and offered refreshments. Deserves a raise!

The whole experience from beginning to end has made this procedure bearable, excellent facilities, excellent surgeon, anaesthetist, aftercare staff and not forgetting the whole team of physiotherapists. The physio team had compassion and understanding and were extremely supportive throughout, as especially without them I would have taken much longer to recover. A big thank you to one and all.

This is an excellent hospital! I don’t understand how they get low star ratings. People should really stop & think about how fortunate we are to have such an amazing facility and their amazing staff! I had Breast cancer and the quality of care I received was way amazing and I honestly couldn’t ask for more. They far exceeded my expectations!

We visited a family member in the Humber River hospital. The place was extremely clean and tidy, well maintained with well lit areas. Very modern building and design and layout. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. Lots of parking available both regular and handicap accessible. See pictures!!!

The process was transparent, and the staff was highly responsible. Despite the staffing and medicine shortages in the Toronto healthcare system, these dedicated professionals provided excellent support and clear explanations of the process. They efficiently communicated through email and text messages with the accompanying person. Additionally, the availability of paid parking was convenient.

My partner has been waiting nearly two months for a specialist recommendation letter from Anup George. We have called around 5 times, emailed 3 times and have received nothing. Not good service for someone with a life expectancy of 10 years at 27 years old.
