The hospital staff needs to improve their compassion and empathy towards patients and their families. The customer service and facilities are below par. A dignified and respectful treatment should be provided to every individual, regardless of their social status. The families of ICU patients should be given a proper place to rest while waiting for updates. The hospital should convert dead spaces into lounges or waiting areas for families. Despite the high fees, the services, facilities, and staff attitudes do not meet the expectations.

I had a terrible experience with the gay cashier and fat male bodyguard who were assigned at that time. The guard shouted at me because I asked him for the second time the cashier's office since his instruction at first was unclear. When I went upstairs, that gay cashier was soo rude! He got annoyed because I did not tell him right away that I would be using GLs. He insulted me by saying "Di lahat ng patients dito GL ang binabayad". I apologized patiently and told him that IT WAS MY FIRST TIME THERE. Yet, he was still frowning. HOW COME THIS HOSPITAL HIRED THOSE AGRESSIVE STAFF? I just controlled my anger and emotions since my father had to undergo a surgery at that time. I didn't want to stress him and my mother. On the other hand, the doctors were kind and approachable. I hope this concern will be raised, anyway.

Pretty much go there monthly to buy my maintenance medicines from their pharmacy. Waiting times can be long with their new July 2023 procedures where the 4th floor pharmacy only takes cash and card sales. The 1st floor only takes GL transaxtions and only entertains cash transactions at 4pm daily. Senior discounts are applied for 30day supplies only. 😑

The best hospital in czech, Its kind of specific. I never heard about ikem before, but Its so cool. I love the islets projects, keep in mind to support it in the future.

About a year ago, I underwent heart valve replacement surgery.The doctor gave thorough explanations and the nurses, even though they were all young, treated me with great care. Even patients who complained due to stress were treated with sincerity. When I was in the ICU, the assistant doctor had to take me to the bathroom every hour in the middle of the night because of the diuretics I was in. When I apologized, she said with a smile, "Don't worry about it, it's fine!" I was able to spend my time with peace of mind. I am very glad that I had the surgery at this hospital. Even though the food is low in salt, there are about 3 side dishes, so I think it's satisfying.

Terrible for getting a ticket, it's a two-hour line And after that two hours to do paperwork you have to wait for them to call you, you arrive at 5 in the morning and you leave at 3 in the afternoon, if that's all.

A really big THANK YOU to Dr Bernard for his remarkable and exceptional skill in saving my limp. Been in road accident twice, yet I'm lucky enough to met with Dr Bernard. A very well experienced, talented and down to earth Orthopaedic doctor that put his life long skill into saving my limp. Not only he is being helpful to my needs during my recent admission, he also explained in details about my surgery and conditions. Yet after the surgery, I do not suffer any severe pain and I recover well.

It’s been around 3 months since my second cataract operation and I’m still marvelling at going around without glasses, for the first time in almost 60 years! Summer’s coming and I can wear RayBans without contact lenses, thanks to Doctor Howard and his team. Super thanks to Dr. Ng C.K who help deliver my baby. My wife have a pleasant delivery experience for our first born baby. And also thanks to Dr. Alex who really care with babies. Thank you for the follow up too. The midwife here are very friendly and willing to teach you how to feed baby if you are first time daddy/mummy. Especially the gentle Indian midwife lady, very knowledgeable on how to take care babies and teach my wife on latching the baby. Best things is the car park area are free. Although space is limited, but security guard able to guide you to park and they allow you to double park by providing phone number. So if someone getting their car, they able to call you. Such a lovely and super friendly specialist hospital. Just like their name “博爱医院”. A hospital that filled with love and care.

She not only attended to my medical needs promptly but also provided much-needed emotional support, creating a comforting environment during a challenging time.The overall atmosphere of Ward 9 was remarkable—clean, organized, and conducive to healing. I would like to thank Dr Chan and his team for the successful TKR surgery. He is very proficient, professional and yet humble! I don't encounter much pain after the surgery and I am recovering well. Thank you very much Dr Chan! Highly recommended him !! Would like also to thank the staff of ward 7B who are friendly and helpful. However noted that there is insufficient walking frame during my stay. I've limited mobility and this creates inconvenience for me as I have to share with other patients. This should not be happening! Overall the rooms are newly refurbished and very comfortable. Thank you!

As a foreigner travelling to Prague, this hospital was very helpful. When I got there, the foreign reception was closed and it was hard to communicate with the late at the emergency. Once I was admitted, the doctors and nurses were very competent professionals during my 3 days stay there.

SKIP THIS PLACE! Hospital with old school doctors who see the need to question you inappropriately and then chastise you for coming in after hours with “nothing major.” The attitude in this hospital reflects a pre 1989 mentality when staff were unaware that ever patient is PRIMARILY a client! Go somewhere else; anywhere!!!

Omg! After living in CZ as English speaker for almost 3 years, I finally found the best hospital here. I was here mostly at the cardiology department. Most of the nurses can speak English. Even if they are not, they still try to communicate with you. And ofc, all doctor can speak English. All of them are so patient, nice, and friendly. I was super surprise that I had some chitchat with some nurses during the waiting times. The waiting time is logically make sense. I can simply say, they love their jobs. I can’t recommend anywhere else rather than here :) Best one 😊

TERRIBLY SLOW!! 1 hour in a queue for payment and medicine collection. I’ve been using this hospital for several years and the service is significantly getting worse. There’s no SMS or any notifications to let you know when your queue is coming up, so you have no choice but to wait patiently in the waiting area. Staffs were nice and friendly but there must be something totally wrong with the system or process. Please take this as a feedback to improve your service.

I prebooked my consultation and surgey from New Zealand at Sikarin Hospital, Their International team made everything so easy for me, beautiful hospital, very clean and all the staff i encounted were fantastic, My Doctor in urology dept was excellent as was his team. Excellent quality hospital. I had stayed here for taking medical treatments for 4 nights. It is not like hospital but 5 stars hotel. Here is very clean, all staffs have nice hospitality. My Doctor gives very clear information about process and step of treatment so I can plan my days, take strictly on her medical suggestion to recover soonest. Nurses on ward 5R I stay very helpful and have very good service mind. Maids is very hard working to make the room tiny and you feel like stay in 5 stars hotel. Its like a 5 star hotel but Unfortunately, especially pediatric department pediatricians and nurses require further training to comprehend patient psychology. After all, patients pay significant amounts of money for their services.

the inpatient experience was wonderful, the doctor is very professional, and nice to us, the service was great, the food was amazing, and we feel that everyone took good care of us. we had such a experience in this Foshan hospital, and highly recommend it.

The worst service when I was going out from an ambulatory surgery. The person from collection apartments and invoice was rude and unprofessional. The service was very good.

I enjoyed my medical checkup at Pondok Indah Hospital. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The facilites provided in the hospital were highly maintained and comfortable. The service also very fast and reliable. Here I provided the picture of the waiting room of the executive medical check up area.

The service at RSPI Pondok Indah is the best, all the nurse are kind and attentive, the food service and cleaning was also very impressive. One best part is the hospital food was the best one I tried so far (hopefully the last, no more hospital stays🥹)! I did not expect to enjoy the food while staying at a hospital but apparently it was amazing! The food quality and options are excellent. The staff was super helpful to accomodate my additional request for my son’s first meal, he also enjoyed his first meal!

I do regular medical check up with RSPI every year and as always enjoyed awesome experience in terms of cleaness, comfort environement, very good equipments and friendly services. Keep up the good work and bravo RSPI!

Super-delayed patient care, I don't want to imagine where a calamity happens and more than 30 people arrive, they will die here, I have a pain in my stomach since 4 in the morning, diarrhea, vomiting, fever and chills, I arrived at 3:00 pm and it's 6:00 pm and they don't attend to me, I have to writhe in pain to be attended to.

God bless every health worker in this hospital, those in surveillance, those in cleaning, those in the nutrition department, and especially the ophthalmological doctors, the retinologist, and resident doctors, and Yenny at the reception. And social work. Excellent service, in care and procedures, hospital, and control. Thank you very much for the great service you provided us on the two occasions we came. Thanks to the timely intervention they gave my mom, she is doing very well. We didn't do well in the children's cardio, nor in the clinic at the national university. Good hospital services

Highly skilled and professional doctors and staff . They are very approachable. Hospital premises are well maintained. Seamless internal procedures help to avoid delays. The insurance department and billing section is very helpful in expediting the process . Would like to make a special mention of Samad Shaikh from insurance department for excellent service making the billing process hassle free for us.

The experience was truly excellent. The doctors and nurses were incredibly supportive, and the facilities were top-notch. I must give special recognition to Samad and insurance team, who made the claim process and document submission incredibly smooth for me.

We had heard mixed reviews about this hospital before we went there but we have only had positive experience every time we have visited the hospital. Manipal hospital is the best place for treating cancer in Goa. We have received excellent treatment right from the surgery to the chemotherapy. The doctors, nurses, the support staff- all of them are polite, helpful, courteous and very professional. The hospital premises are so clean and maintained well.

Paid children's department of the polyclinic (regular examination). Everything is as in the best traditions of the USSR. You must make an appointment no later than a month in advance. In this case, the queues are 3-4 hours long. Children are asked to eat and drink. Water can be found by going downstairs to the cooler. The dining room is only for patients and staff, in 20 minutes around the building there is no food at all (standing in the middle of the forest). And the specialists seem to be good, only new every year.!!

I am grateful to God for the existence of this hospital and the OLG department. Very talented doctors work here, doctors from God! Yes, it is not possible to do everything right the first time, it is difficult to collect all the documents, but it is worth it. There are certainly queues, but not huge ones. Here you can conduct various studies. It is possible for OMS, or for a fee. They are trying to help people here. Thanks for this!!!
