I went to this clinic for an emergency case and an ent (ear, nose and throat) doctor saw my ear and gave me an ear drop with a nose one. The staff was very friendly and helped me with English speaking. They even have the registration form in different languages. Great.

1. Nobody speaks English in the Information 2. They send me to have a corona rapid test to a apotheke/pharmacy a few meters away, while I was hurting 3. The doctor didn’t check my breathing, my heart pulses, my blood and yet he diagnosed me and gave me pills Well guess what happened after 3! I had to go again to another hospital because I was not able to breathe properly! The hospital must be shut down and this doctor needs to get fired! Thank you for your non-existence services!

This is a sensitive topic but I feel a strong need to let everyone know that there are still good people out there. I want to thank dr tina, an anesthesiologist at the emek hospital. About a month ago I tried to end my life. It was late in the evening, she wasn't on duty and she saw that something was wrong with me. She approached me and asked if I needed help. For hours she listened to me, gave me advice on how to move on and how to see the future of my life in a different light. In today's reality it is difficult to find people who will give of their free time to help others in need without receiving anything in return. Dear dr tina, if you remember me, I thank you for the attention and time you gave me, for making me understand that there is a way to deal with problems without running away from them. You are an amazing person! She is definitely an excellent person and deserves the best the world has to offer. The emek hospital, you have won a doctor who is literally an asset. I would like to ask the relevant parties to thank her for her humanity and kindness.

Absolute embarrassment for a medicinal center. My sister spent 7 hours in the ER with chest pain, provided doctor with all her records from other physicians. After 1 x-ray they disregarded everything, told her it's "probably" stress and sent her home. Thank you for reconfirming the public opinion in this countries medical standards. You are the heroes this country deserves.

I receivedan excellent care from very friendly and warm staffs from cardiology department.all doctors nurses and hospital staffs are so supportive. From start to end I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of care, warmth and kindness of every person I met. I highly recommend this hospital.

Worst emergency experience ever. Come here with my friend with breath problem. Waited 5 hours until he almost fainted, then they gave him ibuprofen and didn’t try to find real problem. When he decided to leave so unprofessional SOR, the nurse was rude and severely pulled out a dropper with useless saline. Works for parking counter, not people.

First something positive: the doctors, especially the anaesthetist, were good. However, during my time on the station following ankle surgery, I was shocked. 1. When i woke up after the surgery I hadn't eaten since the day before (it was around 7pm), I asked a nurse if i could have something to eat and she shouted at me, made me feel like it was a totally unreasonable request - the other patients in the room were shocked and defended me. Finally she brought me some food but was clearly annoyed that i had asked for something so basic. 2. When I realised my period had started during the surgery, I was once again shouted at for asking for help to get a pad (I wasn't allowed to leave my bed to go to the toilet so soon after surgery.) It was humiliating. I was left in those bloody sheets for 4 days 3. I had a very big ankle surgery and was in pain I had never experienced before (including childbirth), the nurse during the night shift straight after the surgery refused to give me anything stronger than Novalgin and then left me for 6 hours with nothing else. She told me to stop ringing the bell because she couldn't help me. I was sweating and shaking with the pain. Pain management continued to be an issue throughout my stay depending on whether the nurse on shift 'believed' my pain or not, I raised this with the doctors several times. 4. I told the staff that my bandages felt too tight and no one listened to me, now 6 weeks later, i still have nerve pain, which needs pain medication and skin necrosis from having extreme pressure on my foot for 2 days. 5. One evening a nurse filled every patients' thrombosis syringe half with air, thank goodness the other nurse on shift realised before she injected 16 patients with air, she was in disbelief. This added to the general feeling of not being safe on the ward of this hospital. 6. Nurses were exhausted and burned out, 2 nurses for 16 patients is clearly not enough. 7. When i wanted to come back after 6 weeks to discuss the surgery and recovery with the surgeon I had to beg for an appointment on the phone to a very rude receptionist (the same receptionist who a few weeks before told me there is no plaster cast in the hospital, can this be the case in a hospital with an orthopedic department and an emergency room?!). After care is a simple responsibility after major surgery, especially when there are complications such as crippling nerve pain that my general orthopedic doctor couldn't seem to explain. To say I was shocked is an understatement, I feel traumatised by this experience. Sometimes I have nightmares about being back on that ward crying in pain with no one helping me. The experience was inhumane and I deeply regret choosing this hospital. I have never written a review like this but i feel a responsibility to warn people. Once again I will say the doctors were good, but you rarely see them. I particularly appreciated the anaesthetist who showed compassion and diligence but that level of care should be the rule, not the exception.

I was at the clinic with my wife and every single nurse, doctor, security and receptionist that talked to me were patient, kind and nice. Although I don't speak German, everyone was willing to explain things in English. Special thanks to a nurse and a doctor both called Julius who were extremely kind to us and treated us like real human beings. I'm full of gratitude to everyone in this hospital. Thank you 🙏🏻

This is the best hospital, with the best MS Ambulanz! The team was very professional, reliable and communicated fluent English with me! The MS-Nurse, Frau Christine Timm, is very caring, she talks to me in a calm and grounded manner, this made my anxiethy less present during my stays in the hospital! Had a bike accident, broke my elbow and collarbone and got admitted to Thomayerova. Very satisfied with the entire treatment from arriving at the emergency until being released 10 days later, after two surgeries. I do speak some Czech but not enough for everything. Neverthless, all the nurses, doctors and other stuff were kind and friendly. We managed to get along using google translate and even have some fun while overcoming language barriers. Been there with severe lower back pain unable to even stand straight. I have been told that it will be some waiting time between 1 to 2 hours and i accepted that. After 4 hours i asked the nurses why noone from the people in waiting room have not been approached by a nurse or some explanation given to the waiting. The doctor was chatting all this time with the nurses ignoring the visible pain suffered by the waiting patients . Only after i raised my voice they decided to call me inside the cabinet for a check. This without carrying that a lady patient who was there before me was visible crying out of pain in the waiting room. The lack of empathy and respect i have never see before in a Prague Hospital. I did heard about horrible stories coming out from Thomayerova Hospital with some high profile cases on national television and i was hoping that after this some measures were taken by the ministry of health. Obviously there is business as usual. Avoid with all costs. Now i came to Neurology Clinic in Prague 2 and i feel better just by the kindness and empathy the staff have showed me here.

I got chest infection and I admitted in this hospital.i am not Czech and I don't speak Cezch at all.But almost all Doctors here speaks good English and Nurses hardly speaks English but they are kind and they know they job well,so no need to communicate much..Here Hospital food is on another level..each food design according on your diet and health conditions..thank you all the team members of this Hospital.🙏

"internal" Some patients are tied to the bed. They don't give them anything to drink, eat, anything... they give the patients crap... this hospital is a death factory. On the day of discharge, when the patients are supposed to go home, they are fine in the morning, but in the afternoon they are unrecognizable when picked up. After discharge, in the report, they are supposed to give home medicine equipment for the patient for 3 days....they give empty containers. Apparently, this is how the insurance company makes money... the hospital charges for something it doesn't even give. At the time of the spread of the coronavirus, no nurse even uses a mask and in the isolation room where there is covid I do not use protective suits... now I also caught covid from the hospital. If I don't have empathy and feeling for people.....get the hell out of the job! You might get away with it now....but karma.....it works....one day you will also be lying on your shoulder blades and begging for help...

My experiences there have consistently been the worst, primarily due to the limited English-speaking staff. I would strongly advise against recommending this hospital to anyone. It's incredibly frustrating to receive appointments scheduled months in advance at 9:30 AM, only to still be waiting for an examination at 1 PM. This is, in my opinion, the worst hospital to visit.

I participated in my daughter's labor. I say that I participated, because I was not there as a spectator, but being an active part of the labor. I didn't give birth to my daughter, I didn't feel the labor pains, my body is still intact and strong. My wife suffered and went to her physical limit to bring our little seed into this world. But I was there, in her every contraction, I was there in every sigh of pain, I was there holding her in my arms and living in our moment, taking care of my family and being the strength and support for my loved one. It was 14 hours of labor, it was exhausting and suffering, but it was also beautiful, magical, poetic, it was our moment, where our connection was strengthened even more. My heart is filled with the most beautiful emotions every time I remember that moment. St Joseph Krankenhaus, I have no words to describe this amazing hospital, I can't think of a better place for us to experience all of this. The midwives, the nurses, the doctors, the pediatricians, how much sensitivity and respect for us, for our moment. They were a fundamental part of all of this, I can only thank them. The "birth ritual" conducted by the midwives was the dance of life, the path of light for our Sementinha. And where some people see suffering, I see beauty, the beauty of giving birth to the beauty of life.

Excellent service, helpful people, got fixed quickly

I have only positiv experiences here, the doctors are very friendly and have a lot of knowledge. The same for the nurses. Indeed if you have to go to the emergency you have to wait, like every where in the world. This is depending on the screening, some cases are more urgent, just accept that. Would be nice to have something to read due the waiting time, but that is the only thing. I was several times here, also for a longer time, and the care is just very good, that is the most important thing.

One of best places in Budapest to get the Covid vaccination. Very efficient and attentive service in a clean and tidy place. All doctors, nurses, IT specialists and soldiers work the help incoming people. No preliminary registration required. Large parking lot located in front of Uzsoki hospital free on weekends only.

And if there were even more stars I would click them, a doctor who is not only competent but of infinite humanity which combined with professionalism makes a doctor an exceptional man

I would like to thank Dr. Mattia Glauber, an extraordinary doctor and sensitive person. My partner had surgery in December (mitral valve prolapse) the surgery was decisive and the recovery was very fast. Within a month he was back to his usual life as if nothing had happened. Extremely negative experience, after having traveled more than 100km and 3 weeks of waiting for an appointment scheduled for December 4 at 1:20 p.m., for possible breast cancer, I learned on the spot that it had been brought forward to 9 a.m. without being informed . Despite the advance of almost 30 minutes for each patient, the two doctors present categorically refused, without even coming or apologizing to carry out the planned examinations. Probably a golf course or a houndstooth hunt planned for 4 p.m.??!!!. No consideration or humanity on their part. So I stay with my anxieties and my doubts until a possible another appointment.

Hospital Paulistano is excellent, incredible professionals from reception to departure, delicious food, I was very well assisted by neurosurgeon Dr Adil Bachir and Dr Rodrigo during my anterior and posterior lumbar arthrodesis surgery, on the L4, L5 and S1 vertebrae, almost 8 hours, doctors on duty, very human and attentive, wonderful nursing technicians, excellent nurses, excellent and committed physiotherapists, it was an immense joy 1 day after the surgery to get up from the bed and walk around, without any support. My mother waited for my surgery in a room, fully assisted by the staff and nurses, thank you in advance for so much effort and care. Congratulations to everyone involved. The only negative point is the shower, which doesn't heat up very much.

Today I had it at the oncology outpatient unit with an appointment more than 30 days ago. When I got there I found out that it was no longer scheduled. Because my plan, which was Amil, changed on 11/01/23 to Bradesco and they simply didn't send me a confirmation email. In other words, lack of respect and I missed two appointments, one with the oncologist and another with the general surgery team (which has already been rescheduled 4 times since September) Today I was rescheduled for 11/24 by the oncologist and the general surgery team oncology on 12/11. I complained to customer service. What I heard was . I'm sorry ma'am, let's find out what happened. Very inhumane towards cancer patients. And on June 14th of this year, during my first surgery, they lost all my exams from the surgical center back to the room. What I heard from the Surgical Center Manager... I trust my team... This has never happened... In other words, I'm the one who fights behind the exams to continue the treatment. I had to go to the Lavosier and Tecnolab laboratories to request a duplicate of the image exams.

I had knee surgery on 6/24. The service was all polite. They always ask you to arrive two hours before surgery completely fasting. Before the surgery I spent time with nursing, with an anesthesiologist and with my doctor. All facilities clean and well organized.

Our treatment with Alvorada was good up to a certain point, Doctors were cordial and treatment was decent. Our problem starts with some of the Administration staff that failed to inform us of the costs, and a Week after my partners X-ray exams the hospital decides to charge us extra, failing to properly explain the reason for the extra charges. It was also disappointing the lack of instruction from the admnistrative team, I felt like all it was needed from them was collecting the "payment". I understand hospital is a Business, but I still feel disappointed that my Mother was charged extra instead of my Partner and I - Let alone the charge came a week late with little explanation. Visited for consultation with a very senior doctor. However felt the procedures here were like money extraction machine. I had got MRI and CT DVD which the doctors didn't view themselves and asked for review (as per their procedure) from their team of Radiologists. It was very costly TBH. I'm still forming my view of this place. Don't get confused by the name it's a private hospital and super expensive.

Hospital staff is very helpful n polite. You would get the best doctors and nurses out here…. It is clean and hygienic. Car parking can be a problem out here but you can park your car outside the hospital. You can find ample space to sit with your relatives outside the building. I have visited many hospitals, as organised as Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City, I have not. The experience I had was very wow. You get a follow-up call every few days in relation to your appointment. You get a follow-up message every few days in relation to your appointment. You get free valet parking once you reach the gate. You will be welcomed by many staff from the entry. You will be guided by a special staff to the destination and required clinic. If it was your first time, then you would be assigned with a person to finish your queries. I was honestly late for my appointment due to the traffic jam, but still, they helped me and allowed me to see the doctor a little later between the other patients. I loved the way that the patient care agent served me and did her best to allow me to enter for the doctor as all appointments were fully booked, and the doctor was fully paced. It does not take any time to take the vital signs. By entering to the doctors, you will see a big smile, and someone hearing you to give the best advice ever. The doctare very friendly and very caring. Full checkups will be done, and some extra precautionary ones are too. I had a 7 stars service. We are blessed by having such facilities in UAE.

We were admitted before many times and the service was fine ,but Today , the services was really noticeable and great even My mom could see the difference , specially when a guy named Mohamed Ismael came to make sure that everything was great and he was so welcoming and hosting. Its good that SSMC is Improving its services and bringing a great new staff !
