I went to the clinic for an appointment scheduled for 11am and was only seen at 12:40pm by another doctor. During the wait, I did not receive any clarification regarding the doctor's delay. I found the service I received very disrespectful, as in addition to not having the schedule respected, I was also referred to another doctor. This type of treatment for any patient is absurd, especially in a place where the majority of patients are more emotionally and physically vulnerable.

The clinic is great, in terms of structure, professionals, reception, nurses and doctors, since my diagnosis I was lucky enough to be treated by them, and everything was in the best possible way. Today, due to a change in health plan, I receive treatment elsewhere, but I confess that I miss the entire team where I initiate the first diagnosis. My oncologist was Dr. Paula Diaz, a great professional, humanized, she was an angel. So if you needed peace of mind about visiting the clinic, I can tell you that you can go there without fear, and everything will be fine.

Bad services, appointments are always delayed, the billing area is very poor. Dishes, food, urine on the floor, ducks full of urine, wheelchairs remain in the hallways and inside the patients' reference room, thus generating bad odors and bad appearance. and a hostile environment. Patients have to be alert when the catheter bag is full and if they don't pick it up it overflows and makes a puddle of urine and it can go on all day and no one comes to clean it. They only allow one person to visit, but if another person arrives and the patient does not have any family members, they do not allow entry, because it is only one person per day. To enter the ICU they do not allow anything moral to be brought in with the toiletries but everything must be carried by hand. Visitors' personal belongings must be stored in a locker and do not provide any security. Once in the ICU he has to remove his rings, watch and other items. It really is a real ordeal. At the entrance door, the patient list is not updated and it can take more than 1/2 hour for the guard to communicate with the floor to verify if the patient is there or not. Don't let your patients be taken there. It seems that the service was alms. I can't explain how health allows the operation of this type of services and does not monitor the operation of the institution. When they release the patient, it takes more than 5 hours to leave because they only allow a single person to enter to do the procedures and to find the doctor who will give recommendations for the patient.

My experience with Clearpoint Surgical solutions was amazing! Its been 4 weeks post op and I am recovering as planned. Its not just one person that I salute, but a team of professionals that address every need you have during the process. The level of care and expertise I received was top notch and I would highly recommend you give them a call if you are in need.

My arrival at the clinic was a little confusing but as soon as I was in it went well. Once the IV was in it seemed like a very short time until I woke up in post op. The helpful post-op staff got me moving and eating. (Don't get the nachos) From then it seemed the key was to keep moving and healing. I was back on skis in about 14 weeks and the hip works great. Attached photo was at about 16 weeks.

The clinic provided excellent professional service, they took the time to explain in detail all the steps required in a timely and structured manner. All my many questions were answered to my satisfaction. The pre, actual and post surgery care was beyond reproach and I'd recommend them to anyone interested.

This is an excellent hospital! I don’t understand how they get low star ratings. People should really stop & think about how fortunate we are to have such an amazing facility and their amazing staff! I had Breast cancer and the quality of care I received was way amazing and I honestly couldn’t ask for more. They far exceeded my expectations!

We visited a family member in the Humber River hospital. The place was extremely clean and tidy, well maintained with well lit areas. Very modern building and design and layout. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. Lots of parking available both regular and handicap accessible. See pictures!!!

The process was transparent, and the staff was highly responsible. Despite the staffing and medicine shortages in the Toronto healthcare system, these dedicated professionals provided excellent support and clear explanations of the process. Very good service and support. I called them one day before for an appointment. Nex day At 11 am I met the doctor (on time!). Very good conversation in english, very fast service. You have to pay in advance. People were very friendly and helpful! Appointment costs about 80 dollars, other things on demand. you can pay by credit card easily. i highly recommend the clinic.

I think this hospital is great, I had 2 surgery there. I am from United States. The Dr used was Dr luis Eduardo Barbosa. His staff was excellent. The front desk at check in very professional. Then I was brought to a room to change and then to the OR. woke up in recovery and was feed food and released in the morning. Parking was easy. Hospital was clean, looked up to date. Excellent experience there.

Worst ER I have seen, the nurses show zero compassion, waiting time is endless, no proper process for taking patients in is in place, not clean, every time I go there’s blood on the floor which is not cleaned right away. People are left to die, some bleeding some in pain & no one cares. Twice now that I go & I wait hours even before I make it to Triage to get my information taken & i end up leaving.

I was delighted with the treatment I got at Joe Brant last Wednesday, the 18th of October. I arrived around 4PM with a finger I had cut off (I had it with me) and one that was basically dangling. It was a table saw accident. I was greeted immediately and directed to the waiting room. I did have to ask if they should put my finger on ice with the hopes it could be reattached. That was done. The triage nurse was great (sorry, I didn’t get her name) and the person who wrapped my hand the first time equally as great. I eventually got to the back (it was a busy time) and Dr. Terry Hatch came in and assessed my fingers. He told me exactly what was happening and what was going to happen. And then set the wheels in motion. I was re bandaged, sent for X rays given tetanus shots, and then Dr. Hatch came back in and began to work on shaving the bone etc and stitching up my fingers. It was decided that the one would not be reattached, but the other one was to be repaired. I felt very well looked after by the main nurse assigned to me, Dr. Hatch and pretty much everyone else. Dr. Hatch was calm, professional, pleasant and excelled at what he did. All my questions were answered simply and calmly, no matter how silly they may have been. I had some prescriptions for pain and antibiotics, and a referral for an appointment for a plastic surgeon (follow up) before I left.
