It's similar to a public hospital, I have my doubts if the state isn't behind it. Because it looks like a public office, no one saw it, no one knows anything, everything takes time, any decision. Everything has to go back and ask to insist on something you need, you have to press if nothing works. It's a piece of junk, I use it because my plan pays for it at this hospital. I've been seen in the emergency room a few times in 2020. and 2021 22 or 23. It's even clean where we walk and in the rooms, like the doctors, 70% are old doctors, it gives me the impression that they are legacies of public service, they serve as public servants. But I started looking only for newer doctors. There they have improved care.

Terribly, my elderly father, 86 years old, with shortness of breath, spent more than 6 hours waiting and couldn't get help, he gave up. Unprepared employees, talking, laughing without being interested in providing a good service. I don't recommend it even to my biggest enemy... management should change because they are not good professionals

We all know that the nursing profession is highly responsible and requires a lot of attention from this professional as it takes care of human life. We all know how much excessive heat harms attention and the quality of service, whether in any area, but especially for those who need to take care of their health. life, as is the case of technicians and nurses. It turns out that the corridors on the HED bed floors do not have air conditioning for employees, with temperatures above 40⁰ in the summer, these poor professionals are forced to work dripping with sweat, sometimes even with deconcentration and their memory fails, and they can come making mistakes unintentionally due to the strong heat in the corridors, wrong medication for patients, etc. Patients have air conditioning in their rooms, but the corridors and other facilities where technicians and nurses circulate do not have air conditioning. This is inhumane and those who can pay the price for this are the patients since the HED administration sacrifices its nurses by not providing the basic things that are the appropriate temperature to work, how can you work in such heat? How to concentrate? So every time a family member is admitted there, they will be cared for by professionals who are under strong pressure and heat.

My cousin went to this hospital to have this removed since it went through her finger. Doctor Carmona Estrada Mayra attended my cousin and told her that anesthesia was not needed, plus she was really busy. My cousin sat through all that pain of having it pulled out with no pain reliever. That doctor had also told her that even if she opened up her finger that she wouldn’t put no anesthesia on it. After all that pain my cousin went to another hospital because there was a broken piece of the object still left in her finger. This Doctor needs to go because she couldn’t even perform this normal task to help out her patient.

Bad experience at this hospital with doctors not being honest and staff is rude. Their not helpful at all and there just out for your money. They have no true concern about your family member. They lie about how the patient is doing and if anything they make them worst to your expense. It was truly heartbreaking to realize how bad this hospital is. Don’t take your family members here. Find a different place.Funny thing is that I wrote a detail review of everything that happened and for some reason it’s not on here. Point is don’t trust them with your love ones. Question what there doing and why. Research to see if they even need certain things they ask you for and what the purpose of it is.

A lot of patience in the external consultation Archive and in the consultations themselves, sometimes the doctors do not arrive or they assign others who should not and you have to make an appointment again in the Archive. But they are no longer scheduling APPOINTMENTS for 2023 because they don't have a 2023 Agenda. Well that's what they say...

We have been waiting for two hours to be seen in the emergency room by Unimed. My son is classified as “blue”. This is considered not serious. All, I repeat: all the people who have arrived so far have been attended to before him. Does this mean: we arrive, register and wait for new patients to come in and go before them??? That's right? Knowing that we will always wait a long time, because another color gets in front of it. ABSURD.

I went to the obstetric emergency because I'm 13 weeks and there was bleeding. Another pregnant woman and I waited for 2 hours of service, we went to ask and the girl said that it was protocol according to the assessment, finally I arrived at 7:35 and was seen at 9:41 pm and the chairs were empty and they weren't even attending!

I accompanied my husband for knee surgery, we were very well looked after in all sectors, the nurses were extremely attentive, the rooms were very well equipped. We were satisfied.

TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE! I was admitted due to a fall, with acute pain in my leg and the professional who was pushing my wheelchair pressed my foot, the leg that couldn't handle the pain, against the wall and without even apologizing, left. He returned with medication, applied it without any guidance or explanation and left. The doctor barely assessed it, he just said that I didn't have a fracture and sent me away without even referring me to a specialist and requesting tests such as MRI. And I still had to put up with a rude professional when I asked to leave. I went in with acute pain and came out worse.

At the emergency services you can hear load noises from plumbing work inside of the hospital! Wow! Do not come here when they have done their job finished.

We arrived today via the emergency area, my 1.5 years old son fall into glass. We had to wait over 40minutes, I understand there is a waiting time, the real issue was the rudeness and lack of empathy of the staff, whom after we check how long it will take the answer was “the doctor will come, when he will come, the nurse checked and its not deep” it turns out it is deep, so much he will get operated in 4h. My feedback here is to train your staff, specially in the emergency area, where people its full of worry and stress, be kind and empathetic, next time it could be you on the other side.

Nice and friendly staff ( even ask you to use their first name ). competent doctors and nurses. You don't feel like just a number. Can be crowded at times and appointments therefore can run late. Nice modern and spacious rooms.

Great doctors, nurses are hit and miss. Sometimes nice and sometimes very mean. It seems they have very long shifts and it depends on when u catch them.. which is a shame. Treat ur nurses better or pay them more it seems their morale is low. Otherwise great healthcare.

There is no time management. An appointment is only for you to pay the charges. After that, you are at their mercy. Patients recommended jump the que and are seen beforehand. Staff are impolite, and there is no courtesy. As a fellow medical professional, I see a total lack of dignity and respect when talking to patients. The lady who did the ECG literally manhandled me and threw the report on my jacket. Bottom line, no one was smiling. Would rather go back to the UK for treatment. Paying for a low class derogatory service. Punctuality means nothing.

Taking appointment is completely useless. We had an appointment at 12:10 and we had to wait until 14:30. When you ask about when they are gonna take you in, they are making fun of you. Worst healthcare experience that we ever had. And we missed an important business meeting thanks to their irresponsible behaviour which cost us a lot of money. Never again!

The good, the bad and the ugly... Be prepared to fight for your basic rights, it's a lottery. Hostage taking, badly behaved staff members are doing a lot of damage. It's unfortunate that dominance over helpless, vulnerable patients seems to be the main objective for some of your members. A hospital is a sacred place not a soap opera set. Mediation and management teams need to understand this. Patients and their loved ones have enough to manage as it is. You will find helpful, communicative, respectful, kind individuals working alongside abusive, rude, disturbed, unhappy, patronizing staff. Finally, a big shout out to mature individuals in this hospital who put up with churlish staff, who understand what teamwork means and do their best to help patients, heart&soul.

I am so grateful for the emergency care I received. The staff were so efficient, kind and patient with a non-French speaker. The hospital was clean and quiet. Took only 2 hours for consultation, X-ray, and diagnosis. Thank you, HUG!

Best doctors, nurses and rooms.

Recently had surgery in the Frauenklinik. Was really well looked after, even though I speak no German and majority of nurses did not have a lot of English- they still were able to look after me really well. The doctors were great, fluent in English and had great bed side manner. They took a huge amount of care when explaining the results of the surgery and made me feel very well looked after. Would recommend using this hospital.

Extremely long waiting hours, lack of patient follow up and communication. Everything is disorganised and doctors act like they don't care much about patients. And at the end they send you huge bills for a service that I would rate zero stars. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone.

Highlighted all my questions and comments. Hopefully they will take awareness of thier customer service and patients care 😎 on thier staff and nurses. Posted on Thursday 30/11/23 First ever nitemare to be admitted in Regency Specialist at Ward 5B, Nursers worst ever customer skills and patients care from them. No smiling face no greet no initiative no communication no team work. Hot water flask not even refill everyday by the staff that serving food. Have to self-refill by myself every day even I went to nurses’ counter! No proper hand rub hygiene/glove/mask or wipe down before attending to me. I’m on IV Drip and antibiotic yet they can miss out till my cannula by a long thin tube blood clog and I have to poke again on my other side of hand middle of the nite and was done my MO not the nursers which chargeable to me on their carelessness mistake not checking on me? Stay for 5nite only change my bedsheet for 3times. Room and toilet full of small black ants which will randomly walk around. Do they even have pet and insect control? Really disappointed to be amidated here, thought is under the HMI Mgmt should be up to standard by them. As they are considering big group in healthcare in Singapore as they also do Education and Training Centre for the healthcare support sector.

I brought my grandmother to the hospital for a follow-up consultation, but the hospital stopped me at the front counter and told me that I could not go to see doctor because we had a fee that we had not yet paid off. But this fee was due to the improper arrangement of the operating room by hospital, which caused us to have to pay back the fee, pay the extra fee. What makes me feel very angry is that the hospital prevented us from seeing the doctor and did not allow us to go for follow-up consultation and to check my grandmother's wound. If my grandmother unfortunately has a problem with the wound and an accident occurs, I will hold you responsible for this? Please ask the hospital to pay attention to this issue. Are we responsible for this cost? Why can the hospital prevent the patient from seeing the doctor and prevent the patient goes for a follow-up consultation to check the wound? Does the hospital really have this right?

Excellent in every measure. Was admitted for an emergency surgery and they diagnosed other ailments that needed emergency care. All the staff at the hospital are the best trained and competent I've seen. I owe my life to them.

A good hospital with a VERY SERIOUS issue! There is no information on food for patients and companions with restrictions! The Marieta restaurant offers ABSOLUTELY NOTHING without gluten and milk. The person spending the whole day there is hungry, because not even the PURCHASED coffee has a nutritional sheet with information! We are talking about a hospitaaaaal! How does a celiac patient spend the day in a place like this?

Bad experience! We arrived with my 78-year-old mother in the emergency room. Super slow service. When we arrive at the doctor, he informs us that we can leave because there is no room, no box or even an armchair to receive medication. Avoid this place!

One of the best hospitals even been in, from the reception to the surgery room. Very well organized, punctual, super clean rooms, respectful staff, and great doctors. They have well preserved the mission of Santa Catarina, since 548 A.D.

The hospital is good, but in my opinion it can improve more. There are doctors and others not so nice and thoughtful. The reception is good, some people (receptionists) are polite, friendly ... The same in relation to the security guards. There should be more integration, communication among the coworkers. Hospital is not well equipped to attend cold symptoms at the emergency. You will have to wait for the arrival of an specialist at 10 AM so that he can look inside your ear canal with an otoscope. I broke my finger on 11/19/23 and went to the HSVP emergency on 11/20/23, I went in and was seen, the fracture was confirmed by the RX and the doctor, he directed me to another doctor and asked to come in the next morning, With a broken finger, the doctor told me to buy a wrist glove that holds the finger at the pharmacy. The next doctor asked me to do an MRI and it was also found that the ligaments were broken! OK! But until now the finger is doing nothing...lol and just asking me to go there, and look, like UPA, health center or even on the island of Marajó, where I lived for years, I went through this situation of being attended to entering through the emergency door and solving the problem of a simple broken finger in installments..."Break your arm with an open fracture? Come by tomorrow!" ...or... "Have you broken your head?, come by tomorrow!" ...it's not a joke because I've already been through this and received immediate care! I'm going to another hospital today, 11/26/23 because the finger is still purple and swollen and very painful!

Very clean and structured hospital, but there is a chance that the doctor who attends to you makes a mistake and the delay is certain! We had such an experience that the doctor did not see the bacterial plaque in my relative's throat, which was very visible... which made it worse and the other doctor confirmed the mistake. There is a lack of quality management, but the structure and service are effective. It takes a few days unnecessarily and that's hell! Good for gentlemen, they at least have patience because they also don't have much commitment lol. There is a King of Mate and parking.

This bunch of idiots organize the covid rapid test in the international airport of Athens with only 2 (two) operators to do the actual work (but 4 to take payments). It takes 2 hs for a 10' work and then people miss their flights. Update Furthermore: thieves. They do tests to kids under 12 even though not necessary.

Nasty experience at their Corona testing center at AIA. We prepaid the tests online and still had to wait more than one hour for a simple rapid test. Somehow the prepaid line moves slower than the normal line. That's partly because they accept also people who have not prepaid in advance in the same line and they don't turn them away. The test itself is rather quick, the two testing lines sit around doing nothing because the 6 desks cannot send them people fast enough (it takes roughly 5 minutes per person to scan qr, look at documents, print consents, print labels etc). Then you have to queue for the results because that is actually quicker than receiving them on email (pictured). If we would have waited for the mail I am not sure we would have made it to the flight. I would recommend to come about 4 hours before your flight to be comfortable.

I got a brain surgery in 2017 and stayed for over a week here. I felt well treated, especially by the staff of international nurses and some doctors. I got some complications that I don't know whether they came from the care I got or if I dodged a bullet (6 hours surgery). Follow ups are a pain, emails don't work, phones only, and one has to wait for months for something.l, but the system is the bigger problem. I trust the professionals here, some will even talk English to you if asked. (Sure, don't come to the emergencies if you can be treated elsewhere). The facilities look a bit better than other hospitals in town.

the worst hospital I've been to. I broke my leg and they told me to go at 7 in the morning for the operation and they left me until 8 in the evening without giving me any information, without water. Then they remembered to come and inform me. The next time I was driving with my mother, who had a bypass and her blood pressure was quite high. The doctor asks me if he is dead? does someone have to die for us to go to the hospital? Because we also pay insurance for the doctors.

This is going to be a long story about my terrible experience in the emergency service. An ambulance brought me here at 21:30 with a broken swollen ankle. Since the emergency guy brought me inside and put me in a bed, no one came to me to do the first check-up. I begged 3 "nurses" to at least bring me ice because I am dying of pain. They go and never come back. They didnt give me ice, nor pain killers, they didn't even do a first check-up on me. How professional! especially when I can see them talking to each other, laughing, talking over the phone. The level of ignorance that I saw here is unimaginable. They are lucky that I was in pain otherwise I would have called the police. So around midnight finally someone came to do xray for me. half an hour later someone came to me to explain the severity of the injury, put the cast for me and gave me the crutches. Then he told me a nurse will come to explain everything, show me how to walk with the crutches, bring me outside with a wheelchair and call me a taxi. But no one showed up. I was screaming and no one heard me. At the end, around 02:30 I had to ask a "guest" for help. Luckily he was a nice guy unlike the nurses and stuff here. He helped me to walk outside and waited with me for a taxi that I called! I am waiting to fully recover and then I will see a lawyer about this. I even called them after days to send me the xray because the doctor wants to see them and they ignored my emails and phone calls. 5 hourse in the emergency with a broken ankel. No help, no check-up, no ice, no pain killers. No one helped me to leave and they didnt even call me a taxi!!
