Wow, amazingly friendly and very helpful staff at all 3 reception desks (A&E, Urgent Treatment and the general receptiondesk in-between the two), they all know their job/role and were incredibly efficient. Once we found where we were going there was little time to wait as the attentive staff team followed procedures and helped my friend. If I ever need a good hospital in the future I hope I'm close to this one. Thank you to all the staff at all levels. Keep up the great work. 👍 😊

Here today, wednesday 29th November 2023, in St Mary's for day surgery and being looked after wonderfully....absolutely nothing is too much trouble! Staff are so friendly...thankyou Debs and everyone involved for looking after me...you are all a huge credit to the NHS and have made me feel so very relaxed and at ease. For the first time in a long time. I felt like I was listening to the happiest news of something not so good. But after going to AE 4 weekends in a row. Seen the specialist and they are appalled that treated this way and now caused long term irreversible problems.. so if it wasn't for someone listening to me st Mary's would have had 1 star.

Such a great hospital with a great service too. The existence of this hospital are really helpfull. With good facilities and complete doctors, hopefully it can help more people.

Very fraudulent behaviour for a hospital. The prices for vaccinations are not clear and they don't have a transparent and upfront price chart for them. The first time i asked to get an MMR vaccination, they said it was total cost for 2 injections ALL TOGETHER. When i came back for my 2nd injection, they told me to pay the same price once more. They cheat you without giving you correct details of the price and without a clear price chart on each vaccine. Even on the invoice thats given, the breakdown of the total price is NOT THERE. This is a complaint towards the head of the Medical Check Up unit, Dr Anna Maria Marlina. Maam, tell you're staff and nurses to be transparent and honest about prices because this is unprofessional. Otherwise, you're scamming your own patients.

Patients Hospitalize with broken bones and breathing problems. I thought, Awal Bros Hospital is the best choice in Batam. instead its the worsts of the worst. We paid with deluxe room. (Not insurance) feel like, no nurses are working to take care of the patient.not even helping with the poop and washing not even care in checking to change the infused tube. Nurse service worst than government hospitals. absolutely need to train more humanly nurse not just to receive monthly pay check.. Doctor come in after 2days patients hospitalized. Even the Doctor came in just for info. not a single finger touched the patient to check heart beat or breathing problem....what kind of hospital is this. Thank you for your worst service. My husband recently had spinal fusion surgery at the hospital. There are so many great things about this hospital, but other things that need improvement. First of all, Cristina, in admissions is wonderful. She speaks perfect English (a huge bonus as my Spanish is basic) and she's extremely thorough and caring. The pre and post op care was also amazing. The hospital rooms are huge, with English TV stations and the accommodations are quite comfortable. Most of the staff (nurses, aides, etc...) are also very caring individuals. What didn't go so great is: (1) At check in we were given the rules of the hospital which requires a family member to be with the patient 24/7. This should be given in advance as we had to scramble to get a dog sitter. (2) Cristina, in admissions, asked us what we had been quoted for the procedure. This is something the hospital should already have, and in the end we were charged almost 23,000 pesos for the hospital's surcharge on the titanium metal used to fuse my husband's neck. Basically, the corkage fee for the metal to enter their hospital. We were not told about this by the doctor who gave us the quote. (3) Most of the nursing staff was great but some would let me husband's IV's run dry with alarms going off. This would cause them to come in and run saline solutions through the line which was a bit painful. When I'd go to see why the nurses had not responded to the IV alarms or our pushing the call buttons, they'd just be hanging around the nursing station. (4) Discharge was a traffic jam. The doctor said we could leave around 10:30 and that the bill was ready. I went to the nursing station to inquire and the sent me to the "caja" (cashier) downstairs who told me it wasn't ready yet so went back to the room and waited 2 hours until I finally went back to the nurses stations and requested someone who spoke English to come talk to me. After that, it finally got finished and delivered an hour later. All in all, a good hospital experience but if they are going to try and market to expats and wealthy individuals, there are many kinks in their system that they need to work out.

Very professional, clean hospital with caring nurses, doctors and entire staff. You don't feel like you are in a hospital in terms of decoration, environment and even the smell. I had an operation and was taken care of really perfect. Can not thank you guys enough. More than 5 ⭐. ( There are also many doctor offices on the upper floors which my doctors were too. My husband need to see another specialist so it was so convenient. The laboratory works perfect too. All in 1!)

Top class hospital with lots of doctor's offices upstairs. Plus there's a frozen yogurt place out front.

What a lack of professionalism: - nurses calling each other “amiga” while tending patients in their rooms - residents and nurses rushing into the patients rooms disregarding any privacy and without any education to greet anyone in the room - nurses setting up a workstation in the rooms hallway, meaning they have no respect for patients or visitors need for peace and quiet - poor facilities and lack of maintenance

In general, it is a good service that is provided, with the exception of a nurse who, without having any idea of ​​how to channel, gave my wife her arm with a huge bruise. The staff is very friendly and the facilities are clean and comfortable. The dark one in the rice is the cashier staff, who get annoyed just because, after almost five hours of having discharged a patient, they go to ask them if the documentation to pay is already there. Without any kindness they answer curtly: we are checking, we will call you.

I was very disappointed with the doctor, instead of curing me and solving my problems, he only referred me to treatments that I didn’t need at all. Thanks to the wasted time, my illness worsened. I am very sorry that I did not turn to specialists. I was booked in for a remote consultation where a doctor with 21 years of experience made a diagnosis and told me about the limitations. When asked what limitations I have, she didn’t even answer, saying that the diagnosis was not made accurately. People should not go to this clinic under any circumstances; they will make you worse instead of curing you.

I accidentally pinched my ring finger in a door, resulting in a subungual hematoma. I contacted a surgeon at this clinic. They did not postpone the operation to remove the nail; everything was done immediately on the day of treatment. The impression of service is positive!

I practiced judo for many years, but unfortunately, after an injury to the meniscus of my right knee, I had to say goodbye to the sport. The question arose of how to get rid of the pain. This is the second year I have been receiving treatment and observation from Sredin Konstantin Evgenievich. A competent doctor, he understands sports problems well. All the medical staff are handpicked. Friendly and polite people. Lyudmila Leontyevna is a doctor from God. I was so excited! But thanks to the attention of the girls nurses, thanks to the confidence and calmness of the anesthesiologist and microsurgeon (Kaplich L.L.), my excitement simply dissolved. The operation went smoothly, clearly, in a word, professionally! The whole team is top notch. Fantastic job!

Very nice modern building. On the ground floor there is a reception desk, paid services, a cloakroom, a cash desk, toilets, a pharmacy, a cafe, information kiosks from Belorusbank, Belpochta. Electronic queue. Comfortable corners for waiting and relaxing. Information stands with indication of specializations and layout of offices. There were no queues during the daytime. I was satisfied with the visit. Called according to appointment time. Gave professional advice and treatment. Received competent answers to all my questions. As for the prices for paid services - average.

We came for an endoscopy test scheduled at 11:30 am but had to wait for over 50 minutes. The delayed doctor appointment was a frustrating experience for us and other patients

A decent medical facility is taken into account a basic would like for all. there's AN imperative would like for moderate to glorious health care facilities within the town of Chattogram. In Chattogram, there are not any well-equipped hospital compared to the hospital in Dhaka. They wanted to modify these health care facilities and revolution to established a well-facilitated and fashionable hospital within the town of port.

As a foreigner travelling to Prague, this hospital was very helpful. When I got there, the foreign reception was closed and it was hard to communicate with the late at the emergency. Once I was admitted, the doctors and nurses were very competent professionals during my 3 days stay there.

SKIP THIS PLACE! Hospital with old school doctors who see the need to question you inappropriately and then chastise you for coming in after hours with “nothing major.” The attitude in this hospital reflects a pre 1989 mentality when staff were unaware that ever patient is PRIMARILY a client! Go somewhere else; anywhere!!!

Omg! After living in CZ as English speaker for almost 3 years, I finally found the best hospital here. I was here mostly at the cardiology department. Most of the nurses can speak English. Even if they are not, they still try to communicate with you. And ofc, all doctor can speak English. All of them are so patient, nice, and friendly. I was super surprise that I had some chitchat with some nurses during the waiting times. The waiting time is logically make sense. I can simply say, they love their jobs. I can’t recommend anywhere else rather than here :) Best one 😊

We visited this hospital for outpatient treatment. They have refurbished the interior and looks better than our last visit some years ago. Counter staff were courteous. Doctor was helpful in explanation of the condition and the MRI scan was done efficiently at comparatively reasonable cost.

The staff nurses here are very friendly and jovial, ever ready to help. Old building but well-refurbished. Services are excellent with affordable price. Nursery staff nurse came to ask for suggestions or feedback but can't think of anything that they should improve 🤣

A revisit to Dr Lam since year 2019. Arrived about 7:50am on Saturday and the registration counter alread full of people. Waited about 30 mins for my turn. Direct went into Cardiolgy Unit, reception was friendly. Dr Lam, as before very patience to explain in details for the things I need to know. Done my Stress Test (level 6 in 17 mins) and Echo. Report is very good, according to Dr Lam and need to go back only after 2 years :) . The chief nurse (I guess, based on the color of the uniform), did not ask for her name, is very efficient and friendly to handle the reception area. Thank you Dr Lam and the nurses.

I recently delivered my baby boy at Kings College Dubai Hills. I had a memorable and an amazing experience and felt so at home. My husband and I were so humbled and couldn’t have asked for more private care. All the staff and nurses were excellent and I was in good hands. However, Leanne my midwife was exceptionally helpful and was like a second Mum to me. She went above and beyond all the time to make sure I was ok. She assisted me with everything I had to learn and know as a new Mum and always made me feel at ease. She is always so hardworking, professional and passionate about what she does. I’ve never met someone who loves what they do so much! Leanne has provided so much care post my delivery as well and she has become a very close friend of mine. I can confidently recommend Leanne as she deserves it. I am convinced that having her as a member of staff will be a valuable asset.

I delivered my baby with King's in July 2022. I highly recommend the hospital and stuff working there, everyone was very supportive and kind. I am sincerely grateful to Dr. Esra for my delivery. On a separate note, I sincerely want to thank Mary Grace for her kind support. As a first time mother, even whilst I was attending Antenatal classes, I lacked practical experience of how to take care of baby. Mary Grace was very attentive and showed us how to bath and change the baby, explaining many interesting life hacks. Her support and explanation how to breastfeed the baby was indispensable, without her I would not be that lucky to establish breastfeeding which I continue to date.

Dr. May Ali has been an incredible support throughout my twin pregnancy journey. Her professionalism and unwavering support guided me every step of the way. Her expertise and care during the C-section brought my beautiful baby girls into the world safely. I'm immensely grateful for her dedication and expertise. Additionally, her assistant Princy was always attentive and supportive, making the entire experience even more reassuring. I'm definitely continuing as Dr. May's patient for any future needs🙂

TERRIBLY SLOW!! 1 hour in a queue for payment and medicine collection. I’ve been using this hospital for several years and the service is significantly getting worse. There’s no SMS or any notifications to let you know when your queue is coming up, so you have no choice but to wait patiently in the waiting area. Staffs were nice and friendly but there must be something totally wrong with the system or process. Please take this as a feedback to improve your service.

I prebooked my consultation and surgey from New Zealand at Sikarin Hospital, Their International team made everything so easy for me, beautiful hospital, very clean and all the staff i encounted were fantastic, My Doctor in urology dept was excellent as was his team. I am happy to recommend this hospital to all travelers and of coarse the lovely Thai people. Thank you.

The service usual great but now just dropped below acceptable. Loud construction noise in waiting area, long wait time. Very disappointed

AVOID THEIR ER. They will give you test and procedures that has nothing to do with what you came for. Pregnancy Test and CT Scan for cough and sore throat?! Come on! Stop scamming people! If you really must visit them, always ask and check first what they want to do. If it's irrelevant, just SAY NO! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

My relative was confined in this hospital for four days. In those four days, her doctor only visited her twice but charged us P8,000 as PF. Nurses only came in when called--via phone because the nurse call button was cut. We were monitoring our patient's fever ourselves. I've reviewed the bill and there were questionable charges as well like gloves, tape etc. It's not as if the nurses finished all of those supplies but we were charged for the whole amount nonetheless. This would have been okay if the excess supplies were given to the patient upon discharge. ER charges were unreasonable as well. There were only three patients when we came in yet the whole process of admitting the patient took 2 hours, meanwhile incurring more and more charges in the ER. But the worst part of the experience was requiring the patient to have a companion for the purpose of having someone actually take care of the patient. Doesn't that negate the purpose of going to the hospital? You go to a hospital to get medical treatment and care. But it seemed like we were only there for the convenience of having labs done and having IV fluids--which to be honest can be done at home--because the actual care of the patient came from the companion. In effect, companions need to miss work to take care of the patient. For as long as the patient is confined, they miss the opportunity to earn money--which they need in the first place to be able to pay for the high hospital bill. It's an oppressive system. This set-up would have been forgivable if companions had a comfortable bed if they are required to be with the patient 24/7. But no, they are only given a plastic chair. And even if we get the private room, a companion is still required. People go to private hospitals for better service, but it seems like the only difference between DLSMC and a public hospital is that this hospital has aircon. What a waste of hard-earned money.

Went to see a doctor who claimed he had been trained at Johns Hopkins. His degrees were completely fake. Unreal. Avoid this hospital at all costs.

The worst service when I was going out from an ambulatory surgery. The person from collection apartments and invoice was rude and unprofessional. The service was very good.

I enjoyed my medical checkup at Pondok Indah Hospital. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The facilites provided in the hospital were highly maintained and comfortable. The service also very fast and reliable. Here I provided the picture of the waiting room of the executive medical check up area.

The service at RSPI Pondok Indah is the best, all the nurse are kind and attentive, the food service and cleaning was also very impressive. One best part is the hospital food was the best one I tried so far (hopefully the last, no more hospital stays🥹)! I did not expect to enjoy the food while staying at a hospital but apparently it was amazing! The food quality and options are excellent. The staff was super helpful to accomodate my additional request for my son’s first meal, he also enjoyed his first meal!

I do regular medical check up with RSPI every year and as always enjoyed awesome experience in terms of cleaness, comfort environement, very good equipments and friendly services. Keep up the good work and bravo RSPI!

Due to the unfortunate pressure on the NHS it's necessary to have to fall back on private care on occasions. My Mum was in this situation and went here for a joint replacement operation. Impressed by respectful and professional manner in which she was cared for. Building interior itself is modern and completely spotless.

I was looked after extremely well at The Park Hospital, and treated with respect at all times. My room was very comfortable and the staff were always on hand for any needs I had, not to mention a joke or two! The food was lovely, a good choice of menu and always beautifully cooked and presented. So my thanks to all of the staff who looked after me, with special appreciation to Mr Henley and his team who were outstanding.
