These people are butchers..They just want your money...The first thing they wanna do is surgery....They left my thyroid worse ... should have never touched it ... should have given me thyroid hormone I needed...I am so sick I can't hardly work...Stay far away from this place.

I'm writing this review after 5 hour's of waiting. This is not acceptable. To establish a simple electronic waiting room system is not a big deal for a small ambulance, for the institution as this one, it has to be mandatory.

My dad was admitted to this hospital for a heart problem. He was treated as professionally and quickly as possible to resolve his situation. Just thank the medical staff, all very kind.

Would like to say huge thank you to all the personal. This week my 7 years old daughter had a surgery (pacemaker) and all went well, despite we are not Hungarians but from Ukraine, we had the best treatment here. Every hospital should work like this, with staff like this. They are helpful, understanding, supportive and professionals in their profession. You can easily trust them. And yes, sometimes you really have to wait for hours, but you have to prepare for it this way. We can be sure that they will do everything for us

It may sound strange, but it was a positive experience to have a short treatment and then to experience the professional operation of one of Hungary's leading hospitals, the true professional teamwork of dedicated young doctors, nurses and administrators. It was an uplifting feeling to feel this positive, serious, focused, tense atmosphere, as they work tirelessly for the benefit of the patients 12 hours a day. Special sincere and grateful thanks to Dr. Zoltan Salló for his kindness, attention and professionalism!

Always treated well and have had multiple surgeries with the highest level of compassion and care. Couldn't recommend any higher. World class facilities, Doctors and med students/residents, nurses are extremely respectful of patient wishes and exceed professional standards. All support staff I've encountered were extremely helpful and welcoming and would ask you in the hall if there was anywhere specific you were trying to find and if they can help in any way. The Doctors and nurses were extremely accommodating of my specific (non cardiac) issues and needs at the time and worked with me on them for a comfortable experience. The surgeon it's named after actually operated on my Opa (grandfather in Dutch) and the surgeon who did my open heart surgery was studying under the Facility's namesake and remembered assisting on Opa's surgery because it was one of their first surgeries he assisted on. So he opened up and operated on my Opa and myself. Working on 2 generations of 1 family decades and half a Province apart is quite the interesting thing in my opinion. If you or your loved ones are required to be here you're in very good care under MANY VERY SKILLED hands.

Experienced two months with the institute. The Doctors and Nursing staff were awesome. The panel of doctors managing my case were very knowledgeable and up to date with the latest advances in cardiac treatment and rehabilitation technologies.

On the door to Yershova Olena Borisivna's office (if she has not yet been released) there should be an inscription: Do not enter! Evil creature! People are treated terribly. He hates children! Judging by the comments, the doctors are good, the support staff is bad. I am interested in the financial component: we were told the price of the transaction was UAH 145,000 (three stands). Two years ago, judging by the comments, two stands cost 15,000 UAH. Who in general calculates the cost of services in the clinic? I want everything to be transparent and honest and we receive checks, statements for the procedures provided, which I have to officially pay, and not "put in the doctor's bedside table". Dear people…..this is a death factory. They just buried my father. Half a million was left for treatment. 200 thousand valve replacement and 40 days of intensive care. The man came for the examination himself, but as they say, no one wants to lose their money. But that's not even the point. The fact that no one returned the money is understandable. But on the 7th floor there is an intra-hospital infection that kills all patients. People undergo complex operations, and then everyone develops sepsis, all organs become infected, and the patients die. They were burying my father, the wife of my roommate called and he had also died. Therefore, look for another place for treatment, but not on the 7th floor. But since the intensive care unit is on another floor, the entire hospital needs to be closed and treated for infection, but who wants to lose their money.....

2 months ago was my aunt's valve change operation and it was a complete success. I am very grateful for everything they did before, during and after the operation. The months before the operation, each of the specialists showed a very humane treatment, an adjective that paradoxically is seen less and less in doctors. After the operation, they kept her hospitalized for more than 3 weeks and did not discharge her until the tests they performed daily gave good results, that is, without showing any rush to free up a bed, prioritizing the patient's safety. I had an appointment for an MRI today. It was still closed when I arrived. However, the lady at the reception, who was already here, kindly explained everything to me. The MR went perfectly, stress free and under the excellent guidance of the operator.

Very satisfied, you can find here a great variety of medical treatments, or if you simply want to relax and unwind, find the balance again.

Really odd billing experience.... Started getting weird texts saying that I owe Cabrini $12.00 with no invoice or explanation. I hadn't been to Cabrini in over a year and I thought it was a scam. After a few more texts i call them and they say they did an internal audit from my procedure from the year before and that they under quoted me and under billed me then and expected me to pay now. I know it is only $12. But I found this really odd... isn't it their responsibility to make sure they are quoting the right price before the procedure and when payment is made? Anyway... just be careful because who knows who else this has happened too and for how much!? Just felt very unprofessional to chase up $12.00 without explaining a year later!

Went for a gastroscope and most of the nurses were amazing, doctors were too! Went there in the morning and unfortunately my partner couldn’t pick me up before 3.30 pm. One of the nurses (don’t remember her name) a bit older, was absolutely rude to me and over the phone with my partner and to me again when I told her that I was happy to wait in the waiting room in front of the desk after the procedure, and let someone else come in. She was very pushy in a bad way and need me gone before 3pm. Also, when I got notified for the procedure, few weeks prior the procedure, I completely forgot to reply back to a very stressful weeks of work and family situation.. got a phone call from the same rude lady and she pretended to know “why I didn’t reply to the message” .. Not sure why she had to act like that.. but I’m sure wasn’t the first time.

My opinion about the Golden Care Clinic is five :-) The receptionists are very polite and inform us exactly what we want to know before the tests. There are often situations when a patient cancels an appointment and we have the opportunity to schedule tests sooner. The doctors examine everything we have doubts about very carefully, are very polite and help us with a sincere smile. You must remember that the Golden Care Clinic is a private clinic, I recommend that you always ask carefully after the examination about medications, allergic conditions, the course of the disease, methods and duration of treatment. This will prevent stress, bad comments and more money spent. I recommend.

The staff first postpones the visit to an earlier time (which forces me to change my plans) and then it turns out that there is another delay. Moreover, loudly informing the patient about additionally paid tests during the visit in a full waiting room is not very comfortable.

It depends on the staff you get as to how you are treated. I got barked at by the cook who I seemed to annoy as I’m lactose intolerant. The wait of 5 hours for surgery is not appreciated

I had a hip replacement on 5.12.23. Mr Campion filled me with confidence and I felt in safe hands before during and after the procedure. I can highly recommend this man. My nurses Steph and in particular Julie were so kind and friendly, nothing was too much and they made me feel safe and looked after. My physio Greg was amazingly supportive and has given me confidence in my ability to do the exercises. Thank you to all.

They were fantastic and so attentive of my concerns and fears, they kept me informed about the procedure informing me in advance of what to expect. Today I visited the clinic twice, I liked the good, warm attitude, and of course the services provided were 5 stars. I did an ultrasound of the veins, an ECG, and an ultrasound of the mammary glands. I had the worst experience at this hospital, first they lied to me about the waiting time for my lab results. They asked me to come back in 6 hours for my result and before they told me over the phone that it was gonna be 3 hour wait. Then I called before the 6 hours to ask if my results were ready the lady said she sent me the results through email and that they were normal and I that I don’t have to see a doctor. I believed her and we proceed to return to USA after I opened my email for results and I saw my cholesterol level in red I called the hospital and they told me I have to see a doctor because they can’t read the results only a doctor. They wanted me to set up another appointment and waist another day in Tijuana. I asked for an appointment over the phone and they said because I was a first time patient a have to have an in person appontiment. I don’t agree with this because they lied to me on everything, they don’t even help you or guide you when you’re there in person. These people only care about your money please don’t go over here. I regret having my test on this place they are not transparent and not professional at all. 😢

About a year ago, I underwent heart valve replacement surgery.The doctor gave thorough explanations and the nurses, even though they were all young, treated me with great care. Even patients who complained due to stress were treated with sincerity. When I was in the ICU, the assistant doctor had to take me to the bathroom every hour in the middle of the night because of the diuretics I was in. When I apologized, she said with a smile, "Don't worry about it, it's fine!" I was able to spend my time with peace of mind. I am very glad that I had the surgery at this hospital. Even though the food is low in salt, there are about 3 side dishes, so I think it's satisfying.
